What happens when your own mother calls police because she thinks you're driving drunk and the traffic stop ends with you fighting the officers? >> I'm not going to jail. >> Quit. >> No. >> Okay. Well, I'm just going to let you know I'm about to get this off my wrist. Please don't. >> A woman was stopped on State Road 100 in Flaggler County, Florida, after a caller reported a possible impaired driver. The caller was allegedly her own mother. Now, what started as a DUI investigation quickly became much more serious when she resisted, escaped her handcuffs, and allegedly fought with officers, and somehow the worst part of the night was still ahead. Let's see what happened. >> [music] >> Dispatch has been updated. 22 3 copy 1050 >> state road 100 just pass planet fitness North Carolina's tag lemur delta limma 1706 LDL1706 rolling the window down I'm deputy van Pel with the flag county sheriff's office the reason I stopped because somebody called in saying that you were drinking and driving. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What's going on today? >> Yeah. >> I don't there because they right >> be there. >> Yeah. Go ahead. What's going on? I don't want to be there because they're judging me and everything. I'm trying to do something good. Just got out of rehab for 28 days completed program and I'm just going to the hotel. I don't >> Okay. Well, did you have anything to drink at all? How much? So, my mom called a cop. >> We just got a call that somebody had been drinking and driving. How much did you drink today? >> Okay. Well, do you mind doing some exercises for us just to see? >> All right. Do me a favor. Turn the vehicle off. about >> you can be rude to people. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm a really nice person. I'm not rude. >> Okay, that's fine. >> We're good. You can go talk to me. >> I'm coming around your side. >> Well, this woman had barely been stopped before the whole story started coming out. And I loved how she suddenly made sure the officer knew she was a really nice person. Ma'am, nobody said you were rude. But if you're trying to convince a deputy that you're okay after admitting you drank and drove, being a nice person isn't exactly the evidence that matters here. >> I cannot believe she did this. >> All right, step out for me, please. >> I don't want to. I don't want to go to jail. >> Okay. Well, we're going to do some exercises. So, nobody's saying that this time, but we do need you to step out. >> I've seen cops. I have PTSD. I can't get out right here. My dad got hit by a motorcycle. >> All right. There's There's There's nobody coming right now, so >> Okay. Well, you're being insensitive. >> All right. Go ahead and go to the back. Top I like to do you have any weapons on you? >> Oh, do I look like I have on me? >> You have ID? >> Fear over faith. Like I'm a Christian. This is so embarrassing. >> Well, there's nobody else out here apart from us. >> Do me a favor. Come back this way. >> I don't want to. >> Okay. I can't have you go running off. Do you think I'm going to run anywhere I look? Does it look like I'm going to run anywhere? >> I have no idea. >> Okay. Well, I'm not. >> Yeah. Go. >> You didn't like all these cops. >> There's just two of us here. >> There's two. >> You guys, I'm going to lose my kids because of this. I can't [ __ ] believe this. I will not ever forgive them. Ever. And you feel safe with me right here because I just got out of [ __ ] Halifax for trying to myself. So, let's stand on the road. That makes a lot of sense. Where you going? >> Are you thinking about yourself now? >> No, I don't like being by the road. My dad got hit in a motorcycle accident and I don't feel safe around the road. >> Would you rather go over there by that sidewalk where the road is right there? >> I would prefer not to go anywhere. You were in rehab and you chose to drink and drive. So if that puts your custody of your children at risk, those are the consequences of your own choices. Grow up and honestly be grateful your family cared enough to call the police before you hurt yourself or some other innocent person. A serious crash could have led to much more serious consequences. >> I cannot believe that mom called on me. I was going to a hotel to sleep. Okay. >> You want to use your second for a second? >> Yeah. >> Do you want to go over there? I I feel like it'd be better if we go over there. That way we're out of the road a little bit more. >> Do what you need to do. >> You can do it right here. >> Yeah, we can do >> No, I don't want to be in the road. >> All right. Well, you're not going to be in the road. You're going to be right here. >> Well, I'll sit here and make sure nobody's coming. Okay. I'm going to demonstrate some field sobriety exercises and then ask you to perform the exercises. Do not begin or attempt the exercise until I tell you to begin. Part of my determination of whether you are intoxicated or not is your ability to follow instructions. Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> Will you attempt the exercise? >> I guess. >> All right. I'm going to check your eyes. Do you have glasses or contacts? >> Stand with your feet together and your hands by your side like this. Go ahead and put your hands by your side. Keep your head still and follow the tip of my pen. Okay. Do you see the tip of my pen? Can you touch it for me? Continue following the pen until it's told to stop. Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Check them out. All right, this is going to be the same thing just up and down. Okay. All right, we're going to do the walk and turn exercise next. Okay. >> Now, you guys don't do this for all the motorcycle. >> I don't know. >> What do you mean motorcycle people? >> People that cross. >> Yeah. >> They're all >> Well, we do it. We do it for everybody that we pull over that we suspect is >> All right. So, like >> Okay. All right. So, just back up for me a sec. All right. Okay. So, what we're going to do here is you're going to put you're going to utilize this line. Okay. Right here. >> You told me to back up. So, now I can't hear you. >> Right. Okay. Can you hear me now? >> Honestly, she was getting a full explanation before every step. You know, there's no gotcha here. Ma'am, this is not a motorcycle convention. Focus on staying in your lane before the lane starts becoming the least of your problems. >> Can you hear me now? >> I can hear you now. >> Okay. All right. So, we're going to use this line. All right. as a straight line. All right. You're going to put your left foot on the line and then you're going to put your right foot right in front of it just like this. Okay? Make sense? Now, I'm going to come over here and demonstrate. All right? So, you're going to put your foot on the line like this. Not yet. Just you're you're listening right now. Just stand over here for me. All right. You're going to you're going to watch me. Okay? You're going to place your left foot on the line and then you're going to put your right foot in front of your left foot so that your foot and your heel are touching your toe. You're going to stand with your arms straight and by your side. You're going to maintain that position. >> You're going to maintain this position and tell you to begin and do not start until told to do so. Do you understand? >> Is that Yes. Okay. All right. When I tell you to begin, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps in a line. All right. All right. I haven't told you to begin yet. Nine heel to toe steps in a line. You're going to turn. You're going to take nine heel to toe steps back. When you turn, you're going to keep your front foot on the line by taking small series of steps with the other foot. While you're walking, you're going to keep your arms by your side, and you're going to look down at your feet. You're going to count each step out loud. Once you begin walking, do not stop until you've completed the exercise. If you step off the line, step back on the line and continue where you left off. I'm going to go ahead and demonstrate. Okay? So, you're going to be just like this one. And you're going to keep your hands by your side. Two. 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. You're going to use your foot. You're going to come around There was absolutely no excuse for saying she didn't understand what she was supposed to do. I actually liked how clearly he demonstrated everything before asking her to do it. That's important because the officer wasn't just putting her on the line and saying, "Good luck." You know, he made sure that she knew what was expected first. >> Are you Are you listening? >> No, I'm not. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. Just like that. All right. Keep your hands very side. That was part of the night. >> All right. Okay. >> Why are you so mean? Why are you looking I'm not I'm not mean >> at all. >> Okay. All right. >> I would like to grab my baby. >> No, you're not going anywhere right now. >> Excuse me. >> You're not going anywhere right now. >> Don't talk to me like that. >> Okay. Well, you're not going inside your vehicle and you're not you're not leaving right now. Can you get my vape? >> Nope. >> Why? >> Cuz you're not vaping right now. >> Cuz why? >> Because I said so. You're not vaping. >> You're so rude. >> I'm not rude. >> You think you're like a lot more important than you are. >> Okay. That's your opinion. >> No. Yeah. >> Where you going, man? >> Listen. >> Don't touch me. >> Put your hands back. >> No. No. I'm not doing that. I'm not getting arrested. No, I'm not. >> Don't resist. Stop. Put your hand behind your belt. Resist, >> man. Stop. >> Stop it. You're hurting me. >> Ma'am, stop. Stop playing around anything. >> Okay. Well, you're you're driving around drunk. >> Excuse me. Let go of me now. Let go of me. You're hurting me. >> Officer Flagler. >> No, I'm not going to jail. No, the [ __ ] I'm not. I've been abused. I've been sexually abused. I've been abused by my husband. Please just let me go. [laughter] Please let me go. >> Right now, we're not going to do that, man. You're not listening to us. You're >> Yes, I am. I just want my vape. Who called on me? My mom. This is ridiculous. Ma'am, stop. >> Stop. You're hurting. >> Well, you got to stop moving around like that. >> Ma'am, that vape was definitely not worth adding another problem to an already terrible night. How immature can you get if officers have lawful grounds to detain or arrest someone? But trying to walk away or physically resisting can lead to additional charges depending on local law. >> Okay, >> I want my vape. >> I get that, but we're not trying to hurt you. But you keep You are. >> No, we're not trying to hurt you. >> Yes, you are. And my mom would be so pissed off if you were doing this right now. >> Let me go. [laughter] >> I haven't done anything. [laughter] >> Okay. All right. Come on. >> No. No. I don't want to. >> Come on. >> No. >> No. I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> We're going in the car. Put your leg down. >> No. >> Put your leg down. >> No. >> Come on. [laughter] Yeah. [music] Wow. You should probably let me out. >> Why? Because I said so. >> How did you Are you out of your handcuffs? >> Yeah, I sure am. >> Hey, she slipped her cuffs. >> Another fully grown adult toddler. Man, this is getting pretty hard to defend when the body cam is sitting there collecting receipts. Unfortunately, police work doesn't operate by kindergarten rules. >> You guys are not very smart. >> Jake, she's out of her cuffs. She's what? Out of her cuffs. Yeah, she's out of the house. >> All right, cool. >> Come on. >> No. >> Come on. >> No. >> Come on. >> Excuse me. >> That's harassment. >> I'm going on the other side. No. Come on. We're getting out of the car. >> No. Put the hands on your back. >> No. >> You're hurting me. You're hurting me. >> Stop fighting. >> You're hurting me. >> Come on. Ma'am, stop fighting us. >> No, I don't mean to go to jail. >> That hurt. >> Well, you shouldn't have slipped them. Well, you do. Oh, >> I want to call my mom right now. >> You're making it too hard. You're hurting me. >> That is so evil. >> How are we mean? >> You being so rough on a freaking female. >> Yeah, well, you shouldn't have tried to fight us. I didn't. I unlocked my >> Now you're getting a resistance card. >> Yeah. How'd you get up on the ground then? >> Escaping your handcuffs is probably not the victory speech you thought it was. Honestly, after watching this whole sequence, I think mom already had enough explaining to do. And judging by how this played out, she definitely wasn't helping her own situation. And you know, under Florida criminal statutes, slipping out of police restraints or physically struggling inside a patrol vehicle immediately elevates a misdemeanor DUI into serious felony offenses. Under Florida criminal law and established arrest standards, given out of handcuffs or physically struggling inside a patrol car immediately elevates a standard DUI stop into severe felony charges. Florida courts consistently affirm that once an individual is legally [music] placed under arrest, manipulating mechanical restraints or physically resisting officers creates an immediate safety threat to law enforcement and the public. Under Florida statutes, slipping handcuffs, kicking deputies, or damaging police property automatically transforms a misdemeanor traffic detention into felony counts of resisting an officer with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. If you weren't trying to fight us >> because you guys were ignorant. >> How are we ignorant? >> Um, you left them on the way up. >> Not my fault. Your fault. >> It's not our fault. You're driving around drunk. >> I wasn't drunk. >> Come on. >> I wasn't drunk. >> She's right here. >> Who? >> The female's going to be searching, man. >> Oh, then leave me alone. Let go of me. >> You were just fighting us on the ground. >> Actually, you were stupid and I slipped your puffs cuz you didn't get it right. >> All right. Well, they're right now, aren't they? >> Yeah, they're double up. >> Excuse me. They're hurting me. >> Are you okay? >> No, >> you're upright. You look all right. >> Oh, okay. Hey, let's not be a [ __ ] >> Don't be a [ __ ] I'm trying to figure out what's going on. >> Uh, they left their handcuffs too loose when I got out and then they tackled me on the floor. >> Oh, you can't do that. >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. Well, >> no, you can't do that. You can't get out of your cuffs. >> Yeah. Well, all right. Guess what? I did, [ __ ] >> All right. I'm here to do a surgery. Do you have anything on you that's going to poke me with me? Introduction. >> I'm going to a hotel. My mom's pissed off. I just got out of rehab. And I guarantee if she knew this was going to happen, she wouldn't have done it. >> Done what? >> Called the cops. >> You have anything concealed in your bra? >> She's good to go. >> Yeah, I am. Cuz I'm not a violent person. I don't want to go to jail. >> Get in the car. >> Fix it. >> I don't want to. I'll get on this side. >> No way. >> Where's your keys at? Your brother's here to take your car. >> Where's my brother? I want to see him. >> [screaming] >> Ma'am, the cuffs didn't suddenly escape by themselves. You literally just explained how you got out of them. That's one of those moments where the body cam has a better memory than the suspect. Unfortunately, being upset about the arrest doesn't erase what happened during it. >> I want to see my brother. Hey, how's it going? >> Hi, brother. >> Hey, there you go. >> Good to go. >> Yeah, it's good. >> Awesome. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. Do you want to throw me her phone and we'll take it to the jail? >> Oh, he has it. It's in there. >> It's in there. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Thanks. All right. Just so in case she needs a number or something, I'm going to turn it off. >> There you go. Cool. Thank you. Appreciate it. Are you going to get all the cops again? >> What are you doing? >> Stop. >> I'm not going to jail. >> Quit. >> No. >> What are you doing? [music] >> Why are you being like this? >> Excuse me. >> Why are you doing this? >> Have you ever been in jail? >> No. >> Exactly. Then don't ask me stupid ass questions. Okay. >> Are you going to be gone for the rest of the trip? No, I'm not. >> I've just been in rehab for the last 28 [ __ ] days. [screaming] >> I think one, it goes to the legs. And then this >> No, you're not putting [ __ ] on my legs. >> Well, you shouldn't be kicking around. >> Well, you know what? You shouldn't be arresting people for no [ __ ] reason. >> No reason. >> Don't kick us. I will. >> Don't kick us. >> I certainly will. You're going to kick us. >> Do not put something kicking around. We were trying to be nice to you. >> Excuse me. And I'm bothering you. >> Am I bothering you? >> I'm in a car. >> Yeah, but you slipped our cuffs. You're >> Am I going to do Well, you should have done better. >> Look, you broke my [ __ ] already. >> Oh, no. >> No. No. >> NO. IT'S IN THE IN THE TRUNK. >> NO. >> Quit kicking. >> No. >> Ma'am, this is not a customer service review. If you escape the cuffs, fight the officers, and keep kicking, they were obviously going to use more restraints to keep everyone safe. Even basic things couldn't happen without another argument. Now the officer's patience deserves its own award. >> Quit kicking. >> Quit it. >> No. No. >> Quit kicking. >> Oh my god. You're acting like I'm crazy person. I am a mother. All right, we good. Good. >> Quit making my handcuffs tight, you son of a [ __ ] >> I haven't touched your handcuffs. >> Yeah, you have. >> Okay. All right. You ready? You ready? >> No, I'm not going. I'm not going. >> I'll get it. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Trust me again. See what happened. >> All right. Stop. Get in the car. >> Trust me. He choked me. See what happened. >> You did just choke me. Is it on your body camera? >> My body came on. >> Yes. Hey, I'm trying. Watch your head. >> Don't you do it. >> Her shoes on the front. >> Yeah, cuz you're a [ __ ] and you can't even You didn't even do anything right. Okay, go. >> Yep. Let's go. Let's go. She's really in charge. Let's go. >> That's why I got out of my handcuffs and my feet. >> I have medication I have to be on like three times a day. >> The the jail's going to be able to provide that for you. >> Unless she faces serious consequences, this behavior probably isn't going to stop. Well, the combination of entitlement and alcohol clearly made an already bad situation much worse. Everybody just needed this right to end. You know, privilege and alcohol definitely don't mix. Well, >> that for you. >> What? >> Can you not mumble? >> I said the jail's going to be able to take care all of all of that. >> Well, I'm not [ __ ] staying in jail. >> Okay, then you should be able to get your medication at home. >> Okay, let's mumble a little bit again, sir. >> All right. I want my vape. Where is it? Can I have a cigarette? >> I don't have any cigarettes on me or I would let you. >> Well, what can I do? >> I don't have anything for you. >> Oh, why don't you just take me to my [ __ ] house? It's right there. >> I'm not going in that jail house, just so you know. >> It's already too late for that. >> No, it's not too late. I'll [ __ ] run. You're not going to be able to run. >> Yeah, I'm pretty fast. >> You're acting like I'm a [ __ ] drug dealer or something. Like I just got out of rehab. I'm doing really good. >> I've had a glass of wine and now you guys are treating me like [ __ ] >> Here's here's the issue, man. Everybody makes >> I can't hear you. Speak up. >> Everybody makes mistakes and I know that. >> That's great. Have you been to jail before? I have not because I haven't made a mistake like this. >> You're saying my mom called the cops on me? >> I didn't say that. >> Yeah, you [ __ ] did. >> No, I said somebody did because they believed you were drinking and driving. >> Okay, who was it then? >> I don't know. An anonymous source. What's your phone number, man? >> You have all my stuff. Shouldn't it be there? >> It's not. Why do you need it? >> Just for the report. >> Yeah, I think not. >> Huh? >> I think not. >> Oh my god. You have four cups? Really? I'm 120 lb. So necessary. My mom is going to regret calling the cops on me. I'm never ever going to see. >> Your mom didn't call the cops on you. >> There was a >> Yeah, the [ __ ] she did. >> Okay, >> ma'am. That's probably not the kind of information you want to volunteer while sitting in handcuffs. You know, a person's claim about how much alcohol they drank is only one part of a DUI investigation. Officers can also look at their behavior, physical signs, field sobriety tests, and, you know, other evidence. >> I will. >> Don't do it again. Don't start with me. >> I'm not starting with you. >> Don't start with me. >> Transport company and try to drop her off at the company. >> You do know I can hear all of you talking. You're not very quiet. Oh, she thinks she's so hot [ __ ] >> Roll the window up so they can't hear me talking. >> Okay. >> They think they're so hot [ __ ] >> I'll roll the windows up for you. >> Okay. Well, I'm just going to let you know I'm about to get this off my wrist. >> Please don't. >> No, I'm going home, so obviously I will. >> You guys aren't that fast. Don't get that off. >> Especially that fat [ __ ] >> Don't get it off your wrist, man. >> Oh, really? >> We're We're about to go in there. >> No, I'm not. >> Then they're going to take them off. >> Hell no, I'm not. >> All right. >> All right, ma'am. My name's Deputy Rome. >> No. >> All right. I got some questions for you. >> No. >> No. Well, you got to answer some of those questions. >> Actually, I don't. What happens if I don't talk? Well, if you don't talk, then you're refusing the intake process. >> Well, I already don't want to do the intake process because I just did an intake process at [ __ ] rehab and now I'm here. So, no, I would not like to. >> Okay. So, I'd assume you probably want to if you're eligible for a bond, you want to post bond, go home. >> I don't know what the [ __ ] that means. Apparently, my mom called me. I'm fine. I was going to a hotel. All right. So, right now, you're allegedly here for the >> I just want to [ __ ] smoke. >> Okay. >> So, we have a process that we have to FOLLOW WHILE YOU'RE >> WHY ARE you looking at me like that? >> I'm making sure you're okay, ma'am. >> Do I look okay? >> You look okay? That's why I'm looking at you, >> right? Do I look okay? No. >> I mean, you're upset. I get that. >> The confidence was impressive, especially considering the cuffs had already become her biggest enemy. Well, the officers weren't dealing with someone ready to cooperate. They were dealing with someone determined to turn every single step into another argument. >> Yeah, you get that. Aren't you coming in jail? >> Well, my mom called on me, so no, I'm not okay. So, [ __ ] walk away. >> All right. Well, I can't walk away because unfortunately I work here. >> All right. >> Why did you for me? I mean, like I [ __ ] take these off because it hurts because they yanked me up >> with my feet and it hurt, >> right? And it's exactly what I want to do is get you in here. Get >> what you want to do. You want to yank me up. Is that why you I want you to be compliant and we can take the handcuffs off. You >> I don't know why the [ __ ] I'm here. I was going to a hotel. I wasn't drunk. >> All right, ma'am. They have these so tight. >> I I understand that. >> I want to call my mom >> and you can get a phone call, but we have to go through the process here. If you can work with us and get through the process, we'll get you the phone call and get those handcuffs off you and do all the things. >> Well, I got the handcuffs off me before by myself, so I'm sure I can do it again. >> Well, unfortunately, if you're going to try that, we have a um we're going to physically restrain every part of you. Oh, you already did that. >> No. >> All right. >> I'm going to give you a few more opportunities to to go through the process. >> Oh, are you going to give me the opportunities, Hansen? Okay, fine. >> All right. So, how many questions? >> Can you move the hair out of my face, please? Because I can't. >> No, there's there's bars in front here. I can't reach. >> Oh, you can't reach. >> So, first question. >> I bet you can reach your hand. All right. >> I guarantee you if my mom knew that you were going to do this, she wouldn't have [ __ ] called the cops. >> Okay. >> Do you know I'm in a [ __ ] custody battle with my piece of [ __ ] husband right now? And now I'm never going to get my kids. >> Oh, keep talking. I can [ __ ] hear you. >> We know you can't hear us. >> I know. Why are you such a [ __ ] I know you [ __ ] kids. >> It's really upsetting to see a pregnant woman drinking and vaping. You know, whatever someone's going through, putting an unborn baby at risk is a serious concern. Man, it's hard to have sympathy for choices [music] that could potentially harm an innocent child. But the baby shouldn't have to pay for the price of an adult's decisions. >> I'm more than >> Oh, do you think I'm scared of you? >> I'm just saying. >> Oh, you're more than a [ __ ] I'm sure. I'm sure. Honey, we're so scared of you. >> I'm not getting any [ __ ] thing done. >> I will not cooperate. >> Oh, are you so cute? Yeah. >> Yeah. You're so cute. >> I'm not [ __ ] bakered. Anyway, >> I'm not Baker active. What the [ __ ] >> All right, ma'am. We're going to get you out of here. >> No. Be combative at all with us. Absolutely. >> All right. We've been cool with you whenever you >> No, you haven't. That [ __ ] right there has not. >> Okay. Well, I'm talking about me. I can't speak for anybody else. >> Oh, well, you didn't give me a cigarette, so you're not um >> That's for that. >> Really? because I've seen them smoke cigarettes. >> She's despicable. This is just so embarrassing. Well, there may not be many people around, but there's always the internet. And somehow there's still no accountability. What's new? >> All right, hold on. You got to put your foot down cuz if you kick this door out at me, it's not going to be very fun for me. >> A >> But I think about me a lot. I don't want to get hurt. >> I bet you do think about me. >> Put your foot down. Ma'am, put your foot down. >> Or what? >> Or we'll just leave you in here until we pull you out. >> Fine. Leave me in here cuz I'm not going in jail. tough. >> She's so tough. >> Why do you think you're so tough? Cuz you're a cop. You think you should be on cops right now? >> You want me to take it off? >> Yeah. I'm okay with it. Go easy. Go easy. Go easy. >> Try me. Yeah. >> No, you're not going to yank me. Actually, you're not going to. Oh, Lily. You think you're hot [ __ ] >> You're not hot [ __ ] ma'am. >> What are you doing with that? >> What do you mean? >> What? >> You about to find out. >> You guys are scared of a 34 year old woman? >> Yes, >> very much so. >> Thank you. >> No, I'll go this way, too. You guys think you have hand signals? >> She was already in handcuffs, right? Surrounded by [music] officers and still acting like she was the one in control. Now, it wasn't about proving a point anymore. She was just making every single step harder than it needed to be. She was charged with batterying a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, DUI involving alcohol or drugs, and criminal mischief involving property damage of $200 or less. Now, alcohol can affect judgment. It can affect impulse control and, you know, emotional regulation. That can help explain why someone became more argumentative or aggressive, but it does not excuse the behavior or remove the responsibility for their actions. And once she was in custody, continuing to fight and resist only made the situation much more serious. Well, during a DUI investigation, officers may consider a person's driving, physical signs, behavior, statements, and you know, just performance during sobriety tests. And in that process, resisting or becoming aggressive can create additional legal problems on top of the original DUI charge. Well, what do you think about her behavior? Do you think, you know, the punishment was fair considering the DUI and her actions towards the officers? Share your answer in the comment section below.
