reported to have physically assaulted an employee the incident involved the woman punching the employee which caused a disturbance get off of me stop don't do it stop stop stop stop relax I'm sick of the comments man I get it all day long because I'm a pretty girl and I'm sick of it I mean it's a messing I hate it though I get it I get it take a the woman quickly attempted to flee the area but as she was getting into her car an officer approached her recognizing the urgency of the situation the officer acted promptly to detain her this quick response was crucial to prevent her from evading the situation further ensuring that any potential evidence or criminal activity could be addressed immediately the officer Swift action aimed to maintain order and uphold the law effectively get off of me can do it nicely get off with me stop moving and give me your hands during the arrest the woman began to resist and repeatedly questioned the officer about the nature of the investigation clearly distressed by the situation in response the officer explained her actions and the reasons for the arrest clarifying that her resistance was obstructing the process and that she was being detained due to a secluded area to begin the investigation overwhelmed and emotional she started crying the officer trying to address her distress suggested that she could calm down and cooperate to make the process easier for herself can I have my other headphon please can you help me put it away like I wanted to do in the first place give your phone calm down give me your phone okay take a deep breath even don't even don't even play with me you got a phone you have phone one of the officers began collecting detailed information from the employees thoroughly explaining every minor detail to the investigating officer Tommy talk to me what happened no it was just a very okay so I was getting ready to empty the garbage did you get that from yeah so what happened he walked by with others and I was exerting some what I thought dry humor so she the cart passed by and I go she's she's very thirsty I said it to him and and she goes like this and then she comes up to me and I don't remember if she said anything but I thought she oh do you want to mess with me or something of that nature and I thought she was joking like she was going to pretend to hit me you know you want to mess with me you know kind of like that so I just stood there and then she actually made contact and punched me with what hand with I believe her right hand once and that's how you're bleeding yeah all right do you want to press charges AR do you want to get arrested well you know she like I I'll probably be okay but I'm thinking she can't keep doing this I get that can I at least get your ID tell me huh can I least get your I mean and I don't need this I got enough going on2 and I was actually just trying to be friendly and not even really to her just to anybody who was going out9 despite repeated requests for her to calm down the woman persistently demanded to be released her continued outbursts and abusive language directed at the officer only worsened her situation her aggressive behavior and use of inappropriate language further complicated the situation making it more challenging for the officer to manage the investigation and address her concerns effectively I mean you might want to ask her what I said maybe she thought I said something else I just go wow she's really thirsty so you said I was kind of like wow she's really thirsty but I'm so you said wow she's really thirsty and she said what are you trying to mess with me and then that's when she punch you in the face something to the effect of that yeah you know pretty much like it would anybody wasn't even and you said you don't need the Medics I don't think so my two it's not like my tooth do you want to press charges on it or not do you want her to go to jail for what she's done or not well what happens if we just let her go we just let her go okay well that's why I I got to ask these questions Tommy it's not up to me what happened this lady punched him in the face one time here's exactly what happened I was getting ready to empty the garbage and of course you can review the CCTV or whatever I mean I was getting ready to empty the garbage and he Jafar who's a witness I don't know where he is he was coming through with the water and and I was going to say whatever I was going to say regardless of who it was I just it was like I thought I was going to it was like dry humor I just go wow she's really thirsty or must be really thirsty you know cuz the whole C is water and then she goes like this she go you want to mess with me bam and I just stood there because I actually thought she was kidding you know you want to mess with me wink wink wink or something I I had no idea that she was actually going to make contact and keep ask me if I want to arrest her but I feel like so this is her yeah you're her driver right it wasn't derory what going to arrest her I still trying to decide I'm still trying to decide okay yeah maybe you need to find out what happened man well we know what happened I me we know what happened she's obviously going to keep doing it tell me we need a decision right now yeah decide what you going to do what is there to theci side all right I'm going that up to you I'm going to have her arrested yeah we'll go to court she need to go through the process you know I got arrested once I got a DUI in 2010 and I needed to hear it change to a 31 19 all right after collecting all the necessary information the officer decided to place the woman in the patrol vehicle this step was taken to ensure her safe transport to the police station for a more thorough investigation the transfer to the station allowed for a controlled environment where further questioning and examination of the incident could be conducted systematically ensuring proper legal procedures were followed and any evidence could be carefully reviewed are you going to take out my water no that's that's not going with you cuz you're going to jail that's what happens when you punch
