home sparking concerns about her children outside she knocked on a window asking for help but failed to recognize the person inside crying on the phone she couldn't communicate leading a neighbor to call the police why couldn't she recognize him what happened good afternoon good afternoon hello hello I engl yeah what's going on so my brother she was she was tapping on his window she was like I need help I don't know who he is he told me 104 hang up my turn [Music] car 26 for a long time okay stand over here what's going on come on come talk to me mom so what happened all right so I was in my living room on my phone my brother came home and he was like there's this lady outside asking for help that she needs to call the police and so so so so I came out and I was like the lady in front and I was like oh and then I came here and I I just I was just coming here and I guess her mom was standing there just looking at people like she was just standing there looking at us me and him so I came over here to ask her if she was okay and she was on the phone crying and sobbing until you like showed up get her okay so you guys don't know who she is no she's my neighbor I've known her I know her and her dad like okay yeah so what's her issue did you she tell you no she didn't she was she could barely talk right now on the phone that's why you guys called no she did when officers arrived they asked the neighbor if they knew the woman the neighbor confirmed that she knew her and her father but was unsure about the current issue the woman had difficulty speaking and her distress was evident when questioned by the police she insisted that she was not intoxicated and suggested that a friend could confirm this she expressed frustration believing that people had conspired against her as soon as she arrived yeah okay he just told me what happened I came here to make sure she okay you neighbor I got you all right good night can I take my daughter's out the car please yeah take your daughter out the car so what what happened they said that I'm drunk but you whated tell me what you can call my friend they will let you know that I'm not drunk because as soon as we got here everybody coming against me okay so tell me what happened tonight why did we get called out here I don't know why you guys got CAU out here tonight [Music] you yeah because everybody else was out here your daughter she lives here if it's not a press charges or not the State of Florida says we have to take action right and we have to act just because you guys had to be called out regardless because there's injuries present um you're saying were from her um do you have any video or anything no we didn't there was like I mean I got the smallest bit of a video was like everything was cool we got here and then all were you with her wherever she was yeah were you I she H me like so fast I was sleeping when she me we got here and P up there yeah my friend's house okay um all right well we're going to we're going to have to do if you guys officers questioned the woman about the call and she admitted making it but denied knowing why she mentioned accusations of being a bad mother and pointed to injuries since it involved her daughter officers had to act she refused to provide statements or ID insisting on checking on her children first why did she avoid giving her ID as tensions escalated the officers decided to detain her she resisted repeatedly stating that she was trying to take care of her children she became increasingly agitated repeating that she needed to check on them yeah but stumbling out I got you can't say that you're not drunk yeah um for sure that you are uh if you guys are willing we'd have to take sworn statements take pictures are you guys willing to do that no I'm not you don't want to take allow us to take pictures stat if you guys if you guys want to um do you have ID mom do you have yeah okay you live here yeah supposedly I do but okay you have can yep absolutely on mommy yeah ma'am get your ID for me please I'm trying to call my kids can you give me a minute they're going to be fine I know they are but I have to make sure that they're tried to calm her down but she remained defiant refusing to get into the police car they warned her multiple times telling her to comply but she persisted in resisting the officers attempted to place refused she accused the officers of taking her away unjustly and claimed she had done nothing wrong the officers warned her about the consequences of resisting but she continued arguing saying she had not done anything as the struggle continued the officers threatened to use pepper spray if she did not comply she still refused insisting that she had not resisted and was only worried about her children that's not your concern because your kids are being very well taken care of right SE have a seat but my kids ar your feet in no sh we going to do this again we are going to do this again she was under arrest and that she could address her concerns in court she remained argumentative insisting she had done nothing wrong she repeatedly stated that her children were not safe expressing deep concern about their well-being the officers assured her that her children were being taken care of but she refused to believe them she demanded to call someone she trusted to look after her kids the officers explained that they would check on her children after she complied but she refused to cooperate even as the officers tried to calm her she continued resisting I will listen I will listen
