Sheriff's Office responded to a residence due to reports of a woman who was both disruptive and Intoxicated The Situation involved the woman exhibiting erratic behavior and causing a disturbance likely affecting the peace and safety of the household or neighborhood hello hi how what's your relationship with this hel best friend roommate we live together just roommate nothing more no no no is she how is she related to anyone here just that's her mother yeah yeah okay do you need fire rescue so who else did she hurt anybody else didn't hurt anybody no upon arriving at the scene the officer met a man who was explaining every minute detail about the suspect after collecting all the details about the incident from the man the officer proceeded into the apartment where they encountered a woman she was in an extremely intoxicated state I'm not worried about Helen I'm worried about the gentleman stand in front of me who's got scratched okay I'm okay I'm okay okay where she's in the bathroom now yes I okay so you guys are just roommates yeah best friends best friends whatever yeah never dated no I these okay no it work for me uh I just I got to ask these questions make I got to the investigation her responses were filled with excuses and she continuously deflected the officer's inquiries this Behavior not only obstructed the investigation but also demonstrated her resistance cried appealing to the officer's sympathy and asking for leniency after collecting information from other Witnesses the officer decided to transport the female to the police station for further investig ation during the entire process she continued to cry and plead with the officer to release her you don't want to kill me you don't want to kill meong don't want to what's your what's your disorderly intoxication these charges reflected the nature of her actions during the incident including her disruptive behavior her resistance to arrest and her state of intoxication if you enjoyed
