And as soon as I walked in there, she knew. She knew that we found out what she did. So, they're probably months for doing this. Cuz it is not just a one-time thing. You don't just go up to a kid and slam them on the bed and that's the No, you've had to build the courage up to hurt a kid that you don't know. >> Why did you throw this one on the ground? And I watched the video and she said, "At 1:30 I'm going to go and kiss him." 1:30 she didn't do it. So then you know the other girl got up to it because he was sitting on his phone and he fell. And I said, "Okay, so you hurt my child." And she didn't call the police or anything. She was like, "Yeah, I was on my phone the whole entire time." I said, "Well, you shouldn't be working here." I was like, "You shouldn't be watching my child." I said, "You need a different job." And then I was like, "Let me watch the video more." And then I was like, "Yeah, but you need to do something." It's not adding up. If I have to TELL YOU, YEAH. AND UM I watched the whole video. We watched We watched it. He's on a chair for maybe 10 minutes straight. Standing on a chair by himself. So, and that's what we have to go with. >> Okay. >> On March 10th, 2026, the woman entered a no contest plea and was found guilty of misdemeanor child She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and the court ordered that she not work in a daycare facility. She had previously been released on a $2,500 bond, which was later refunded after the case concluded.
