hour. I don't smoke, so she smokes, but I don't smoke just because it gets me paranoid, but I don't smoke. My BMW has been giving me a lot of problems. Um, the oil leak and the battery is a little bit, you know, >> on October 28th, 2025, a silver BMW was spotted flying through traffic like it was auditioning for a heist movie. But the high-speed chase ended before it even began. By the time deputies caught up, the car was already hugging the shoulder, looking as [music] defeated as the driver's excuses. This late night joy ride quickly turned into a roadside interrogation. >> Kilo alpha east of a silver BMW. >> Hi What's going on? >> I think that my battery died. You >> think your battery died? >> Yeah. I'm not too sure to be honest. Um I'm calling my friends. Um there's not really much I can do. >> Okay. Well, your battery is not dead cuz all your car lights are on. >> Did you run out of gas? >> Um yeah, I think I might have run out of gas. It's This car has honestly a lot of problems. So, it could be that I ran out of gas. It could be that I um my battery died. Honestly, this car has a lot of problems. >> Okay. Where are we coming from? >> I'm coming from Royal Palm. >> Royal Palm. Where are we going? >> Um I'm just trying to drop her off. >> Okay. Do you guys want to turn the car off like so way the battery doesn't die? >> Yeah, you're fine. >> All right. And then I'm trying to figure out were you guys trying to start it or what's going on? Yeah. So, this honestly this car has a lot of problems. So, whenever I try to start it, it's it's messing up. Um the the gas like it's just this car has a lot of problems. So, >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> Yeah. Hold on. Thank you. >> Why are you dropping her off so late? That's kind of kind of messed up. >> Yeah, honestly, it's just >> The driver immediately claimed her battery died, which was [music] a fascinating theory considering every single light on the car was glowing brighter than her future. When that lie flopped, she pivoted to the out of gas excuse. [music] It was a classic case of a BMW having lots of problems, none of which involved a mechanic. Do you know where my um >> Give me one second. >> Mhm. >> While while we're looking for this, when's the last time you smoked? >> Honestly, that was like I don't smoke. So, she smokes, but I don't smoke just cuz it gets me paranoid. But I don't smoke. >> Okay. >> [snorts] >> We are looking for our driver's license. There you go. Yeah. >> Thank you. I miss >> Do you want to turn your lights off so we don't kill the battery of the car? >> No problem. No problem. >> All right. Just give me one second. >> Yeah, no problem. You said you called dad. How far is out is dad? >> I'm sorry. >> How far out is dad? I know you said you called him. >> I called him, but it's like my parents are kind of wishy-washy. Um, honestly, I'm just trying to get her home and then I'm trying to get myself home. Um, she lives on >> she lives over Lakeworth Beach. >> Lakeworth Beach. Okay. >> And then I live over here. Oh, >> okay. >> So, she said that the She's on her camera now on her phone. I don't know if you saw that. Um, >> as deputies fished for a license, the driver's memory seemed as empty as her gas tank. She claimed she didn't smoke because it made her paranoid. Yet, she was currently vibrating with enough anxiety to power a small city. Her friend supposedly did the smoking, but the car smelled like a Snoop Dog concert. >> She said the battery is dead, but all the car lights are on. The gas is all the way to empty. So, she says she does not smoke, but her friend smokes. >> She doesn't smoke cuz it gets her paranoid. >> Cuz it gets her paranoid. >> Does it matter if I step out with my shoes on? >> Huh? >> Does it matter if you guys step out without shoes on or >> That's completely up to you. Do you have shoes you can put on? >> I do. I have. I'm sorry. I threw them behind myself. >> Okay. Um, I understand sit back over here on the sidewalk for me so we're not in the roadway. >> So, what I know you probably told my partner, but what's going on tonight? >> Nothing much. Honestly, I'm just trying to get my friend home. That's it. Okay. >> Why Why are we stopping in the middle of the travel way? Um my so it's a BMW so honestly it's a little bit difficult. My BMW has been giving me a lot of problems. Um the oil leak and the battery is a little bit you know it it works when I want to. So yeah. >> Where are you coming from tonight? >> Um I'm coming from Royal Palm Beach. >> Okay. Where in Royal Palm Beach? I picked her up over in um I'm not too sure where I picked her up from, but I picked her up in Royal Palm Beach. The most surprising thing was how someone who could not control herself blamed everything on the BMW car. Apparently, the BMW had a mind of its own. Decided to drink, break laws, ignore rules, and drag its owner straight into trouble without permission. >> I don't know her exact address, but she can give it to you as she wants. They said you're head over to Lake Worth Beach. >> Yeah, just to drop her off. >> She was over with some friends. So, >> do you have anything to drink tonight? >> No, sir. >> Do you have anything to smoke tonight? >> No, sir. I don't smoke at all. >> Have you called someone to come pick you guys up? >> Romeo. Romeo? >> Yeah. Um, the the car just died. >> It ran out of gas. that that I picked up on. But you know, if she called her people and her people are wishy-washy, have you called someone to come get you or are you guys just going to sit on the side of Southern Boulevard on the hike? >> But I don't I don't want to leave her call you. You know what I mean? >> I got you. >> Well, I mean, >> can can we from here or >> her? I don't know about yet. >> Why? >> Because we're sitting in a car on Southern Boulevard completely stopped and I don't know if we've called anybody to come help us. That's concerning. And there is a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. So, my partner's going to check her out. Okay. Make sure she's okay to have been driving. >> I I got you. >> I have a license for that. >> Okay. I got you. I [cough] lord. I I understand that. But unfortunately, people lie to the police all the time. >> I understand. >> So, we got to make sure we do our due diligence. Cuz here's the thing, okay? >> I can very strongly smell the odor of weed coming from the car. >> Maybe it's her, maybe it's you, but it's coming from the car. Your behavior is a little bit slow, lethargic. You had a hard time finding your license. It appears your car possibly ran out of gas. >> Yeah. Yes, sir. >> Um, these are all things that kind of lead me to believe that someone may be impaired for the purposes of driving a motor vehicle. >> Yes, sir. So, what I would like to do is conduct field sobriety tasks for the purpose of determining that impairment. Just making sure you'd be okay to drive home from here. >> Yes, sir. >> Would you be willing to complete those tasks? >> Yes, sir. >> This was nothing new. Almost every caught driver claims they never drank or smoked. But her condition was clear to everyone. She could not speak properly, walk straight, or handle simple tasks. [music] Yet, she confidently claimed complete innocence, which was almost unbelievable. Just stand like right there. >> Mhm. >> No, no. On my leg. On my I'm There we go. Turn and face me. Put your feet together. Hands down by your side. >> Also, to be honest, I do have um so my vision is slightly impaired, but it's only because of my contact. Um but that's the only thing that would impair my vision. >> I do have contacts. Yeah. >> Showing a valid signal 19 1049 out of 19 signal 31. >> Valid ID card only with your eyes and your eyes alone. Do not move your head. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. s. >> Yes, sir. Sam welcome. You're not saying all the time. It depends out here and here you're looking that way. >> I'm so sorry. It's just it's not me. It's honestly it's my contacts to be honest because my contacts really like I have one Yeah. Okay. Go ahead. >> So I have contacts and I've done this. >> No, I understand sir. >> Very easily do this with contacts in the village. >> No, honestly sir, it's just that because I have an aigmatism. >> So do I. >> Yeah. So, it's that like when um when one contact is over here, I can see it, but it's that it blurs. >> The problem is you're not following it. >> Here, go ahead. Follow it. >> The officers showed wisdom by conducting proper tests. They knew her stories sounded like a web series. Trusting her words and letting her go would have been unsafe. The test results with official proof would soon make her understand that breaking the law and then ignoring responsibility never works. Yeah. Yeah. Heat. All right. Give me a >> Come. Come sit right here on this white line for me. And face this way. >> Do you know your left and your right? >> No. What side's your left? >> It's my left. This to my right. >> Okay. >> And do you see this line right here? >> What side? >> This line right here. Do you see it? >> Yes. >> Yeah. What color is it? >> It's white. >> So, what I want you to do is take your left foot and put it on the white line. Without walking anywhere, I want you to take your right foot and put it in front of the left heel to toe like this. Hands down by your side. I want you to remain in this position throughout the instructions and demonstration. Do not start the task until I tell you to do so. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> When I tell you to and not before then, I want you to take nine heel to toe steps down the white line. When you reach the ninth step, I want you to leave your front foot on the line and with your rear foot, make a series of small steps to turn around. I then want you to take nine heel to toe steps back. Throughout the task, I want you to keep your hands down by your side, count your steps out loud with your mouth, and look down at your feet. >> So, nine steps over here, then turn around and nice. >> Yes, sir. Ma'am, sorry. Yes. >> Once you start the task, do not stop until you complete the entire task. It's going to look like this. I'm going to demonstrate. >> The white line became her biggest enemy as she tried to master the heel to toe walk. She looked like she was trying to walk a tight rope over a pit of lava. Even with [music] clear instructions, she seemed to forget how legs worked. The nine steps rule was simple, but her brain was clearly operating on a significant delay. When I tell you to begin, one, two, three, all the way till 9. Small steps to turn around. One, two, three, all the way till 9. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> If you have no questions, go ahead and begin. I'm sorry. It was nine, sir. I was instructed to just Okay, you can relax for a minute. Just stay right there. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay, fair. Did you just pull your shirt up a little bit just >> to remain decent? >> No. I'm so sorry, sir. >> No, I I just don't want you to feel exposed or anything like that. >> It's okay, sir. >> So, do me a favor. Go ahead and put your feet together like this. Hands down by your side. >> I want you to remain in this position throughout the instructions of the demonstration. >> Do not start this house until I ask you to do so. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> So, when I tell you to and not before that, you're going to raise whichever foot you're more comfortable with, your left, right? You're going to raise it approximately 6 in off the ground. That's about the size of a dollar bill. End to end. Okay. >> She failed the heel to toe test badly, not placing even one step [music] straight and expecting a simple sorry to fix everything was unrealistic. Every shaky step proved she had been lying to officers [music] from the start just to protect herself. >> Whichever foot you raise, you're going to point your toes so your foot is level with the ground. Okay? With your feet or with your legs straight and your hands down by your side, I want you to look down at that raised toe. I want you to count out loud in the following manner. 1,00 1,002 1,003 and so on until I tell you to stop. Now, I do not want you to put your foot down prior to me telling you to stop. But if for some reason you do, I want you to continue pounding or pick it back up and continue counting from where you left off. It's going to look like this. I'm going to demonstrate. So, I tell you to begin. 1,00 1,002 1,003 1,004 and so on until I tell you to stop. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> If you have no questions, go ahead. >> How long I'm so sorry. How long do I have to keep it up for? >> Until I tell you to stop. >> Okay, sir. >> Okay. If you have no questions, go ahead and begin. 6 in straight leg. Look down at your toe. Don't look beyond it. Look at your toe. Look at your foot. >> All right, relax. >> Thank you. All right, just stay right where you are. And I want you to take your hands and bring them down by your side like this. Just just your index for Okay. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> So when I tell you to not before then I want you to tip your head back and close your eyes. Okay? Not yet when I tell you to. >> It was hard to understand how someone who could not walk properly expected to balance on one leg. [music] Watching this test felt like gravity personally disliked her because balance refused to cooperate no matter how confident she looked or tried. >> Do not start to attack until I tell you to. >> But when I do tell you to, tip your head back and close your eyes. >> I'm then going to call out either left or right. >> If I say left, I want you to bring your left finger up. Touch the tip of the nose. Tip of the finger. Bring your hand immediately back down by your side. >> Yes, sir. >> If I say right, I want you to bring your right finger up. Touch the tip of the nose. Tip of the finger. Bring your hand immediately back down by your side. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. When I say the tip of your finger, I mean this portion right here. Okay? >> Yes, sir. >> Not the pad, not the nail bed, not the sides. >> Yes, sir. >> When I say tip of your nose, I mean this portion right here. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Not the nostrils, not the bridge, not the lip. Yes. >> Tip to tip's going to look just like this. >> I mean this portion right here. Okay. Hi there. Digging around in the car is probably not a good idea. Okay. >> I'm looking for my phone. I'm sorry. >> H >> I'm looking for my phone. I apologize. I >> I got you. But we shut the door and we start digging. It's not a good thing. Okay. >> I understand. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. So sorry, sir. >> So when I tell you to begin, it's going to look go like this with your head back and your eyes closed. Left, right. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Your hands back down with the way they were. >> Hold on. Can I >> Absolutely. >> Thank you so much. >> Like this. Just your pointer finger. There you go. Tip your head back. Close your eyes. Close your eyes. Tip your head back a little bit further. Close your eyes. Left. >> I'm so sorry. Oh, can I clarify? >> Uh-huh. So, do I have to keep my nose here? >> Touch it. Bring it back immediately like I close. >> Okay. I'm so sorry. Thank you. >> Tip your head back. Close your eyes. Right. Tip your head back. Left. Right. Right. >> Left. All right. You can relax for a second. >> Okay. One test after another went against her. Heel to toe, one leg stand, [music] finger to nose, none worked in her favor. Instead of improving, everything became more complicated. Every failed test quietly confirmed what everyone already knew. That reality was stronger than excuses [music] and truth does not lose balance. Keep together hands down by your side for me. I want you to remain in this position throughout the instructions and demonstration. Do not start to stop until I ask you to do so. Do you know how long half a minute is? >> 30 seconds. >> So, for this next task, it's very simple. When I tell you to and not before, then you're going to tilt your head back and you're going to close your eyes. >> Yes, sir. >> When I tell you to begin, I want you to estimate 30 seconds in your head, however you want to do it. Okay? >> Yes, sir. >> When 30 seconds is up, you're going to tip your head forward, open your eyes, and say, "Stop." It's going to look like this. I'm going to demonstrate. You can have back your eyes closed. When I tell you to begin at 30 seconds, stop. You understand? >> Yes, sir. >> Go ahead. Sit your head back. Close your eyes. >> And begin. Hello. >> All right. So, one last task. What's your highest level of education? >> Uh, high school. >> High school. You graduated or are you in high school? >> Um, I graduated, but I did a lot of AP courses. >> Okay. So, you're pretty smart. I guess he could say so. >> Yeah, I guess he could say so. >> So, feet together, hands down by yourself. >> Yeah. >> So, for this next, what I want you to do, okay? Is when I tell you to not before them, you're going to tip your head back and you're going to close your eyes. >> Yes, sir. >> When I tell you to begin and not before then, you're just going to say your alphabet from A to Z. >> Yes, sir. >> It may look easy, but handling an intoxicated driver who is unsure about her own condition is exhausting. [music] Officers calmly continued each step so all evidence could be clearly documented. You got to do it without singing or rhyming it in a nice slow manner like this. Okay? So when I tell you to A B C D all the way to letter Z. >> Yes, sir. >> Once you start, do not stop until you complete the entire alphabet. Do not skip any letters. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Go ahead. Sip your head back. Close your eyes and begin. A C G H I J K L N O P Q R S T U B L N O L O L Q R P S T U V L W X R U R S. >> You're going to be under arrest for driving under the influence tonight on alcohol and or chemical controlled substances. Would you like me to do it for you? >> What traffic? The alphabet test was the final boss. She [music] started strong, but hit a massive speed bump around the letter L. It turned into a remix that nobody asked for, with letters repeating and disappearing into thin air. By the time she hit Z, it was clear she'd failed the preschool basics. [music] Arrest was the only logical conclusion for this linguistic tragedy. Recal one DY3 female 105 in just her pocket was already [ __ ] out. >> She her pants are inside out. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay. >> All right. All the >> That's why they don't look right, >> right? >> They're backwards and inside out. >> Now, >> before you go and back in my car, >> understand something. If I take you to jail and if you have anything on you that can be considered contraband. >> Yes sir. >> This misdemeanor turns into a felony. >> No sir. >> So I need you to let me know now. Is there anything on you that can be contraband? >> No sir. >> No handcuff keys. Anything crazy like that? >> No sir. No sir. >> Hold on. tonight. >> Thank you for have a seat, please. If you want to call for an Uber, you're more than welcome to. >> She's going She's going to jail tonight for DUI. >> And 35 >> for DUI. Yes, ma'am. as well as >> Hi. >> Hello. >> You need to start calling someone to come pick you up. >> Yes, I just said that. Where's she going? >> She's going to the promise. Can I jail? >> Can I speak to her? >> No. >> Why? >> Cuz she's under arrest for DUI right now. >> Why can't I not speak to her? >> Because she's under arrest and she's in my care custody and control. >> I can't talk to her at all. >> No. >> She can call you from jail if she wants to. But >> can I give her my number? Can I give you my number to get to her? >> No. >> After everything, handcuffs were necessary. [music] Still, credit must be given because she stayed cooperative. No shouting, no resistance. Calmly [music] accepting cuffs was commendable compared to many suspects. >> Please, can I give you my number to give to her? Only >> 5356. Please, can I give you my number? >> Well, then she should know your number. >> She does not know my number. She got a new phone. I got a new phone. >> Okay, I have her phone. She can get out her phone, >> please. if she chooses to do so. I need you to start calling someone to come pick you up. >> Okay, I'm going to leave that. >> No, you're impaired. You cannot just walk down the road because it's a safety issue. You need to call somebody to come pick you up. >> I I will let you handle that portion of it. >> Thank you. I appreciate that. >> Um I'm looking at the >> Yeah, >> it's like terracotta glass. So, you can't give him my number at all? >> I assume you're going to uh come meet me over there with your PC. >> Sir, you can't give her my number at all. >> She can get out of her phone if she chooses to do so. >> She didn't get my contact information at all whatsoever. >> She can get it out of her phone if she chooses to do so. >> When? >> When we get to the gym, >> I'll have fun. >> She'll have she'll have contact with her phone. like she'll have her phone >> if she behaves herself and she asked me to get a number out of the phone. I have no reason not to let her. >> I'm not trying to be unreasonable. I just I I just want >> We talk about the stripper shoes or something else. >> I mean, yeah, kind of. Both pairs. >> Yeah. >> Um I do need her to get out of the car so I can switch it. Yes, but it's also your decision on whether you want to let her walk or not. >> I I can't control her from walking away, but the passenger, who was also clearly on another planet, [music] tried to negotiate her friend's release as if she were at a flea market. She demanded to speak to her friend, [music] seemingly unaware that under arrest means the party is over. The deputy had to explain the concept of custody like he was talking to a toddler. >> All right, young lady. I do need you to get your bag and at least come stand over here for me. >> Get my shoes on. >> Absolutely. >> Stepping on that. >> Where's your shoes at? I can get them for you. >> I took them off. >> Which shoes are they? Uh, let's not try to hide that now. Let's try not to hide the giant vodka bottle. >> My shoes with white >> 840 in the air. I will get photos of it for you, but there is a giant vodka bottle that you just hid in one of the backpacks. So, >> okay, >> don't forget your headlights. >> Can you sh flashlight so I can find my shoes, please? Now, let me see that backpack cuz you hit a giant alcohol bottle in there. Ma'am, don't don't go to jail over something stupid like an alcohol bottle. Please trying to hide evidence and crap. The passenger seemed genuinely baffled that she couldn't hike down a dark highway while impaired. The deputy tried to keep her contained while waiting for a tow truck to haul away the BMW. Are these your shoes right here? >> No, they're those are my gym shoes. >> Okay. Well, let's wear those cuz we're not going to play around this game of search around the car all night long. Here you go. >> I don't really care which ones you want. Those are the ones you're going to wear. Sir, I need you to get out of the vehicle now, please. >> Yeah, I understand that, but I want my other shoes. >> Ma'am, get out of the vehicle before I have to detain you, >> sir. Please give me two two. >> Those are valuable shoes that you can wear, ma'am. I'm done playing this game. You've attempted to hide evidence twice now. >> Twice? >> Yes, ma'am. But you shoving it in the backpack and then you trying to take the backpack? Absolutely not. Okay. Well, you're trying to shove [ __ ] in the backpack, hiding evidence. We're not playing this video game. We're not playing games. This is real life. friend made a really silly mistake tonight. >> I understand that I want I want all my stuff. Heat. Heat. Ma'am, your bag's already out. I don't need you going back to the car. >> I'm taking all my [ __ ] >> Okay. >> No, ma'am. I don't know if that bag's yours or not. No. >> No. >> You want It's my gym bag and I need it. I'm sorry. I'm not trying to be difficult, but it's >> You were being very difficult. >> I'm not being difficult. The deputy wasn't letting the passenger walk away because she was just as impaired as the driver. It's a safety issue, [music] but she took it as a personal insult. She was more worried about her valuable shoes than [music] the fact that her friend was in a cage. >> You came this close to going to jail. You're being difficult. >> You're hiding evidence and and you're trying to destroy it by taking it with you. Let's not play this [ __ ] game. >> You need to call someone to come pick you up. I'm not letting you walk away from him. Please don't curse at me. >> No, you don't get that option. This isn't Burger King. You need to call someone. Please don't curse at me. >> Call someone to come get you. >> I'm leaving. I'm not doing this [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Ma'am, I cannot in good faith and good conscience allow you to walk away. You're not in the right state of mind. You're impaired. You're not walking away. You need to call someone to come get you. Whether that is an Uber or friend, >> then I'll tell you. >> Thank you. Sit on the sidewalk or something. Hey. Okay. Uhuh. No. >> I'm getting my vape. >> I'm getting my vape. >> Go to the sidewalk. >> Why can't I get my vape? >> Go to the sidewalk. >> A vape is not >> Go to the sidewalk. You're not going back in this car. >> Can you get my vape for me, please? >> No. Go to the sidewalk. >> I don't want you walking around. Go stand over there and wait for your Uber. Where are you going? >> Where's Emma? >> Who? The driver of the car went to jail. >> Sorry. Where is Emma? The girl who's being detained. >> She's went to jail. >> Is she in that car? >> No. >> Is she in that car? >> No. >> Where? >> To jail. All right. Go stand over there where I asked you to stand. >> Attitude with me. I'm just >> Go stand over there where I asked you to stand. Please. >> Stand here. >> Because you're behind my car. Huh? >> I can't go to a gas station or anything. >> I can't leave you out in the general public. >> I can't go to a gas station. >> There's no gas stations around. >> Take me to a gas station? >> No, I got to sit here and wait for a tow truck. >> Ma'am, we've had multiple people call Ubers on the side of the road. The situation was serious. Both women were highly intoxicated. [music] If the car had not been stopped in time, a major accident could have happened. Still, arguing instead of understanding was her biggest mistake. Officers transferred the driver woman to the station to continue procedures. >> Okay. Tight with your lips and blow until you stop. You ready? Blow. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep blowing. Keep going. Keep blowing. Keep going. >> Okay. Once you stop, stop and we'll start all over. Okay. >> Don't Don't stop and blow. You stop and blow. Just stop. Okay. You ready? >> Okay. Look. Keep blowing. Keep blowing. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep blowing. Keep blowing. Keep going. Keep blowing. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. >> Okay. Have a seat for You're okay. Have a seat for me. Thank you. We're going to need at least one more sample just like that one when she calls you up. So, just the way you did. Okay. >> Oh, yes, sir. >> Tight seal with your lips and blow until I tell you to stop. Ready? Ready? Keep blowing. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Okay. Have a seat. Soon as your results turn out, I'll read them off to you. Okay. >> Okay. So, I'm required to warn you before you make any statements that you have the following rights. You have the right to remain silent and not answer any questions. Do you understand? Can you verball answer verbally for me, please? >> Yes, sir. >> Any statement you make must be freely and voluntarily given. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. You have the right to the presence and representation of a lawyer of your choice before you make any statement during any question. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> If you cannot afford a lawyer, you're entitled to the presence and representation of a courtappointed lawyer before you make a statement during any question. Do you understand? Yes, sir. >> If at any time during the interview you not wish to answer any questions, you are privileged to remain silent. Do you understand? [snorts] Yes, sir. >> I can make no threats or promises to induce you to make a statement, this must be of your own free will. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. At the police station, breathalyzer tests were conducted calmly. Results and procedures moved smoothly. This woman stayed cooperative unlike her partner who caused chaos on the road earlier. >> ASM can and will be used against you in the court of law. You understand? >> Yes. >> You understand your rights have been right to you. >> The limit in the state of Florida is 08. 08 is the limit. The first time you blew, you blew 210. The second time you blew, you blew 216. Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> You understand? You're two and a half times the legal limit. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, with your rights in mind, as I read them to you, would you be willing to answer some questions or would you like to remain silent?
