on October 22nd 2023 in Palm Beach Florida local deputies were dispatched to investigate reports of an intoxicated female wandering on a public beach after the posted closing hours the situation quickly escalated when officers attempted to communicate with the individual and enforce the beach rules he has a camera okay get get your hands away from me I'm not keep your hands away from me to leave the beach as it was closed to the public at that hour but she became defensive and uncooperative okay I'm not going to tell you again I'm going to arrest you why you touch my property because multiple opportunities to comply the suspect refused to leave continuing to argue with the officers at this point it became evident to the officers that the woman was intoxicated the suspect's refusal to leave Led the officers to warn her that she could be arrested if she did not comply okay so I gave it back okay I'm telling you again back up property I was just walk leave why should I leave now officer's Authority she remained uncooperative stating that the officers had no right to arrest her and that they had violated her rights by not reading her Miranda rights during the arrest the suspect argued that the officers had made baseless assumptions about her intoxication and repeatedly insisted that she had done nothing wrong okay why you're picture for would you want patting her phone ma'am after transporting the suspect to an urgent care facility for evaluation the medical team assessed her condition including her claims of a broken foot officers noted in their report that
