Dude over there watched it happen in the white hat. He watched it happen. He just attacked my wife, bro. Okay, my man. >> Thank you. >> And he slammed the door. They're hiding in the house now. That guy watched the >> Is he on the left? >> Yep. Yep. >> He just got out of prison. He's going like parole and dude. >> Okay. >> He literally attacked her. >> I need you right now. >> Oh, we have a witness. We have a witness. You're done. James is going back here. >> James is going back. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Calm down, please. >> So, what's calm down, >> sir? I'm trying to calm down. I'm going to you up if you come in jail. Please shut up. Stop. >> I know cuz you don't know how to talk. >> Nothing but a problem. Okay. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> I understand that. I've never been here. >> My wife just got interview and I don't care besides that guy saw it. Our neighbor over there. >> Instead of yelling about him, tell me what happened so I can actually do something for you. >> I called you originally because he stole our camera out of the hallway. >> Shut up. I'm talking to them. >> See, and they keep shutting the door because >> they know he's in trouble. First of all, we called you like 10 minutes ago because like two days ago, I saw my camera in my hallway cuz we have a shared hallway. It was taken down with the batteries and the back taken off. >> It's on my door. On my side of the door. >> They were here a month ago cuz he attacked that neighbor, too. >> I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. >> So, how did he attack you? >> Oh, when we were moving. Yeah. >> I'm not talking to you. You're very hyped up. Please go inside the house. >> Go the away so I can talk. >> I will arrest you. >> Sorry. >> Disorderly conduct. >> And no. Is it red right here? cuz he likes I he they were getting into it because I was moving all their to their side of the house. That is my yard. That is their shed. Your side of the yard. >> That is my yard. Can you get all your out of my side of the yard? Cuz my side is clean, dude. Look at all the over here. Look at their side of the garage over there. >> Gotcha. >> I just want my house back. >> And um Yeah. And then Oh, yeah. So, I was moving the slide over there and then he picked up that soccer ball and threw it right at me. >> Where' the soccer ball hit you? >> Uh right in my neck somewhere. Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. >> Like I'm all sweaty. I'm really >> Do you want somebody to come check you out? >> No, I'm fine. But >> you don't want a squad to come take a look at you or anybody like that? >> I'm 60 or 70. >> I'm 70. >> Me and Anthony Biano are 70. >> Okay. The dude. >> The dude are in at 60. >> In 60. He's the one that threw the soccer ball. >> He's the one that took my camera. This is what started it all. >> Okay. Are you able to go around the back of the residence and go in that way? >> Yeah. >> I don't want you walking past her. We'll come in >> when we're ready to talk to you again. Okay. >> What? >> Hi. >> That woman. >> Yeah. >> Sorry. I showed up a little because she said that's her. >> No, we rent. That's all right. That is >> Yeah, she touch I said don't touch my son's stuff. So I stepped in front of her. He threw off like, "Don't touch my son. Stop stuff." And she started whailing on him in front of my child. >> There's no bueno. >> Was she uh Was she open or closed? >> This. >> If you had to guesstimate how many times How many times? >> Probably about six, seven times. He's got red marks. Scratches. >> Yeah, I can see it from here. Someone is. >> Yeah. >> Somebody out there gather info. That officer gather info. >> No, I was inside. All right. What's your >> happened to kick it and throw the stuff that way and then when she went that way is when the ball did hit her. I don't but I went to the stuff cuz they were both charging me and she was swinging and I was bending down and that's why I threw the ball up cuz I was trying to put my hands out. >> Do you have Do you have marks on you? >> Yeah. Look. >> You're standing inside and I just >> No, I am not. >> What's your name? >> James K. K a H R I G. I can see it visally. >> She has it on me. She already called me and said, "If you need it, go over there and get because they already know about her." They've had a ladders come up storing. I've had a my granite countertop. I've had a leaf blower. I've had a speaker. I've had this neighbor down here, her parents come down here, bust out all her windows because she's stealing wrongs. If you don't believe me, they go down there. Her whole family down here busting her because she's robbing them. I don't know what what >> what's your date of birth? >> Does that have an offering between you guys? >> Every day. >> No, you're good. >> And like >> he stole the camera and I'm talking to and my landlord already said that like he's evicting them. >> Okay. >> But like it's just not it's just not soon enough. >> I gota Well, evictions take a while to process. Where's this camera that you had on the door? >> As far as the picture, >> where was it though? >> I'll show you. It was like It's one of those right there above your head back. >> Can you get the picture that you >> I have messages on my phone. All I asked was my phone's dead in there. >> I asked her. I was like, "Do you know where my lawn chair is with the cushion? I sit in it every day when my son plays." >> No, but >> that lawn chair there or a different one? >> No, it's a different one. It has wheels on it with a cute cushion. >> Okay. >> It's like my chair. I don't know. >> Okay. >> It's mine. Who else would have touched it? Right. >> We've been with them for weeks. >> Have you contacted your landlord to kind of let them know like, hey, >> yeah, he knows >> these people renting aren't doing the best. >> Yeah. >> What does he have people over here, my son's toys? Like, I don't live that life anymore. I've been in recovery for 3 years, sir, and I don't live that life. Why should you have to live it every day living here? >> I understand. I' I've been there before with the neighbors, >> and it's a tough battle. Like we seriously we go to work, we live our life, we pay our bills for sun outside to play. What is our common area? We have to share that yard. It is in >> Have you Have you talked to the landlord like saying that? What did he say back when you said >> that is our yard? That is our That is our yard. We have to share. >> Out of my way. >> Yeah. He already like the other day he ripped it down off the wall so I can take a picture of it to show the landlord. I even have it in my phone. Like this is our basement that we split. You know, >> it was right up here. >> Like literally, you can see the tape and the paint still, dude. >> You can see where it was. That's the tape. >> And it it's facing the door for our safety. >> Like not for my safety, for us. >> Gotcha. >> Like I don't know. Where's the picture at? Do you even want to see it? >> Yeah, I'll take a look at it. >> Like we literally took it like yesterday or the day before cuz he took it down and we noticed it halfway off the wall. >> You find it, dude? You sent it to me or something. >> I told it was sitting right on that counter right there cuz he ripped it down and he like ripped the batteries out the back of it. >> Okay. >> So, I took a picture of that to show the landlord and then I come out today >> and it's gone. >> Gotcha. >> And then that's when I said we knocked on the door and asked where my camera is and he said something about a chair. >> Okay. >> Like, dude, I got like 10 chairs. Okay. I don't need any. I don't know. >> And then the what happened today? >> Like I'm sorry to make you repeat yourself. Like I said, I showed up late. Yeah, I was actually >> I'm outside playing with my son >> and then all of a sudden they start yelling about a camera. I don't have cameras in my house. I guess they have a camera. I don't know. Okay, so that's great. Well, it's missing. Well, so is everything else in this property? >> So, they owned a camera and now it's missing. I guess, >> you know, we try to take care of this. We take care of our stuff. I've been trying to be quiet. >> Did you say where the camera was? >> I guess hallway in the common area in the back downstairs. >> I didn't know camera. >> How do you get to that common area? The other side. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Well, there's a back stairs. >> Like I have to walk all of a sudden. >> Is that where like a shared laundry type deal? >> No, I have my own side. >> Okay. >> They have their side. We have our side. >> So, he's like up in his face like trying to get James to him. Everybody knows James has hunger problems and he did it. >> I'm very proud of him. >> Yeah. This little baby right here changed our life. But you don't have to put your hands on our husband. >> Exactly. >> And if he wasn't in my arms, he'd probably be taking me because I It's a good thing we're not. >> I know. >> It's a good thing. >> Childish. This is all childish. I am 37 years old. >> Mhm. >> They are what? 20s. have someone here complaining and yelling. >> Maybe somebody yelling down their grandma. >> Yeah, they're always and they probably got police report cuz all their windows got busted out cuz >> Yeah, grandma there. >> This blue one right here. >> Oh, further down. The argument start >> us knocking on the door and asking where my camera is. >> Yeah. And then I And then I called you guys. So I went over there and I was moving their stuff. >> Anything further happens, do not knock on his door. >> Okay. Yeah, I know. But hey, that guy over there watched him hit her. >> Hi. >> Watch. You better be nice. But yeah, and like I I don't know. >> I started moving their on their side of the thing and that's when he got real pissed and he said, "Don't touch my >> I said, "Can you get your off of my side of the yard?" So I started moving it and that's when he chased me and hit me with the ball. >> Do you have any cameras on that side of the house? >> Dude, honestly, these are from Dollar Tree and they're fake. >> I got you. >> They were just jewelry, dude. I don't know. >> I think he's going to burglarize my house when I go home. Seriously, >> he's been Dude, he's been in prison like six times. He's got like 30 felonies. >> Like, we've been on and off like this whole 2 years since they have moved in. And we moved in first. And like I don't know. I have no idea, honestly. Like, you can see all of her text messages today, too, cuz she asked me something and I said, "Do you not text me? Where did my f or where did my camera go? You're lucky that I haven't called the cops on your dog that bit me three times now." >> That's a dangerous dog that they don't show. They don't show it right here. I don't call the cops when they fight 24/7. Like, I just don't I'm giving CSB a call, too. That kid ain't safe over there. That dude's talking so bad. >> Yeah, start calling us. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Um like calling. >> I'm calling CSB. >> What were you moving from your side of the yard? >> That yellow slide. >> Yellow slide. >> That yellow slide over there halfway in the yard. >> That's my side of the yard. I mean, >> Gotcha. >> And like when we moved in, like that's what my landlord told us. He has that shed. I have my yard. Okay. >> I don't have a shed. He doesn't have a yard. >> Gotcha. >> I have the yard. And he >> So you were moving? >> Yeah, I moved it. Yeah, >> you were moving. >> He started to move it and then he ran after him and I said, "Then I'll move it >> and then he came after me." >> Okay. So you you guys were moving the slide and then he chased after you guys. >> She had the baby. Yeah, she had the baby in her hand the whole time. Like she didn't do anything saying I'm going to jail because I hit him. >> No, >> you didn't touch him. >> Yeah. No, I pushed him off of me. I pushed him off of me. He threw it after me after he threw it at me. >> Okay. So, >> and buddy, I mean, the guy on the corner right here literally seen me and like I said, you saw that, right? >> The cops again when you were pulling down. >> He threw the soccer ball at you. It hit you in the front of the throat >> and then he grabbed you. >> He did not grab me. I just pushed him pushed him away cuz he kept getting closer and closer. >> Like my landlord's on vacation for a week. I don't want to call him right now. >> I'm going to tomorrow. I'm not calling him at 8:30 at night. I mean, I'm going to call him in the morning. His name's Ron Robinson, who owns this house. >> I just love my house, dude. And that's what I told my landlord. I love living here. I love my house. I just hate them, dude. I hate my neighbors. I've never had to deal with this situation before. >> When he was getting close to you, what was he doing? >> Nothing. Thumbing out the mouth. I mean, sweating like I am probably just saying, "Get the away from my >> Just yelling and screaming." >> Yeah. Just yelling and screaming. Dang, don't touch my And I said, "Get your off my side of the yard. Then since we're on this since we're going to be on this neighbor's thing, get your off my yard." That's why I moved everything on my side of the porch to their side. >> Okay. >> That trash can and that chair. Get it off of my side. >> Gotcha. When you when you pushed them, what happened from there? >> She said, "I'm going to jail." And they all ran inside. >> Yeah. They always do. They hide every time the cops come. >> Every time the fire department comes for them, they close and lock the doors. act like they're not home. Like the fire department has come five times for them because they light a fire that's right next to my house, right next to my car. I I don't know. I don't call the cops and I don't call my landlord, but I don't I Yeah, cuz I don't like problems, dude. >> I gotcha. What's your name? >> Alicia. Alicia Lance. >> How do you spell Did you like scratch at him? Did you >> I don't think so. I mean, it was his back when he was like walking, you know, walking. I don't know. Turning around, walking. >> Thank you. >> His side. >> So, you didn't scratch him or anything like that? You don't think so? >> No, >> they don't scratch. I don't know. You don't scratch anyways. And they even said before you got here, oh, you did that to yourself. >> If there's a scratch on him, she did it clearly. I don't know. I don't know. >> I got to go talk to Officer Dobney real quick. I'll be right back. >> Do me a huge favor. If they start piping up, don't respond to We we'll get to that point. Check on our fellow officer. >> Funny little Chinese voice. >> That's my son's baseball. >> You want it? >> That's my son's baseball. >> So, I just don't want my dog to bark at you. >> Oh, you're fine. >> Childhood. I am so sorry you guys had to come out here like this, but she don't need to act like that. >> I see that smile. As soon as I as soon as you guys for my >> go back. We don't need you right now. >> So I can >> Oh yeah, go right ahead. >> We go to work every day. There's just no reason for them to come outside yelling and screaming in our face. There was they were yelling so loud that people were walking down the street. >> We heard >> my son's common area, >> right? >> Unless something >> driveways. I could see a little >> Right. But like there's not >> my guess is >> per her she has called the landlord about this issue before and he says it is everyone's yard >> if you guys watch you can go ask the dude on the left side of that duplex. He watched the dude hit her. He was outside when it happened. I even looked. I said, "Hey, you saw that right?" >> Yeah. Oh, he railed her right in the neck with it. >> He threw that little plastic >> Yeah. Yeah. He railed as hard as he could right neck. That guy's seen it. >> All right. We'll have to go talk to him. >> You live here? >> I don't think I met you yet. >> And he he like he beat up the two gay dudes over there the other day. >> This guy? >> Yeah, you guys were here. If you look, I'm sure it's on record. He attacked that guy and pushed him the other day. You go ask him about it. He's really violent. He's a violent dude. He attacked that guy and called him and stuff cuz there two gay guys who live over there. >> That's not cool. >> Yeah, you could you ask the dude right now. He knows. He knows all. He He won't even talk to us now because he's so violent and attacked him. He threatened to kill the old lady back here because she was calling the fire department on him and stuff. >> You've been telling your landlord about this? >> Oh, yeah. He knows all this stuff. >> They're gone. There's gone. They're gone soon. I don't think they paid their July rent yet. >> I pay mine early. I'm two months ahead. >> It's August. I don't know if you're checking. >> Is it? >> I talked in like July 20th. They said paid. hang out in here with the cats and >> I know, dude. I'm sorry. >> We'll let you know what's going on. >> If it comes to pressing charges, do you want to? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Would you like to have walk and talk patrols? >> I said, would you like to have the walk and talk? >> Yeah. Walk and talk. probably hi says he got home, walked the dog, came back. There's a bunch of yelling going on. He came out here and his girl was in and those two were screaming at each other out here. Uh he started yelling because he was ran at her and picking stuff up, moving it, throwing it around his son's stuff. This is a shared yard. It's not just so picked up, just threw it. This guy in the yellow shirt was yelling at him about how he was beat. >> Sounds like a massive amount of disorderly conduct. >> Yeah, >> he's got like It looks like they just like slapped at each other. >> Did we talk to any of them? They He was yelling about somebody with a white hat. >> I don't know where that dude went. If he's still over here or not. supposedly one guy was saying she said she had a ring. >> It's not on the front of the house. >> It's a fake camera in a shared hallway that goes down through the shared basement. >> It's a fake camera from Walmart because fake cameras are better. And uh probably cheaper. >> Yeah. >> And uh it was mounted above their door along their wall pointed towards the back door. They're accusing head over here of taking it down, taking the batteries out of it. And then the next day, they put it back up and it's just completely gone now. But it doesn't work anymore. >> They started yelling at each other. He showed up, chased her and her boyfriend in the yellow shirt, and then he picked up a soccer ball. Where that is a little tiny, it's a little plastic baseball. >> Oh, I'm not charging assault for that. >> No. and uh chucked it at her, hit her in the throat. She's got a little red mark, but she's also sweating and just >> I'm very hyped up right now, so who knows if that red mark is actually a hit mark. >> Um >> between me and that doorway. >> Yeah. And uh he was getting up in her face, yelling, cussing at her, and she pushed him. She said she doesn't know if she could have scratched him or not because she's got like the fake nails on. >> Yeah. She pushed him and then Ted's girlfriend screamed something about them going to jail and then I showed up and he ran inside the house. >> Nope, you're all good. Hey there. >> You two are the first cats not to bite me. >> Watch him speak too soon. Watch him. >> I always speak too soon. >> Cats have a thing for biting me. I don't know because I smell like a dog eating just you. I promise. >> I got you. Um, can I grab your info, my man? Yeah, it's Anthony >> to uh awesome. Biano, are you? >> Oh, >> that's not good. Why? >> Huh? Oh, >> that's his brother. >> That's your brother? >> Really? I know him. >> How? >> Good or bad? >> Indifferent. >> How do you know? >> I went to school with him. >> Did you? Dude, what's your name? >> Hm. >> What's your name? >> Austin. >> Austin. What? Dude, >> Elkins, >> dude. >> But um I've heard that I've heard that name before. That's funny. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. We Yep. >> Yep. Yep. met him down in green. Um >> right now, >> is he? That's good. >> All right. >> House in green and stuff now. >> All right. >> So, what we do from here? Because like >> Well, we're gonna we're gonna write up some paperwork and then we'll let you all know what's going on. All right. >> Okay. >> How's your evening going? >> Good. What's up? >> Uh did you catch anything that happened over here? No screaming, nothing. >> Well, after I started mowing, there was a lot of screaming, but I couldn't really hear. >> Okay. So, the reason I ask is disorderly conduct, the ordinance, which is like our city's state law. Um, somebody has to be a victim. Somebody has to be annoyed or alarmed by actions. So, I'm just checking to see if you guys were annoyed or alarmed by their actions. >> No. >> All right. Figured I'd ask >> after being assaulted by them. No, >> that's what I heard. Are you doing all right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Any issues? >> The ones threatened with disorderly conduct. >> Really? >> Yep. >> So, we haven't paid attention to them one day. >> Has he said anything to you? gotten near you. Okay. >> No, they just walk up and down our sidewalk all day. >> We'll put an extra patrol in so people will start parking out here. Hopefully keeping the peace. Is there a set time normally evenings like this that it happens? >> Uh I don't know. >> All right. >> We honestly haven't spent much more time outside after that. >> I'm sorry. It has to hinder your guys' life. >> Yeah. If you need anything big or small, give us a call. Right. >> Nobody seen nothing over there. >> He Yeah. And the reason is because how he legitimately they got into it like the other dude was saying >> that return >> with disorderly conduct by the officers that came out here and handled that call. So I said I'm sorry that that happened. You ready to go into the fun apartment? I'm not going in there. Should probably wait for all the >> That was a mistake. We're talking to your neighbors real quick. >> If I don't trip the fall, >> don't be >> kitties. >> Don't be get back. >> Sorry. >> All good. >> Okay. >> All right. So, >> get back all you. >> So, here's what's going on. Oh, you have a puppy, too. >> Yeah. >> Look at that >> little old lady. So, here's what's going on. That's a shared yard. Um, >> no, it's not. Did you call >> It is Didn't call your landlord. Technically, being a duplex, that's pretty much >> So, I can use their uh shed. >> Go for it. If you want to cause more issues, >> I'm just saying that that's >> Talk to your landlord before you do anything. >> I already >> Because if we cause more issues and we come out here, people are going to start going to jail. >> Oh, I know. But, hold on. Sorry. I did tell my landlord and that's why I started moving their stuff cuz he said I could. Gotcha. >> Yeah. >> Um that'll go into the report as well. >> Okay. >> All right. Right now, >> we're taking both sides here. >> You're both being charged with disorderly conduct. They're both being charged with disorderly conduct. I can already tell both of you are going to have an issue with it just because you feel like you're in the right. I don't blame you. Fight it in court, though. I'm not the one to argue with. Okay. >> So, jail time or a ticket? >> Just a ticket. >> Okay. >> So, that's yours. All right. That's also yours. So he's probably going to go to jail because he has a warrant. >> Yeah, they're barbered eventually. >> You do have a warrant, but it's like it's for I know it's for not finishing a program. I haven't been pulled over. >> Yeah, they don't I don't even think they really want me. So >> probably not. >> Is it Stow Court? >> I thought it was Barbadon or some account. >> No, I mean for this court. >> Oh yeah, >> that's um No, that's K Falls Mayor's Court. >> Okay, >> I believe you can just pay it. If you guys want to fight it, you do have to show up to court. Okay. >> Which court would that be? Sto >> Mayor's court. >> Mayor, he just said that. >> Sorry. So, I'm ADHD, bro. I apologize. >> I get it. So, if you take a right off Stone, go up Cordage to Second Street, take a right. Yep. >> Other side of the police department. So, don't park where all the police cars are. Park on the other side. Easiest way. Turn down third street and you'll be right into their >> It's understandable. I'm not tripping. I'm I'm probably definitely going to find it, though. >> Well, yeah, >> it's up to I understand. I understand you guys having to take both sides. >> Guilty, not guilty, no contest, all that. >> What are we getting conduct for? We're just >> because they have to take their side and they have to take our side. >> Basically, it's just fighting and turbulent behavior because we've got reports in multiple 911 calls, people fighting out in the sideyard. >> But hold on that the multiple calls. You can go back and look. I've never been about us. This is the first time I've ever called you guys. >> We don't look at past incidents. We're only dealing with this incident, though. >> All right. As long as you guys have any questions because we're going to go deal with them, and I'm hoping it goes just as smooth. >> Oh, it's not. It's not. Open door. >> All right, guys. >> Have a good one, man. Austin said hi. Tell them I said hi back. >> Friendly. >> I know, right? >> Next. >> They shut the door. >> Yes, they did. >> They'll come back if you knock. I told them. >> Hi. Can we talk to both of you guys? >> Yeah. >> Stand here. All right. Uh, I'm gonna talk to you over here if we can get James to talk to them if he's willing to. >> Is he upset now? >> All right. I'll talk to you down here. We'll let James handle that. >> Just I don't want him surrounded by three cops feeling all anxious. All right. So, the decision the officer made today um is everyone's going to get ticketed. Okay. Hear me out. She started a fight. You guys engaged in a fight. You both engaged in disorderly conduct. It's a minor misdemeanor. Okay. I'll give you a court date. You go fight it if you want. You don't have to. You don't even have to appear in court if you don't want to. Okay, here's how it works. >> I want a picture taken on my chest though. >> I'm going up there. >> Well, you're going where? >> To the police station. To the police report. >> For what? >> Okay. So, there's already a police report. >> Well, I want a statement. >> I want it on paper. >> Okay. So, all four of you be in charge of this conduct. >> Okay. So, >> I got ring doorbell. I didn't tax. I didn't do not decide to find a copy of that doorbell with you. >> No, but she says she's going to get it for me. >> 2947. >> She has You see the green door right there on the door? >> 2247. >> Yeah. I work in the factory studio all day. >> Okay. >> So, if you would like to fight it, as you mentioned, you need to appear in court on August 10th of this year, 2:00 in the afternoon. >> Just plain verbiage if you want to read it. It says you engaged with your I put on there your neighbors so that they can see the past histories and things like that. Um, this is not a price tag. That's just the ordinance. Five. It's just disorderly conduct. You don't have to appear in court, but if you do want to, it's next Thursday, 2 p.m. Chicago Falls Mayor Court. You know, that's at in our city building. Okay, there's that for you. Like I said, >> show up. Keep them separated. >> I have my son in my arms. I'm not going to disally. >> All right. If anything else stirs up, give us a call. Okay? I'm sorry you have to put up with us. >> I have been to so many of these types of calls, I've lost count. They are one of the more common type of call to go to in law enforcement where it's just a bunch of adults that can't resolve their very minor differences amongst each other. Things get a little bit out of hand and they end up needing law enforcement intervention in order to resolve it. Ultimately, the only person that's going to be able to permanently resolve the situation is going to be the landlord. he is going to have to evict someone out for sure or someone's going to have to move. Otherwise, more than likely, there's going to be continued issues. There's already a history of it. They're fighting over who has access to that giant huge side yard. There's theft of a fake $2 camera and things are just getting completely ridiculous. You have this woman who ended up calling. I believe she has visible injury on her chest from where that soccer ball or a little baseball hit her. You have the other party, the male half, where he has visible injury where she supposedly scratched him or pushed him or whatever she did to him. Those are just minor misdemeanors. Also, it's just battery. Both parties want to press charges on each other and it is just a giant mess. Now, the theft of that camera or fake camera in that common area, that's never going to go anywhere in court. No one no one at the district attorney's office is actually going to put that case through for a $2 theft of a fake camera in the common area. So the other thing you have is the very minor misdemeanor battery. And like I said, both people have visible injury. So the easiest way to resolve this situation on the law enforcement side of things is something we would refer to as CYA. Cover your ass for the liability element in that situation for us because these cops know more than likely they're going to get called back to this house at one point in time or another. Like I stated, there's already a history there. So it's easier for officers to say that they documented this situation. Everybody was issued a citation since they can't really figure out who's actually going to be the primary aggressor or who's right or wrong in the situation. So, it's easier just to send the entire case to the district attorney's office to more than likely have the DA's office review it throw it in the trash can because it is going to be a giant waste of time and money. However, the officers will be able to say that they did their due diligence, they took a report, they took everybody's statements, and they forwarded it. That way, if something were to happen in the future, god forbid, that was worse than what they had just gone to, then they can at least say that they properly did their job. And that's going to be it for this one. See you guys in the next one. >> All four of them were charged with disorderly conduct. [Music] [Music]
