female individual who was observed walking aimlessly on the road the caller described the female wearing shorts boots and a shaved head concerned about the unusual behavior officers promptly arrived at the location mentioned by the caller to assess the situation and ensure Public Safety hello deputy sheriff's office um we got called out here cuz there's like someone laying in the road and like we see the bags and whatnot oh okay just I gu making contact with you just seeing if you do anything or they might be out in the field there we were just out there anyone knock on your door been inside your garage or anything mm no I got camera there okay but usually we get a of weirdos that come walking down the road here they go all the way down to birds down there yeah yeah yeah that makes sense yeah you mind if we walk in your back air a little bit and just look see if we can look up down go ahead you said you got a camera so you like would know if someone went in your garage yeah I got a camera right there okay okay thank you oh thank you hey Ana upon reaching the scene officers approached the caller to gather initial information about the reported incident the caller provided details about the female's erratic movements indicating where she was standing and walking when he observed her after some effort they spotted a female matching the description given by the caller walking in a manner that Drew their attention Okay we we just got to come check on you were you the one that was laying in the road not fine people ask if I'm fine no I'm not but I'm going to be fine walking away that's what I want this okay is is is are these your bags I don't even care about the bab one that's not my fault that's their anyna are those are those your bags who cares because they're they're just laying in the road and they nobody cares if my name Ana or nobody cares if I want those bags or not I car yesterday I just got them yesterday after having all my stuffen yet again I'm done caring about stuff people who disrespect what I do want not to be alone okay I if those are your okay I believe it was any different ever okay uh you need to stop here you guys are doing it too to stop being homeless and I wanted to make everyone as the officers approached her they initiated an interaction to understand the situation and ascertain the reasons behind her behavior however the female exhibited immediate resistance and was uncooperative with their inquiries she began arguing with the officers demanding an explanation for their actions and expressing frustration over the perceived intrusion El happy before that and that's why I don't care about anyone happens I don't care I don't want to talk to you I said what I had to say I'll say it five 10 different ways if that makes you happy but you're not going to put a solution to it are you are you going to tell me that there's a home I to go sit down and figure out I'm okay here no's going to make a cruel joke out of this right need you to stop and you to listen to me for nobody's going to think I'm the loser all right so my head just hoping people would like stop it works by the way you're welcome when's the last took a more serious turn when the officers decided to take her into custody for further questioning as they moved to detain her the female's Behavior became increasingly erratic she resisted their attempts displaying signs of agitation and distress and continued to scream and struggle her her actions appeared unpredictable and heightened the challenge for the officers trying to maintain control of the situation stop me you have no right to do this to me whenever you just put in my purse that you're handcuffing me for you better walk away yo that purse I going to find a camera and that person was sitting here wide open when you came over here and I have no reason to trust you right now I was being very open and honest with you you take your breath you won't let me even have a listen to me listen to me I will calm are youur I will calm down if you get off of me and let me have a cigarette I'll go wherever the you want but you are not disrespecting me like this right now if you have a cigarette I'll give you one I don't think I even do cuz I just threw everything I'm going to tell you something I just threw everything and none of it's even mine if you can bring yourself down and uncooperative her behavior persisted marked by Defiance and a refusal to engage constructively with the officers realizing the necessity of further intervention the off officers transported her to the police station for a more thorough investigation and documentation of the incident I just he nobody disrespecting the fact that I needed that go read my notebook if you want to know I just have to WR in a notebook and the notebook respected me cuz I didn't sit there and do this to me I love that notebook and if I lose anything please don't let be that notebook cuz I don't care about anything else cuz that was my feelings being hard by nobody but me but at least I got him out that felt so good that felt so ConEd cuz nobody stopped me but a lot of people tried [ __ ] Ricky my life whatever no it's other people getting in my way of doing what I want I finally want to do something nice and not just drink myself into an early grave you those feel a little bit better I want to listen to a song and sing and not hear my voice I hate my voice cuz I'm yelling having to have my feelings heard and they still not being heard to this day it's nuts okay want you just take a sit back for me please I was I thought you lied to me I need you to please thank please just lie to me and tell me you'll let me have that lie to me again so I can sit here not feel despair that you just did that to me that was really mean okay that was really mean all right thank you want to sit with why do I care about other people nobody cares about me I just wasted my one chance at doing something good for me and having a great future trying to explain the ACT I want to V and do arts class not I'm going to have pain job because I love that I want to do that I know I'm not going to have a high pain job in arts I'm so excited money that was that was homeless those when I get out please please when I get out can I have those those have to get out don't leave put it back in your pocket okay turn around take w were supported by the documented evidence of her behavior at the scene and during her interactions with the officers the details of the incident were presented in court highlighting the challenges
