The suspect, now in the police car, was still yelling. The officers agreed that charges needed to be pressed, and they began the process of transporting her to the station. At the station, the suspect would be charged with aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, and aggravated menacing. The situation had become far worse than intended. Police protection.
