on November 3rd 2023 the police responded to a report involving a dispute over Apartment keys a male individual identified as the apartment's original owner reported that his girlfriend refused to return the keys to him the situation likely involved an argument or disagreement about access to the apartment prompting the police to intervene to resolve the issue I know we were looking wait please what's that you think you can do all that she started no I just want to ask question sure go ahead she started hostility with me I tried to defend myself so then she started doing it in my husband's face with her bottom off her top up and she herself yeah all the all of it as the officer approached the scene they noticed a group of people creating a significant disturbance the individuals were engaged in behavior that Drew considerable attention possibly involving loud noise disruptive actions or other forms of unrest the attempt to discuss the serious matter proved unsuccessful the individuals responsible for the disturbance were uncooperative and reluctant to address the situation seriously police of my what is going on my children who that go right there one hey go bro we just cooling broing bro [Applause] you let's go this park closes at nine let's go everybody go we can you stand right here no Park CL is at nine this park is closing let's go sorry sir around the other half that they want to do anything that guy I saw that girl start pushing everybody she's going for disorderly at the very least but that she was her and this mother were going at it that's what that's what some guy said I don't know if I see her for can you clear my warning then show me on the fight 10 car to car 12 info one want to make sure they started that I have video evidence I know but I have video evidence I'm sorry I was in the middle of the C just two people want a cab back to Tampa they only have cash they're from out of country can just get the Triple 7 CS to the Pier 60 bus drop off they'll flag them down when they get there the officer was trying to identify the individual responsible for causing disturbances after an extensive search the the officer eventually met with the caller who had reported the issue the caller gave information about her girlfriend who was believed to be involved when the officer finally found the woman described he encountered a woman dressed in an elaborate outfit who was indeed causing a disturbance the officer requested her cooperation to resolve the situation despite the officer's attempts to calm her the woman continued to cause a disturbance I can't cop 6 can you show your that last one just in Cas looks like everyone's yeah that was 541 friends on this side ladies on the other side the left okay what do she do to that lady cuz I don't I don't believe that mother was here with her kids just suddenly went up to her and started a problem with her oh unless they've been drinking something yes they most certainly did that lady's not been drinking anything and then and then I break up the fight and your friend continues to push everybody around her well she was probably upset Y and she's going to go to jail for [Applause] that to my apartment key these are in her purse okay I'll get them for you no they're in her in her car I just need to what do you need I need to get in her car to get my keys and my stuff okay where's her car I'm sorry it's in Surf style in Surf style and where are the keys to her car in her purse all right hold [Music] on more 23 Smith hey are you old enough to drive are you old enough to drive I am if she wants you to take her car you want to take it or okay fair enough I'll do the VIP on this cuz I saw what was going on yeah is there car keys in here yeah there's two sets here so far um she's yeah she's got grinder okay she's it is it with her picture on it that's a felony yes it is her fake ID this is her real ID Florida uh Florida yeah Florida driver's license is the real one better and better the birthdays driver's license she's got sh there driver license that's same girl just like CH has two you guys anything so many people here you think that's her yeah I'll run it yeah that battery you don't have aever supposedly the other girl said it was an adult that called her [ __ ] they were but uh they just took off uh I just want your friend is wanting her apartment key out of your car which one's your car fob that one both of them yeah both of them you GI her per are you giv her permission to go in your car and get her a key that's fine all right I know we were looking so wait please what's up you think you can do all that she started no I just want to ask questions sure go ahead she started hostility with me I tried to defend myself I'm just confused why I'm the one I'm confused I'll tell you why when I got there the fight was being broken up you continue to start pushing everybody you know and and none of them were that lady I did I watched you and I didn't know I'm in a fight she's coming at me I don't want anyone to come at me why did she come at you there's no way that mother just came at you for no reason because I was showing my ass in front of a public viewing area I don't think why were you doing that cuz I was dancing and having a good time okay yeah and she got mad and she came over they don't want that okay but she came over to me she came over to you no she threw hands at me I didn't see that she grabbed my hair okay you didn't see that but I know that's what happened okay but I wasn't there okay but she grabbed my hair so I was protecting myself I don't know that that's my truth and that is the truth I'm arresting you for the part that I saw I was defending myself no that was over when I got there the fighting between you and her had been broken up you continued to just go nuts and we're not having it down here I don't know what beat you think this is and we'll expend I didn't know she was done what is that I got that from a friend why she gave it to me for what reason she's like oh this looks like you this this could use you as your yes that's what she said I was so it's a fake ID yeah I I'm keeping my IDs she gave it to me I didn't buy it how much have you had to drink today a drink one cuz I'll breath Alize you one and a half one and a half all right P your legs in I'm going to give your friend these Keys okay protecting I don't know what happened at that time I know you don't but you're really going believe what you want I'm not I'm going to believe what I saw my car actually that's the mother right I want to T K I can tell uh yes I do do you get her info somebody hey and I'll go after you can you bring them back when you're done yes thank you sir all right I'm going to go grab my [Applause] backpack sir you have evidence of the initial meeting of them I don't have evidence of the initial unless you guys have your cameras that start it started right on that cement thing that's when the lady came up okay once the woman provided all the relevant details about the incident the police officer was able to assess the situation more clearly after thoroughly reviewing her information and ensuring all aspects were understood the officer decided it was necessary to transport her to the police station they were there see if they Capt anything are they yeah you could try do they work right now I don't even know yeah they're working I don't think they would capture it here but you know it's worth a try thanks [Applause] man I know that sounds shallow you are shallow I am shallow it's okay hell all right I'm going to go for us I don't know what chaos down there I'm going to go get this started you got a victim I got her for at least disorderly in to good at the very least she pushing everybody and creating a big brewha looks or marijuana yeah but she got a medical marijuana card I know you can't keep it like that but what's the charge though yeah it's not even a charge I think it's just one of those civil citation her name Skyler yeah what was the other part she says it's it's just a a fake it's not fake it's somebody's idea that looks like her so it's a misdemeanor I'll bang her with it where did the lady Go the mother she was just Rock what what happened thank you what happed with the girls but uh she was acting inappropriate uh taking her clothes off and I asked her if she could just stop doing that so I can just go by with the kids um she then she said I my kids are to go through all this again I'm sorry over there no I understand they witnessed that already and I'm like it's so sad that they they store all that so I asked her if she can not do that until we passed and then she can continue and then she started cursing at us vulgar languages like [ __ ] penis and your husband wants to stick in it was horrible your husband likes it I'm like okay all right my girls come on I was putting on my daughter's sneakers cuz we just came from Beach like letting them walk in the beach so I had my back towards her so then she started doing it in my husband's face with her bottom off her top up and she Expos herself yeah all all of it Expos her whole self so I I whatever so then a guy came and I don't know if he was friends with her but he got in my husband's face then she got in his face and then she started getting in my face and it looked like this to me I got my kids right there and when she went like this CU I didn't know what she was going to do and to be honest I put my hand down to stop it like this and uh and that's when she jumped on top of me um and then ping my hair yanking me to the ground things like that that's where the scravel came um and it was all of them on top of me a whole bunch of her friends I guess were there a bunch of people all on top of I kind of came up when it was in the middle of that um so you got a couple options okay MH I can charge her with battery on you for the fight or if you don't want to be involved in that part of it I have enough to to send her to jail for disorderly intoxication and a couple of other things yeah yeah so your call Totally your call I mean she's going to go to jail tonight regardless okay um so if you just want if you're if you're satisfied with the fact that she's going to go to jail tonight and you know she's not going to get out tonight uh that's fine but if you want to be a victim you know a technical victim and and I charge her with battery you know then we can it's a whole thing for me to come here again just keep it the way it is um I don't want to have to put my kids through any more of this tonight I understand she's going to go to jail I'm really sorry where you from H be Florida we moved here 4 years ago from New York oh you so oh I see we live here in Florida which is here on spring break yeah just the kids spring break too it's like the and my husband even said he's like let's get back it's dark the kids you know the kids are out I made such a thing mistake I was like oh they want to play in the sand just so you know when you when you come to this beach further north you go you won't have this right middle North Beach where they can still be in the sand yeah you won't have all this okay I didn't know I know I I too late now um thank you they I'm going to type it all up nice for you put it in the call they added the basic but all sounds good I got chicken scratch so all right well she's going to go to jail um I'm sorry this happened to you um I hope you have the better rest of your trip we just want come back here and I you know they want to have fun and play there's it's literally these these one three weeks yeah yes and if you stay away from these three weeks this beach is beautiful they they invade us and that's kind of put you guys in such a hard place too cuz now you're on bar at any point it's all this mess cuz I could imagine I'm just seeing that Glimpse you guys see this all the time right here yep so and I was actually shocked cuz I thought it was going to be two kids fighting cuz youp it was I felt like I had about five kids on top of me yeah all right yep well thank you you don't need any medical help or anything no I don't think so I my li is in my head you did okay for yourself yeah I mean I had no doing five people on it was probably like five that's how when I came around it was hard to see but you and her were like deadlocked and then there was some people around so that camera did not capture what happened okay I just got off the phone with them all right it was panned that way by the time it came back this way you were already here doing your thing okay she was standing on that cylinder piece where it started to yeah we have a camera there but it was facing that way and wasn't seeing her undress when she started it cuz that's when she was starting to take off her clothes we're referring to the camera right here on the corner that way and by the time they seen people running this way it turned and already seen him involved in what was happening so all right guys stay she's going to go toight where you from you from New York originally originally from Texas and I mov to New York okay yeah I'm not going to deal with that cuz she's got a medical marijuana card and I think it's like a citation or something if I don't have it can hear the ACT that's where I'm from okay yeah waiting River I mean I I was all over nice meeting later the woman was brought to court to address the situation she faced charges of criminal trespassing and
