girl. I don't give a [ __ ] I will actually end up going to jail for that. Stupid. On April 1st, 2025 in Ohio, a frantic 911 call pulled officers into a family nightmare when a mother reported her daughter had attacked her in the middle of a fiery argument. What seemed like a household dispute quickly morphed into something far more chaotic with tension, accusations, and raw emotion filling the room. Watch the video to know what actually happened. >> Last night, people are still bullied. >> Okay. >> Can you go up on the front porch for a sec? I'll talk to you in a minute. >> Why do you think I wanted to die at night? >> You heard it all. >> Cuz nobody loves me. What's going on? >> She just got released from the hospital and I don't know why >> because she's acting like this. >> Was she pink slipped up there or something? >> I don't know if they pink slipped her or not, but she said she was going to herself and then she's acting like this. Um, she told me that I know she smoked weed. >> No, you've been there. You bought me a car before. She told me that um it was laced with meth and fentanyl. >> Okay. >> I don't know if she's been asleep or not. Okay. >> And if she has it, it's been 3 days. >> She just got back from the hospital though. >> Yeah, they released her and I don't know why. >> Okay. Was there some kind of physical fight between you two? >> She hit me. >> Where'd she hit you at? >> In the face. >> Do you remember where exactly? Like do you feel like you have an injury or something? >> No. >> Okay. >> I was on the couch. the uh small couch. >> Was it just Was it like a punch or open hand slap or just >> open hand smack kind of >> kind of one time and I kept on trying to hit you cuz I didn't the first time that's what happened cuz you deserved it. You really did. And that's how you guys try to punish me. Huh? I'm just going to hate her cuz I know the cops ain't going to do [ __ ] I'm 18, girl. I don't give a [ __ ] I will actually end up going to jail for that. I want to do what I want to do. >> What am I going to do? >> She's also financially my whole life. >> Want to hear my side of the story? >> I'll do your side of the story. I'll talk to you in just a sec. >> So now I'm just going to jail. What about her buying me a car? Arrest her. She's bought me weed. She's bought me weed. No, she's bought me weed. Okay, I'm telling everyone that Yeah, I know her full name and her address, too. >> She's bought me weed. She's mentally abused me. All that [ __ ] She's legally bought me weed. >> No, stop talking. >> You're under arrest, so you are >> Sorry. I thought you were just trying to I didn't know I had to piss the car. >> Yeah, that's what I was trying to tell you. Just relax and listen what I have to say. Okay. Um I'm going to need you to separate your feet. All right. Do you have anything on you that's going to stick and stab me? I have to search you before I put you in the car. Okay. Just going to the back of my hand. >> I'm going to leave this down so you get some fresh air. Okay. I just I don't need you yelling or anything. I'm going to talk to her when I talk to you. Okay. >> Was it more than once that she hit you like that? >> The arrest happened almost instantly. Like the officers didn't even need popcorn before the show started. One second she was yelling about not being loved. The next cuffs clicked in. Her energy screamed main character meltdown. Yet her reasoning was stitched together worse than a bargain bin soap opera script. >> She slapped me a couple of times. Couple times. >> Your arm was in the way. So I waited to hit you. >> My arm hit your hand, not your face. And it wasn't even hard enough for you to really know how mad I was at you. >> Oh, you were laying on the couch in the living room. >> No, I was studying on the couch in the living room. Okay. >> Or I might have she might have um or I was standing up and then she started hitting me so I like fell back onto the couch. I don't remember. >> Okay. And she continued to hit you or >> she tried to? Yeah. >> Okay. How many times would you say she hit you like that in the face? >> Three times. >> Three times. Okay. >> That's your daughter, correct? >> Okay. Well, she's going to be under arrest for domestic violence. Do you have any questions for me right now? >> Can I get a written statement from you? Is that something you can do for me? Okay. Let me get you that. One sec. I'll be with you in just a second here. And here just describe exactly what happened in your own words and then I just need a signature and then I'll sign as a witness. Okay. >> Okay. >> I'm going to go up to the >> Yeah, that's totally fine. I'm going to read your rights just because I'm back in the car. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Well, I just let you know that I bear on the law. >> Okay. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any question if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand all those rights? >> Oh, okay. Am I going to go through? >> Do you understand all those rights? >> Read them. >> Sure, I can reread them. >> All right. You have the right to remain sign. You understand? Okay. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You understand? Okay. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. >> Okay. >> Can you read the last sentence? You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. >> Me asking unless you have questions. >> You can decide at any time. You can talk to us. >> Okay. So, having that in mind, do you want to talk to us? >> No. >> Okay. So, basically, I mean, you kind of admitted to everything while you >> I also want to talk to a lawyer instead. >> Okay. Well, you'll get the chance to do that. >> Okay. So, I know. Thank you. What would I have a lawyer? I'm pointing. Okay. I would too. Like maybe my lawyer will be my best friend. Why would my whole family pick on me all the time? >> What's your social, dear? >> I don't know. I know that's for >> a gang member. >> The mother spelled it out. multiple slaps, hitting the couch, and three strikes later, the charge was clear. Domestic violence. The daughter swung between defiance and confusion as officers calmly read her rights. But she treated it like an open mic night. And just when it seemed like business as usual, her rambling took a stranger, almost surreal turn, >> who was trying to kill me. Like, what? And then she called the police for me hitting her one time and she used to hit me all the time. I'm not even talking about just as a kid. >> She just got You got released from the hospital today, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> My mom doesn't love me and I'm talking to you. >> Yeah. I appreciate your comment. >> That's probably him. I bet it would be. >> Yeah. Yeah, I got jacket like you know I'm not that quick to act stupid. I love thinking everyone's like you think too much and I'm like I don't care. >> Health court would be a good idea. Okay, I'll I'll make that recommendation then. >> Guys, I'm bored. Can a police officer whoop your ass if you say I'm bored to them all the time? >> Can you can officer get a restraining put on you in jail? Yeah. >> Oh, you just you >> I mean can they already? >> Yes. Yes. No, they don't. >> Morgan, >> I lie but only in jokes. Have you ever been arrested before? >> Have you ever been arrested for domestic violence before? >> Yeah. >> Do you remember if you got convicted? >> No. >> Okay. >> You know how like there's a mental hospital? Uh, >> so what if >> Yeah, I guess >> instead of sending people to the mental hospital, we just gave them all the money that they wanted to live in their own house. You want to be my best friend? >> Not really. No. >> Oh, okay. Is it so fun to just look around? What if it was a It would still be fun. What if I told you? Okay. And I would like [Laughter] Oh my gosh. I don't give a You hit your mom. She hit me and then my stepdad jumped me. Like you cannot jump a child, right? Like imagine if everyone in the family just started whooping your ass and it's like, "Well, we are your parents." All I said was [ __ ] and I've cussed in arguments all the time with them. Is it illegal for a little kid to say a bad word? >> It is not >> exactly. So why can't Well, what's your reason? Cuz I know you use it like that. Everyone in our family would have. And then Sean just said, "No, you're not allowed to cuss anymore." Why? So I can cuss anywhere I want as long as she's not around. Like what? That makes no sense. Do you want me? Oh my god. Oh my gosh. >> The girl was a total nightmare. Even after everything that went down, she kept acting like a clown in the backseat of the squad car. It was seriously disturbing just watching. And honestly, imagine how she must have been behind closed doors with her mom if she could act like this in front of cops. Poor mom definitely deserved a better life. >> I'm going to self transport one female county starting at 73.3. >> Oh [ __ ] You want to go to jail? >> No. With this kind of charge, you have to >> the state of Ohio basically said we we would get in trouble if I didn't take it. But I guess on the good news will be out tomorrow. Um most likely you don't really get held very long for TV. The thing is though once you're out there will be a protection order. So you can't >> a protection order. So you can't communicate with mom. You can't go to mom's house. You can't be around her. >> All right. A good ass system for me at least. I don't know about everyone else anymore cuz you know we all have different years so we all have different lives. I don't know. Maybe I should actually never talk to my mom again. >> Do you struggle with mental health stuff? >> Yeah, it's very bad. I don't remember any like I actually like once I get out of jail I probably even just forgot I went in jail 2 days later. >> Do you use any kind of drugs or No. >> Yeah, but I was kind of like that before. And anyways, I was on a sex traffic and my whole family doesn't even check up on me or try to protect me from the world. Do >> you think rehab would help you at all? I really don't think I need if I can. Like I literally asked my mom if she wanted my vape after I broke her cigarettes. She was like, "Mom, if we're quitting, we're quitting." Okay, so then why do you keep on doing it? I'm addicted. Oh, but it's okay when I'm quote unquote addicted to weed and you're not going to give me any. Like, I don't know. Both of that makes no sense. I just want to smoke. I'm not even addicted to it right now, but I do get addicted to it sometimes. That's why I try to tell her like, "Mom, like we can be best friends. you can tell me that I'm getting addicted like and then I can stop smoking weed plain that's normally like oh my gosh I didn't have my seat belt on. You're breaking a law. You're going to jail. >> You're going to jail. >> I got you here safely, didn't I? >> No, you're going to jail. >> Okay, >> I'm telling on you. Was it your responsibility to have that seat bel? >> No, cuz I can't even put it on. >> Oh, that's fair. >> I don't know. Do I sleep on you? [Laughter] >> No, I'm not. Oh my gosh. [Laughter] Oh my god. Why would you do that? I don't know. Oh my god. The cop in the world who just acted like he went missing, stole a cop car, and kidnapped someone. It's not funny. thought it was a little bit funny to both. So, I get it. >> The ride to jail felt like its own messed up sitcom episode. Seat belt arguments, fake outrage, random jokes. It was pure chaos with a dash of dark comedy. She even tried turning her arrest into some bizarre buddy cop skit like she was auditioning for a parody. But underneath all the noise, reality hit hard. She had attacked her mother. And the final scene wasn't a stage. It was a jail cell. The girl was arrested and charged with domestic violence.
