intoxicated woman was found in the driver's seat a strong smell of alcohol was coming from her and she was on her way to attend a wedding but why did she consume such a large amount of alcohol before right foot in front heels touching toes touching hands to your side okay remain in that position look at your feet look at my feet okay stand just like that Michelle try not to move I need to imagine a straight line in front of you can you imagine that straight line yes can you imagine yeah that line is about the width of your foot Michelle on that line you're going to take nine heel to to steps only confirmed the effects of intoxication the story took an unexpected turn when she failed all the tests the officer had no choice but to arrest her she was then placed inside the patrol vehicle State physician a licensed nurse or laboratory technician or technologist who is employed by a hospital physician of your own choice to perform an additional chemical test the cost of this additional test will be paid for by the New Mexico State Police Michelle do you agree to take our test and what I'm asking for is a breath test it's either yes or no I cannot force you to take our test but if you refuse you will lose your New Mexico driver's license or non-resident operating privilege for one year if you are convicted in court of driveing under the influence you may also receive a greater
