on June 19th 2024 police officers responded to a weapons call the caller reported an altercation between two individuals upon arrival officers quickly located the alleged suspect involved in the incident the situation was tense requiring immediate action to ensure the safety of all parties involved excuse me none of you guys are female what the hell you don't have to be female to stop yeah you guys do yeah you guys do don't pull away come on no she want to this do something doesn't Happ excuse me excuse me this is harassment yep he BW my ass with a and you guys are arresting me upon arriving at the scene the officer encountered an extremely aggressive female who was in the process of leaving the park despite the officer's efforts to begin an investigation and gather information the woman refused to cooperate her hostility and unwillingness to engage with the officer created a tense situation complicating the investigation hey how are you doing today I'm getting harassed while I'm tring to walk to my dad literally just lost my phone can't go get it got you got you so I'm not very happy with the harassment here guys okay well we're not trying to harass him it was just we got a call service that's why we're here today yeah well that's at a park so that's probably over there where you guys are supposed to be and there's probably somebody getting the [ __ ] beat out of them and you guys are here harassing me so you saw somebody getting beat up with over there yeah [ __ ] that's them that's a couple that's none of my business gotcha gotcha who who's them I don't repeatedly demanding to be let go and showing no interest in cooperating despite the officer's attempts to gather information about the incident she only provided details about other suspects avoiding any direct information related to the actual event I said I just I'm just here s my partners give us a few minutes I'm not sure why is you checking out with you if you're not I'm trying to just get my her name it was discovered that the woman had an active warrant for her arrest realizing this the officer attempted to gather more information likely hoping to understand her involvement in the current incident or any other related matters okay what the going on here bro sorry you guys have a officer that can detain me cuz according to law you guys can't touch me well let my partner talk gross yeah here here's the situation I'm still trying to figure out what was going on today like I told you before I told youou fighting with that's on my business okay well one they gave me your description I could tell by see signs on you that you were involved if you want to make a statement about that that's perfectly fine but just let you know that you do come back with a warrant from Municipal PT okay no I don't I got that taken care of and I got it squashed with the PS I sent that letter in they gave me a call told me show up the court and that [ __ ] squashed have my court date Thursday um so for you need all for yeah for me does not exist cuz I swash that with yeah I got all of it sashed with the letter bro realizing that the woman was unwilling to calm down the officer decided to proceed with her arrest as they moved to detain her she began crying escalating her behavior by avoiding the officer and resisting arrest throughout the process she used abusive language and hurled insults at the officers further complicating the situation right turn back excuse me none of you guys are female what the hell you don't have to be female to be yeah you guys do yeah you guys do don't pull away come on no she didn't want to be this is something doesn't have to be excuse me excuse me this is harassment it's not harassment you got a warrant stop how do I have a warrant when I got it sashed with your quarts not my quartz well I mean that's the only warant I have with well then you get to talk to him again today wow oh tomorrow the holiday really the female suspect repeatedly demanded that the officer Let Her Go threatening that there would be serious consequences if they did not comply in a surprising turn she confessed that she was the daughter of the officer's Superior attempting to leverage her family connection to influence the situation she went as far as to order the officer to release her despite her threats and assertions of authority the police officer proceeded with the arrest placing her in the vehicle well I guess y'all get to get sued by my dad de what's your dad again he no he's not the da more no he's not the da but he doesn't have power over all of you guys no he does yeah he does good luck with that yeah good Lu with Angel he was the one who was involved yep he beat my ass to a and you guys are arresting me fre you want come here and she talked to me she denied a part of anything she said that no I don't know what you're talking about it wasn't part of nothing I was the park by the park asking me did she have 4 yeah nearby hospital after medical professionals confirmed that she was medically fit the officers proceeded to transport her to the police station for further investigation after being processed at the police station the female suspect was taken to court to face multiple charges these included resisting arrest battery on an officer and the active warrant from a previous incident in court the charges
