particular room was accused of causing disturbances and declined to vacate the premises when asked you want you to leave no no I haven't yes you're going to you're going to leave this room right now security manager of the resort who explained the situation in detail the security manager mentioned that there had been several noise complaints made by other guests regarding loud and disruptive behavior coming from a specific room these complaints which had persisted over a while prompted the security staff to attempt direct contact with the individual staying in the room despite multiple efforts such as phone calls and knocking on the door there was no response from the guests the lack of cooperation and ongoing disruption led the security team to involve law enforcement I've been here uh asked them how many times I've been here I spent every time two 3,000 $4,000 that but tonight they're wanting to evict you but I haven't done any okay but they have to give me um they have to give me reasons for eviction okay no no they don't I can't just be evicted after okay well then I need a refund for the evictions please yes please the noise complaints and then the Slam in the door intention to address the situation she shut the door without further communication the female guest refused to cooperate despite the officer's attempts to explain the situation and deescalate tensions as the officers attempted to place her hands behind her back to take her into custody the guest physically resisted she dropped her weight to the floor making it difficult for the officers to restrain officers gave her multiple commands to comply and explained that her resistance only worsened the situation despite their efforts to commun Comm unicate and gain her cooperation she resisted after involved once outside the hotel the officers transported the guest to a patrol vehicle despite her earlier resistance she was placed in the car without further physical incident he sing he's hurting happened that's the whole story the truth if you go back to the guy in the lobby you could ask him did she say she was going to put it down he will say yes but what happened after that was the other guy came and I said I already talked to the guy from the lobby that guy was a security guy and I shut the door I said I already talked and then all of a sudden you guys were there but I had already agreed to to put the music lower and it was a soft music it was not even a loud music so I think this is a misunderstanding is what I'm saying and if you go back to the guy he will tell you yes she did say that and yes we had the conversation if you would give me a chance to to to to listen because the other guy got mad because I closed the door because I said I already discussed this you don't vacate the premises she was also charged with resisting arrest due to her physical Defiance which made it difficult for officers to detain her safely both charges stemmed from her disruptive actions
