store the caller informed that a female suspect had taken multiple items without paying the officer arrived at the scene to investigate the incident gr looks like a Jeep maybe what time was that again 10 uh 10:48 10:48 p.m. [Music] okay upon arriving at the scene the officer went to the CCT TV footage room to review the recordings there a man at the computer provided detailed information about the female suspect including her actions and movements within the [Music] store you heard 22 you got her I got on camera okay you seen her running right yeah right before that she set the man in the CCTV room showed the officer all relevant footage related to the incident and discussed additional details about the suspect's behavior and actions the officer took a photo of the female suspect from the CCTV footage using his phone this is that's her right there yeah okay you know what she stole uh just food and Sh okay let me blow that up quick there go let me see if I can get a better uh just said it there and then she waited for my coworker to go do something else and then just Sprint out okay so looks like a poptart container drink and what is that like Reese's yeah yeah look thate I know female suspect was descending the stairs upon starting the investigation the woman admitted to the officer that she had stolen food because she was pregnant and hungry she explained that her Circumstances had driven her to commit the theft as a means of providing for herself and her unborn child miserable I at the airport Monday and I expecting get 5 hours canc so only got three work so early [Applause] all right this'll be easyar put in an ATL or an ATI couple days do a supplement and say due to the lack of s information cuz Okay I find car if I find them I look at F right now then I mean a silver Mazda SUV right yeah probably like a CX7 or something so my only thing is looks like they stopped up the light right there okay so they made right hand look like right yeah all right the water outside real quick and see if I can um get one of the cameras going westbound 27th and maybe see if I can at least identify the car and see if anybody knows who who she is so all right uh female suspect was providing information to the officer in a manner that seemed aimed at avoiding charges the man who remained silent and uninvolved and the female continued to offer her account of the situation the officer then instructed the female to follow him as he left the store she complied and followed him outside so you I'm saying she didn't pay for anything like what happened have my hood M I tried to use it work the money is on there the money is on there m did you try explaining it to anybody there having conversation with cashier I'm I aniy I'm very mute what's the phone number Petty to go to jail over like 13 yeah what is it I think cashier told me it was like $13 and some change just head over there of that may be incorrect though hold on one second yeah we'll walk over to the uh front of the P car real quick you're [Music] good once they were on the road the officer began discussing additional details and further information related to the case after confirming that the female was the shoplifting suspect the police officer decided to take her into custody while the arrest was being made the man who had been present at the store arrived at the scene and gave a cigarette to the female yeah you're good oh 100% yeah you told me it was $13 Pop-Tart rees's Vitamin Water Gave Me a receipt after you ring it up after taxes I did not get both I put those back you put those back okay I do not want to both I put back I check camera okay all right we're going to give uh cin Farms a call really quick and I mean see what they want to do I mean if they allow you to come back and pay for it you can REM remedy it that way act like it never happen and that's pretty much it or you know if they decide they want to prosecute you for it then of course you'd end up going to jail that's misdemeanor petty theft $500 fwn so 10% of that $50 get out and they'll probably end up trespassing you from the [Music] store I mean it it it happens [Music] may I get a may I
