Frank, how do you keep fit and ready for the job? What's your routine with being physically and mentally ready? And is there a weekly or daily routine you stick to? >> Good question. Um, I don't work out anywhere near as much as I should. I really I try to get in the gym a lot as as much as I can. I hike a lot. I like being outside and, you know, I like natural sunlight, so I try to get on the trail as much as I can. My doctor says I need to eat less sugar. I'm trying to limit my sugars and carbs. I eat a lot of vegetables and a lot of natural meat. I like killing stuff and eating it. And I really I really should get into jiu-jitsu. >> Oh, I think you and I both >> I I just I I see that fighting technique being really useful for cops. And I think the ability to go to the ground and be comfortable grappling and being able to roll on the ground with suspects and control them aggressively with a very decisive level of violence that's tempered is I think that's really great for cops. And I I wish I had gotten into that discipline much earlier on in my career.
