involving a woman who had pulled a fire alarm upon arriving they detained a woman involved in a fight over a grill the argument escalated after one woman confronted the other about the grill which had been allegedly stolen she got a [Music] 11 11 can I get another one out here please get outside get [Music] outside she coming be do she had aent she don't even stand what's going on what's going on this what happened they don't like each other okay over a grill okay she came to tell me about the grill she scattered her she don't want to be her friend they they telling me about a grill is there a fire going why is the firearm going let's get that figured out because she put the fire alarm okay so it's no fire it's no fire okay but this what happened she she tell me about a grill she tell open it do come out here get away from my she tell me told me to come over here this is my the two women were also connected personally with one having a child with the other's ex partner tensions had been building for some time the woman who made the call to the police stated that she had attempted to mediate the situation by telling both parties to handle their business on their own however the altercation turned physical when The Other Woman approached her apartment and allegedly attempted to provoke a fight the situation escalated further when the woman who had been confronted allegedly entered the apartment grabbed a candle and struck the woman who called the police she got a mental can you go a little bit further got me I can't believe you crazy can you go over with him pleas can know she live upstairs so I came out to try to like what is she going on so when I come out she instantly like you two [ __ ] want to fight and I'm like huh what's going on so she grabbed the Fire EX extinguish fight me and we got the F she stay in this building right there she was over here so I don't even know she just crazy she mental health problem I'm trying the woman acknowledged that she had indeed pulled the fire alarm but claimed that she had done so because of the ongoing conflict with the other woman however during the physical altercation the woman stated that her primary motive was to get the other person to understand her perspective on the grill situation the woman who had been assaulted also indicated that the confrontation had been triggered by deeper issues between the two including personal animosities and unresolved conflicts involving family members stop come on I'm okay I'm okay we're going to go over here we're going to talk to her yes cuz she let me call my mama second time I told you there de we've got one detain for now come Ona we're going to come over here turn around and W okay yes let's we're going to go over to my car could you take me out of and that a banking together to get me locked up and lose my apartment so I won't have nothing for my baby b me come home so it's all over a grill what it's all over a grill a grill like a grill grill that you now she just F me tried to make herself look tough but it really just made her look slow because she doing all this for nothing and now she sitting there talking to her and it's making them look slow and I'm ready to get out these if I get the out of y'all can have this little one low coming out Halo income how your man looking stupid so the whole thing over like a cooking grill a cooking grill okay so uh still Gathering everything but from what I understand um Misha or whoever that is in her car came here started knocking on like everyone's door because I guess you wanted to pick a fight with the one the gray okay who shares a kid with her boyfriend or something okay the officers were informed that she had been dealing with conditions such as schizophrenia and her behavior had been erratic in the days leading up to the incident however her actions including the assault and fire alarm incident the woman was not immediately arrested for those offenses instead the woman who had been assaulted sought to press charges for the physical harm she suffered the incident with the fire alarm however was a serious matter as pulling a fire alarm is a felony in many jurisdictions um so at some point being at her door um being at her door the girl with the blue uh and the other one in the back lives on the second floor uhuh was being on her door she opens the door doesn't know her at all she went inside her apartment came out with a candle from it and apparently HD her with it and then they started fighting so random people well that's that's her cousin so that's how she knows her so and so and apparently they're saying that she pulled a fire alarm she did so that's what we got so okay why why is it all over a grill I'm not because one person thought it was theirs and the other person thought it was theirs she come to my house with the grill how I know about a grill she brought it to your house no she told me about it like Isa just thought the same Grill that's in the gray shirt that the grill I'm like wait what you mean the grill was yours I'm like who Grill is it she like it's probably your it's probably really my grill I'm like wait hold on right here she did it and I would have put a police the the [ __ ] went in the blue she just start hitting me blue yeah yes so she need to be in handcuff she need to go to jail this right in front of so she just busted in your apartment it was open and it was unlock it was unlocked but the door was closed she said she tried to get a knock she just entered in and grab right in and went in her apartment and tried to find something the candle was right there on her stand she grabb arested for trespass no I she needs some help she really yeah so you you said you don't want to press charges for the B that's my cousin I just want her to get proper help that she need I understand but I still got to make sure that you don't want to press charges you do want to press charges so that's the reason I got to no I don't want to press charg but she defin need some help okay yes because it's getting it's getting too ridiculous now you doing harmful stuff and I don't even know why the people keep laying her out they say she's schizophrenic but she go to the m f medic for like week then she come back and no she needs to stay in there she was just fighting a group of girls before they was got some some issues trying to get her out and she just start S and she was coming over cuz she was mad about the baby daddy relationship all that kind of stuff she just think [ __ ] right she got business to keep me out they cuz if she was a real woman she would have asked the girl cuz she used some grill instead of putting me in their business if they all stay in the same building me and all my neighbors is cool and that's what I did as a woman keep me out y'all cuz I don't got to do with none of y'all business I'm a grown ass woman I have a one year I have to lose and I just talked to her yesterday the bad love every time I get in her way the B it's always something bad happen the woman who had pulled the alarm expressed frustration that she was the only one facing legal consequences she insisted that the other woman involved in the incident should also be held accountable for her role in the physical altercation the officers worked to ensure that all involved parties were accounted for and the woman who had been injured was taken into custody for her own protection while the woman accused of pulling the fire alarm and attacking the other person was also detained the situation was complicated by her mental health status well let me um do they have it under control over there what's going on I'm going to guess this completely different story you want to stay all of them are saying she's having she this her phone yeah having a mental episode none of them want a press charges for it but they all saw her pull the fire alarm she apparently went into somebody's house grabbed the candle and started trying to crack someone with it none of them want to do anything CU they say that she's struggling with mental issues which is what mom said last time I talked to her nobody's here to take care of her okay so they don't want to do anything but the fire alarm has she been read her Miranda rights yet no go ahead and do that find out if she did pull it and why if she wants to admit to it well they said they watched her do it all everybody in there saw her do it all right well then she can go down for that all right but let's find out why she pulled it first I'll bring her down obviously she's heated here so I'm going to bring her down and then I'll talk to her I got to patch you down do you have anything on you at all any property besides your me though if I'm not coming to fight you and my head bleeding in I just want to make me a police report so she can go to jail well I have to call the state's attorney because pulling the fire alarm is
