relax relax relax relax relax on October 26th 2024 the police responded to a call regarding an argument between two females the situation began outside a bar after one of the females had been asked to leave The Establishment due to disruptive behavior the two individuals were reportedly involved in a heated exchange which led to the police being called to the scene go back down there relax relax relax relax relax Rel than you can get we're going to step away okay okay come on step away okay we're going over here come on here put the earing in your in your bag right here the girl oh her oh must be one your hi she got gets out of the bar she whenever she went well she was not anymore she punched me in the face okay um you can ask her you can ask her my other friend I had a little piercing in obviously you can see it's out she that [ __ ] on the floor so why is she because she got kicked out of the bar I said I can U you home or I'm going stay here it's my birthday my friend is D I'm not driving okay she's pregnant so she can't drink okay so she got mad of when I told her I'm over her and then she punched face the incident occurred after the suspect had been kicked out of the bar the victim explained that she had tried to help the suspect by offering to take her home however the situation escalated when the suspect rejected the offer leading to an argument between the two the victim indicated that she had tried to find a solution offering to either Drive the suspect or arrange an Uber but the situation turned into a dispute and things quickly became tense okay so do you what do you want okay so what happened tell me what happened oh my God thought you're U yeah okay so what happened there an argument with my friend okay is that your friend yes the one in the my best friend what's her name did you hit her no no why she saying you hit her I did not hear her you didn't hit her so why is she saying that then ask her I don't they would have been AC them very leading to further tension between the two when the police arrived they separated the two individuals to get their side of the story The Suspect claimed that the victim was her best friend and denied any violence she stated that the argument was a misunderstanding and no physical altercation had occurred although officers handcuffed her however the victim statement contradicted the suspects as she mentioned that the suspect had punched her causing her to lose a piercing in the process where's your idea at is it in your bag okay mind if he look for it [Music] phone don't say nothing to him okay minutes ago on the she was on too yeah just getting the idea of the the other person over there okay so she got kicked out why did she get kicked out because she was being out anybody that into her she try to fight she was mess like she was every time she gets strong mess and I told my friend I was like I don't know if I should have fight her out every time she comes to this specific Place say okay and that's exactly did how she to like like with her face I came outside I she said they cut her off in the bar because she was acting like a [ __ ] to everybody so um I come outside I said I could Uber you home I'm not going home I said either I can drive you home or I'm Uber you home she said you're not ubering me home and I said well I'm not leaving because I'm drunk and my friend is C she's not going to drive you all the way to P St Lucy when we live all the way by so she punched me in the face got r as [ __ ] and that's what happened how did she punch you like with her fist hand that's right right I think I'm not entir sure so fast out myp okay you can look for your piercing the officer then asked both individuals to provide statements and the victim confirmed that she wanted to file a formal complaint regarding the incident the officer also inquired about any sharp objects or dangerous items searching for both individuals the search revealed nothing alarming or concerning the victim elaborated that the suspect's behavior had been problematic before the punch mentioning that the suspect had been acting aggressively and was known to cause trouble at that particular bar so what happened tell me what happened nothing just nothing just a a dumb fight dumb argument how long have you guys been friends for a few years few years okay yeah it doesn't even matter all right there okay Deputy as a witness he said that he's willing to fill out a form um look like they had already grabbed her by the time we arrived so soly com back to the premise she what does want to press charge for the battery oh she do press charges to okay yes that's that's yeah oh so we got battery too um she punched her in the in the lip uh she lost her ring okay uh that's her friend but she wants to for chares the argument was over um she asked her she was like I'm going to take you home and she was like no you're not taking me home and punch her in the face because you know each other yeah they're friends yeah and she apparently does this here a lot she got kicked out of the bar because she was being rude inside and to cut her off and uh so when her friend came out and was like hey I'll take you home she was like no I'm going to get myself a new her friend was like no I'm GNA take you home like I'll Uber you she punched her in the face like deck her and close Fist and so her piercing fell out okay did she have damage to her uh yes so she she has a big bruise [Music] okay perfect thank you find yeah I got it I'm got to run it right now [Music] [Music] if they can't find the nose ring is that theft no um so you want the disorderly too I it's your arrest okay so you decide what I was just uh obviously you have some different things uh if you want to just go with just battery that's okay yeah um obviously if you have a victim that wants to be a victim and wants to pursue charges then the battery is is you know probably the best one to go with the officer noted that the suspect had a history of disruptive actions in that environment which added context to the situation as the investigation continued the officer learned that the suspect had been drinking prior to the incident and had become more agitated as the situation unfolded the officer then informed the suspect that she was on probation for a previous DUI conviction uh but obviously when the establishment asked to restrain her from physically harming people that's storing conduct on the premises of an establishment that serves alcohol come on ask if she drove here did you drive here or no no no okay [Music] all right well I guess you can just send that paper to me later let take in um best you do is have her just uh she can give it to you later have her take a picture of it when they're done writing it and then you just zoom in on the phone you do your do yeah pretty simple so argument inside they kicked her out she got cut off and she got kicked out and then her friend was saying I'll take her home and she didn't like that so she punched her in the mouth pretty simple on the premises okay and then also you have a battery but I'd probably stick with just the battery that's the stronger one you you have a good witness which I think you do y I think there was an off duty Dey yeah I think that's him right there yeah EXC off duty that can be a witness so that's a really good battery is that him yeah that out so just to make it clear they you found it on the back of it not the top Shin all right uh can you just fill out what exactly happened um and then we'll go for next all right just hate how when she gets strong she okay you don't have to fill up the top we'll fill up the top just spell out the statement and then narrative yep just the narrative what exactly what investigation and the officer confirmed that she would be willing to file formal charges the officer also mentioned that the victim statement was important and would be part of the case in the course of the investigation the officer explained that battery charges were likely to be filed against the suspect as the incident involved physical contact after processing the suspect was charged with battery for striking her friend okay so everything you say is true when she said no and I insisted yes yes and now I fell out again oh sorry you got to sign here right here sorry she's on probation for sure I don't know if for sure but this suspect faced one charge of battery and was placed on probation for one year additionally a no contact order was issued to prevent further interaction
