On May 3rd, 2024, officers responded to a call about a woman driving erratically in Boon Beach, Florida, nearly hitting pedestrians while veering onto a curb. Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies found the vehicle damaged with a flat tire, and the driver appeared impaired with droopy eyelids, dry mouth, and flushed face along with two toddlers in the car. An empty pill bottle and Alprazole pills were discovered inside as reported by the sheriff's office. The incident highlighted risks to young passengers during impaired driving. >> Call 156.
