altercation with her girlfriend after hearing voices I was separating on the ground what's your aleandro Alejandro arguing with her help let us talk to the you want you want her to come in or you want her to come out Russa get in get out of here you're going to do this outside yes okay Alexis why don't you come down here with these guys all right get down here this is girlfriend she's here to I'll talk with her you want talk okay okay Rosa I think is the other half Rosa is your sister yes okay we need to talk to her so set aside move aside you can go in or you can set aside I'm going to stay here you got to move out of waya come here you have to move out way you making things much worse okay can you please you just had an issue with her right so stay apart from her Rosa can you step out he doesn't want us coming in for some reason because all the dogs a dog yes I don't want her thumb just yeah I'm not opening it I can see the dog if you step down there I can talk to Hera come here can we come in and talk to you or do you want to come out here come the altercation had escalated and the the officers arrived to find the situation was already tense the girlfriend had been trying to break up with the woman but could not because her grandmother failed to pick her up this led to frustration which triggered an argument that became physical the girlfriend explained that she had tried to call the woman's grandmother but the calls were unanswered when the argument continued it became physical we could come and talk to you so that nobody has to see what's going on none of your neighbors or nothing I think that's better want me to come in there let her talk to the officer okay you can tell all right so what's going on she do you have an ID somewhere hey it was [Music] you I'm sorry you need to you need to slow down to start again what were you trying to open I was trying to break up with what's your person you were trying to break up with her there until 11 but 11 came around and her grandma didn't come get her so I tried call Grand let me again okay how did you guys fight were you guys Alex because he was too strong and and then you guys were physically fighting each other okay what how did that so you guys were arguing with each other and then it became physical how did that become physical um she's 19 and her where were you guys were you guys in your bedroom were you guys in your room and then what happened you guys were arguing and then what how did it get physical no know she was breaking my stuff she slapped you while you were sitting down where did she slap you I was trying to break stuff to get the energy out to take it on her ground she went home when did this happen just now so you said you were trying to get her home with her grandma we she slept [Music] over and then what happened on and then we woke up you woke up and then what happened you guys were you guys started arguing cuz you wanted to break up with her and then she slapped you where did she slap you my face she slapped you in the face on which side of your face I don't remember but she slapped me again because I slapped so she slapped you twice trying to she was trying to kill herself when did you did she say something to you why do you how did you come to that conclusion the girlfriend also mentioned that the woman had attempted to harm herself and that she believed multiple personalities were influencing the woman one of the personalities disliked her the girlfriend described how the argument escalated further with the woman slapping her twice in the face the girlfriend stated that she was trying to break up with the woman when things turned violent the woman also bit her on the hand during the confrontation leaving some visible marks did she say it to you or she was she was physically trying to do like harm herself okay so this is your sister bir and then you were trying to stop her from it is that when you guys started getting physical or did she get physical with you before she started trying to do something no I think it might have been before and after before and after okay do you have an idea on you okay hi that's far enough you're his girlfriend no I'm her girl ex ex-girlfriend do you need to see medic cuz your face is pretty lumped up it's not going to cost you anything if we call them sure sure okay Victor want send did this all stem from she didn't answer me I showed up yesterday because I was worried about her and then I ended up spending answer you had like text message calls yeah okay and I showed up and my grandma walked up and she answered the door and she told me to go up and and she told me to stay so I asked to stay the night this was yesterday yeah okay she was acting all strange telling me how she was possessed and okay taking it out on me what type of stuff was she saying that there's like multiple people in her head and I never know if I'm really talking to her what started the the physical tication cuz one of those people doesn't like me one of the people in her head doesn't like you I can see you got injury on your hand no yeah she bit me she bit you there okay I can see your face you get some bruising okay you got she was on me so I went like that so I did do something yeah there's nothing wrong with defending yourself especially if she's on you okay um so what I'm going to do is cuz a lot of times just stand like that okay A lot of times if if you don't get the the pictures right away I mean the pictures actually really don't say it I can see I can see there's a little bit of purple bumping up on the on the lump on your head so anytime there's a h head injury like that we want to make sure you get looked at cuz that's stuff that'll come back and haunt you 3 hours later if you got a concussion right any other injuries on you other than your face um you a little scratch on your neck a it's a tiny tiny scratch on your neck okay nothing else no the bite on your hand where this is exim okay let me see the bite on your hand it was more it was more okay I'm just going to take a picture of I don't see anything now but so what you're saying is that you didn't start anything you didn't no what were you guys arguing about everything everything are you guys she said she was possessed by a kid okay she wouldn't want to even be near me or do anything with me and I'm like do you just want to leave me and then she just wouldn't talk I would ask her questions and she would just stare at me how long have you guys been girlfriends on and off for like years but we just got back together like two months ago okay so here's the thing I have the Medics coming for you that's what all that noise is okay and I did say one more thing that I want to myself the girlfriend mentioned a head injury from being slapped and a tiny scratch on her neck she was concerned concerned about the injuries and said the woman's Behavior seemed erratic the girlfriend expressed her worries about the woman's mental state stating that she was acting as though multiple people were controlling her actions and that one of those personalities did not like her she also mentioned that the woman had behaved strangely in the days leading up to the incident she had been saying that she was possessed and the girlfriend had been concerned for her well-being um because when you start talking like that we we have to take everything seriously yeah okay did you you said that you tried how did you did here yeah when was this like an hour ago okay well thank God you didn't P you didn't do it okay too [Music] much okay so about to say it sounds like they're going away okay F the damage um another one is you know making comments about committing so both of which I'm going to have the Medics ask you questions about okay was the threat to commit based on the breakup and just the domestic and her blaming me for everything going on in her head okay all right let's walk over here and and get you warmed up okay they're dealing with whatever they're dealing with inside the house hello I'm her mother hi Mom what happened hit me she hit me she she needs to be taken to psych cuz she's nuts and she's off her medication we're we're dealing with that and it's uh that's probably what the end result's going to be there's two officers inside these people inside her yeah I got I got her thoughts okay she and she's got lumps all over I took photos I got her statements so I'm to have the medic look at her she's probably all three for the LPS in thisi face okay she's claiming that she initiated she slapped her in the face she can't recall which side of the face she slapped her twice she slapped her once so I don't know if it's neut both of them before they have to go okay I'm going to see what see what the Serge says but yeah but out here she has actual she's got she got lumps on her head she's got a scratch here she said she was bit on the hand okay you can see the lumps on her head and her face okay so and did she say the brother or did she say it was the girlfriend she said it was the girlfriend she said that she has multiple personalities and one of the personalities didn't like her they were arguing back and forth because they're on and off relationship she yeah for her lumps on her face and sight suicidal statements she tried to kill herself with a belt about an hour ago says her says her here let's let's walk you want to talk to the anels yeah Mom just let them let them yeah that's [Applause] okay this is Mom this is Mom hey Mom all right I called the Medics initially because she had lumps on her yeah okay but then she made a comment about how she tried to Comm put a belt on her neck about an hour ago your daughter did wow so that's why the Medics are here as well she's going to take a ride to that hospital that's yeah she's upset with the whole you know domestic situation and you're obviously mom and you care I'm mom and they're talking about arresting her I don't know what happened on the inside I was just dealing with her on the outside yeah I don't I don't know I don't even know the house no I'm talking about so [Applause] but I just want to let you know what what's happening with your daughter she could take a ride to the hospital just because she made some comments about how she wanted to hurt herself Elmer's so they'll they'll talk to whatever doctor they have over there she says she doesn't feel that way now uh it's just at the time you know messy breakup type thing the officers then spoke with the woman's mother who arrived on the scene the mother confirmed that her daughter had been off her medication and might have been experiencing emot distress due to the breakup she also shared that her daughter had made suicidal statements and tried to harm herself earlier after hearing from both the girlfriend and the mother the officers decided to take the woman into custody for domestic battery they noted that professionals would evaluate the woman's mental state and possible Suicidal Tendencies maybe maybe you know young kids are emotional these days so don't know how to communicate otherwise that's true everything's 100% we're on the same page with that one yeah I got a couple youngans at home and I limit the hell out of that so but she's in good hands with the Medics here so all right all [Applause] rightt when you talk to her she was saying she's it started it started so she came over last night to spend the night and in the morning she said that this lady has multiple personalities in her head and that one in the personalities didn't like her so I started fighting her okay punching her biting bit her MH she has no there's no injury on her hand from the bite but and then she made a comment about like an hour ago or whatever she had a Bel on her neck and she wanted to this okay and that's what she did that to she did it to herself she was going to try to commit so that's why the Medics are taking her this one told me that she made suicidal statements and then went crazy and that's when she struck her first so right now I cannot determine so I think I'm going to do so what you can end up doing with this one is getting a war later okay right now yes okay what what is the what what does the witness say says sister son sister sister so it's not a bias witness unbiased Witness does she have any marks on her she just right on the she's leaving it's Denise what's that she has bruising uh right in them middle of her nose where she said she didn't know where exactly she got hit but she got hit in the face okay brush both of them for domestic battery then all right is the boyfriend going to play along or what he is brother brother hey hello I want the doggies out back it up come
