You're not going to get out. >> I care. >> So, let's go on out. We gave you an option to go to the hotel like you wanted to. What is so hard? Why can't you understand that? WE'RE TRYING TO FIND A SOLUTION to your answer here, >> dude. >> YOU WANTED TO GO TO HOOK. You just said that >> you and him are >> allowing you to leave like you want to and you're giving us a hard time. Try >> and how with you? I'm giving you an option like you wanted. >> Oh, don't don't catch him. >> No, I'm going to find out when my flight tomorrow morning. I I did nothing wrong though after you called the lady. >> I No, no. I I said I did not I didn't call her that. >> You You did you did? >> I called her after that. >> But after that, >> that was enough for them to say, "Hey, we're not going to allow him to fly on our friend." >> All right. Okay. All right. Well, he's >> You've been cool. >> Oh, so now I'm the >> when I came up to you. >> No, I touched me. No, >> that that was not a touch. And you hit you knocked my head off my head. Is that nine of >> You're done. You're done, son. >> You got what you wanted. I'm not doing anything. >> Come get the cuff over here. >> I'm not doing anything. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Tell me what lay on your stomach. >> Lay on your stomach. On your stomach. >> Hey everyone, it's Trent, prior deputy sheriff, patrol sergeant, and K9 handler. So, I just wanted to start this off by stating that airports are public places. However, they do have significant rules and regulations and can definitely refuse somebody's service for security, safety, law, or policy violations. Being intoxicated to the point where the suspect is verbally abusing airline staff, yelling and cussing, and challenging these officers to fight, he's not only becoming a danger to himself and others in a public place, but at this point in time, he would definitely qualify for that refusal of service. More than likely, he could have been placed under arrest much sooner than he was if it was not for these officers infinite amount of patience. And I've been in these situations before. And coming from a law enforcement perspective, sometimes dealing with somebody at this level of intoxication, there is no logical reasoning with them. They're not going to care what you have to say. It's going to be a neverending back and forth until eventually the suspect will end up doing something that warrants them being placed under arrest like we see here in this video. And typically that is going to be how these outcomes go. no matter how good you are at deescalating a situation or providing somebody numerous opportunities to leave the area. >> He was charged with aggravated disorderly conduct, intoxication, and resisting arrest, but remains innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
