I have been abused multiple times. I have been dismissed, discarded, acted like, "Oh, whatever." Cuz I don't call the cops every time he does this. My whole life is this, not him. I'm not worried about him. I'm worried about my kids. He did nothing wrong. Like, you're Mr. Officer's best friend, and you're you're so smooth. I'm a tax-paying citizen, literally, and you are going to put your hands on me. Get your hands off of me, actually. On July 19th, 2025, officers responded to a chaotic domestic dispute involving an ex-husband and ex-wife who still live under the same roof. What begins as a simple welfare check quickly spirals into accusations, emotional outbursts, contradictory stories, and an unraveling situation that becomes more confusing the longer it goes on. What's going on? What's that? He Can you step back in the car for me? So, she's my ex-wife. Uh-huh. I let her move back in. Can you step in the car for me? I can't. He broke my door. That is not true. It opens. You did break my door here. Well, I cannot open the door. >> How did you get in the first time? Cuz I got in another time cuz the door can't do that. >> If you keep arguing with him, you're going to end up in my car instead of yours, okay? It didn't open that door. Would you like me to open that for you? Are you able to open it? Yeah. How? I can. It's just going to hold to one side. If you want to >> Okay. How long have you all been divorced for? About 3 years, 2002. Okay. What happened today? Today when she she has an alcohol problem. Uh-huh. When she drinks, she gets aggressive and violent. >> Mhm. And then I haven't talked to I called the other I called like about a week ago because I'm trying to have her removed from my house. I'm the sole owner, title owner of the property. And she's a guest, but she's out later she's out of state or welcome because of this drinking. How long has she been staying here? She's been here since January. Okay. And you invited her to stay here. I did, but I revoked it. So, I have How did you revoke it? Well, I put a notice on the door and gave her 10 days to respond. Okay. Let me show you. I can show you. Where Where And I talked I went down and actually talked to the sholtz deputy sholtz downtown. At the main office? >> There's a 80 There's a There's a statute chapter 82 something 82, which I could pull it up, which basically is the squad room. Mhm. >> trying to get invoked, but you guys don't feel comfortable cuz it's new. Of course, liability. So, I'm having to do a process. There's another process with the clerk forms. Mhm. But I have to That's been the traditional way for for residences. I believe this new law is applicable to this situation, but Uh-huh. >> of course, you guys aren't going to be up to speed on And he's the reason why I'm a leg right now cuz he walked into that. I have been abused multiple times. I have been dismissed, discarded, acted like, "Oh, whatever." Cuz I don't call the cops every time he does this. So, I know I act like a crazy person right now. I know I do. I have four kids and there are three that will tell you three sons that will tell you they've seen him literally almost kill me physically. And he wants to play victim. Oh, she I need her to leave. Oh, he wants to play something. The husband looks like a man who's been surviving on stress and emotional damage. His side of the story made it clear he's been dealing with alcohol-fueled tantrums for way too long. Meanwhile, she had her own version, dramatic, messy, and held together with pure chaos. And if you thought this circus was slowing down, oh, no. This was only the opening act. She's breaking out all the stops. I've asked him on camera that there's three or four videos, but this the one where she Why were you recording in the first place? Cuz this is what happens. Why were you following her? She was trying to break into the door. I'm just trying to keep her on camera so there's no question. I was just wondering cuz I saw her walking to the car. Yeah, she was in the car. away from the house. And she keeps coming up on me. Okay. Do you have your ID on you? No, he stole it from me. I have my passport inside my house. He's got my ID cuz he took stole my ID. Back up away from me. And she hit me in the nuts. Hit you? I hit you. Uh now we're going to lie. Huh? Now we're going to lie like that. >> me in the grandma nuts. We're going to lie. Why is she coming up on me like that if she's scared? Now you tried to hit ME. OH, REALLY? OH, I DID, HUH? OH, I did. Oh, I did. Hit you? You tried to hit you? Again, I'm going to defend myself. And I will defend myself if Hit me in the nuts. I'm done. I'm calling the cops. And this is the end. But I have There was one Maybe this is the one where she I was standing in the door, she ran up on me, and I went like this, and she fell down to abuse. Crystal, I understand. I'm just trying to get some basic information from you, okay? I don't think you're crazy. I'm just asking some questions. I mean, I am crazy right now. We all go a little crazy sometimes, okay? What's your date of birth? What you want to do? No, you go. It's my house. Yeah, I know it's your house. After you punched me in the face, that's my limit. You choked me out to the point where I'm like barely breathing, and you want to sit here and record me. Please. No. No, I'M GOING TO LEAVE AFTER I CALL THE COPS AND My mom is in there. My kids are in there. Please call >> Please call them. Please. I swear you got video. He's out there like showing these videos. Like, I swear to God, this is like a movie. Like, I'm I swear to God I've been in a lifetime movie right now. Like, so what what happened today? Like, what's going on today that caused all for us to come out here? Give me your side of things. Okay. I swear I feel like I can't trust you, and I know I'm being a freaking sociomaniac right now. The husband came prepared. Videos, proof, everything. Meanwhile, the wife showed up with drama, accusations, and a voice loud enough to shake the windows. According to her, the whole thing felt like a movie. Honestly, yes, it is a movie about a woman who refuses to leave her ex's life and clings on like a full-time chaos subscription. Don't listen to him. Just tell me what happened in your words today. What happened in my words is I have not slept in 48 hours. I'm tired. My baby my our oldest son just had a baby. They're in the hospital and they're in there for 10 days cuz he's had to be on the antibiotics, so I've been up there every day. Mhm. And I got to the point where I almost passed out because today? >> Today? Yes. Yesterday. Yesterday. Okay. Um Oh, multiple times. Like, I love how he's up there showing Cuz he's right now I swear to God I have multiple videos myself, too. Multiple videos. >> Oops. Well, don't focus on >> I I've hit my limit. I've hit my limit. I've hit my limit. I've hit my body's limit. >> Don't focus on what he's doing. Stop it. Why don't we come come over here on this side of the car with me? So, we're we're not going to focus on what he's doing. Where's his Well, that cop? Hey, don't focus on >> babe. He's Oh, you can be in the back of my cop car cuz I know I'm crazy right now. I know I'm crazy. I know I'm crazy. And I know And I'm a I was a paralegal. I know. I don't like the I don't I don't like me right now. I'm not a normally a crazy person, but now I understand why people snap and crash out. Now I get it. I'm done. I hope you're >> Would you be able to email all those to me? >> Yeah. I'll give you my email if you could just select them all real quick. This is disgusting. Happily had him locked up multiple times. I have video after video of him locked up. I have bruises I have permanent scars all over my body, okay? I'M NOT THE VIOLENT ONE. I am not the violent one. I hear you. I'm not. He is a disgusting human being. Disgusting. Literally. Married for 20 years. Mhm. I had one boyfriend that I was with for 4 years, and then unfortunately because of that situation, I'm back here with him. Living with him because I don't financially have anywhere to go except for my mother's house. But I choose you with my children, and he doesn't care because he doesn't work. He's a sovereign citizen. He's not a He is not a citizen of the United States, and he is doesn't follow rules or doesn't believe in the cops or anything else. He does what he wants to do. And he does it just fine. He gets away with lots of stuff from you people. Lots. Okay. He told my like he told my 17-year-old last night, "Women need to be beaten. They need to be told what to do. They need to be hit, and they need to be beaten, and they need to be told what to do. Your mom is not a real woman. She doesn't listen. She doesn't do what I say. She doesn't do what we say. That's what you need to do. That's why we're in this position right now. You can walk in my house, you can see my babies my my son they're they're coming home from the hospital. I have every bit of laundry washing. My my whole focus is this baby's room this nursery my whole life. Go walk in there with me, please. My whole life is this not him. I'm not worried about him. I'm worried about my kids and this baby coming home and I have a grand baby. Walk away. Was your mom just having a seat on the front porch there? Yeah, that's fine. Yeah, that's fine. The woman was determined to make the husband look like the villain. She threw every kind of allegation at him one after another yet somehow never got to the actual point. And the fact that they have four kids made the whole situation even more worrying. You couldn't help but think about how all this chaos was affecting them. Just waiting for these two guys to hurt. What do you want? Who's going through her perimenopause? Who knows what the [ __ ] I'm going through? And he was been with a piece of [ __ ] like him. Seriously. I'm serious. I am a girl's girl all the way. I cannot do this anymore. This that cop soon as he said, "Oh oh miss oh you'll be in my car if you keep talking." Yeah, I know cuz he's actually in his pocket cuz you're a dude and there's been multiple of you that have been on my side, but he is not clearly. He's not on anyone's side. Oh oh he's on the side. I have a video. You want to see it? Where he said, "Oh you keep talking you'll go to his car when I asked a simple question." Oh I will. I'm going to post it on And so we put people in the back of the car when they can't be calm. >> I wasn't even not calm now. Now I'm not calm. You have every reason if you wanted to right now. I wasn't like that with them. Do you understand me? Please please I know I know he's a I know all the things, okay? I know. I'm telling you. I've the crash out or whatever this whole little trend that's going on. It's not a trend and I'm doing it right now. It's happening. And I can't stop it. Literally I have four mother boys. I have A GRAND BABY. I HAVE A GRAND BABY. I HAVE A GRANDMA. I AM like I don't like the cops right now. Like I do normally I do I do like the cops, but right now they're not my favorite. Hold on one second. Just stay right here for me, okay? She's not really saying anything about what happened today. She just keeps going on about he beat her. He hurt her yesterday. There's something he did yesterday. She hasn't slept in like 2 days. She just keeps circling around and around and around and can't explain what happened today. You're in his pocket and that's why you're literally not getting anything about what Um if you want to get what in the day I'm going to go inside and talk to the son real quick the 13-year-old if you can do that. You mind if I go inside and talk to Ethan real quick? He's gone. He went to his friend's house. He just left? >> He left like halfway in the middle of this crap and I'm like you're going to leave me what? Who was that that just walked out here? That's Evan. That's the he's a 17-year-old. You need me to get him? Yep, perfect. I know, but I just love how he pretends like he did nothing wrong like you're Mr. Officer's best friend and you're you're so smooth. Hey, you're letting him get worked up. He's doing it to me. >> know I'm the crash out. THIS IS BULL. I SWEAR TO GOD EVERY WOMAN this is bull is bull. Oh yes I lose it. I lose IT. WE LOSE IT RIGHTFULLY SO because those mother Hey, make you lose it. >> Hey. You're so Look at him with his little beard. Like he literally you meticulously did this. >> okay? Don't focus >> Sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry. >> It's okay. I'm not upset with you. It was like the woman's mouth had no off switch. She spoke non-stop gasping for air as if her lungs were on overtime. Honestly even more than the husband's evidence her constant chatter made it clear who was really at fault. She rambled through every irrelevant detail except the main point. So the officers had to reach out to other family members to actually understand what had happened. Right? I'm sorry. He's doing this on purpose like he's literally sitting there. He literally went to I swear to god. I understand. I don't want to know you didn't hear that. I I didn't take it as a literal threat. Listen, I'm sorry. He seen my thing. I was sleeping. I took a nap. I took a nap. I've literally been doing everything in this house for 6 months. Yeah. I took a nap and he I don't care. You can contact them. I don't care. He deserves it. That my ex-boyfriend is a piece of [ __ ] He deserves every bit of it. I hope he believes all the lies that he just got told. I don't care about that. What I care about is the fact that he I walked outside and he locked me out of the house and called the cops because he plays games constantly. So were you guys like arguing? >> He took me slapped me across the face. Me on the ground. Yeah, before he called you and acted like I'm the problem. He me across the face knocked me on the floor me multiple times he me and I've never called the cops on him not one time for all the that he's done to me physically violating me today multiple times before you guys got here. >> feel like you need an ambulance? No. Okay. No. >> have to ask. >> No, I don't need an ambulance. I need like some backup. So I'm just I I hate him and I know I shouldn't be saying this to you. Like I really I can't I have never hated someone so much in my entire life like and I believe in Jesus and forgiveness and I need all of that because I have done so many things where I need forgiveness. where I need forgiveness. However, guess who went to jail for 14 hours because they broke his poor little finger. Me. Which I'm glad they broke his flat little finger. But I went to jail and I don't do jail. I don't do that. Like that's not me. I cannot do that. So as crazy as I am I cannot go to jail with them. I'd rather go to a psychiatrist or myself in the head happily before I go to jail. I cannot do jail, but I did and his was there in court on a Saturday morning first thing getting me out because he knows I don't deserve to be there. So he's the one that got me out. He's the one that put me in there. He's the one that got me out. He's probably the one that's going to put me in there tonight, too. But you're not taking me there. You're going to take me to a parole officer. I can tell you that or to the morgue cuz I'm not going to jail. I cannot do jail and I cannot do people like him or him who sits up there and he's like, "Oh and I am not a feminist womanizing whatever." I'm not. I'm not. I am pro what is right. I am pro what is right. And I'm 41 years old and I have gone off the mother deep end and I'm very well aware of that. At least I'm saying as crazy as I am I'm very well aware that I've gone off the deep end. I am. I'm very well aware I have. I'm not going to hurt anybody and I'm not going to hurt myself. Okay. Now him he's okay. I'll be right back, okay? Stay right there. She talked so much in just a few minutes that introverts would have fainted from exhaustion. She kept tossing allegations at her ex-husband circling the same points over and over like a broken record. But here's the real question. If she's so unhappy why not just leave his house get a job and settle somewhere else instead of turning life into a non-stop drama show? Uh she said he was sleeping. She was up cleaning. She took a nap. Her ex called her while he was napping and he said some stuff to her ex. They were arguing. He slapped her pushed her and then locked her out of the house. Mhm. Okay. So it's video. Okay. Whatever you think. Okay. All right Crystal I need you to put your hands behind your back for me, Are you going to arrest me? Yes, ma'am. Put your hands behind your back. Wait a minute. >> Put your hands behind your back. Please do not. Why are you arresting me? I want to know why you're arresting me. Wait a minute. There's no wait a minute. I have a right to know why you're arresting me. No, you don't. I'm getting arrested so he hit me. He literally physically abused me multiple times and I have video of it and now I'm getting arrested. So so I like literally my jaw is popping. I have bruises on my body and I got literally physically hurt and I'm going to jail. Do you want me to take your purse? I don't care. Yeah, you can do that. Thank you. I appreciate you thinking about me now. This is a joke. I swear to god on my life. This is a this this is What kind of Am I paying taxes? This doesn't pay taxes. I am a tax paying citizen literally and you are going to put your hands on me. Get your hands off of me actually. You're going to put your hands on me after you like buddy buddy up with him this sovereign citizen who does not pay taxes, hates all things conservative and out of me and then called the cops and now I'm getting arrested and you are pawned to his scheme. I would like to know seriously why I'm getting arrested when I want to press CHARGES ON HIM. I WANT TO PRESS CHARGES ON HIM. Can I say that right now? You can say whatever you like. Yeah, well, make it noted of it. I'm pressing charges on him for violating me and you, too. Turn around, face the first bridge of your feet. Oh, oh, we got we got we got the people out here, the little kids. Fun times in a great neighborhood. Oh, you are recording me. You're a blessing. I'll put them on Here you go. Here you go. Here you go. You need to get all of it in there, huh? >> Hold still. Spread your legs. Oh, let's do it, huh? Put your foot down. Finally, the officer decided to arrest her. The moment the cuffs appeared, she completely spiraled out of control. In her universe, the officers were committing a horrible injustice siding with her ex-husband. She resisted like the world was against her. Honestly, it seemed like this drama wasn't going to calm down anytime soon. Hmm? No. No. Not taking me to the goddamn psych ward, mother You wouldn't do it. Go ahead. No. No, I I know you're not. No, I know you love it. Enough. No, you wouldn't goddamn show. Here you go, dear. I'm crazy. Kill you. white assault GENETIC COP HUH? PUT HER ON OH, OH, YEAH. OH, you better be glad I'm not black, you white mother racist [ __ ] All right, they're on the Okay. Okay. What's up? >> Oh, yeah, I know. Well, they should put their people in there. >> hook on that. You mother I'm going to Oh, oh, there's going to be a complaint against you. Right from the get-go. I hope you do. Keep on doing what you do because you deserve to be fired. I'm not going to do anything. You You No forgiveness for you ever. Never. Oh, never. That wasn't correct at all. None. You get everything you deserve. I hope you get everything you deserve. Jesus Christ. I'm not going to do anything. Oh my god, I'm so tired right now. You want me to keep doing it? Huh? No, my foot's like my leg is sweaty. I'm doing it wrong. I know I'm doing it wrong. Oh, let him lie to you and and that's why he's so whatever. The mother of his children and his grandchild. He's having erected because he is a piece of I cannot wait to get you on Megyn Kelly and every goddamn thing else and Just think that. God. Seriously, you suck. Seriously, I cannot wait. Like I cannot wait. Oh, mother of four and a grandmother who's never done any goddamn thing in her life and you're like stupid white mustache Oh, why don't you hurt me now cuz I'm making fun of your stupid Yeah, you deserve every bit of it. >> Would have turned the other way. grandmother Grandmother, suburban mother and this is what you're doing. There's people out there selling goddamn meth and but you're worried about me? >> Let me ask you something. Yeah, exactly. stupid piece of >> [music] >> Video tape this, Carol, please cuz that's another lawsuit. You guys, like seriously, obviously you don't have kids. She turned getting into the backseat into a full-blown spectacle for the cops. Even after her feet were belted in, she was still wiggling. Meanwhile, her mouth was non-stop spewing racist remarks. No belt, no cuff, nothing in the world could stop her mouth. The officers, visibly exhausted, were handling both physical resistance and verbal chaos at the same time. >> [music] >> You guys suck and you suck the worst. I thought you were like decent cuz you're a woman, but you suck the most. Really, truly. You don't know me, but you will. You will know me cuz You don't think I'm nobody, but I am somebody. >> [music] >> And you will hear about me, honey bun. In politics and everything else, you will. I know there's like a not the Baker Act, but there's like another substance abuse act. >> Uh, it's called the Marchman Act. What is that? That's what it's called. It's the Marchman Act. That's not what's happening here today, no. Um, if you feel like she needs help for her drinking, you go down to the courthouse and file with the judge just notify the judge and if he grants it, then it's court ordered. Mhm. I have to put it Sorry, guys. This one? It's not your fault. Really bad. I'm trying not to have a panic attack. >> Crystal. Crystal, listen. Yes. We know Listen. I know. I'm trying not to have a panic attack. >> Okay. I have panic attacks really bad and I'm claustrophobic and I'm really trying not to have a full-blown panic attack where I'm throwing up and you have to call an ambulance. >> Okay. I'm trying really hard. Please. Okay, Crystal, listen to me real quick. Look, I never said I don't care about you, okay? The only reason that you're tied up like this is because you were fighting to get in the car. I know I'm sorry. Okay. Now, listen. If you are cool with me, I will do everything that I can to make you comfortable. Please. Okay, but we are going to jail. Okay. Okay? But >> I'm going to get out of there immediately. That's Okay, that's That's after >> I'm so sorry. Like I really am. I know I'm I'm losing it. I'm having what they call a crash out, apparently. I'm having it. Okay. I'm going through perimenopause AT WORK CUZ I JUST HAD A BABY. I'm having the Lexapro and I'm so sorry I treated you badly and I lost my mind on you. I really do. I It's not a crime. >> the cops on him first. I should have. Like I should have multiple multiple times. Okay. It's not a crime, Crystal. Listen. I'm very sorry and I swear to god I will shut up and I will not disrespect you or move. Okay. Give me a Just give me a second. >> Please. I'll take you out of them. >> sweating really bad. I'm But but listen, if it happens again, you'll go right back in them. I know. I won't. I swear to god I won't. Okay. Give me just a second. Now, >> [clears throat] >> she was living in my house, so I'm going to have to deal with that. I guess a restraining order would take care of that. >> Yes, the restraining order would take care of that. So, if you go before the judge and it's granted, she has to move out immediately upon once it's served upon her. So, say he grants it and then they've got to serve it on her. Once it's served on her, she has to move out. If she comes back to the house at all, um, she goes to jail. If she violates the restraining order at all, she goes to jail. So, when you do the restraining order, they go over cuz you guys have kids together. So, they would go over a parenting plan with you to determine, you know, you get kids most of the time cuz they live with you and they go for on weekends or whatever agreement you come to with the judge. And then he might say you can only have contact regarding the kids. And then if she calls you for anything else not regarding the kids, she could go to jail for that. A little time in the backseat seemed to knock some sense into her alcohol-fueled brain and she started complying, though barely. Crash out was clearly the word of the day in her world. Meanwhile, the husband was now scanning for ways to contain this chaos in the future. The cops kept their composure silently wondering how one person could produce so much drama. Um, but that's something they can Sorry, it's not a crime. work out with you in the court. Like I said, you're more than welcome to hire an attorney for it, obviously. Um, you are not required to have one for this court, um, but if you want one, you're more than welcome to take one, okay? Do you have any other questions for me right now? I do not Okay. At this moment. Okay, he'll be back in just a moment with some paperwork. It's okay. That's what we're here for. Um, sounds like Good lord. I know I know you didn't. Yeah, I know you didn't, but But thank you. Yeah, of course. That's what we're here for. So, he's got some paperwork here for you that he'll go over with you. And then, um, she's not going to have a bond because it's domestic violence. Um, so she'll probably go before the judge tomorrow and then he'll probably and then he'll determine whether she has um court ordered. Yep. She what? Okay. You said what? What the what? Crystal. Yes. >> If we get you out of these, are you going to calm down? I'm not going to be a crazy person, okay? I am a crazy person right now, but I'm not going to be I can't move, though. Well, we're going to get you out Just stop wiggling around. We're going to Okay, we're going to get you out. I feel this belt that you're doing underneath me, but I cannot move. Yeah. Huh? Get him down there real quick. Can we have a little more comfortable place I can sit? I don't like your I don't like your car though. It's different from my car. Oh my god. All right, I'm going to sit you up. Okay. Okay. Oh, I'm sweating. I'll have them turn the air Just use your regular normal seat belt. 45 minutes. Can I put it like over my like my head like it's supposed to be? Yeah, sorry. I didn't realize it was messed up. Sorry, I'm just wondering. Can you You can un handcuff me in front of me, huh? No. You can get un-handcuffed at the jail. Damn it. Can I have water? I was saying, when you get to the jail They don't give you water at jail. Can you leave me the door open, please? Oh. There's no airflow at all. Did you explain the DVR? Yes, I did. Sorry. Did you tell him what the form was for? No. Okay. I'm going to head out of here. While the husband calmly went over no contact rules, finally seeing a light at the end of this chaotic tunnel, the wife remained in the back seat, torn between half-hearted compliance and non-stop complaints. In the end, the only real losers were the kids, stuck in the middle of all this drama, facing a situation that would likely stick with them as a traumatic memory. She was charged with battery and resisting arrest without violence.
