written by the courts 364 days with 363 days suspended in 24 months of supervised probation while she likely felt relief over avoiding a harsher punishment one has to wonder how hard it was for some her age to go without her cell phone for an entire day tough times indeed watching incidents like this it's easy to see the recklessness of young entitled individuals who think they're Invincible they rarely stop to consider the Ripple effects of their actions the lives they could destroy including their own for police officers this reality is far more Grim window they see the mangled bodies the devastation of DUI accidents and face the heart-wrenching task of delivering death not notifications to parents it's hard to Fathom how anyone could think driving while intoxicated is worth the risk
