officers continued their inquiry they observed a female suspect at the scene this individual described as highly aggressive attempted to flee which raised immediate concerns for the officers the resistance became even more aggressive as she began kicking the officers didn't stop let us do this kick somebody it's going to get worse for you we're going to talk when you get no we need get no cuz situation and gather more information however she refused to listen to anything they said instead she persistently argued with the officers demanding to be released her non-compliance combined with rec center okay he heard the screaming outside went outside saw them just hitting each other pushing each other really called them and says hey they're walking over by the rec center towards Ross right you're good thank you the female suspect was subsequently presented in court to face formal charges these charges included disorderly conduct resisting an officer with violence criminal mischief and domestic battery the male was charged with domestic battery each of these charges reflected specific aspects of her behavior during the incident highlighting the legal violations she committed disorderly conduct addressed her verbal and physical aggression resisting an office officer pertained to her Defiance during the arrest and domestic battery related to the underlying conflict that
