how these dumb cops ever made it through police school will baffle your mind these cops have been caught lying on camera first up this woman Maddie is testing a vehicle from her husband's car dealership in Montgomery County Texas this police officer stops her are you pulling me over but before he reaches her car door she takes off her seatbelt this is not a good strategy because she has given the police officer reasonable cause to question her yeah I just took this off just so you know I wasn't driving without it huh that's the original no I just took it off I swear to God I I it's November 13 2020 State Trooper Jackson stops a man called James on suspicion of speeding Trooper Jackson insists that James rolls his window down but James refuses the trooper accuses James of speeding but James denies this howdy it was down all the way man why is that roll down all the way so I can talk to you better we can talk right hold it down all the way I'm not asking him telling you what law is that why are you starting this man well you're telling me to roll my win we can talk right yeah roll it down more but why so I can talk to you better man I'll talk to you through a crack just speeding I get it and uh I don't think it's a huge deal tonight you know if you don't think you're going that fast something could be wrong with your car or something man you know you never know officer Eric schmidtke stops a driver over an expired license plate sticker he then carries out an illegal search the man ends up getting arrested for illegal substances found in his car but officer schmidtke is caught lying on his dash cam over smelling cannabis coming from the car so all charges are dropped the man is awarded eighty thousand dollars and the police officer is fired Philip Before I Let You Go do you have anything in the car need to be worried about no okay do you mind if I have my K-9 Officer Walker card I've done nothing wrong okay well you're not free to leave you're still on a traffic stop okay okay well you're not free to leave so she'll do what she'll do you don't have to get out of the car if you don't want to the choice is entirely up to you you can have your driver's license back as soon as the stop is completed okay stop talking well it's completed because I'm not finished yet she doesn't want to get out of the car so I let him know that okay we're gonna have the dog walk around this car he doesn't want to get out he doesn't feel like he should have to so I let him know that the traffic stop is not completed so um okay um more recently whatever that's from public interference police officer Gilpin has pulled the man over for being on his phone while driving but the man had his phone mounted on his dashboard the officer then accuses the driver of speeding Gilpin refuses to show the cop his ID several months ago from Midland Police Department sir ma'am and so the reason why he got pulled over as you passed me I noticed you had your phone up no my phone's right here well maybe it was my mistake then I stand correcting have a good day no you're not pretty good since being a hurry sir was that speeding yes you were no it was not okay you weren't speeding no sir all right your license was do you have me clocked for speeding or did you pull me over for that because that's the first time you told me you pulled me over for that now you're telling me speeding let me start over please do I said I noticed you with your phone you corrected me and said your phone was what's up I was mistaken so then you got me for something else now yes sir why do you need my license if I wasn't speeding if I didn't commit an infraction why do you need my life visually you can't Pace from sitting still visually you came up rapidly behind me you were speeding my interpretation identification radar so that is why I told you you're speeding okay you don't you don't know so you don't get my license so I'm driving I saw you behind me I saw the phone up I thought you had your phone in your hand okay so I pulled you over because of the phone he said it was on the master sure I stand corrected exactly have a good day you're on your way no and I said you were speeding how fast do you think I was going you're going over ten percent over the speed limit come on bro you're mine so if the speed is it 20 or 25 I was 20 years is it 20 or 25 right here if you say you're doing 16 that is your interpretation is it 20 or 25 right here I don't know you tell me you don't know no you tell me you don't either way so if it's 20 25 10 over would be 22. if it's 25 10 over is 2.5 yeah okay so 27.5 yeah so you visually saw me going 27.5 miles an hour you need to get your you need to get recalibrated man there's no argument I'm telling you what the truth is I'm being molested by my government for doing nothing wrong because you have to have my ID because you violated track offense yes no I didn't your interpretation you're a liar dude don't come back up to this car get your supervisor I'm not talking to you not talking to you anymore you're a liar officer Wilson takes over and he can see that there is nothing wrong he lets the driver go yes sir sir how you doing what can I do for you man I'm wondering why I'm still here well apparently you called for a supervisor because he wants my license when I have committed no traffic infection when your officer first got up to this vehicle he said he pulled me for this okay that's up there when that was wrong then he tells me that I'm speeding I know for a fact I wasn't I looked down at 16. the whole time I was behind him and passed him I went down I was 16 miles an hour okay but he wants to get my license he already told me he hasn't clocked me he estimated my speed from a standstill which you can't Pace from a standstill he says I'm going 10 over the posted speed limit from a standstill he knows this I'm not giving up my lessons unless I'm unless you're threatening to take me to jail okay it I'm not the war you guys want right now with all y'all have going on I was going 16 miles an hour but I'm not going to buy I'm not going to let him violate my fourth amendment when he was wrong okay so you just what do you want now I want to be unmolested for my government and on my way okay go I'll let you go go thank you very much throughout this incident the driver is insisting on his Fifth Amendment right not to be a witness against himself in Tennessee Dash man Nash cam is pulled over for speeding but the officer didn't use his radar and dash man never drives without a dash cam sir good evening sir hi there for a good morning I guess what are you going to why are you heading for why did you pull me over yeah because I had to Pace the 65 it's 55 here there's no way I was 65 but I've got it on here and I can verify it so that's fine if I need a ticket for it I'll bring this in because it'll show that that's fine that's fine that's you're right but I absolutely know I wasn't going 65 so okay I had your pace sir so well you know that's fine you can tell you you know you could well I won't I'll bring the video and the video will show exactly how fast I was going so go that's good thank you so I know I wasn't speeding but uh here's this if you want to check everything on new registration as well you need registration as well I just need your license that's okay appreciate you don't do seven to five like some dudes no I wasn't doing that I know you didn't I wasn't I would write your ticket I wasn't even going 60.
