The report involved a disorderly female arguing with tenants in the neighboring unit. When officers arrived on scene, they immediately recognized the woman involved as Lauren Mullins, someone they had encountered on numerous previous calls. Known online as the screaming banshee for her highly intoxicated and insane behavior, Lauren's reputation had already made its rounds across social media. The red flags in each of her past arrests seemed to foreshadow what was to come. In March 2025, Lauren Mullins was arrested once again, this time for DUI and vehicular homicide. That's why I didn't pull a leash on him. He doesn't need a leash. Okay, that's fine. That's fine. What time did you get done with work? Like 5 minutes ago. Oh, okay. Jesus Christ. Can't [ __ ] do anything. So, you guys didn't get into an argument, you and your neighbor? No, we did not. Okay. Did anything happen with You want to ask my mom? I guess your downstairs neighbors, you guys just don't get along very well. No. No. Okay. Nothing to do with me. I [ __ ] This been going on [ __ ] 14 years. They just flew back last year. Has nothing to do with [ __ ] me. Do you want to You want to maybe go have a Let's go have a seat on the uh the steps over here. Yeah. I love you. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. You can't just stay here all day. Mine's to blow my nose. So, I just don't know what the [ __ ] to do. that was work today. That good. It's funny. Cobbs used to come to my parents house since the [ __ ] younger men's used to work here. So, I don't know if you're trying to save face or No. Yeah. Asking about your day, that's all. Doesn't matter. What is this? [Music] Okay. You ready to open this up? Ready? Oh, good. Perfect. Another one. Love more police officers. Let's get my [ __ ] dog sign. [ __ ] Keep going in the rain. Just going to hang out out here for a couple more minutes. Yeah, I'm sure. And yeah, I'm sure. I'm sure. Nothing has to do anything but let my dog inside. But sure. Let's just let that go. Just going to double check. Looks like nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nope. Looks like nothing. All right, let's sit right here. Where are we going? Let's let my [ __ ] dog inside. How about that? Come on, Remy. Let my [ __ ] dog inside. Come on. Let my dog inside. Come on, Romy. Your dog need help downstairs? Yeah. Okay. They're all laughing at him downstairs. She come in. Yeah, she can. You want to hold up in the door so I can bring them in? Yeah. No, I'll [ __ ] bring them in. Okay, there you go. All right. You're fine. You're mine. So I'm going to stay down here just we can sit inside. No, it's okay. We can sit up here. Sit up here. Come escape. Okay. Of this. And now it's happening all the time. How are you? Hello. Let me hear what what what she does. So, what's going what's going on? So, she she's getting drunk uh lately very often. Each time you she gets drunk, she said she she gets very violent. So last time when you guys appear over here, her mom kick her out because the mom is afraid of her as well when she gets to in fact she's not home. So when she knows that she's drunk, the mom is not home. But then she's going and banging the door from the one side to the other side. Show him what she does. Just when I'm recording instead of uh play Oh, no. This is different. Sorry. Just let me see what is my recordings if I know how to get back to that. But anyway, um is she I thought you prepared. I did and then now I record and said uh Jesus Christ. I want to hear what she say. Is she your tenant? She's not our tenant. We are both tenants. We are both tenants. The landlord just left. She just to argue with him. So we have a problem with the pipes as well. Okay. So he told her not to use water and he she told him straight off, "F you. I'm not going to do it." And then you know when she started running the water, of course downstairs we are on the first floor. So everything goes to first floor and I have to stay in the vacuum. But that's not the point. The point that's the point is that she right. I just I didn't I don't I'm trying to understand your relationship to her. No. I've never dealt with you or her before. So we are neighbors. That's I got to live in the same I didn't know if you owned the property and I rent it from you or you rent it from I got it. You guys are Yes. Yes. So I don't know how to get there. Do you know how to get there? So just just just tell me what happened. So anyway, so she start going and she slamming the door. So you see the window it's off. You send me your message. You got it. Yeah. Before I send you three messengers. So the window is off. She start slamming the door. She start banging with whatever she has in her hand. shoes, hands, and then she goes, "I'll [ __ ] all kill you." And she's big. I mean, I'm not saying that she will do that, right? But she's big and and you know, it's very threatening. And you know, I'm working in the hospital. I'm an ICU nurse. I know that people when they get drunk, they get violent. And you know, we need to sometimes we need to put three, four people to pow them down, even females, because they are out of control. So, it's not like they are not out of control. And and so today So today she got a little drunk and she's banging on the doors and yelling at you guys. Yeah. So this is not this is not the first time. Do you have your Do you have your license? Do you have a license? My your driver's license. Oh, sure. Sir, do you have yours? No, I don't drive. You don't drive? Okay. You You don't have a Do you have an ID? Yes. Can I see that? Sure, please. I just need to document. Uh I just need your I just need your information. Thank you. We can close the door. We are not going to do anything. No, no, that's not lying. I want to be able to hear what's going on. So, she just to like, you know, you need to find the the right. That's That's okay. Well, I want you here because then she can say she never say that and it's not true. Well, I'll find it. I just I'm getting a little agitated right now. No, I get it. I don't have another message. He wasn't a messenger. Messenger. Yeah. Hello. How are you? Good. Officer Marcola, do you do we know if the uh the mother was involved in any of this or no? According to them, the mother is not home. Not home. So when mother before I called the police first time okay when it start to happen I spoke with the mom because I'm a parent too I don't want to cause problem of course of course I I I say what's going on because I can't manage anymore call the police if she gets so can you just I'm I'm sure you already explained it to my partner but can you just walk me through what happened? So, let me talk. They're trying to find the record. They recorded her. So, you know, this is not the first time. So, the other time when it happened, we didn't see nothing. The following thing happened and the mom kicked her out of the door. Check it out. Yeah. And the mom kicks her out of the door. And and like I have to call the police because at this point, you know, the mom kicks her out, the mom is also afraid and the mom doesn't want to call. Obviously, mom doesn't want to call police on her own. Okay. But what what led you guys to call? Because she is banging the door. She's your door. Yes. And she whatever she got in the head, whatever she's banging, she bangs this door. The window went out of the door. She goes around, she bangs the other door. Now I'm ICU nurse. Like I explained your partner. I know when people get drunk, we sometimes have four people to keep them down because they are completely like an animal. The the power that they have. Mhm. It was very threatening. you have 92 year old and she constantly banging the door now you know we have problem with piping the landlord tried to explain to her she she f him with the words he goes like I don't effing care I'm going to take a shower so I don't know if that leads her to that you know what I mean that the land told her not to use the water today because we have a plumbing problems she can't do it but each time either if her mom is in she takes upon her mom if the mom is not in then she takes upon us gotcha Okay. So, basically she was just banging on your door. Did you guys answer the door? No, we don't. We don't answer because she goes I don't know even what's the rules. What was she was she saying anything like in regards to you guys or Okay. Now, now this was on your door or this outside? this door and both doors. Both doors. Okay. Oh, no. Maybe this Consider that we have 93 years old. Is it your mother or who's your mother? What's your mother's name? Cheda. Okay. What's your phone number? Just you can just send those to my email. Your son had nothing to do with anything. No damage to the doors or anything like that. Uh the window's missing on that one door, but I don't know. It's not I don't know what to do, but I want to sue her and I want to get out of there. Okay. So So here here's the deal, right? She lives here. We can't kick her out. I understand that. Okay. So you what I can legally do? So if you want to sue for something, you can you can you can sign complaints again against her for harassment. You can do that at the court Monday through Friday during their normal business hours. You go down there, they'll talk to them. They'll help you figure it out. When if you do that, you're going to have to go to court, talk to the judge, argue your case. You have to what's called probable cause. You have to prove to the judge that there's probable cause. You have to prove to the judge that there's probable cause for him to issue that complaint. Let my [ __ ] dog inside. Let my dog inside. Okay. She lives here. We can't kick her out. She doesn't live here. She But the No, she might not be on the lease, but she has what's called residency here. Okay. So, she she's lived here. Yes. Right. She lives here with her mom. Yes. Right. So, we can't remove her from her home. Gotcha. Right. So, that that would be what the landlord would do. That's why I asked you what the relationship was because if you were the landlord, you could go you could try to go for eviction, but you're not the landlord. Okay. So, you can't go that route. So the only remedy that you would have is you can either sue civily or you can sign complaints at the court. Okay. Mhm. So what we do if now you'll leave and she get more drunk and then you just have to call us again. I have to call you. That's the thing, right? Depending on what she said to my partner and what she said outside. I don't know. I was here with you guys. There may there may or may not be something that we can do. And if she's already going back inside, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that there's probably not much. It's these situations are hard for us. No, I understand. And I I even feel sorry because this is supposed to what we're trying what we're doing is we're just trying to mediate the situation at this point. Right. Um so there'll be a report on it. So like I said, I understand that's that's the third time in two weeks. Listen, I first time I spoke with her because I want to try to sell and she was she's out of control. Called the police. I regret that I took her back home because she was kind of working in Boston or whatever and probably she start to mess her up her life and I feel sorry. I spoke with her the next day I met her downstairs. I was walking my dog. She was she apologized this and that and I I told her I said look why you wasting your life but I know I know that everybody told her why you wasting your life she's beautiful smart and and with education I don't understand why they're doing that but it's okay but we cannot stay my grand my mother-in-law terrified every time completely understand that so I completely understand that but like I said unfortunately we're our hands are kind of tight there's really not much that we In case she screams, I call back. So, yes, you feel free to call us back if you need us. Okay. You say you want to you want to send you send the recordings to us so we can document them. We can save them and we'll keep them documented on our side so that if you do decide to go to court, all you can you can what you can do what's called an Oprah request so you can apply uh for any of the police reports. I go to the police department on the front desk. It's the same place. So when you walk into the police department, on the left hand side is the record. Straight ahead is the police and on the right hand side is the court. You go to the court. If you want to get a copy of any of the reports, you go to the records department and you submit you request what you do what's called an opal request or open open public records act request and they will then go through and let's see what's going on. They'll pull all the in case this happen again. Then I will I will do you know when the mother's supposed to come home? usually the mom the mom told me honestly and I felt so bad so bad because she was on tears because the the following morning I catch up while she was going to work and I said Lori I need to talk to say yes I know I know she was and I say what you wanted me to do we cannot do that I tell her what she is asking so basically when she if she knows that she's in this condition she won't come back home okay where does she normally go do you know I do she has a mother so maybe to their mother. I don't know. You know what I mean? But she she have tried to avoid. I know they have immediate family in the area as well. So I was I was just curious like what was So I don't know really what to do if her mom tells me call the police, right? No, I got I got it. So but like I said, if you go there, you can get a copy of all the reports. So this way if you do decide to sign a complaint and go to court, you have a lot, you know, you have more paperwork to listen, I don't I don't doubt you. Uh, but like I said, unfortunately there's our hands are kind of tied. No, no. So, we're here, like I said, just try to to mediate the situation. Listen, if you try to mediate, I'm fine with it because, you know, so you can you can call if you want to try to like mediate it like that, you can call uh and you can ask for somebody from the community policing. Uh, it's either I think if you tell her, "Stop doing this [ __ ] We're going to get in trouble somehow." She's sober. She she is completely a different you know different person like she's completely different and you can talk to her but when she gets to this point then then she become like different. Yeah. It's it's it's flipped upside you know 100% upside down. So it's like and like I said I you know not working in the hospital I know how people react and it's they they are okay they know very well because they they go every house they deal with all this BS all the time is he by himself no uh good for upstairs. Yeah, I know. With who's with us? With Dr. Okay. Y So, listen, like like my partner said, if any other further issues happen, I just call us just let us mediate whatever whatever we can do and uh I'm sure you explain complaint procedures. If you guys want to do that, then obviously you can follow through with that as well. But we're going to talk to her and see if we can just kind of reason with her a little bit and then sounds. Thank you so much. No problem. You're welcome. Sorry about this. No, no, it's just what we're here for. Mom's not home. She was. Okay. You guys talked to her. I I've literally only w I've only spoken to you. I haven't I have not talked to her since you talked to her. Okay. Very good. I haven't talked to her since you talked to her. So, I've been working doubles every [ __ ] day. You want to find You want to look at my work log? Do that. I don't give a [ __ ] You don't want to tell me what happened though. You don't Why you still What do you mean? I don't know what happened. Okay. Tell you what happened about what? Why? Why are we here right now? I don't [ __ ] know. Okay. You tell [ __ ] me. Well, we got called here. Yeah. By who? By my mom. I don't know that. So, why don't you talk to her? You said mom's not here. So, why are you here? Exactly. Bye. She's not here. You're not here. Bye. Think you have no reason to be here then, right? All right. Can you have a seat back on the couch, please? You have no reason to be here. You're some sort of You want to go look for my mom? I'll direct you, right? You want to look for my mom? Go look for her. We don't need to talk to mom. Then what the [ __ ] are you doing here? Well, we got called here for some sort of dispute. We're just using [ __ ] three days ago. Today. Today. You okay? You okay? [Applause] I've been working all day today. You could check my work. We believe you. No reason not to. So that's what I'm saying. These people have it out for me downstairs. Oh, they've been have it out for me. Why do they have it out for you? Cuz their son committed suicide and they want to blame it on everybody else. All right. Well, cuz I used to be best friends with a girl that was a wife of the one that committed suicide. Okay. Well, I'm sure. And somehow they're connecting it to me. I'm like, well, I've been tossing that girl since seven [ __ ] grade. But sure, cuz I'm in the same area. Oh my god, I got all the same [ __ ] things. That's why I've not lived even in this area since [ __ ] 2014. At least at least. Well, I'm sure that they don't want to be reminded of it. So, they I have not lived here since 2020. I mean, tonight I just moved here in 2020. So, what the [ __ ] are we even talking about? I don't know. You're the one talking about it. And you're the one talking about it. Whatever. No one's getting arrested. Good. Then what the [ __ ] are we doing here? They're just keeping the peace until we're done downstairs. That's what I'm saying. You're like, "Oh my god." Like, did you not write just like two weeks ago? Don't arrest me. Not even actually like maybe like 5 days ago. Arrest me. Is there anybody home with you? Does it make a difference? I mean, you can't sit still. You're falling over. I'm I'm a little So what? You want to [ __ ] file a little like complacency? What? I'm I'm just concerned over your wellbeing. That's it. I'm just concerned, you know. I know you are. I don't want you. Oh, I know you are. Oh, I know you are. I'm worried about you. I bet you are. I am. I'm okay. You're okay? I'm fine. Oh, I'm totally fine. You know what today is? Yeah. January 2nd. Okay. And now going into the 3rd. Okay. Which what's a year? Uh 2023. You know who the president is? Yep. It's Joe Biden. Okay. So you can [ __ ] off. Okay. I'm going to go [ __ ] off now. Yeah, please do. You guys good? Yes. Okay. We're going to go [ __ ] off now. You can have a seat. We're going to go downstairs. No, I was making sure it wasn't my fault. We don't need her anymore. All right. Nope. We're good. Exactly. Yeah. president is I don't have a law degree but I'm sure I was actually Lauren. Have a good night. Your purse is out here. Let's Yeah. I don't want to buy the door. I want to put the top. Put on the landing. Yeah. I don't need her coming back down the stairs. Is it hard? Yeah, that was terrible. She's coming back. Lauren, stop. Stop. What are you doing? I just came here to give you a shot. Asking to ask. No. Go back up to your room. Go back up to your apartment. Not doing this. Not doing this. You're making piss poor decisions and you're intoxicated. You're going to the hospital. What? Because I'm afraid that if you we leave you here, you're just going to start knocking on the door. You're going to the hospital to detox. I have one time. Yeah. You We didn't even leave, right? I was just coming to bring your stuff up for you. You're going to the hospital tonight? No, I'm not going. You're going to the hospital tonight? I'm not going anywhere. Can you do that again? It was an You are You're constant. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. Put your clothes back on. No [ __ ] right now. Cover. Grab her jacket. Yeah. Nobody's doing it except for you guys. Stop, Warren. I'm making my [ __ ] feet uncomfortable, you [ __ ] [ __ ] All right, that's fine. Get this one [ __ ] off, then. You can do it. Don't kick me. Oh, I can do it. I know you can. You did the first one. I'm [ __ ] older than all you guys combined. I doubt it. Yeah, I [ __ ] am. Good. Tell Mr. Bundy cuz they cook famous ball. It's like good. Tell them. Okay. Add it. Add it. Add it. 65. You're throwing me out of throwing me out of the [ __ ] you by yourself. Say, "What the [ __ ] Please." Yeah. Now I'm crazy. Okay. Please. Please. It's okay. When the trial comes out, I it will come down what she said. I can't wait. You're looking like making me act like I'm crazy. Please give me a [ __ ] break. It doesn't [ __ ] matter cuz I pull my pants at least or you want to see everything? You want to see it? Call the focus. Good. Go call the Hogens brothers. Go call Mr. Hogens himself. I'm not calling anybody. Okay. Exactly. That means that you are doing a [ __ ] job. Doing a [ __ ] job. Cuz or else you wouldn't be scared of your boss. Who's my boss? [ __ ] Mr. Hogens. Okay. So, why are you so scared of him then? I'm not scared of anybody. So, why are you scared of a second figure? Second figure? You're asking like like somebody you're asking me to buy. I'm not asking anybody to buy. I'm asking why is somebody afraid of you're like asking authority. You're like, "Well, no, no, no, no. I heard you." When somebody said, "Oh, can the Hogans is coming? Oh, I heard you." And you were like, "No, no, no. I heard you. I heard you." Doesn't matter. So, what the [ __ ] are we doing here? Your mom's not even involved in this. Okay. So, what am I doing here? Get me back to the [ __ ] precinct. At least I'm not going there. I'm going to the hospital. Okay. Forgot about that. Well, in that case, sit up. You just said I'm going to the hospital, so no. Why would I do what you're doing if you're already telling me what to do with the hospital? Stop. All right. Well, get me a sip of water. How about that? I don't have any water for you. All right. Well, then why don't I lay down? Choke me then. Choke me. You want to choke me? Choke me. You're How old are you? Honestly, how old are they older than you? Where is my mom? Raising your voice. Right. You just said you call my mom, right? Where the [ __ ] is she? Mom's not involved. Oh, well, she is. She's my legal guardian now. Please. Yeah, you're over the age of 18. Okay. And I'm not authorizing you. I wanted an attorney. I'm not doing [ __ ] until I get an attorney. So you guys can look at me and laugh at me and do all you want.
