a disturbance the caller reported a woman named Mary Contreras attempting to forcefully enter her neighbor's home the officer dispatched to the scene approached Mary Contreras and spoke with her briefly trying to understand the situation and de-escalate the tension when one of the victims who called dispatch opened her door Contreras quickly went toward the door and the woman shut and locked it before Contreras went in Contreras began to yell and scream at the victim through the door how's it going I see it so what's going on Mary huh okay what can I help you with I please just let me I know but I used to teach my daughter for a moment I need to touch her I need to hug her if not problem okay what's your what's your daughter's name Elijah okay and she's she is living here yes I thought you're against me I thought there was other people living here now um did you ring the doorbell I rang it plenty of times you should have been here a long time ago okay they they called us and don't know so I like I just woke up I heard like the doorbell go off a bunch of times so it like started me obviously and she started going off about how she's gonna like go in here she's gonna [ __ ] us up she's gonna hurt us and she started saying some nonsense because she's obviously creeping out really bad yeah and she was pretty bad hi Rob yeah and she was like saying that she was gonna like come in she's gonna hurt me in my roommate my roommate's not even home right now she's like at work and so she's just saying like yeah I'm gonna hurt you guys I'm gonna hurt you guys like give me Luna give me Luna Luna's like my roommate's dog that she like sizes hers okay um she said that we killed Luna and that she [ __ ] kill us because we killed Luna which isn't true Luna's fine I [ __ ] hate you I mean I do not apologize you're gonna have a combative female coming in 23 29. it's on okay two three four eight Marshall's old apartment if not it's one extra and we haven't seen her in a week she has a suspended license she's like driving this van uh no it's not this one and I don't have my contacts in so I'm kind of going that's all right um she drives his van and is that a big van yeah it's a green Dodge Caravan is it that one no that's uh no it has like a broken window I don't know where she parked at this time she usually I don't know but she um she she drives that and she's not supposed to be acting realized and suspended and um the officer that came here last time told her to move it so she moved it over here and then the next day she's gone and writing all over the windows probably an introduction I hate you yes I mean 1996 March the 16th if you wanted everybody in front page that he taught yeah I like went inside the room go check and she's like not even there and then pretty sure she's at work though where does she work she works out Walmart okay all right is there anything we can do for you she's going to go to jail for a bunch of charges and won't be out for a minute yeah and I'm so sorry to you guys but seriously they could have see you guys for dealing with this week she's like this she's been arrested maybe like eight times now this past year just because of us I'm like calling cops on her yeah like it's ridiculous oh she was out of her mind yeah she's crazy and what is kind of frustrating is like the first cops that have dealt with it didn't really treat it as anything in the country like we were kids that didn't know what we were talking about but it's like we're fully grown we're moved out right we're trying to tell you guys the problem and like no one's listening clearly there is a problem yeah so well we took care of it tonight okay well thank you guys all right have a good one during the arrest Contreras allegedly resisted the officer's commands and took her aggression out on law enforcement being one of the officers in the aftermath the legal consequences for Mary Contreras were severe she was charged with felony assault or battery upon certain personnel as well as misdemeanor disturbing the peace and resisting or obstructing an officer's arrest her bond was set at twenty five thousand dollars
