Lieutenant Cabo reported over the radio that Hannah was exhibiting agonal breathing and was unresponsive, prompting the need for Narcan. Uh well, whoever you call when you look it up, whoever we're supposed to call, just make sure they know that she's at shore in Summer's Point. Yeah. Are you the right judge? But yeah, we don't call superior court cuz there's no actual uh there's criminal charges with the drugs, but nobody was injured. So, yeah, I think we just call a regular judge. Isn't the judges that we call I know that, but the judges we we call, aren't they the ones that are specifically allowed to authorize the warrants at the Atlantic City? Uh yeah, but I don't know if it's the same judge for Summers Point. That's what I'm saying. No idea. We'll have to figure out. Do we call the county judge list? I'm saying for Yeah. for the blood warrant or do we call the municipal court warrant that court judge that's allowed to issue the blood warrants because I think there's only a couple of those. I don't I don't know. I think we have to call the government and find out. Yeah, we're going to have to go take the one. All righty. Let me just move up so he can tow this thing. Um why don't you you head in? You you guys both head in. I'll stay until he gets hooked up and I'll meet you inside. Okay. Yep. [ __ ] Huh? Yeah, I got pictures in front of the car. I know. Me, too. I mean, it's been a couple of days, so it's not I mean, even if you were at the time, the antibodies, we're beyond it. I But just for as a precaution, you know, we're just going to mask up. I have no recollection. and your that uh driver side window, the plexiglass or whatever you had on the driver door that got broken off by passer by a couple. Your car was rolling down the street when you were passed out. So, a passer by on the street you were on, saw you, couldn't open the door, but realized it was plexiglass, pushed it in, and was able to get the car in park, but couldn't wake you up. Thank God. It definitely could have been worse, but at least in in the situation that we're in, it's it was just you and no injuries or anything like that. And it's just realistically you hit a piece of machinery driving down the road plowing and uh there's really no I mean it's it's designed to take a beating, but your car it wasn't. I don't know how you can drive it around. You obviously didn't know, but surprised your car was still functioning. That is the least of my worries right now. For real, I need to when I get home, not tonight, but tomorrow, I need to call and go back to where I just got out of. Right. So, you're not going to be able to get your car, which is kind of a mute point right now for 12 hours, which will be That's fine. 4:00 this morning. So after 4:00 this morning, 4:00 a.m. Then you can come get your car. Where is it? It's in our at Providence toward. It's in LA. How much do you have to pay for that? I don't know off the top of my head what the toy is. Okay. But if you get it, I believe by tomorrow there's no lot storage fee. It's just the toe. I want to say it's like 100 bucks, but I'm not 100%. Our or the city sets the tow rate, but I just don't know what this year's tow rate is. What did he say when he answered the phone? He said he was coming. I honestly like it's not like he said he knew where he was going. It was coming. He was on his way. Well, I hope I didn't like a time frame or anything like that. Whenever he does get here, his name's Marty. Okay. Well, he's going to have to come here, sign a piece of paper, taking responsibility for you. you know, and then go from there because unfortunately you are you are being charged with DWI. I know you're going to follow the DWI protocols. Even though you didn't drink, it's still the same concept for So, he'll have to follow potential liability, take responsibility for you under that John law. Okay. So, he's again told 4 a.m. he's responsible for you. So, if you get into a car and do anything, he can be charged for you getting happening. boyfriend his phone. That's why that's [Music] You want? Yeah. Picking a litter today. Not right. rare thing around. Can you stand up right over here for me? I guess do me a favor. Just take your hands like dry them like you had water on them. Just try and get oil and grease touching your hair and things like that. So I just try and get them as dry as possible. Even if you were like hot, it condensates on the screen. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's a pain in the here. Yeah. Go to the screen. I guess it not working. It's not working. Stitch one, too. to call myself. You don't have a seat. Is it automatically saved? I think so. Yeah. Where were you coming from? City. Do you do you have friends here in Batar or No. Just don't want to restart the whole computer. Worst case scenario. Do you have whatever's number? Is that what you need? Yeah, we have it. I have it memorized. Oh, here's So worst case scenario, when would you be able to come back to get this car? You're about to get your car. So what what do you think the time frame is to get your car out? I mean, I I get it tomorrow. Um I think it's drivable, but you don't have a driver with it. Um, I just need to figure out how to get here or how to get to my vehicle. Hopefully Why? So you come back here and well here for some reason it's you have to come here anyway to get your car. Worst case scenario, when you come out to get your car, we'll just print you because our IT guys in the morning and figure it out from there cuz all I know how to do is restart it and if it doesn't work, then you're then I go to somebody that knows a little bit more than I do, right? So, yeah. So, let's do that. All right. All right. So tomorrow when you come in, we'll just print you then. Um, what time? It doesn't have to. No, because your your 12 hours is up at 4:00 a.m. So you can come in at any time, preferably after 9. Because I can get this fixed. So we'll just do that. So, what we're going to do in the meantime is uh we're just going to we're still going to type up the complaint. So, for like the charges and stuff, okay, we're going to type that up now. We'll just manually do it, okay? And then we'll we'll deal with the prints tomorrow. So, for right now, we're just going to have you go in the holding cell. Okay. Um, it's like I said, it won't take long cuz he's just going to go upstairs, type it up real quick, and then once that's done and your ride gets here, you're free to go. I just hopefully he's coming soon, right? Unfortunately, you got to wait until he gets here. No, I know. So, can can we can you call him and see how long he's going to be? You want to try calling him again? Try calling one more time just to say that the like the fingerprints aren't working and Just see how long. What time is it right now? It is almost 9:00. 9:00. Oh, see, somebody called me. Are your phone vibrate or silent? Mhm. It's still locking. [Music] All right, Hannah, do you want to harm yourself? No. Perfect. Go down, sir. Please leave your message for Oh, you're kidding me. Oh, okay. I know they can't fingerprint me. So, um, I had to come back tomorrow for that. But how long until you're here? They they the the officers want to know. He's leaving Egg Harbor Township right now. Oh, perfect. So, it should be about the same time. By the time he gets here due to the weather and everything, we should be done. Okay. Thank you. Bye. Perfect. All right, Hannah, since our policy is you have to take your sweater off. I mean that Sorry, the the jacket, not the sweater. Hey, did you already check that? Did you already take it? So, normally we would have to check you, but obviously we don't. How many shirts do you have on? Just that sweater. Yeah. Okay, fine. Do the strings come out? No. No. Okay. No. All right. Don't want to cut. No idea. No, it's stitched in. No. All right. What about the pants? Do they come out? Shouldn't come out? No, that doesn't come out either. No. Okay. All right. That's fine. I'm just going to leave it. Okay. I'm not going to be here that long. No, but we have we have something we got to do. So, all right. Yeah. Keep going. And then uh one second. Oh, I thought you were wandering. Sorry. Hannah was ultimately arrested for DUI and first transported to Shore Medical Center where police presented a warrant for blood and urine samples. Afterward, she was discharged and taken to the Ventor City Police Department for processing. During that time, officers discovered she had an active arrest warrant from Union Township Police, but they authorized her release on her own recgnissance. Due to a system malfunction, Hannah was advised she would need to return to the department before January 18th, 2022 to complete her fingerprinting and photo. She was released with several summones, including driving under the influence, reckless driving, and possession of a controlled substance in a motor vehicle pending a future court appearance. What do you think? Did Hannah return to get fingerprinted and photographed? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below. If you enjoy our content, please subscribe to our channel.
