Florida a prime time for poor decisions a young woman was pulled over for suspected DUI after some erratic driving caught an officer's attention she kicks things off with a full dose of attitude acting like she's being unfairly singled out and when the investigation doesn't go her way her generation signature move is used the dreaded panic attack it's pretty clear she's used to getting her way since she states her daddy's a lawyer and she doesn't have to exit the vehicle when the officer instructs her to but reality is about to hit hard when the officer's assist her getting out probably not the best way to act if you're trying to stay out of jail but she was never taught respect this stop might just save her or someone else from disaster the video starts as the officer makes contact you to take nine Heel To Toe steps just like this one 2 3 all the way up till 9 imagine this your ninth step leave this front foot where it's at take a series of small steps to turn around good now get back into the position for me please take the ser use the small steps to turn around and then take nine Heel To Toe steps back all right it's important that once you start you don't stop you keep on until they tell you to stop the whole time your hands are going to be at your sides if you place your foot down during 30 seconds just it back up and continue where you left off it's going to go just like this watch me 1001 1,2 1,3 I need you to re repeat all that okay just watch me just do exactly what I'm showing you I need you to you can just watch and do what I'm doing okay well I need you so notice how one foot is off the ground that you just said notice how one foot is off the ground both knees are straight my toes are pointed out my hands are on my sides and I'm looking down at my foot this is all you have to do for 30 seconds do you see this do you see what I'm doing M I'm not doing this you're not doing it all right you're being placed under a r driver under the influence okay she was ultimately arrested for DUI and obstructing an officer's investigation in Palm Beach Gardens Florida DUI penalties include jail time Hefty fines and a license suspension for a first offense jail time can be up to 6 months fines range from $500 to $5,000 and your license is suspended immediately for 1880 days to a year clearly the stress of the situation or her inability to handle not being in control was too much for her and while her dad being a lawyer might have seemed like her Ace in the Hole I can't help but wonder how he felt watching the body cam footage when she
