in seol County Florida a sheriff's deputy spotted a white 2022 Mustang parked in an empty lot with two people inside as he pulled up he saw one person straddling the other in the passenger seat before quickly switching to the driver's seat when the deputy approached the car he found 21-year-old Samantha in the driver's seat it didn't take long to realize the two had been intimately involved and both appeared visibly impaired since it was Samantha's car and she was behind the wheel the deputy began a DUI investigation but things quickly took a turn for the worse the officer's footage starts two because you know we're with each other I get that but still she's too way too intoxicated okay you know where she lives too right uh she lives more towards me but she said I it's a long it's a little longer God forid something happen she out wood or out she said I thought she was out and that's and that's why the law states inactive physical control vehicle cuz if she drove from here and crashed you know after I came in contact with you guys like come on now obviously I would be losing my job yeah I understand [Applause] what would it take for her so she's so she's basically going to be in jail overnight no no no they don't do it overnight there she'll have a bond it's going to be $500 Bond okay so a bond pick up in the next what um that one I don't know about the time frame depends on how busy the jail is depends on how busy the jail is how her attitude is things like that if she treats jail staff like she was treating us then she'll probably be there all night yes neither She nor her male companion face charges for indecent exposure interestingly despite the chaotic situation he was still desperate to get her phone number even trying to pass his through the deputy she was transported by the seol county sheriff's deputy to the John E po Correctional Facility the county jail for seol County Florida after being processed she was later released as of now no
