a black Rocky
substance Dylan had an open case
according to CCAP with a condition to
commit no further crimes
Dylan was charged with resisting an
officer causing substantial bodily harm
possession with intent to deliver
possession of drug paraphernalia first
degree recklessly endangering safety
obstructing an officer vehicle operator
fleeing and eluding an officer hit and
run of an attended vehicle and felony
bail
jumping 14 this squad's probably stolen
