You have any weapons,
needles, knives, or anything?
My phone was in my pocket. I don't know
where that went. We had your wallet. I
got it. Okay.
Why are you guys on me anyways?
You don't mind?
Huh? They're being detained. Why are you
guys on me anyways? We're being
detained. No, but why were you following
me? Uh, for possible charges someplace
of what? Up north. Of what? I don't
know.
You don't know? Why don't you tell us?
Why would you run from us? I wasn't
running. Okay. You heard the lights or
you heard the siren, saw the lights,
took off. So, just going to run out in
traffic for no reason. Tell us to shoot
you. That makes sense. I'm just trying
to know where what I'm facing. Why can't
you just tell me? Well, I all I know is
what they want. Don't talk to me like
I'm dumb with grown. Don't talk to me
like I'm a dumb ass. All right, so let's
talk man to man. Have a seat. Let's talk
man to man. What am I looking at? You're
being detained for what? Tell me what
I'm looking at. Attempted murder.
Attempted murder.
I got a cigarette in my car. No. What?
Just one cigarette. Talking to you like
a man. I'm saying no. You have the right
to remain silent. Only they say can and
will be used against you. Sure. I need
to eat a cigarette. You have the right
to consult with a lawyer before
questioning to have a lawyer present
with you during question. You cannot
afford to hire a lawyer. One would be
appointed to represent you at public
expense
before question that [ __ ] I don't need
to hear that [ __ ] [ __ ] Get the [ __ ]
out my face. Hey, [ __ ] Get the [ __ ]
out my face. You have the right to stop
the [ __ ] [ __ ] I ain't silent at any
time. Get the [ __ ] out my face, [ __ ]
Get the [ __ ] out my face. What? You need
three of you to give me? Huh? At any
time you wish. What's up, Wiener? What's
up, [ __ ] Let's box. Take these cuffs
off this box. You understand those
rights? Let's take these cuffs off this
box, [ __ ]
[ __ ] the [ __ ] you trying to do, [ __ ]
Trying to get you to calm down. Give me
a cigarette. Calm down. Give me a
cigarette. Ain't happen to put your legs
in. Then give me a cigarette. Put your
legs in. What you going to do? Well, I'm
going to get a transport van transferred
to you in the restraint chair. I don't
give a [ __ ] what you do, man. Yeah, you
do. I don't put your legs. Put your legs
in. I don't put your legs in. Put your
legs in. Sit back. Put your legs in. Put
your legs in. Sit back. Put your legs
in. Put your legs in. Let me have a
cigarette. No, it's not. Let me have a
cigarette. Smooth sandwich. Let me have
one cigarette. Ready? That's
it. One cigarette going in hobble with
the
strings. Just
relax. Relax. You want me to relax?
Is that what you want me to do? Relax. I
don't think I have [ __ ]
Is that relaxed? Enough. Is that
relaxed? Enough. Hey, we're getting some
hot. All I need is a cigarette. You
can't let me have a [ __ ] cigarette.
No. It's my last one. Okay. Why would we
give you a cigarette after what you just
did? You show no compliance whatsoever
of companionship. So, you're done. My
life's out the window. Don't you
understand that? You made that choice. I
didn't. Don't you understand that?
Is this one of ours?
I got a
piss. I got a piss. Where can I be?
Not right now. You're going have to hold
it. I can't hold it. You became
combative in the car refusing to [ __ ]
I was in the car, man. What the [ __ ] are
you talking about? That's
enough criminal damage to property. I
don't give a [ __ ] You said attempted
murder. What the [ __ ] do I got to lose?
Or whatever. Assault with a deadly. What
else do I got to lose, man? You think I
give a [ __ ] You really do? Right. Is
that how you say it? No. No. Yeah. You
think you care?
You really think that beautiful? You do
people like me all the time? All the
time. So, you think that we're not used
to this? I know you're used to it. Yeah.
So, why would we show you some
compassion when you've said we don't
care? You want us to shoot you? We don't
want to shoot you. I'll give her a call.
It's not been on you. That's on me. It's
always been on you. Yeah. Right. So, you
you're going to be defiant by refusing
to get into the car and demand a
cigarette from a subject that's in
custody? I asked you. And I told you no.
And then you became assaultive. Because
why not? It's my last one. Because I
said so. Let me have one more. That
ain't happening. One more. You've shown
that you wanted to resist. I'm not
holding a cigarette for you. Your hands
are cuffed behind your back. You can sit
my lip. Ain't happening. This is smooth
sailing from here. No. I'll tell you
anything you want to know.
Ain't happening. I'll tell you
everything. Everything. Let's go. Ain't
happening. You told me to shut up when I
was reading you your rights. I can't ask
any questions. So, you can you have the
right to ask me questions. You have you
have my You have your Let's go. Let's
put him in the back
with a seat with his feet facing out.
Ask me a question. Hang on. H
Have a seat. Have a seat. Can you move
this one on the right up a little bit?
It's like riding on my knuckle.
Slide your feet in. Krueger, I
will. Ask me whatever the [ __ ] you want.
I'll hold up to my mistakes. Let me have
a cigarette.
That's it.
Please. Are you a sergeant? Yes, sir.
Okay.
Okay. Nice job. I was going to go run
and get in my car. So, I'm like, "Oh,
yeah. I'll just be smart." I'm like, "Do
I ditch Joe or not?" I'm like, "Joel's
got this." I turn around all of a
sudden, I see Fisher or I see mail. I'm
like, "Let's do stupid." So, then I
started running back to you and I saw
you out with the baton. I'm like,
"Okay." And you got one straight to the
left. Left knee. I saw that one. So just
stood up and then
Yeah. He went down the wrong way on the
ramp, parked his car, and I'm like,
"Okay, is he going to back up and ram
us?" I tried taser. Yeah. All a sudden
the door came out. He came out and Oh,
uh, hey, you know, get down on the
ground. Down on the ground. Shoot me.
Shoot me. Shoot me. That's all he kept
saying. Then Joe tried the taser. He
went running around the front of the car
and then foot pursuit.
Yeah. We were behind him and all of a
sudden he
chases him. He said, "Nobody's hurting."
Yeah. Literally, we were behind him. I
think that's when he realized he had
three cars behind him and uh he went
from 62 from 62 and then he passed the
vehicle, moved in, cut back in, and all
of a sudden he went right up to 77 and
he realized there was three of us. He
took off and it's like, "Okay,
get in the car." Pandora.
Um actually um we're going to need to
probably TTY
Oak County. Yep.
Uh just started heading north. He's book
him in under the uh felony elude. Uh
maybe reckless probation. Probation.
I'll add it. Yeah, we'll probably add
reckless on there. Reckless driving.
All right. Thanks, man.
He said he'd be willing to talk if I
gave him a cigarette, so it might be
something worth a detective on. Yeah.
Mhm.
Little leverage. Hey, thanks for the
help, guys. Who says dayshift doesn't do
anything, right?
Sorry.
No. They would like to have that vehicle
taken to our
Thanks for the help, man. Yeah. Deputies
observed an open beer can in the center
console that was half full.
Man, that's his phone.
I didn't notice his cuts on his hand. He
must have something cuz there's blood on
the stick.
He's got his dash. I took Oh, you did?
Okay. And the steering shifter. Steering
shifter. I took the long range of the
column in here. Dash here.
Okay.
I grabbed my car cuz you started
chasing. I thought you was just going to
keep running. So, I know. That's what I
said. I was like, "Oh, I'm just going to
grab my car." And by I got halfway
around and I see you. Yeah. And I'm
like, "Oh, crap." Then I ran back to Joe
and that's when I saw the baton strike.
Oh, you got him with the baton. Yeah,
cuz Joe deployed the taser. It was
ineffective. Yeah, I saw that. Did you
get good prawn hit? No.
So, how do I get all my [ __ ] out of that
vehicle? And uh you have to contact
Shaun County.
How do I do that? If somebody,
you'll be able to fill out a request to
Shauna County and they'll forward it to
them.
Why are you tracking me to be doing it?
Shauna County asked us to apparent. How
long have you been tracking me? Since
you entered Dodge County.
How did you know I entered
Sean O Connie told
us that open.
Hey [ __ ] give me a [ __ ] cigarette.
You dumbass [ __ ] pig. You're not
getting a cigarette. [ __ ] you up when I

passenger side door. Sorry.
[ __ ] day. You too,
[ __ ]

there. So, just be cautious.
