going to you know get a replace or rechange it but uh I wanted to I have to take this one back to FL to California and so they said but I told them that the battery F they said look go to Tire Plus get them to exchange the battery put it on their account and that's what I just did oh huh did you said the battery wasn't working the battery was dead it was cold cracking it wouldn't it wasn't stop yeah so I just came from High plus right over there in Washington how do you spell your first name Sherman s h e r m a n i you can call them they I think they're open into a seven I just came from fir FL yeah I took it back fridly but you know I had to get a car jump again yeah but then when I got there nobody was there but they were supposed to be open till 1100 I got there like like 8:00 then I went back again Saturday and I talked to them I told them that you know um the battery is bad I was going to keep it and drive it back cuz that's I'm supposed to take it back to California you know drive it wherever I have rented you got to return it to that place yeah so I said you know but the battery is bad and he told me said take it to uh Tire Plus so put it on their account and I did today is when it was the first time there was open what 29 check I just left there about 5:00 after 5 yeah I went to Sarasota Airport is where they told me to go oh to return it yeah but no to rewrite oh to re I be the car to the 12 okay so I was getting rewriting I'm supposed to go there and get a yeah I went there one time they weren't there and then Saturday morning when I saw him there Saturday afternoon when I saw him there they told me they told me that if I want to keep it you got to take it to get get the battery [Music] replay and that was like in the evening 7:00 everything closed at 7:00 so I couldn't get it done Sunday I have no Wars or nothing on my on my arm man I I've never been a since the first time ever been a handcuff yeah I guess I mean I'm paying for this car yeah yeah anytime they have something like that it's the same protocol confir everything right now what did they confirm oh I guess just like the ability of like the stolen vehicle and things like that cuz how it's put in the system is you see like if we run tag you know say let's say stolen GI so like it doesn't give you like criteria of like what exactly is going on so well you're not you won't know what's going on yeah exactly so they have to confirm that that's what they're doing now they have to confirm it and like figure out with like whoever the owner of the vehicle is like oh them saying it's not this or that so that's what that's what has to be confirmed and they do that with any any vehicle that's entered as stolen that's what the that's what the um rental companies will do we don't return it after a certain point they all enter the stolen and and then what happen uh that's why they have to call and verify and like see what they mean by that so there could be different circumstances surrounding it but you know yeah me I talk to Enterprise they told me to take it to Sarasota why would I go all the way to Tampa yeah yeah I don't know be going on with that yeah I took it to Sarasota they checked it in when I was in Sarasota and they told me they were going to do the paper work the guy told me he did the scan the soul okay he told me fed to get the battery he scan the code and he'll do the paperwork and he give me a call now just a week a week ago they told me to take to well actually the place that I'm supposed to take you to had been dealing with is in it's in California that's where I red from okay but then when I called them last week last Friday they told me that for some reason they can't find my contract that happened that somehow is in a different it's in Florida and town so I called Enterprise all week long last week to find out what was going on and they told me that you know that uh my contract is is uh in Sarasota but she want me to take it to uh I mean in in t what it's not really in Tampa but they said they have jurisdiction over they have that's where I called to find out and they they told me this take it to Sarasota that's the closest place for me to get the rewrite what made you notice the car oh anytime they run the tag so they just ran the tag and I off because of the par right here yeah out thead yeah I have a disabled slacker I have a disabled FL okay okay yeah I mean from the I don't know if is it on the back too or you mean just hanging up in the mirror okay yeah they might not have seen up in the mirror cuz if they're if they came from oh when I came back out took it off I took it off off the Mir CU I was taking taking some stuff back in there okay making some returns or whatever they don't know that what I told you about me taking if they two Saturday and Friday yeah he so he has to verify the same way either way just to make sure that it was however it was entered and then we can I'm still let them know whatever I'm not feeling the car yeah I can say for the car been pay for the car yeah and plus they made a mistake in entering the car and so that wasn't their problem they er and entering you know it was a b ER that's how you got transferred to uh B are okay cuz before I've been contacting California to get it some re I've had it for three months the car TR uh agreement that trans somewhere and they say that it's in uh the CER area but I'm not I told I emailed them and told him you I got emails so all of this stuff that's going on here and I told him I'm in Sarasota and I would like to you know rewrite it for one more month i' been I've been calling them I got like about four five different calls last and finally they said okay take s Thursday night and so Friday I think TR to take it that but the car could in start and so I had to get jumped and when I got there by the time I got the jump yeah they were nobody was there in so but then I came back Saturday after getting the jump I got around about I don't know time it is uh they I talked to the manager there one of them people there I don't know if he's the manager or not and and told him that I would like to you take this car back but the battery's bad he said okay you just take it to go the ti P FL put it on their account and uh he he sced uh the car the dad show me he WR it up and S him and call me I rented this car on March 12th I've been waiting 4 months for it and um I've been paying everything since on 12 and then last month I was so busy I didn't know what was going on I got a call that from inise and you know kind to renew it was the eth yeah I wasn't thinking about the dat i in the car when I took the car mhm and so um I just went in and just paid to you know renew it right to get it re ridden and at that time on that when I put in that time something really weird happened with the rual agreement cuz I don't have to pay it until until the 12th M okay the 12th was last week I that's when I called California MH Enterprise to to regr the car M and they told me they said different we don't have the agreement we we can't even find it it must be somewhere in California I mean in Florida okay in to and contact them so what I did is I I I'm a member I'm I'm a I'm the Enterprise PR member okay so I called the number and um they left a message on my in my U membership they said that Mr Vickers we found a problem in the contract um you don't know I don't remember but they said uh call this number I called that number and just straight it out called the number they said Mr VI we got it all documented there must have been an error it was definitely an error on their part and then um we uh get some we have somebody call you tomorrow nobody called me the next day I called him again the next day nobody called me I said you know same told them the same sory you know what's going on and they said well we going to have we're going to es created and and I said okay cool still didn't get anything so I called him again yeah this time I got another uh woman and got the supervis and she told me that look you know take the car to Sarasota get it re ridden we got it all backing minut it there was an air in the state you know I mean and uh you know till August 12th I said cool and I do it I tried to do it that was late I couldn't do anything that night Thursday night the Friday I tried to in the afternoon I tried to get a jump because the car wouldn't start you know here all this time no problem with the car and then I'm getting ready to take it back to re Rite it it wouldn't startop yeah so I call I got triaa I called AAA but the guy he's right across from me uh uh said do you need a job I said yeah I need a job so he dropped in I got by the time I got there Friday it around about 830 M they were open but nobody was there they were just dropping off cars in sarota yeah so I came back the next day I could get him another jump and I talked to the to the guy that was there in Sarasota he said um you know got plenty of these vehicles if you can go you know swap by yeah I said well I have to just some ADV because you know they said you got to return it the same place you it or you going to pay more for it I'm already being a lot for but um I don't L the battery said okay well all you got to do is go through a TI FL an account with put it on their account W be close yeah that's fine I go fine so by the time I left here it was seven they were closed they seven plus he s me in the wrong direction yeah but I called him going to be open Monday and I got again same problem with starting the batt uh but I hope I got a Sil I went over there around about something like that we had to order a battery they put the battery in and left it about little at the uh I had to get some water and then I came over here to and then I put back over to to get the vehicle re yeah I'm St my boat yard over oh okay I'm looking on my boat okay down in like close to the water over there I'm in the boat yard oh okay okay doing some Affairs on it or yeah yeah yeah but I'm just about finish yeah I'm just about finish so that's why I only needed for you know yeah do with Reynolds but um obviously because it's it's it's far away and no one's going to be able to come pick it up but yeah it's going to be impounded he's not going to be able to get it we'll let him I'll tell you okay talk to him first because he make okay he was just saying that he tried to contact them to return car he want to keep it or you want to keep it for like another month and then he was having run around with other places and then that's when that's contract they told them that it wasn't same anymore and had to be updated but then they were having issues um and that and then he went and tried to go to Sarasota Airport couple times to gr there and they said he just need to get the battery fix and then they'd rewrite the contract okay all right well I just called so you initially running it at T airport right no okay well that's where it said no I didn't car I car from California I car that was a problem it was a mistake they made a mistake I R the car California I drove it out here he took up my bat then I got I car on March March 12 then when I last month I been every month last month I um uh they called me on the eth and normally you know I would look to calling me but uh I did they said you bring it in and get it I sure I went into C get but it should have been I went in 4 days ear so that's when I on the 12 in March April and then and then in uh so uh something happened between California and and my original so they made a mistake that the different car and that it was on the 8 this 11 so I've been calling them and I emailed and you know about this issue I told you know that uh uh I will be in touch with him on the Monday I said I do intend on teach the car for 11 and write it and then um I called Monday because this is a Friday here 12 I called lead and they told me this stuff about the conf agement so we don't know what's happened to the agreement but it's not with us anymore it has to be with to call them I called them then I emailed them night on the 12 and then I've been talking with them I on the phone with almost every day before so then then on on on fr we they told me iact I called them again because I have a m plus agreement and they gave me a number of call so I them again on Thursday last week I one of the manag told you made a mistake and uh he wanted to paper car you know to get it Rewritten in Sarasota Air Force and so tried I tried to go out and do it but and B the car here I before made after but I still went there nobody was there and then I went back again Saturday and that time I talk to one of the guys he SC the car in and he said well if you want to keep a car you know go to our club and have it CH the battery and then you can bring it back and he said you stand told I'm going to rewrite it for you so I'm going interrupt you real quick what do you have in the car I have personal items in the car okay how much how much are you pocking how much stuff do you have in the car St okay how much how much stuff is in the car like how big more than what I can carry all right I have I have a solar power generator I have um um I was going to do my laundry I come back hang on yeah where was you rented from California California yeah what company you know enterprise Enterprise [Music] w w they have Enterprise over here by the airport yeah that's what I was there that's what I was thinking you were taking it to the airport yeah why ask these gentlemen here because they're the one who called the co truck yeah the guy standed in he said we ride it he said going to the Texas CL and know what I do yeah's just call so I'm going to explain something to you real quick okay so regardless of whatever rental agreement I cannot confirm your story I can't confirm their story but you did sign a contract at some point stating that and they do provide notice of whenever it looks like you're living out of there so I don't know if you got the notice okay well they provide notice when you're supposed to return that rental vehicle okay and there's you have to abide by that otherwise it's a felony in the state of Florida which is where you're at okay so that being said they do want to press charges all right just let me say this they air on they made a mistake okay well that's something that you're and they agreed that they made a mistake well that's something that you're going to have to take up with them okay so I cannot confirm or deny that so what whatever whatever okay and that's fine but whatever and and what about the agreement that I just I just talked to you guys Saturday that's I took it into Sarasota Airport okay like I said I cannot the vehicle gets reported stolen you're listed as the rener you're listed as a suspect we just we just take enforcement action and that's it so anything that you had of value I got your phone I got all your med and stuff right here and anything El bag in the back too got she got it it has a phone and M yep the suitcase no not that not that one there's a bag in the car it's like a um a silver is right in the back seat it's plastic and it's got a phone in there it's got my tablet in it it's in it's in the seat right behind the passenger seat right behind the passenger seat yeah it's it's it's look there's a there was a in next to the pass string on it Str in the front there was a silver bag that I grabbed the whole thing it had no no that's a different one this one here is a smaller one and it's right in the back right behind there is a cver bag it's got my tablet and another phone it has my briefcases in it not my briefcase but another uh folder that keep my files there I yeah so like you'll get a you'll get a tow sheet which will have what happened there and then anything we put at the station will be in our like property so it gets locked up and then with your that's what she just said so guess so how do I get out of jail oh you get like you can make phone calls when you get in there and then you just booked in there and then they have a first appearance here usually in the morning like early in the morning wow put on my jacket yeah I'll get that for you y walk this walk you have anything on you that's going to poke stick stab me or oh this is my from my boat okay that's one I'm going to pull it all out any nothing in me that's uh okay and then if you are you know concealing anything on your Pur if you do enter it in the jail that is another charge so you know yeah I just have to tell everybody I got you think yeah yeah receipt y I'm not sure oh my credit card in the car too oh wow my credit cards in the car my need go to get out of jail anything anything about you have credit cards I don't know I I don't look at just just one thing got to get those credit cards I got got to be able to get back to California that way oh my goodness this a credit card is right in the um oh my going to get me back to California they're in the glove box of the of the vehicle there's a door pop on very top okay yeah that's something that you're going to have to take up with the rental company all right they reported it stolen you're the suspect on there that's the only thing we go based off of okay they're telling it back to Enterprise yep I believe so I don't know but not California so it's just I spoke with Tampa Airport police and it was on it was on their nose cuz that's where his reported stolen out of so whenever whenever whenever they make the report and I don't know I know you said you got it in California I don't know how that whole thing works but that's okay well I don't know you should be able to yeah I'm not sure I think they have phone numbers in there for bondsmen and stuff like that but I'm not sure how that works you got to call to the jail deputies
