Who do you live with? My grandma. You don't live with your mom? I we all the girls. Okay. Does your granddad have a car? Oh no. All right, we'll talk to your mom. See if she's drunk. If we don't determine that she's she's drunk, you're going to have to get back in the car with your mom. All right. When you said she started drinking, what do you mean by that? She went to 7-Eleven and then I saw her I saw her grab a drink, but she said it was soda. I didn't believe her, but I saw her throw it away cuz when she's lying, I just like it's like how she starts acting. So, what what was it? Or something? She just I don't I think it was like or did she fire the 7-Eleven drink there? Yeah, she she got a cup and I guess she poured in the cup and then she just threw it away and I didn't really see it clearly. Did you see her pour in the cup? Uh, she poured it in the store. Did you see her pouring in? And that's all she was drinking. That's it. She stopped twice at second twice. Hey, Kayla. Hey, I'm Officer Scales. I spoke with you on the phone. So, tell me what's going on. Um, I tried to attempt to take my daughter to um the um movies or whatever. Yeah. Right over here. Mhm. And she's been crying cuz she didn't want to go to I guess she didn't like what I was doing cuz I was trying to figure out. She didn't like it. So, she started crying. We got here. She starting a lot of time. Okay. Has she done this kind of thing before? No. No. No. No. Okay. All right. So, what's the issue with today? I mean, what's different today? Like, what? She just got upset, you think? The thing is it's because my grandmother sell her house. Yeah. And my grandmother sold her house. She gave me a lot of portion of her money and told me a number responsible and things like that. I'm not sure what behavior and [Music] just hang out right here with my partner for one second. This is your rental. The dad renovated. Okay. See the 7-Eleven? Yeah. [Applause] What's in the 7-Eleven uh cup? There's something in there. What am I seeing in there, though? Am I going crazy? Um, I dropped some wine out of some wine. Uhhuh. Okay. You've been drinking a day then? Just a little bit. Okay. How much you think you've been drinking? Just ballpark estimate. A container. Uh-huh. Like how big is that container of wine? You want the little bottles? Correct. Okay. And you got that at the 7-Eleven? Correct. Okay. And then you put it into the container, the 7-Eleven cup. Correct. Okay. And how long ago was that? 3 hours ago. 3 hours ago. She's telling us different story. So that's why I drove around and got no iPhone. Came back around. Why you driving around so much? Because I'm trying to figure out what I want to tell my daughter to be at peace to go to the movies. But you left her. I didn't leave her. She walked away from me. Right. Right. But you didn't. And I tried to get her to go to the movies. We went to Winter Park Village where her schoolmates and everything else. And she didn't want to go there. That's where she wouldn't want to go. Oh, that's the road. She wanted to go by her friends. I see. No, no, no, no. It's out there. Her friends don't even go there. I'm friends with car somewhere in that area and I tried to get her to where she started crying. So I decided to drive back to where I start to from fashion mall and she didn't want to go to fashion school tomorrow. So I turn back over and then she didn't want to go there and I was like turn around go maybe she'll change her mind and I was trying to get her change her mind so we go to the movies while she moves. Okay. I'm talking about the uh driving pattern since you know you separated from your daughter. No, she walked away from me. That's the old pattern. I'm not trying to be funny. I'm not trying to dictate the situation that I don't care about what we call it. She She did walk away from me when I tried to get her to go to the movie theater. I'm not disputing that fact. Okay. What I'm asking you about is since that instance happened where you and then I couldn't find her dad. Can you let me find out what she did since she's my dad? Mhm. Okay. So, pay attention. Listen to my question. All right. Then I want you to answer after I'm done asking her. You understand that? Mhm. Okay. So, since your daughter left the car, Mhm. where did you go? I went to my grandmother's. Okay. Then what? I got me something to eat and I'm going to head back to my grandmother. Where did you go? Um, Publix. Um, Publix on Orange in Michigan. Right there. Okay. And what was the plan for the 15-year-old? For her to call me and then what? for me to return back where she was. But you figured you'd get something to eat and go to your grandma's first place? No, because I been trying to call her and she wouldn't pick up the phone, so I went to public. I couldn't find her and it's fine. Okay. All right. You want to do some tests to make sure you're all right to drive? I mean, I'm okay. I'm trying to go to the movies. You wouldn't mind going through a few exercises to make sure that you're all right? Come on over here. I want you to stand right here for me. Okay. Put your feet together. Heels and toes touching. Side by side. Put your arms on your side. Are you injured at all? Um, a little bit. What's injured? My hips. What happened to your hips? Just sides for some arm reason. Oh, so you're not You didn't get hurt today? No. It's like an ongoing thing. Mhm. Okay. Have you been diagnosed with anything by a doctor? Polar. Oh, no. I mean with the hips that you brought up earlier. Nope. Okay. What I want you to do, you see this white line right here that you're standing up? I want you to face the curve. All right. Take one step back. Do your walking turn. All right. Put your left foot on that one. Put your right foot in front of your left foot with your heel touching your toe. All right. Keep your arms down to your side. Stand just like that. Tight. tell you to begin. Do you understand? When I say begin, I want you to take nine guilt to steps out on that line. Now, you step out loud and looking down at your toes. Once you get to nine, you're going to keep that front foot on the line. Turn in a series of small steps until you're facing this direction again, and take nine heel to toe steps back down that line. Now, I'll demonstrate it for you so you know what I'm looking for. What's funny? Nothing. Okay. So, I'm going to show you what I'm looking for. All right. I've got you lined up. Right foot in front of your left foot on your side. When I say begin, you're going to take nine steps on that line like this. One, two, three. Begin. You're going to take nine. Once you get to nine, keep that front foot on the line. Turn in a series of small steps so you're facing the original direction. Now, lift those steps back. One, two, three. Keep your front foot that you have raised parallel to the ground. Look down at that toe that you have raised and count out loud. 1 10002 1003 and so on to high stop. Now I'll demonstrate it for you again so you know what I'm looking for. Does that sound fair? Mhm. Okay. Now I've got you lined up. Your feet are together. Your heels and toes are touching your arms. When I say begin, you're going to pick up again whichever foot you're more comfortable with. About 6 in off the ground. About that much. Keep that front foot parallel to the ground.
