glass on the her boyfriend was trying to calm him down care to handle her yeah he was trying to get her to go and then I think that that that confrontation is what started her aggression because she was like no you go and not wanting him to take her out of there more P like um yeah you don't have to I would like you to would you do a written statement or you just want to keep it verbal I mean truth yeah okay all right um I saw the video of you and she was pushing you and stuff um you want to press charges on her no I I was just trying to prevent her from leaving hurting herself further um so I just kind of put myself at if you saw I just kind of held onto the rails and prevented her from going any and by that time what had she done um she had taken a the rocks glass full of alcohol and literally smashed it on the stairwell from up above so she was standing above at that glass Rail and absolutely smack do you know why she started doing this there was some form of an altercation that had occurred with her and the lady in the blue shirt um so there was some kind of an altercation everyone was kind of joking around in the beginning and then it seemed to have changed Direction she became a little more vulgar they expressed how they would like her to leave and that led to her being more Angry she had stood up about the same time Rachel are short security Garden come over and she started just cursing [ __ ] this [ __ ] all of you [ __ ] you and then she went broke the glass and just absolutely laed it at the stair and you were just standing the stair while like hey when that occurred I was out on the the floor kind of picking up other tables and when I heard the shatter of the glass that you were downstairs oh no sir I was like right here in the middle so when when she had thrown and smashed the glass is when I kind of like set everything down and I said ma'am you can't do that you need we're going to get your phone so my son is trying to call me oh that's me yes sir so whose phone does she have then I'm out of your hair that's that's her phone I I have a question for you guys was anybody offended by her behavior and did they disturb their piece enough to where she she was okay until a point and then she she very quickly a and but would anybody want to press charges [Music] for charges but we do want to set a trespassing so you don't want a FR charge going to have like a trespassing order for her that way she cannot return to this hotel the judge is probably going to say she can't come back here regardless okay um so confirming you don't want to reasonable suspicions she's committed a crime when I go to detain her she proceeds to start punching me okay and then we both it takes two deputies to put her on the ground and detain her so the main charges are those resisting if she wouldn't have done that has nothing to do with what anything other than what she did all she had to do what you're telling me is fine and you have it on camera that's fine and who's Monique Monique is one of our some of our group and so I'm not denying anything what you're saying but she's gotten your ID what else Monique's sh of it your uh no I don't have M
