She tried to grab on to me again and like I took her and brought my best scratch and then like I jumped into the driver's seat and then I drove off. He forgot his keys in my car cuz he brought them and then I just drove off. He was calling me and he was like I need my car keys. I need my car keys and I was like you this that and the other like what he just did and stuff like that. And then he was like you don't bring my car keys. So, at this point, it's considered bad on a household member due to the scratching on his arms. Visible scratching on his arms. Yes, you have signs on your ear, but you're telling me that's after when he was pushing you away when he's trying to get out of the car, too. >> Okay. >> That's where he got scratch marks. >> I see. Like I already told you, like I see you have the earring that has the where it got put up, but you told me that's when he was >> Yeah. So, since you initiated it, unfortunately, you're you're going to be under arrest, okay, for charges of battery on a household member. >> Okay. >> So, what's going to happen is you're going to get placed under arrest. She going to go in and get booked. >> So, you'll get booked in tonight? >> Physical struggle left visible scratches and ripped clothing. She admitted grabbing him. State law took over.
