It smells bad. >> Yeah. I got the odor over here, too. >> Yeah. >> And she said she was coming from Parker's. >> Yeah. She said she was doing hair at a wedding at Parker's. >> She's doing hair. >> Doing hair at a wedding. Yeah, >> that explains the whole setup in the passenger. But yeah, I smell >> Yeah, the odor >> plus that driving >> pulled up on the curb really hard. Yeah, I >> was going to say is that% mark or is that somebody else? >> It might be her. All right, get a step out. 3 4 1 0 Long Beach. I got one out >> and I'm going to close that door for you. Okay, step right over here real quick. >> You know what? Um I'm going to run you through the first one. It's called the horizontal gaz test. Okay. Uh if you want to just have a spot here makes it a little bit easier. Um >> just to run through the test. Okay. So, I'll explain all of it to you. Um, more or less, you're going to follow the tip of my pen here with your eyes and your eyes only. And I don't want you to turn your head at all. Just follow with your eyes. Okay. You understand? All right. >> All right. So, if you want >> I'm sorry. You understand? Yes. >> If you could see your eyes and your eyes open and you're allowed to blink. Okay. I am. >> No, I know. You just turned your head around. >> Okay. >> 327 to Long Beach. I'll be out with them. division. >> I got you. >> He's fun so far. >> I know. And then it's unfortunately the point. You got to get like the corner of your eyes. Okay. >> Yeah. Girls, I get it. Do me a favor. Just keep looking at that. All right. >> Yeah. just right where my finger. And last time I'm just going to go up and down. Same thing. So, that's all for me. Uh, now he's going to run you through the rest of the test. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So, I'm going to demonstrate for you. You just want to put your phone. You can put on the hood of the car over there. You can just put >> because you you need to keep your hands to your side for the test. So, I just try to have you put your phone down. Okay. >> We won't hang it up. Um you can leave it here and you can still talk to whoever you're talking to. Um but for this portion of the test, you need your hands free because you're going to be hands down at your sides. All right. >> I can do that with my hand. >> If you're fine with it, I'm fine with it. >> Okay. All right. So, just watch me real quick. Okay. I'm going to demonstrate a series of tests for you. So, just um in the meantime, >> I got you. I'm sorry. Would you rather take the heels off for the test or >> it does? Uh, it it might hinder your balance a little bit. >> No, not really. >> Okay. All right. So, just stand right here for me. It's right in front of the car. I don't want you in the road. Okay. So, I'm going to put you in the starting position before I start to start. Um, do you have any problem with your knees, hips, ankles, anything that might hinder your balance during this test? >> Um, my right knee is a little >> really Okay. You have a surgery or anything on it or no? >> No. >> Just a little iffy from Okay, I got you. All right. I'll make sure that's noted. Okay. So, I'm going to put you in a starting position. Okay? Take your right foot, put it in front of your left foot with your arms at your sides. >> Keep your right heel touching your left toe. Okay? >> Arms at your sides at all times. And then keep your foot right in front of the other. Okay? Stay in that position till I tell you to move. Don't tell um when I tell you to move, you're going to begin, but don't do so until I tell you to. Okay? >> All right. When I say begin, don't not before. And take a series of nine heel toe steps like so. Counting out loud each time, keeping your heel and toe touching. Series of nine steps. Yes, ma'am. Like so. one, two, three, so on and so forth until you get to nine. Once you get to that nine step, you're going to pivot on the ball of your front foot like so, counterclockwise, 180° facing the other direction. Stay in the starting position until I tell you to start. Okay? >> Keep your right foot in front of your left, just like that. And your heel touching your toe. >> Perfect. Don't start until I tell you to start the test. Okay? >> I'm still going. So, you're going through nine steps on the way over. Pivot 180 degrees on the ball of your foot and then nine steps back counting out loud. One, two, three, so on and so forth until you get to nine. >> Okay. >> You comfortable with that? >> I mean, I guess take off my shoes. >> It's that's up to your preference. Yeah. >> Completely up to you. >> That's Yeah, it's completely up to you. If you think your balance is going to be better without the heels on, >> all right, so stay in that starting position like this. Okay. Remember the whole steps of the test. You're going to watch your feet, arms at your sides, like this, counting out loud, 1 2 3. All the way up to nine. When you get to nine, you're going to turn around and go all the way nine back. Okay. All right. Here we begin. >> One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, eight, nine. >> All right, we're going to do one more test. Okay. >> Okay. For this one, starting positions. >> God, I'm so sorry. >> You're okay. >> Do you want to put it down on the car? I don't want you to break your phone. >> No, I was just like I don't know. You guys know make me really nervous. >> I understand. I'm sorry about that. >> I'm just going to move your heels. >> Oh my god. >> You'd rather hold on right now. >> I got it. You rather hold your phone for this. You sure? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, for this one, you're going to be in a starting position like this with your feet right next to each other touching. Yep. Perfect. Don't move from that position until you tell to start. Okay. >> Keep your hands right at your side like this. When I tell you to begin before, you're going to lift one of your feet. Whichever foot of your choosing, right or left, doesn't matter. I'm gonna choose my right foot for now. So, you're gonna lift your whatever foot of your choosing. Don't start until I tell you to, though. Okay. Feet at your sides until I tell you to go. Sound good? >> All right. Whichever foot you want, right or left, lift it approximately 6 in off the ground, holding it parallel to the ground like so. Keeping your hands at your side, counting 1,00 1, 1,002, 100,00 so on and so forth until I tell you to stop. Keep start. Don't start yet. Okay. >> Like, all right. >> Don't start until I tell you to. Okay. >> So, yeah. 1,00 1 1 2 100 3 Just looking at your foot, keeping your hands at your sides and uh count out loud. 100 1 2 10 100 3 tell you to stop. Okay, don't raise your hands in any way. Just try to keep balance right on that one foot. All right, you may begin. >> 100 1 2 3 1009 >> Don't lean on the car. >> I'm not You want to try one more time or just start from the stop? >> Just take a step. >> But like I'm not like >> Do us a favor. Take a step. >> Take a step forward. I just didn't want you to lean on the car or anything. Okay. Still understand everything, right? >> Yes. >> All right. You may begin. >> Keep counting. >> Oh, careful. All right. All right. Do you want me to switch like >> No, it's only the one foot. >> Okay, >> you go one more time. >> Count out loud. >> You're okay. >> Okay, just put both feet down. Don't want you to fall. Don't want you to fall. I mean, can you >> keep both feet down? We're going to we're done the test. Okay. >> Okay. >> I mean, I'm just trying to here do everything, but it's just like I mean, >> all right, you can put both feet down. You're okay now. >> Why admit to drinking but struggle so badly on the tests? What if the combination of wedding stress and nerves made everything feel impossible in that moment? >> I mean, I can hold it if you want, but Sorry. I mean, that concludes this test. Um, >> if you want to put your heels back on. >> Not really. >> Or Okay. >> I mean, >> okay. All right. One more test. You're just going to face that way and then put your hands behind your back for me. Okay. >> No. Face me. >> Face him, please. >> I'm going to take your phone. >> At this point, you're under arrest for DWI. >> Wait, what? >> Put your eyes behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back for me, please. >> Yes, I hear you. >> All right. We're going to >> I'm going to take your phone, ma'am. Put your hands behind your back for me. >> I did not hit you at all. >> You touch me one more time. >> Hang up the phone. Put your hands behind your back. This is your last opportunity. >> What? >> Just do what they're telling you. >> Okay. >> All right. Just place your hands behind your back for me, ma'am. I'm going to take your phone. >> You have to hang it up. We have to >> I will go with you, but like I mean, >> just put the phone on the car. I'm not going to touch it for now. >> Get her other hand. Put your cuffs on her. You're under arrest. You're under arrest. I know you can't have the phone right now. >> We're not doing anything. This is normal procedure here. >> Behind your back. >> Put your hand behind. >> I need your hand back. >> I mean, I'm not hang. >> No. >> We'll have her call you back in a little. >> Ma'am, stop moving. >> We'll we'll let you have your phone later, but right now you can't have your phone. Okay. You're under arrest. >> All right, man. We're just going to run out of the car. >> New Jersey. It's going to be at 300 Angle Side Avenue in Beach Haven. >> Ma'am, we're going to step in the vehicle over this way. >> Walk this way. >> Yes. Yes, >> ma'am. This way. >> Wait, hold on a second. Let me ask him like Let me ask >> You'll be able to give him a call. >> Okay. Right now, >> you'll be able to give him a call when you get a call. We got to get back to the car. We're walking in the car. Watch the curb. >> I just watching. Oh, hold on. I'm out. I'm walking. >> I understand. We're going to get you in the car seat off the rocks. We're going to get you in the car seat off the rocks. >> Ah. Ah. >> I got you. I got you. >> Second, guys. >> Oh my god. >> All right. Ready? >> Um, maybe I should put on my like shoes. >> We'll get your shoes on once we're in the car. Right in the car. >> No, but I I I'm like walking on rocks. >> I know. You got to get through the rocks. You can get the car. Come on. >> I have your shoes. >> Ah, it hurts though. Like, it really does hurt like a lot. >> Double lock, right? >> Can I please double lock? Can I please just >> Oh my god. >> What can we do for you that would make this easier for everyone involved? >> Um, >> are you able to slip your foot in? >> Put on my shoes. >> He's holding it right there for you to pull. >> Take this off. Like those are not coming off to the back. Like I'm not >> We're not taking your handcuffs off. >> I'm not going to go anywhere. >> This is standard procedure. Everyone in the back when they're under arrest. >> Are you able to step your foot into this heel? >> I should get out of that. >> I don't know. It's tight. I got >> Thank you so much. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Let me just put your hand back. Yeah. >> Am I on Just make sure you only fit like >> Yeah, I had my one finger in there. >> I got you. Did like a pinky finger. >> Yep. >> It was actually impressive you snuck out of the cup that easily. Give me that >> because it's really No. Yeah, absolutely. I know. And thank you for that. I appreciate it. Yeah. >> I saw your hand coming. I was like, "Hold on." >> You're okay. I have a bracelet. I have a bracelet. >> Oh, I see your bracelet. I see your bracelet. It's not pinching the bracelet anymore. I moved it. Okay. >> All right. >> Watch here. Step down. >> Wait. Hold on. What did I take in my car? >> Wait. Can I take my wallet and everything? >> I have your I have your license. He'll grab your wallet for you. Okay. We just need you in the car. >> My wallet. >> All right. He's going to grab your wallet. Ma'am, get in the car. >> No, I'll show you. I'll show you. >> He's going to get it for you. You can tell me where it is, but he'll grab You guys are not going to notice it because it's like a pink like >> Well, either either way because it's >> We have to search the vehicle. >> We're going to search your vehicle. >> So, we'll grab your wallet for you. Just step in my car. >> Ma'am, inside the vehicle. >> I'll make sure I grab it. It's a pink little thing. >> No, it's like um it's like a like a envelope type size and it has like my >> Oh, I Okay, I know what you're talking about. Yeah, >> he'll grab it. Step in here for me and he'll >> because it has all my things. >> We'll show it to you before we go anywhere. We'll show it to you before now. I'm losing my patience. >> Step he has it because >> we are gonna get it. >> I will make sure he has it before we go anywhere. Step in the car. >> It's in It's in the dog. >> We're gonna search your whole car. >> Step in the vehicle. >> Step in the vehicle. >> You are but like >> Watch your step. >> Watch your step, >> ma'am. >> Yes. >> Okay. Okay. Now, step I don't want any more excuses. Please get in the vehicle. >> Watch your head. >> Yep. Here we go. >> Sit. Sit back. >> Yes. That's it. >> Sit back. Watch. >> Uh yes. Your phone is right on the hood of the car. >> And I have your license on. He's going to grab it. Just get in the car first. He'll grab everything. >> Left foot first. >> Yep. Left foot first. >> Wait. My my skirt is very like I can't like spread it. >> Okay. Can I lift it for you? >> Yes, please. >> Higher. >> Better. >> You just got to get your one leg in the car. >> I can't. It's higher. >> In the or your keys in the car? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Might be in the doggy bed. >> Okay. Yeah, that's where your wallet was. So, okay. Um, you can't get in the car. No, the the skirt is like you have to lift it up to like >> I see what you're saying. Um >> cuz it's very like >> you know what I mean? It's like >> can I just >> if you want we can look away and you can like kind of sort yourself out if that makes you more comfortable. Um >> I guess >> I have to >> No, it's just like tight, you know? Yeah. So, it's it's very snug in there. Um, >> so if I can like >> here here like a little you can push off my foot if you need to. If that helps. >> Yeah. There you go. >> Okay. >> All right. Then you can twist my legs to like the >> I'll twist your legs. We're going to scoot you. >> Yeah. >> There you go. >> Okay. Thank you so much. >> Yep. >> I'm sorry. >> All right. So, sit back for me. I'm just going to buckle you in. >> Yeah. All right. >> Here. >> Thank you, sir. You want to you want to start uh getting her back to the station? >> Okay. >> Lean back for me. >> How are your hands in front of you? >> Um the handcuffs came off. Okay, I'll put them back on. I'll put them back on. >> Okay. >> This is part of your wallet, right? >> Yes. That's my whole wallet. And then in my um >> the pink thing like I have a check. >> Okay. Just lean back for one second. >> Lean back for one second for me. >> Okay. >> Are the keys to your car in your wallet? >> Um maybe. >> Maybe. >> I think so. Usually Yeah, that's them. >> She slipped out of her handcuffs again. >> Okay. >> So, I'm just going to put them back on. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I >> All right, ma'am. I got to put the handcuffs back on you. Okay. >> Yeah, of course. >> If you take You have to come on. >> Yeah. >> Just lean. >> Can you can turn turn that way? >> Yeah. No, you don't have to get out because remember how hard it was to get in. >> Yeah. >> No, I'm so sorry. I >> I want I want to like >> pull my dress back down like cuz it was like it was really up here. >> All right. >> I felt like really like my at this point I don't even care about space. Make sure they're on tight. >> Yep. You got it. >> No. Behind your back. >> Behind your back. Behind your back. I'm just sorry. Like my dress was up. My my bits were exposed. So, >> okay. >> Sorry. >> I mean, I'm not trying to pay for anything like here. >> Thank you. >> I got I got a double lock. I'm still leaning. Turn that way. Turn that way. All right, put your hands behind your back. >> All right, seat belt. Seat belt. You're good. >> You're good. Sit back. Seat belt. >> She slips out of the cuffs twice while worried about her skirt and rocks hurting her feet. How does embarrassment and panic turn a simple stop into total chaos? read you this. Um, this is basically kind of the rules of driving under the influence in the state of New Jersey. Okay. >> Yes, [snorts] I'm ready. >> All right. You've been arrested for driving while intoxicated. NJSA 39 colon 4-50. The law requires you to submit samples of your breath for the purpose of testing to determine alcoh alcohol content. [snorts] A record of the taking of the breath samples, including the test results, will be made. Upon your request, a copy of that record will be made available to you. >> Why are you shaking? >> Uh, I just sprinted and now I'm Yeah, now I'm good. [laughter] >> I'm so sorry. Like I see like this sheet and it's just like it's okay. Go ahead. >> Um, uh, a record of the taking of the breath samples, including the test results, will be made. Upon your request, a copy of that record will be made available to you. After you've provided samples of your breath for testing, you have the right at your own expense to have a person or physician of your own selection take independent samples of your breath, blood, or urine for independent testing. If you refuse to provide samples of your breath, you will be issued a separate summon for the refusal. A court may find you guilty of both refusal and driving while intoxicated. If a court finds you guilty of the refusal, you will be subject to various penalties, including license revocation of up to 20 years, a fine of up to $2,000, installation of an ignition interlock, and referral to an intoxicated driver resource center. These penalties may be in addition to penalties imposed by the court for any other offense of which you were found guilty. You have no legal right to have an attorney, physician, or anyone else present for the purpose of taking the breath samples. You have no legal right to refuse to give >> or delay giving samples of your breath. Any response from you that is ambiguous or conditional in any respect to my request that you provide breath samples will be treated as a refusal to submit to breath testing. Even if you agree to take the test but then do not follow my instructions, do not properly perform the test or do not provide sufficient breath samples, I will charge you with the refusal to submit breath testing. I repeat, the law requires you to submit samples of your breath for testing. Will you submit samples of your breath? >> Oh, um, >> I don't know. I think I should call someone. >> So, right now, >> should I really call someone >> right now? You have a >> like my life. >> I [laughter] I understand. Um, >> because like I was like [snorts] >> I I understand. Um, so I'll just I'll reread it again. Um, but the main part >> No, I know. Like it said like if I was like to refuse >> Yes. Um I don't know just don't know like I don't know like the law um for this part but >> so I mean I kind of just read it out to you. Basically if you uh refuse you will be found guilty of a refusal and possibly driving you intoxicated. >> Okay. So I'll just reread it again. Um and then uh if you say anything here, I'll just read this to you. If uh the arrested person does not respond or gives any ambiguous or conditional answer short of an unequivocal yes, the police officer shall read the following, which I will say, "Your answer is not acceptable. The law requires that you submit samples of your breath for breath testing. If you do not answer or answer with anything other than yes, I will charge you with refusal." Now, I ask you again, will you submit the breath testing? If you like, I can read the whole thing over again um so you have a little bit better of an understanding of what's happening. Um, that being said, you're not we can't technically force you >> to provide breath samples, >> but you will be charged for refusal. >> You'll be charged. >> And then what happens? >> If you get charged with refusal, you're going to get a court date. I mean, you're going to have a court date regardless. Um, and then you're obviously more than welcome to fight it. I can't give you legal advice or anything of that nature. Um, I can't even tell you what happens beyond that. Um, but a refusal you will be found guilty of without a doubt. >> I don't know. Can I make a phone call? >> This is like unfortunately. [laughter] >> Yeah, I I I understand here. You just want to have a seat. I'll read it again to you. >> No, no, I know. But um I I feel like I shouldn't answer anything like at this point cuz like I should probably like Wait, >> you're doing a good job. Like I'm >> No, I No, you're fine. >> I know, but like I feel like I don't want to make you like nervous or anything. >> No, no, you're okay. I'm just going to So, basically what's happening right now and I'm going to give you one more chance to not take a refusal, >> but any answer other than a yes is going to be a refusal. You see what I'm saying? >> Okay. So, you're trying to make me take a breathalyzer test and then if not, >> yeah, you know, I'll wait. >> You'll wait. >> Yeah. >> So, there's no delay in the test. So, you saying you'll wait means you're getting sharps with a refusal. any answer other than yes, you will be charged with refusal to provide breath samples. >> I I don't know because like I just don't know anything about like >> I understand >> what happens like in this process. >> I mean I think I I want to call someone to be like what should we do? >> So like I so I'll reread this part cuz this is kind of where I think um you have no legal right to have an attorney, physician or anyone else present for the purpose of taking the breath samples. You have no legal right to refuse to give or delay giving samples to your breath. >> So, unfortunately, there's no phone calls to make right now. >> Um, there's no delay. It's either yes or no. >> Okay. >> I don't know. I'll think about it. >> Okay. So, I'm just going to read this one one more time and then unfortunately I'm just going to have to charge you for refusal. >> Oh, no. It's okay. You can charge me for like refusal if you want. Like I don't want to waste your time. >> I'm not You're not wasting my time. I'm saying this for you. Okay. So, if you don't want to provide breath samples, I'm just letting you know right now that you will be charged with refusal. >> Yeah. No, that's fine. >> Okay. All right. >> Just cuz like I don't know what's going on. Like I mean >> All right. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> No, you too. It's okay. Like I feel like you're nervous and like your hands are shaking and everything to caffeine, lack of sleep, all that good stuff. Um, if you just want to have a seat, we'll just get all this going and then, um, I guess if you're refusing, we don't really need to wait. We could start getting a ride set up for you to so you can get picked up. So, um, these officers are going to have questions for you. Just it's just for the purposes. >> So, I just have a few questions to ask, but if you want to take a seat and you can figure out a ride to go. >> I was going to say we won't he can get most of the information now if you'd like to give someone a call just so you can get picked up. Um, cuz you you don't go to jail. There's no bail or anything. Basically, >> jail, please. No, you're not going to jail. >> Please take me to jail. I need I feel like I need like a break from life. >> No. No. >> Take >> No, no jail for you. Uh you have your phone. Maybe just, you know, take a little moment to detox when you get home. Just a breather and then, you know, take the necessary steps that you need to. Um >> but right now, we'll just start getting this paperwork done. The faster we can get you penned out and done here, we'll get you on your way to just a good night. >> Good job. I just [laughter] want to let you know I feel like you're like >> it's okay you're in training or something and like >> I'm one of the more senior officers on the >> but you also feel like I mean >> I feel like you should come leave with more like you know >> questions for you [laughter] know what is your phone number >> really like I'm so sorry I just like felt like you were nervous about this >> I'm [laughter] so sorry I'm so sorry >> what's your Wait, you're Wait, hold on. Are you senior to that? >> Yes. >> I'm sorry. >> That's all right. >> Yeah, because that's kind of the beginning. Like I'm a manager of like 15 people. So like >> it's okay. >> What's your phone number? >> This man. Okay, you should take an example from me. >> Do you have any nicknames? and >> All right. Where is that? It or no? >> More nicknames? >> No. No. I mean, just just one's fine. So, just that one. >> I mean, there's more nicknames, but >> Okay. Um, what's your place of birth? >> Um, I already told him. I already [laughter] told him. I was like, "Please do not give him a hard time." They should follow your example. They should follow your example. Especially this one. >> Especially Especially this one. >> Why would I do? >> You just look rugged. [laughter] >> Come on. No. >> Maybe he just got here. >> But I know, but that's why like he just got here so it feels like >> was your reborn. Um, >> what's your race? >> What do you think? >> That's enough for me to determine. >> What are the options? >> That's a good >> Asian, black, American. Asian, black, American, Indian, unknown, white, Native American, multiple races. >> Okay. So, it's none of those. >> What would you say? Because there's another one for ethnicity. is Hispanic. >> It's options. Um I would say Chinese character and then I have it like down my back and then like on my ribs. Um I'll just do Chinese character honors. >> Yes. But um I also have that's on my ribs. >> Okay. It's more stuff that you can see like just with like wearing normal clothes. So just the wrist I think. All right. Um >> sorry for me. >> Okay. All right. What's the occupation of that? You said you're >> Oh, no. Yeah. I mean, like like that's my side job. >> Okay. What's your main official job? Yeah. >> Senior manager of operations. >> Manager. It won't let me do something small. Our actual the supervisor of the shift made sure I didn't mess up. But we're good. I got everything coming. >> You're the dude. Like, you're the guy >> giving me too much credit after calling me out for shaking. So, I appreciate it. I shake all the time just because like >> I think mine's a little easier. Just had too much to take a picture on. >> Oh, okay. All right. Yeah. So, so what do I just switch over? >> Yeah, we'll get that um before we head out. Oh, is he going to get in trouble because you're >> No, >> make him get in trouble. >> I don't get people in trouble. >> No, like you're the boss and he let me slip out of handcuffs twice. >> I'll I'll have our supervisor know about that. [laughter] >> So, I just have a couple questions for you. Um, so first is your So, a couple of these questions are going to be redundant, but your occupation. Um, what were you telling him it was? I'm sorry. >> Hayman operations manager. >> Okay. Um, are you sick? >> I'm just I'm reading this off of this. Yes. >> I don't know. >> Okay. But um >> I just say that because like I recently had um I don't know if you know what >> so like now I'm like testing. >> I got it. >> I'm waiting for the results for that. So pending I guess. So hopefully hopefully the best happens. Um so would that mean currently you're under the care of a doctor? >> Yes. Okay. >> Yes, I am. >> Uh do you know your doctor's name? >> And then also doctor >> who do you who do you see more recently? >> Uh okay. And uh do you know their first name? All right. Um do you know do you know the date of your last visit? >> My doctor's appointment. >> Uh your last whoever the most recent doctor. >> My most recent doctor. Wait, should I do like um uh member and stuff like that, like ending the whole APBS type situation. >> Okay, so I'm gonna say, you know what? Let's just make this easy. Um, I'll do >> Okay, look at this. >> So, >> it should be right on the top if I'm not mistaken. >> Um, if you want to look it up, you can definitely double check. Doesn't hurt to because some of those papers are outdated, but the wording's all the same. >> I feel like Oh, the imaging was um [snorts] this eth. >> Okay. >> I feel like the eth was like the Oh, I'm so sorry. >> You're fine. The imaging wasn't >> um you know about what time it was? >> Um yes, it's actually in my calendar. >> I think 4:30. >> Okay. >> All right. And then are you taking any medicine right now? >> Yes, I am. >> And what would that be for? All right. And what is that for? >> Did you take those today? >> Oh, yeah. No, I take them on a daily basis. >> Yes. >> Um, and then your last dose, do you know what time? You said you took it today. Do you know what time? >> Yeah, I always take it in the morning. Like, um, I think it was like 8:30. >> Okay. Um, do you have diabetes? >> No. >> Okay. So, that probably means you do not take insulin. >> No, I do not. >> Okay. >> Are you injured? >> Maybe. >> My heart. Let's put Yes, I'm injured. >> I'm going to put you are uninjured. >> No, put I'm injured. I'm injured. I'm injured. I'm injured. I'm injured. and your heart >> please put. >> Yes. Okay. Thank you. My heart. >> Are your injuries affecting you now? And if so, when how? >> Yes. Um fragile. I'm very fragile, emotional, mentally. Um, oh, >> spelled it wrong. >> Oh my god. I cannot >> I spelled it wrong. >> This does not have like auto correct. >> No, these do not. >> I know, right? >> Yeah. Very fragile and emotionally and emotional, mentally. I I don't know how would I say like >> unable or like >> I don't know. >> I'll be clear from >> mentally fragile. >> I'm fragile. I am very fragile. >> I feel like I am. >> All right. So, this is the part where and I try my best not to shake. I do have to read your your Miranda rights. >> Okay. Like I I shake as well because of the medication. >> I trust me I >> no really like I I do honestly like all the time. >> So um this is a warning as to your rights. Before we ask you any questions, you must understand what your rights are. You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we question you and to have them with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer and want one, a lawyer will be provided for you. If you decide to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to a lawyer. Anything you say may be used against you in a court of law. All right? And then this would be you uh your consent to speak. So mean you've read this statement of your rights, you understand what they are, etc., etc. So I'll let you read that. Um and then these are just going to be questions referencing what you had to drink tonight, how many, where it was. >> Oh, yeah. >> Um and then time between each drink. when you ate last, all that stuff. All right. >> So, I have to tell you like how much >> ballpark it. You don't have to be 100% exact, but if you want to read it and you agree, um you're more than welcome to and we'll get right through this and then uh if you want >> be put in one of those cells. >> No, no, >> you I [laughter] mean, you can go take a break from like be like >> if you want to go in one, we can turn the lights on in there and put you in a cell. Why would we just turn the lights on? [laughter] I'm like trying to >> Because we got a monitor. You making sure you're okay in there? >> No, I'm trying to like rest. >> Um, so I would probably say um this morning. >> Oh, I'm sorry. So, do you uh So, you just basically have to agree that you're consenting to speak with me. But I can also like make a phone call and be like, >> "Have you won a phone call with someone?" Yes. Um, realistically speaking, we don't necessarily need to answer these questions. You're also more than welcome to just make the phone call. Um, you know, and just especially to, you know, help you get a ride. I know we're a little bit out of the way. Uh, and you are from, >> so I'm not too sure how close any of your rides would be. Hi, Boo. >> Can you hear me? >> I can. We can all hear you. >> Where are you? >> I'm on my way. I'm about a half hour away. Just sit tight. >> I am. >> Oh, the right. We're still getting there. >> We're here. >> You okay? >> Yes, I am. So apparently like I have to ask about No, they're asking about >> what? >> You want me to explain it? >> Uh sir, basically we're >> I'm sorry like my English is like >> we'reing Molina her rights on um just her Miranda rights if she'd like to speak with us. Um >> basically just asking questions on what kind of alcohol drink she's had, time in between, how many were had. Uh, >> no, Molina, you're not interested in answering any questions. >> Okay. And yeah, like I said, that's perfectly fine. Um, she did just want to give you a call, so I'll put refuse and then we can you can put that. >> Yeah, she's she's she's not going to have anything to say or answer any questions. Um, is she going to be free to leave tonight? >> Yes, >> absolutely. Yeah. Uh, actually, we're as second you get here, um, she's free to leave. We just have a little bit more paperwork to do, but if you're about 30 minutes out, it probably >> just about. >> Okay, I'm about 30 minutes away. Molina, you have nothing else to say. Thank you very much, officer. I will be there in 30 minutes to take her home. >> All right, boo. I love you. >> I'm sorry. He's He's a lawyer. He's my boyfriend. >> But also, you guys could have said like, "No, she can't leave. She can't say that. >> She needs to sleep. busy day tomorrow. This is like awful. Okay.
