Just making sure you're clear. >> Ultimately, the suspect was charged with criminal trespass and misdemeanor obstruction of officers. On February 14th, 2025, he entered guilty p to both charges. He was sentenced to 7 days of confinement on each count along with fines totaling $490. Court records show that following his arrest warrant on November 27th, he posted a $65 cash bond. He failed to appear for his arraignment on January 16th, leading to a bench warrant, which was later served in February. He then entered his plea and was formally sentenced. Appreciate you watching.
