I said you're being detained for trespass. I'm investigating DUI cuz he had to turn the car off. So, this guy had a turn car. Okay. His foot was on the brake when I showed up, according to the neighbor. I'll go get another statement from him. He's the owner. Okay. Of the Buffalo Farm here. Cool. Um, so that point in time, he told me to be quiet. I can do whatever I want. I read him his rights. He said, "I'm going to talk to my attorney. I said, we'll get time to do that, and I need you to step out, put your hands around your back. You're under arrest." He goes, "I'm not doing that." Told you to step it up. I said, "No, no." I said, "Get out of the car." And said, "Fooy, fooy." He kept trying to push me off, push me off, push me off. He gave me his arm, but I said, "Hey, get out of the car." car and he went like this. So I grabbed it, bent it, and so I told you to step it up. And then I just pinned him into place. I grabbed I told him at this point in time, if you don't get out of the car, you're resisting arrest. Okay. And he said, "You, you're just a child." So I said, "That's fine. You're still resisting." So um DUI. So I'm I'm going to I'll take him down. I'll offer him the evidentiary. Yep. I think the fell in possession is going to hurt enough. Yeah, I don't just I don't know if we can Well, we'll be able to seize these because these are fell in possession, but I don't know if we can seize them for the DUI because they weren't loaded.
