Erica you have the um the paper for um me slipping and falling I need to have an incident report filled out for my attorney you're going have to call them tomorrow we're going to no you're supposed to do it you're supposed to do it the same night and that's what my attorney taught me tell you can't tell me what to do and I can't tell the business that's what my attorney taught me get the ins the court the first night because that's when everything is fresh that's when you have everybody's information I tell you right now they're going to refuse to give it to you and they are now they they have refused to give it legally in the state of Illinois they cannot do that let me show you legally in the state of Illinois they cannot do that I'm show you right here right now ER we're not doing incident report I have to have that in for so I can be able to show my attorney and all you guys have to do can you turn that off cuz my eyes are bad and I don't I have to drive all the way home okay refusing you any type of drink or to eat this is a private business therefore they can refuse service to anybody so since you're recording it which we're all recording this as well McDonald's is refusing service and McDonald's has officially trespassed you from this property you are currently refusing to leave this drive-thru that is currently private property again that is private property of McDonald refusing to leave the driveway then you need to leave I asked them for an in report and that's something that you can contact McDonald's at a later date I don't even know who to contact that's what I'm saying and I and I try I sat here and try that's why I sat here for a minute trying to see do they have a corporate what's the corporate number these are franchises you can Google you got no no no no you no you can't these are franchises honey so you got to try to find who's the franchise of this company and that's all they had to do is give me the information give me the um incident report and it would have been done with simple as that I mean why make it so difficult property so now you got to take a picture of the property where I fell at make sure you know it's in my evidence and everything well at this point you know that we already told you that your trespass from here which is the parking lot as well you can go straight I got a bag I want to take a picture of this no you're going to go straight ER I got to be able to take a picture of this car where I fell and that's only because do not go further in the parking lot no I'm saying it's right here we're cuz I remembered him and he says oh you're probably on drugs now and I said what I said how dare you tell me that I said no I said actually I want to speak to your supervisor cuz I had fell in your parking lot and I want an insd report I have the right to have an insd report sure and he says okay hold on so I'm listening to music I'm call my money see how much money I have cuz I made a lot of money off tips or whatever so I was going to grab some stuff for my older son too and so he was like okay hold on and I'm like okay I'm sitting here waiting and waiting you know so I told him I said can you just give me a drink real quick cuz my mouth is really dry and even just a fry you know just something so I can put in my stomach and that's what I was telling him he resed me last time and I was telling him please just ask him if they can give me something to eat because I did not want to get sick again and that was my main thing I that was my main thing is just so I don't get sick again I be pissed too I don't want you to get sick you know and that's not fair that I would end up getting a DUI again you know when I can easily just get something in my stomach and then I'd be okay understand and that was my whole thing understand and so that's why I didn't understand why they were making such a big deal of it about getting me some food and I had my own money I get that but the circumstances right now are that didn't told to leave and you didn't leave so no no they didn't tell me to leave though i' I've heard you out and I've tried understanding I understand where you're coming from I understand your frustration with McDonald's and the drive-thru I understand your frustration with him but I got to get some am I wasn't I know you Wen instructing anything or I wasn't instructing I was just asking crimin TR criminal criminal trust the property from McDonald's and probably some other CH so I need I need to talk to you in car you can sit down how is a criminal TR how many times did I tell you you were trespassed but you didn't give me no trespassing paper I don't have to give it to you all I have to do is verbally tell you which I did okay well I didn't know that that was a lot I thought you had to sign a paper when you absolutely not okay well I we told you multiple times to get out of the parking lot and you did not but I was trying to get food I was that's Survival Mode that's Survival told you needed a goat and you didn't go but I needed food I couldn't go that's what you guys didn't understand get in the car for me please give me a favor please sit take a lot of medications I take about 10 medications you know and I just started two more medications you know and I don't know the whole here's what hold on here's what's going to happen I'm going want you there how about we compromise go ahead and park she refuses she goes down the spiral she needs an inser Port we are obligated to provide her with an inser port for whatever happened in the parking lot I told her I'm like it's not our department you can contact McDonald's corporate doesn't listen doesn't listen uh I try to compromise with be like all right if I can get you some food can you parking parking spot that way we can get out of this drivethru refused refused refused get here tell basally same thing same thing she parked in that spot the whole time back a little bit Yeah at the actual menu okay um I get here I told the same thing I said can't provide anything they now trespass out um I said they speak to you Corp speak to you you can call at a little date answer any questions at 3 the morning you can move along same thing with Tyler going back did you tell her your trespass when here when you leave multiple times her Tres not that I don't believe you but I just you said it probably six times I probably said it maybe another half a dozen times same did two perfect okay um said if you don't leave rep place under arrest she then put it in reverse put in park again said all right be arrested put in driving started driving off driv try driving off them with you in the car yes yeah with both of us yeah okay thanks that was fun we're all done she can go back
