on October 27 2021 officers responded to a domestic dispute between two elderly adults no won't let me in the house what's going on you won't let me in the house KN on the door okay I live here all going on tonight you won't let me in okay why is that ask him you just lock the door for absolutely no reason at all anything happen earlier no sir has it just been you two all day all day mhm um yes of paper so what what happened tonight though that's my main concern she came up here she came up here mhm to give him a birthday cake or food or something after telling me a week or a week later that she wished that I was okay Cindy uh Cynthia mhm I said get off my property my mail comes here is this my home last four years well was she invited here by no way okay I wouldn't one her here if it's his friend go ask him well I'm sure he's asking that after her saying that I hope runs you over you was that due to you laying behind the car why do you say that because you were laying behind the car when that happened who says that says when it was reported why would you lie behind a car no you MH okay well you're not under oath and you're you know we're not really she showed up here three weeks later with the birthday cake for Joe not you crap sir M do you I tell you you don't have your ID on you do you on me no I don't think you do I didn't see a wallet or anything no n don't worry about it was talking with his daughter and he didn't want you overhearing the conversation and I guess he said some not so nice things about you um did you did you were you physical with him then did you slap him then nervous right nervous rocking for what sir did you slap him then no okay where's some shorts or something that you can put on so you're not walking around with your bottoms hanging out well I'm sorry this is how you this came here and I'm the one who called you where are you taking I'll see if I can find you some shorts okay no you're not taking me anywhere okay well sit back down all
