What's going on? No, all I asked was like I I I know what I walked in here with, man. I had this peacoat, I had a flannel, and then I had another coat on it cuz obviously how cold it was, and my gloves, which look not in my pocket. She saw me wear my gloves in the car when I was on my way home. Of course she's going to play dumb like she Look, I wouldn't want to get a pair of gloves. I can go down and buy a $10 pair of gloves. That doesn't bother me. I'm just saying. I had these [music] gloves They're $30 gloves cuz they do the touchscreen and things. I'm not trying to cause problems, man, or anything. All I'm saying is like I came in here for a 2-hour shift. Okay. You want to stand over here for me? >> Yeah, absolutely, man. I don't mind. Okay. >> [music] >> You don't have any weapons on you or anything? No, no. I don't got weapons. I got Okay. So, you came in here for to work a 2-hour shift. >> Yeah, no. I was supposed to come in and do my interview. Okay. And then when I walked in through >> [music] >> You want me to explain you all the multiple ways to buy So, I see you guys You Like you'll be in the middle of your shift. Huh? He's You want to take her over for a little bit? Yeah. I speak three languages, just to let you know. French, Spanish, and English. Okay. So, you came in for your interview. Man, and I was like >> Yep. And I literally just walk in. I I I talked to him first. I said, "Hey, man, I I know I'm running a couple minutes late, but I got an interview at 3:00. Is there any way we can make that happen? I got like 3 minutes, but yeah, let me let let me talk to her, blah blah blah blah blah." She She goes by. 5 minutes go by. My girl that didn't seem like that should take that long cuz there's nobody in the entire restaurant. So, like he's being lazy or what not when you talk to her. Okay. So, he finally goes to something to her. She comes up to me, and she's just like, "Oh, waiter, like you know, like you were a couple of minutes late, 20 minutes late," which my dad is I'm sure if you know Russell Snyder, he lives in the Chelsea apartment. He's permanently disabled. Okay. I go over there three, four times a week helping him out. Okay. So, something went on with his wheelchair, and he couldn't function right. So, I had to leave work >> [music] >> and go help him. And even though I leave work at 11:45, Al Brandano, the owner, who is also part owner here, will literally just sit there and just take people out, be rude, and not just me, and I know you've heard it before. Okay. Just just [ __ ] being nasty and throwing water bottles and salt water at [ __ ] people. And I just let it roll off my shoulders cuz she's like, "Oh, you have such a great voice. You should probably hear party there." And I'm like, "No, I just don't feel it's part of that crowd. I don't really do that." Okay. And so like you know, like that kid right there, uh I don't even know how that really started because like I don't know if you remember seeing me when I was at B-Dubs, he came in. I was hooking up with some fat drinks. Mhm. He was having a great time, you know, like I said, he was getting [ __ ] up, having a good time. >> Mhm. And then all of a sudden after that, like the next day, he just like >> [music] >> never really heard from or anything until I saw him at [ __ ] B-Dubs again like 2 or 3 weeks later, and he got shit-faced drunk, and he was not good. And ever since then, like you know, I hit him up like, "Hey, man, like I like kicking it with you, but like you got to respect my sobriety. Like I can't I can't be hanging out with you when you're drinking 9 to 10 shots of Fireball every night getting shit-faced sloshed. So, uh December 15th, I'll remember that day for the rest of my life. >> [music] >> I've never once been addicted to anything. Any narcotics like that. I maybe did like maybe you know, like an OxyContin or Percocet or something occasionally, but uh when this Yeah. Yeah, uh the officer he's going to talk to them, I'm going to talk to you and just get basically what's going on from you, okay? Okay. We're going to talk to him and get the information. Uh Okay. If you you guys want to come over here a little bit farther, that way we're >> [music] >> So, I see you guys are visibly upset. What Talk to me from from beginning, what happened? Cuz he wasn't giving me anything. >> All right, well, they call me. I'm the general manager. They told me that this guy was here and they were he was chasing her. All three of them. Okay. Like around like the store in the back and everything? He came up asking us I was watching the cameras and then you just see him charge in the back and like and I ran to the door to like shut it and then you see him in the back with Key. Just arguing. Okay, so he came here and he was like Do you know like I think his name is like Randy. Yeah, and then he was like Is Randy working today? And then we're like, oh, sorry, we don't know who that is. And then he asked for another guy and then he asked like what school we went to, like what are we doing, what school we go to. Yeah. And then we kind of just got scared and like cuz he was like really weird and like stuff. So we like we just went back to like work back there while he was up here. And then he was like moving chairs and stuff around. And then after like a minute of being up here by himself he like like sprinted like full speed back there. And then she saw him on the camera. So then we like slammed the door shut. And then like he was like, hey bro, like hey guy, you can't be back here. And then he was like, I work here. And then he kept telling him that he worked here. And then he like came back up here and he argued with him for a while. Okay. I don't I haven't hired anybody just he. Okay. You know, I know I know what kind of people I hire. I know I know which people I hire. I hire the people. Yeah. So then that's why he was arguing with me when I got here. He was saying, well, it's because you hire me. And I said, really? I Mhm. I don't know you. And he was just telling me, insisting that I hired him. I don't even know him. So, but I mean it's So, who made the first like he walked in, who made the first contact with him? We did. Okay. Okay, and you were just like, hey, what do you want? >> Like, oh, hey, how can I help you? Yeah. And then he was just like asked for the guy that he was looking for. Okay. He didn't mention anything about an interview or anything. He just asked for >> he was like trying to like find someone and we're like, "Oh, you're probably thinking about the Tim Hortons on 23. Why don't you go check there?" And then he's like, "Oh, okay." And then he just asked us what school we went to and like, "What are we doing?" And then And then he was just being like really creepy, so we just kind of like walked away. Okay. Do you guys have all your IDs on you just so I can document who I talked to? >> Yeah, yeah, it's in my pocket. >> Okay. Yep. If you can get your IDs, that'd be ideal. >> [music] >> Do you have any questions for me as as of this point? I The only thing that I need is just to make him aware. I I mean, I only have one The [music] The girls are minors and the other one is is 18 years old. Mhm. But I mean, this situation is cursed me because they're in charge of the store. Yeah. And they just called me like freaking out and I just got here and this guy is insisting that I hired him and I don't even know him. Mhm. And he was just At the beginning, [music] he was telling me that I hired him and he was insisting and I say, um, "Maybe it wasn't at 23." Thank you. You know? Thank you. Thank you. So, what do you What would you like to see done? Just a trespassing from here or We don't want to Why does he insist so strongly that she hired him when she clearly doesn't know him? What if the mix-up in his head turned a simple visit into something that terrified the staff? He was sad. Did he say anything? He just came in. You asked how you could help him. He stood out here for a minute and then ran in the back. He pulled the door shut. Yeah. Okay. All righty. All righty, I'm going to go talk with my other officer and see what we're going to do, okay? So. So. What do you want to do? that? I mean, he's on something. Okay. So, I think he needs to go to Grady to get checked out to figure out if he thinks he's at Subway right now, something's not right in his head. Do you think that is mental health related or drug related? I don't know. So, just go to Grady is what you think? I mean, and I asked the manager and she said I didn't get her information. Um she said what she wanted done was just him trespassing. I'll be back. Has he committed any crime? I don't think so. Disorderly? Disorderly conduct, maybe. Okay. All right. Are we in a school safety zone? I would imagine so. [music] Because I was laying right there. Well, and you got Willis, which is a school here, right there. So. Okay. What would that do to a DSC? Enhance [music] it. So, you would enhance the warrant? Which would mean arrest. So, um So, I'm going to grab her information. Okay. Do you think that's the best option to go that route? I mean, I think he'd be better seen at the hospital than at the jail, but Can we do both? Yeah. So, arrest him, take him to the hospital. >> But right now Well, he's going to be arrested for disorderly conduct, um and he's in a school safety zone, so it enhances it. Um we're going to take him to the hospital cuz I think he's on something and then take him to the jail. So, and then we can also give him a trespass from here if you'd like. Yes. Okay. Please. All righty. All righty, I'm going to go talk to them. We'll probably get him out of here shortly. Okay. Yep. >> [music] >> So, I'm just trying to be cordial as I can, Officer So, I'm not You know I've been an addict, but all I've been very cordial with you all I've talked to. Like so officer McNutt what's going on? So sir can you go ahead and turn around and put your hands behind your back you're being arrested for disorderly conduct. How am I being arrested for disorderly Go ahead and turn around. conduct man. Go go and turn around. Do you need your coat on? Yeah just leave your coat on let's go outside. Am I going to be able to get out tonight? Go and put your hands together. That's something we'll have to sort out I don't know. Like how am I being officer McNutt arrested for disorderly I don't like this place. Look this is the second time we've gotten a call about you in the same area. But obviously I'm fine officer. You don't appear to be fine. How? Name one reason. One you fell asleep and had I had trouble waking you up while you were sitting here. Two you're having trouble telling us where you are what you're doing. What day it is what day it is any of that. How does showing up for what he thinks is a job interview end with him not knowing basic details or where he is? The gap between his story and reality feels heavy. Where's your phone at? No. Try in it. No your phone's not in your back pocket. It's not in your jacket I was looking for it just a minute ago and couldn't find it before you fell asleep. Your phone is unless you put it if you have pockets up in here. I do do you have inside pockets? I do but it's not in there. It's not in there. Is there anything in there? No. Nothing illegal on you? No. Okay. I'm just going to button this check your inside pockets real quick okay? Okay. Just one in there? No it's just that one right there. No I'm saying there's one yeah there's one pocket there. That's it no that's it. Okay. >> [music] >> 260 come. All righty. I don't know where your phone is. Want to come with me? All righty. Oh. Come out here with me. Hey. You want to talk to him? He said something about a trespass. [music] Yeah. All right. Like man, I'll never come back again. I can't believe he even trespassed on my freaking Tim Hortons, You said you were wearing the socks today. Huh? You said you were wearing the socks. I didn't say anything I believe. Remember? I had that Hurley book bag. You didn't have a book bag when we were there. I I had it. You showed up in When we showed up, you were in your exact clothes right here. Some other day. I didn't hear it. I'm sorry. Do you want to grab that seat belt before we go? Yep. I'm just curious what I did to uh I don't know where your phone is. I don't know where your book bag is. >> no, but how is that disorderly conduct when I didn't resist or do anything to >> Because you chased the the girls around the store. Go ahead and sit in here for me. >> Is there video of that? >> I'm going to go see. >> going to say there's no way I chased any girls around the store. I know that for a fact. Why would I chase girls around a store, man? This is absolutely ridiculous. Clothes good for you? Huh? The clothes Yeah, they're they're fine, man. I'm just This is All righty, we'll get it all sorted out. All right, man. All right. So, what are we doing? We're going to Grady and then to the jail. He said might try the jail first and see if they'll take him. >> Yep. But, if not Sounds like an excellent plan. Okay. Okay. Not knowing where he's at and all this other stuff. I'm sure. Okay. Yeah, so >> Let me ask about trespass. >> Yeah. She She meant She mentioned it. I mean if you get security camera footage just that way or I mean we don't necessarily need it because we have four against one. >> right? Whose account? Their the addresses. >> Okay. I mean I can ask if they have it. Yeah. That would just solidify it more, but All right. I'll ask about that. We're okay. Yeah, no problem. >> What was that? We'll see what the judge says tomorrow. Yes. Yep. Guys, I'm sorry, but really like 26.com What did I do? Cuz nobody I wasn't talking to any of the customers or anything. >> I'll be in route with that mail to the Dollar General. They'll they'll come off here shortly. Oh, they'll come out here and I'll cuff them? Yeah, well we're we're going to go in there and they'll take them off of you. >> didn't know that. I was like, "What the fuck?" I'm going to get you. All right. Come on out. Hey, we're going over here. Let the door go. Let the door go. Nope, thank you. Thank you. Yep. Hi.
