Wisconsin officers were dispatched to a
battery complaint where a man was struck
with a hammer dispatch gave a
description of the suspect and an
assisting officer stated the description
given matched a man known to law
enforcement named

answer take a phone call yeah and then
uh I'm on the phone and uh this guy come
running from the corner with a [ __ ]
Hammer like that yeah and he swung at me
missed my head I had a motorcycle helmet
on yeah got and then he hit me a couple
times right here with the hammer and
then he took off that way up in the ramp
so he could be up in that [ __ ] or you
headed that way you know this guy was
right right there on the corner and

God is your helmet damaged where he hit
you no he didn't he missed my head well
he missed your head completely can I see

mark right in there with [ __ ] Hammer

matching the suspect's description

just driving up to the intersection and

like it was a brand spanking new Hammer

just started hustling after him so then
I immediately as soon as I saw him start

off but
yeah how many times did he hit him I
would say I saw at least two swipes as
soon as just two do you think he
connected with any I think so yeah I

hard for him I mean as soon as I saw him
raise his arm up I I immediately went
for my phone and was like I need to call
911 something bad about happen um you
started honking
yep and uh what did the guy look like he
was he was a taller uh black

at I don't know if it was actually a
Minnesota Viking hat I just saw purple
and a purple ball cap yeah purple ball
cap uh shorts and uh if I remember right
a darker colored backpack I don't know
if it was black or like a dark tan or
something
um and I mean I'm assuming these ramps
have cameras right cuz he he ran right
back through it ran into the ramp

when he went in there too I'm a master

Fletcher was taken to the hospital where
he was medically cleared then
transported to the Lacrosse County Jail
where he was charged with criminal
damage to property disorderly conduct
while armed battery resisting causing
injury and a probation violation to hell
was paid with good intentions he should
have minded his own
business Fletcher was issued a $1,500
cash Bond and placed on a probation hold
while in jail Fletcher was charged with
two counts of battery by prisoner and
two counts of disorderly conduct
Fletcher remains incarcerated pending
trial protect and
provide because you get more people
killed strangled and [ __ ] enslaved
