right there feces all down your leg Tuesday October 8th 2024 chilicothe Ohio an officer was patrolling when she came across a man walking down the sidewalk Barefoot and shirtless the situation seemed to be odd and the officer needed to make sure that nothing serious had happened I'm Tyler and this is your daily dose of crime hey hey you all right man yeah lady said you walked in the street she was some shoes but his behavior became strange the way he spoke and responded didn't seem coherent yet the officer let him go a few meters down the road neighbors reported something truly disgusting shame or embarrassment the man exposed himself in public showing a complete lack of awareness and Sanity what was happening didn't make any sense and while it might sound comical it was actually serious I'm talking about a man in an unstable mental state walking half naked near a school what would the children and their parents think if anything had gone further well we got him down there we had to go hose him off what he said it's all over oh it's all over so we're going to go hose him off and then he's done this before he needs to go to mental I think he's mental he does but for some statement was incoherent it was obvious that he wasn't rationalizing anything going on around him and given his behavior his inability to follow officer orders and his disjointed responses the fact they considered it was just an accident this situation was certainly infuriating for everyone involved why had nothing been done about it before and would it keep happening in the future all right previously or be convicted UPS it too and that's what I said he might not be convicted but the school upet so once they were at the jail officers discussed the incident and whether it could be considered a criminal offense they took into account how many times it had happened Caleb's current state and the fact that the incident occurred near a school What charges would he end up facing if he went to jail can I take this off now no just stand still so you put their first and last name cuz if you took that off all the things happen is the shorts going to fall down and then they'll be flopping everywhere what a great day to be Caleb Campbell was arrested under charges of public intoxication and public indecency he faced years in prison possible probation or restitution depending on the circumstances of the crime and his prior criminal record
