I'm done. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Taser. TASER. [screaming] >> Put your hand. >> You're hurting my wrist and I'm telling you to open it. And you said no after you tased me twice. OPEN IT NOW BEFORE I KICK the >> Not every tragedy starts with a crime. A lot of them start with ego, anger, and one bad split-second [music] choice. >> Sorry, I'm being blunt, but this is an emergency. She has multiple to her left chest deep enough that >> godamn why I don't have any rights. >> Godamn, WHY HAVE YOU NOT GIVEN THEM TO ME? >> Behind every police siren, there's a family cracking apart. A child carrying a memory that never fades and a grown adult acting like the law doesn't apply to them. A desperate call for help on October 17th, 2024 forced police to step into a serious family conflict. Centered on how a mother treated her 13-year-old daughter, the situation quickly raised hard questions about where discipline ends and harm begins. And here's what unfolded next. >> Hello. Hello. What's going on today? >> Okay. Hey, what's going on today? >> Sorry, I'm a little shaken up. >> It's okay. Tell me what happened. >> That's This part is kind of usual. She was just like complaining how I'm like in responsible like not washing stuff like that. That's normal. >> Yeah. >> But then she kind of started getting my face to like try to walk away. Then like she started getting face and that's when like she did this like that and that's how I got the cut. >> Is your dad at home? >> No, he's at work. She called him and he said they're probably off. >> Okay. Has your mom been drinking again today? >> She has. >> It's really obvious even when he's like you can tell whether she's drunk or not. >> Sorry. He's friendly. >> I know you smell my puppy dog. >> Yeah. >> And so yeah, that's how I got the cut. Making sure >> Where's your cut at? >> Um it's a little lip. >> Oh, >> and her knee as well. You you got something on your knee. >> Oh no. How did that happen? >> I think she like pushed me down and I like I didn't mean to kick her but like I kicked her so she hit me again and then right when I was at the door cuz like you think we open the door >> 794 >> my little brother um she like pulled my hair and that's when I kind of screamed. >> So what what do you think made her mad? >> I I don't know. I mean after she was like complaining how I was in responsible I told her how come you have like a bunch of trash around your room and that's when she like started getting in my face and stuff like that. Oh, we'll just hang tight here. We're going to go over there and talk to her. Um, and y'all called her dad. >> He did. He's on his way. He He actually is in law enforcement when I leave. So, okay. He is in around. >> Okay. Any other brother's sister still there? >> My little brother Liam, my little brother on our >> As far as I'm concerned, >> my mom hasn't. I know that. >> Okay. Okay. >> Liam, my little brother Liam, he just saw everything. So, he might be a little shaken up. >> And how old is he now? >> He's eight. My little sister is awkward. Alcohol snapped the mother's self-control in half. A familiar scolding about cleaning the house became the excuse. The difference was the moment she crossed the line when a small argument got pushed into serious violence, leaving a heavy mark in front of children who were watching it happen. >> Ma'am, please step outside for me. Okay. >> I'm not even stepping outside. You can >> step out. Step outside, please. >> I'm not. >> You said I can come inside. >> You can walk in here, but you have no reason to knock on my door anyway. So I do. Okay. I'm not going to I'm not I'm not going to get >> I already got obstruction. >> All right. Cool. There's one. [clears throat] >> Your dogs don't bite, do they? >> I'm about five five minutes five minutes away. >> Can you hear me? >> I'm about five seven minutes away. >> Hey, radio. I've got two children. I'm crying again in the back. I got an open door. If you would uh 25 back to the back door. >> Everything's okay. Let's go. 295. >> Ma'am, where's your mommy at? She upstairs. >> That's you. >> How are you? >> Who let you in my house? >> Step downstairs now. Come downstairs now. >> Who let you open my door? Cuz I'm going to get you in. >> If you move, I will tase you. >> Don't do that. I'm >> Turn around. Place both hands. Turn around. Our [laughter] hands are back. >> Put your hands behind back. >> Taser. TASER. >> Put your hands back. >> Put your hands behind the back. [screaming] >> Put my sweater on first. >> [screaming] >> It's okay. It's okay. I know your daddy. It's okay. It's okay. It's all right. Listen. I know your daddy. It's okay. Come here. Y'all come in. Come here. Listen. Y'all want to come outside? >> Where's your shoes at? >> Hey, come here. Let me get your shoes. Come here, honey. Come here. Come here. It's okay. Y'all want to sit over here before me? >> Yeah. >> Sit over for me. Okay. It's okay. My mom. >> Yeah, I know your I used to work for your daddy at his sheriff's office when you're dad. >> Yeah, I know your dad. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> You're hurting me. >> Grab your hands behind your back now. Behind your back. >> I'm trying. >> Put your hands behind your >> I just want to put my sweater on. >> Put your hands behind your back now. >> You're under arrest. What? >> Why is my under my own? >> No, that's not so my husband called and said, "I never went to jail like this." >> Yes, ma'am. >> I have no shirt on. Can I put a sweater on? >> I can't go. You just teased me. >> No, I need to put a sweater on. I don't go outside like that. >> Who's stepping in that? >> Yep. >> Me or you? >> I think both of us. You just stepped in dog poop. Yep. >> No. Can I put >> No, you can't. >> Notice how she keeps screaming for a sweater. That's not just because she's cold. It's a classic stall tactic, a way to claw back a sense of control. She refuses to be taken in while looking unfinished because that collapses the moral image she spent years trying to keep intact. >> She is in trouble. She's going to Thailand. 61. >> Okay. >> No. >> I need my sweater. >> Number 359. >> You must like jail, don't you? >> No, I don't. >> If you don't have a seat, we will pick you up and place you in this car. We're not playing. >> The taser should have indicated that. >> Have a seat. Foot up. Left foot up. Come on. Left foot up. There you go. Come on. Oh yeah. >> I'm trying not to. Okay. Right foot up >> here. Get out. Let's take the car over. >> You just teased ME TWICE. >> BACK OUT. THAT LIKE THAT'S FUNNY. >> TWITTER. I'm not going to jail like this. My husband's a cop for a reason. >> Left foot. Left foot. >> I can't. >> LEFT FOOT. >> NO. DON'T. OW. >> There we go. >> Ow. Should we stay at the hotel? >> No. No, you don't have to stay at the hotel this time. I remember when y'all stayed at the hotel last time. Look, I'm Officer Andy. Okay. You can call me Andy cuz it's hard to say my last name. All right. Um I'm going to call your dad. Okay. He's at work probably. All right. And I'll call him [snorts] Have him come straight home. >> The cruelty of the children. Not only that, she put she caused violence in front of the kids. >> Yeah. Because Yeah. >> That's cruelty in first degree now. >> Yep. I believe >> so children first and second. >> I'm sorry, but this is this has got to stop. >> I don't see why he's still here. Why he why he keeps these children around her? >> Cuz he has nobody else to help him probably. >> I But come on, man. You're leaving your children with this lady who's stays intoxicated. >> Jail for >> when I did not do anything wrong and my husband's a sheriff for 22 years and I tried my best. So what am I going to jail for? I'm not doing anything wrong. And then you came and not only tased me once, but twice. >> So, you hindered a lawful investigation right off the rip. Ma'am, >> this all could have been avoided if you would have stepped out of your house and spoke with me. That's first for hitting the girl. And then 2 seconds. >> First of all, I never hit a girl. I just wanted a sweater. I can't go to the police department like this with no sweater. >> It's okay. Don't cry. It's okay. Hey, make sure the dogs don't get out. It's okay. >> Y'all just stay inside. Okay. >> When the husband shows up and he's a police officer, it creates a functional contradiction. The wife repeatedly leans on his identity to pressure everyone while he stands with procedure and his co-workers. The dynamic points to a toxic dependence where someone else's title gets used like a shield to justify crossing the line. >> Brother, she's going to jail again today. >> We We had to tase her. >> Good. >> She was resisting us. She came through the door. We told her, "Don't shut the door." She slammed the door in our face. >> Step outside. Let me speak with you. Right. >> Like she always does. You've seen her do this before. >> So, one of the one of the daughters let me in from the back door. Me and Sergeant Bad walked upstairs. >> Did you? >> I attempted to go hands on with her. I grabbed her by the wrist. You're being placed under arrest. She pulled away from me. >> Taser. Taser. >> 13-year-old. I think she's 13. >> The kids didn't see. I kept them downstairs. Yep. >> She hit her in the face with a with an open hand, busted her lip. She scratched her. She's got claw marks across her chest. And she's got scuff marks on her knees. My handcuffs are too tight. You tased me twice and I am going to file a report on you. And my husband is sheriff. He's outside talking. So you need to let me go now cuz I did nothing wrong. >> He is extremely upset but not at me. >> Uh you're not doing this. You can't by law. This is why you guys are like half like >> ma'am. We Let me let me let me walk let me walk you through this from start to finish. Okay. my husband to get me out. You locked it out. YOU TASED ME TWICE. >> CAN YOU OPEN THE door so I can get a a sweater? >> No. >> Oh my god, this is so tight. >> Right now. >> Yeah. >> Let me go thank my neighbor now. >> Okay. >> Hey guys, thank you. >> Hey, you okay? >> No, but >> anything we can do for you? >> You know what? I I'll be here for probably the next two weeks. And if you guys know daycare, because she's going to be gone for a little bit, which is probably the best thing, but um if you guys know any daycare for the meantime, mainly for like after school. >> Yeah. >> And a couple hours after. >> Okay. >> Thank you. I'm really sorry that you guys have to go through this. >> No, I'm you know, we hate hate the situation. I'm glad I missed. Okay. >> If there's anything we can do for you, man, just let us know. We'll do our best. man, you know, now I just have to get past the the humiliation part and then and I know it's no reflection on me, but still when we've had officers come in and you know they do stupid stuff or their wives because you know this is not unheard of of course, >> right? >> It's one of those things that you have to kind of have to >> deal with when it >> deal with it >> when it raises. >> She still believes hitting a child is teaching and that her husband's badge puts her above criminal law. When that advantage doesn't work, she switches to personal attacks on the officer. In that moment, the truth shows she isn't anyone else's victim. She's a victim of her own ego and the alcohol steering her behavior. You tas me twice, you're going to get the punishment for it. I'm not a cop. I'm cop material, but I'm married to a sheriff at 22, so have that. You're not even 30. And if you are, I feel sad for you cuz you tased me twice. I feel bad for you cuz you're going to get fired. When I have more bruises on my hands, you're going to pay the price. I guarantee you. I don't play. You're hurting my wrist and I'm telling you to open it and you said no after you tased me twice. OPEN IT NOW BEFORE I KICK the door. This is not intolerance. You're slam my wrist after you taste me. >> I can't. I move my wrist or my fingers and I'm going to have bruises and that's another law on you. Long you've been on law enforcement. >> I will show up to work tomorrow a lot more than you do. >> Oh, >> and I wish I would have done the opposite which I >> You know more than I do. So you know that shutting the door in my face is a bad thing. >> Someone and then you burst to my door. God, Josh. and and >> All right. You know more than me. That's why you're in the back of a cop car. >> You got tased. >> I didn't get tased. You did. >> No, I will tase you. >> You won't tase me. >> Oh, I got tased twice. >> A I No, you can't turn your video camera off cuz I have that on video footage. >> A >> So, go ahead. You're going to end up getting arrested yourself. >> I might even get a letter of commenation for this incident, ma'am. I need to make a phone call because my phone was left there when you burst in my door. >> Okay. >> No, I'm not playing. >> I didn't say you were. >> I'm not playing. I don't even have my phone with me. >> Okay. >> You keep saying okay, but you're lying. >> How am I lying if I'm saying okay? >> I do with liars in law. >> In the end, she's taken to jail and faces charges. first and seconddegree child abuse, plus obstruction, and two additional secondderee child abuse counts because the violence happened in front of two younger children. If convicted, she could face fines up to $5,000, 18 months to 2 years of probation, and it could impact any custody dispute. One family just escaped danger, while somewhere else, a birthday ended in handcuffs and sobs. On November 12th, 2025 in Illinois, a speeding and lane violation stop looked like it would be routine. But as the officer got closer, one detail instantly changed the tone. Her little sister was sitting right there in the passenger seat. From that moment on, everything veered into territory no one expected. [music] >> Can you step out the car? >> Why? >> Step out the car. >> What? >> Step out the car. >> No, I need a >> step out the car. >> I need a proper reason. I don't >> You need a reason? Okay, I'll give you two reasons. I'm going to I'm going to give you first the option. If you don't step out of this car, you're going to be arrested for obstruction. If you want your reason, I'll give you your reason. It's going to be for going 70 and also improper lane uses when you pass the car. So now, because of that, I'm going to ask you step out the car and one time. >> I understand. >> I got my little sister. >> I understand. I understand. >> I That's why I was giving choice. >> Okay. Step out to pull my little sister. >> That's fine. over here real quick. Is there a reason why you're driving the way you are? >> I'm just trying to get my little sister. It's my birthday today. >> Are you trying to get yourself killed on your birthday? >> No, I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm just trying to get to my reasonable destination and that's it. >> Reasonable destination. Going 70 and then going past people in cars and stuff like that. That's reasonable. Especially here, I'll tell you this right now. Because you got a kid there, now it's child endangerment because of the way you're driving. >> I get that. >> That that makes no sense. Take your hands out your pockets. Where's your driver's license? >> I have my license. I have >> Okay. Well, based on how you're driving, so that's why you're getting treated the way you are. >> Can I give you my driver's license? >> Where's your driver's license at first? >> It's in my car. >> Okay. Go ahead. >> Right here. Don't get up. Don't get up. Okay. Go and get our driver. >> She kept talking about her sister in the car like that explained everything. Like the presence of a child could somehow cancel out the risk. But everyone knows actions speak louder than words. Reckless driving, a scattered headsp space, a voice that didn't sound quite right. Those details made her story wobble fast. >> No, you're good, man. You're good. There's a Mustang in there. >> It's gone now. >> Oh, yeah. >> Insurance. >> I do have It's on my It's on my phone, but my phone. >> Okay. When you find it, just show it to the other deputy. All right. >> Okay. Yeah. Okay. >> Okay. Just going 70 and I catch her flying past. So, one ride. All right. All right. Awesome. So, there's a couple issues I have. All right. First one's your speed. Seven. Okay. Not the end of the road. I get it. Everyone speaks. 7 is a little excessive cuz it's a 40 area. Then you're driving on the runway and then you got your sister, right? Do you think that's appropriate? >> No. I agree with you. >> Okay. So, let me ask you this. All right. Have you had anything to drink today? >> No. >> Do you know why I'm asking you this? >> Yes. >> Okay. Why didn't you think come asking? >> I don't know. The reason why I'm asking is because of the behavior that you're exhibiting towards me. >> Okay. >> Uh when you were looking for your stuff, you kind of look looked a little disoriented. And then on top of that, because it's not common for people to be driving that fast and going off side of the road. >> Celsius. >> Celsius. >> Okay. >> So, if I open that door, it's going to be a Celsius can. >> You can't you can't. >> So, here here's the thing. I'm going to go up there and I'm going to verify if it's if it is an alcohol alcohol beverage. Open container is probably cause to search your vehicle. >> Sorry. >> You can't search my vehicle. >> Okay. I'm going to verify this way. >> I want to supervisor here. >> I want your supervisor here. >> No, you're not going to. >> I need your supervisor here. >> Instead of being clear, she chose silence or flat out refused the sobriety tests. She seemed to believe that if she didn't provide medical proof, then the problem didn't exist. But reality was already showing a clean break between I'm fine and a body being run by alcohol. >> I mean, don't touch me anymore. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Don't walk over there. You can't touch me. Don't walk over there. You can't touch me. Don't walk over there. You can't touch me. You can't go over there. You want to go to jail? You want to go to jail? Do you want to go to jail? Do you want to sue? Do you want to go to jail? I told you stand right there. You're not going to walk up on your sister in there. >> Okay. And you think driving 70 m an hour and you want to care now about your sister? I think that's pretty ridiculous. So, why don't you be quiet and let him do his job and then we can get this figured out. >> Look at her. >> You wouldn't be in a situation if you weren't driving 70, right? >> And you I would be here if >> Okay, go ahead. Go ahead and do your thing. >> No, you cannot go. >> If you step again, you're going to need cops. If you step again, you're going to cops. You're going to be arrested for obstruction if you do it again. >> She's crying. >> You know why she's crying? Because of her actions. You wouldn't be here. >> Because of your actions because you're here. >> Because I'm here. Why? Why do you think you're here? >> Why Why do you think you're pulled over? because I would have been home already >> going 70 already. I would have been around the corner. I would have been home already. >> So, um, >> her mom is coming. >> Her mom's coming. >> Her mom's coming. So, do That's why I'm saying do not touch her. >> If I was going to touch her. >> Why would I touch her? >> You're making her cry. >> Why do you think she's crying? Look at the scenario here. You know what? Let's see. Let's do this. Let's step over here so that way we don't expose her. Do you want to talk like we're an adult? No. Okay. >> All right. Turn off. You're under arrest. Sit down. Sit down. >> Sit down. You're okay. I'll I'll be right back. Okay. >> Just stay in the boat for me. Okay. >> Do something. >> Sit down. Sit down. >> I want to do something. >> I got you. >> Sit down. >> I got you. I got you. It's okay. Nothing's going to happen to her. Okay. I promise you that. Here. Cuz like I said, she's your sister. Do you want to stand next to her? I'll let you stand next to her. She has been working more. Do you want to do that or do you want to sit in the back of the car? >> What's more troubling is how she used her sister's fear like a tool. Rather than admit her choices caused the situation, she tried to pin it on law enforcement. Once the arrest was announced, the tough attitude disappeared, replaced by pleading, scrambling, and scattered rights talk that didn't hold together. >> She feels more comfortable. I don't want to get that. >> She'll be she'll come she'll come home tonight. >> I don't have a problem. >> Yeah, we do the alcohol. >> You cannot search my vehicle. That's fine. [crying] >> Oh, mister. >> I have rights. I have rights. That's my pupil. >> I want my mom. >> It's like a drink. >> I want my mom. >> Don't go in your pocket. Stop. >> My mom's coming. She don't [ __ ] >> Stop. Don't go in your pocket. >> Officer, I'm giving you the juicy sand in the back office. Come on. I'm waiting for my stepmother, bro. >> You can have us seen the car and I'll hold on the window. >> Can we wait for my step? Please, please, please step. >> Can we wait for my step? >> Yeah. I'm not going to leave until your step. >> Okay. Do you have any weapons or anything on you? Pops, nothing like that. Okay. Because the reason why I'm asking is because if you go to the jail and they find other contra can you record cuz I got to do the search. >> It's been recorded. It's recorded. >> It is. It is. I'm seeing camera or dead. >> Let's talk to her. Talk to her. I'll be audio. >> Is this your work phone? You want her to come with you or my personal phone? Okay. >> No, she's got nothing. You're inside. Take a seat. I'll explain. Okay. >> Are you good if I explain that? >> Yeah. Go ahead. Okay. So, do you want to understand how everything works? I'm wearing your handcuffs. >> I guess. >> Yes or no? If you don't want to, it's fine. I can just close the door. >> It's fine. I just >> It's a yes or no. >> I got my rights. I got my rights. I know where my rights are. >> Okay. Okay. So, do you want me to explain you? >> Okay. Do your parental rights. >> My parental rights? >> All right. I don't know what the your rights are. What are you doing? >> It's It's a question for you. I'm offering you these. I don't have to tell you, but obviously it is an agitated situation and I'm sure you have I don't mind explaining it to you. >> Explain it. Explain. You want to explain? Okay. So, first issue is you go in like I told you, you're going 70 and you go in the opposite way on traffic, right? You can't do that. You know that. And it's your birthday. Why would you do that? Right. In the patrol car, she kept trying to debate her rights, but you could hear the helplessness creeping into her voice. At that point, the officer became the steady guide, patiently walking through each violation. Little by little, she shifted into a more passive listening mode, even though she still kept reaching back for that vague idea of my rights. On top of that, you got your sister in the car. You got to be a good role model to her, dude. Like, come on. Right? So, there's that. And then the other part I have it is I can smell alcohol in your breath. And then on top of that you say that hey this is an energy drink and then we look in the door from here from plain view it's definitely not an energy drink cuz you can read the top label. Now you're saying that we can't search your car right there. We have enough probable cause to search a car without it because with the open alcohol that's more than enough information I need to search that car. All right. And then like I said you're slurring your speech. You're not making sense and obviously you're upset. Now here's the thing. You're probably going to get charged. Actually, not probably. I'll just tell you. You're going to get charged full speed, improper lane usage. I'm not going to do the child endangerment, and then you're going to do the DUI. Right. If the other questions you have is what happens to you or not? You're going to go down to jail. I got to read you some stuff, and then after I'm done reading with you, and they're going to process you. Is this the first time you ever been arrested? >> Yes, pretty much. >> Okay, I understand. Okay. So, what will happen from there is you're just going to get some citations. They'll hold on you for maybe a few hours. You're going to get out today. All right. All right. And then you just get a court date. All right. Does that make sense? Okay. Do you have any other questions from No. Okay. All right. I'm going to close the door so I can get this process back so he can get you home. All right. So, besides questions, is there anything else you needed in the car? >> You're good. All these things. Okay. These will come with you. I'll put them in your dad's front seat. Okay. >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> My dad and my sister are good. >> Yeah. So many. >> So, so yeah. So, your sister's hanging out. I told your dad everything that happened. Um, and all that kind of stuff. And I explain to them that you'll be here in a couple hours. Like I said, it'll be it'll be short and sweet. Um, in terms of your car, I'll give you the uh impound lot. You can pick it up from 12 hours from now. Okay. You said this is the first time you ever been arrested. You never caught a DUI or anything? >> Never. >> Never. Okay. That's that's what it is. Um, any other questions? >> Okay. I'll try to get the paperwork done so I can get you home. All right. >> During the search, police didn't just find alcohol. A 27year-old woman's career and reputation collapsed on her own birthday. The charges weren't minor. serious traffic violations, DUI, unlawful weapon possession, ammunition possession without a firearm owner's ID, and child endangerment. This wasn't bad luck. This was the price of believing your arrogance can sit above other people's lives. From a birthday cake that hadn't even been cut yet, the screen flips to a family tragedy nobody saw coming. An emergency situation on August 23rd, 2023 forced police to intervene without delay, involving a 4-year-old girl trapped in a tense family environment. The initial report only [music] captured part of the truth. What investigators uncovered afterward pushed the case into a far more serious and disturbing territory. 104 out with right now is what it >> they left already. >> Oh, I'm sorry. >> All right. So, I got here, little girl was up. It came in as a non-breather, but she ended up being up. The little boy that was here said, "My mom's sister lived with us, but she's not here. She left." He goes, "She's the one that did it." Now, he said she was on the side. I'm here because I just want to hold the scene. Everybody left. >> But he said the mom's sister is the one that her but the mom said she was outside. I don't know if she it was on the side. >> So they took the the girl. >> The girls Yeah. They transported. She was going they wanted. >> You want to go 107 to 109? I was >> tell. >> So I don't know if there's anything out here. >> Let's go see inside first, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. I'll take >> So when we got here, they had her in the back. Let me see. >> Oh, we got your diapers and everything. >> You actually everything. >> Yeah. Now she was she was stepped up pretty good. She had like two huge lash on her arm, but then her face I don't know if she or did something, but she had coming out of her ear too. >> Well, the kid >> the kid the little kid did. Yeah. Yeah. She like the little boy was the brother. He's the one he's with the mom. So the mom, the brother, and the little girl that got st they're all in the ambulance on their way to Joe's. >> I see. So there's no one here but us. >> Just us. The girl who he said did it, her name is Mabel, and it's the mom's. >> A quick look around the scene made one thing clear. The home was far beyond ordinary mess. It reflected a deeper breakdown, distinctive attempt to erase what had happened. >> Watch it off because you can see you can see stuff like that is watered down. >> Mabel, right? >> Mabel. Yes, Mabel. And um go ahead. Go do what you got to do. We were we went inside. This house is we got to go. Like this house is in shambles. There's ro It's it's it's um >> in the wall. That's not >> No, that that that's old like syrup or something like that. But you can see in the bathroom we have here right over there. But that old though >> mother the entire house went to the to the hospital. >> Yeah. >> Why? It they were all >> No, no, it was the mother. It was the four-year-old and it was another all minors. The mom went for her two kids, the aunts, the daughter. That's the statement that they gave the fire department, but when we got here, obviously, they had to take that kid. And I mean, you can see, hey, this right here, too, has uh Let me just put a rock on it. >> This has little fat around it. >> You see it? >> So, according to the wind, the neighbors, these kids are out every hour of the day. They're roaming the street. The little girl was always out here even 2 3 in the morning. You're 500. Oh, that's uh the captain call. He said, "Hey, they they went in, looked at the girl, they tried to clean her up and they for >> He really couldn't tell us. It was It was bad and he just rushed her out of here." And we have obviously >> I guess I mean we don't we didn't when we got here it was just the chief. >> What occurred may not have been an accident at all, but a deliberate effort to conceal the truth. At the hospital, the mother slipped into the role of the concerned parent. Notably, she fixated on trivial details instead of the one thing that truly mattered, the child's life. >> I didn't know I left a lot of her arm. >> That's perfect. >> Best of luck to you guys. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> The doctor will be over here with some updates when they're done with your daughter. Okay. >> Okay. >> But she she was awake. I did see her. >> She was awake. >> No, because the way they gave out the call was very different. So, we were like, "Wow." You know, when I saw her awake, I very happy. Okay. >> Yeah. I had her I had her in a tub and I was trying to put warm water on her cuz I don't know how the the open. >> This is my surgeon. Okay. I start putting it on and it she she's jumping like this and maybe it um >> maybe it was like her or something but it wasn't too hot. It was warm. >> Okay. >> It was just right cuz I know the temperature. She even likes water harder hotter than >> I was just there trying Oh my god. Put water all over her face. She had dirt all over her face. >> She had dirt all over her face. Was she outside originally? >> She was outside playing and then she had a bad feeling cuz she didn't hear her for a while and then she went I think the sun went out first and you saw her in this on the floor >> in the backyard. >> Yes. You think she fell from a tree? That's what you believe? >> Mhm. But if she got that many just from falling off a tree, she would only show >> That's how we found your sister. We don't know what happened to her. I said, "My baby, my baby, what happened to my >> She insisted the child had been bathed clean. Yet the girl's face was still caked with dirt. The gap between words and reality kept widening. An accident was offered up to explain the injuries while neighbors described children being left alone for hours again and again. >> They're still working on her. She has a little oxygen mask right now just to help her, but no like breathing tube or anything. She's doing okay. Just with like a little bit of oxygen. They put a like type of line in her leg to be able to give her like medications and fluids that she might need. >> And they're doing X-rays right now. >> Okay. [snorts] >> So, I'll see if one of the doctors can come talk to you soon. Okay. >> Dr. Hello. >> Are you Janiah's mom? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Brother. >> You're a brother. Awesome. >> Do you want to take brother for a walk? >> Sure. >> Really shaky. >> Okay. I know. >> Do you want to come get a snack? >> Okay. >> I'm so sorry. I mean, meeting you under these circumstances. We have to be upset at home. >> I just don't want to like scare her anything. Okay. She She's I'm here for you. >> This is a surgery. You are her mom? >> Yeah. >> What happened? >> Good afternoon. >> Um I don't know. My son, he he's he's hearing something from from the window. He's trying to make some cereal. He he goes to the side cuz he he hears something. So he might be here playing on the side of the house. He hears something and he's like, "Ma, look, look. Come here. Look." And then I go I go follow him and I'm like, "Okay, let me go see." But no, it never came to my mind that um it was going to be my daughter there >> laying there and stuff. It never came to my mind. I thought he was trying to I thought he was trying to like come show me a cat or something. >> Nobody saw it. >> Huh? I don't know what happened like how how she ended up like that. >> I don't know. I'm like, what's happening to my babe? What happened to my babe? >> Let me tell you what the situation is because I have to go to the operating room with her. Okay. I'm sorry I'm being blunt, but it's an emergency. She has multiple to her left chest. One of them is deep enough that I have to take the O, make a big under anesthesia. Make sure her lung is okay. Make sure her heart is okay. Okay. Clean up this. >> When the devastating news was delivered, the reaction was hollow. No panic, no emotional collapse, just resistance, an unwillingness to admit failure, and a continued belief in an imagined sense of control. Even more troubling, she attempted to defend the aunt after actions that directly harmed the child herself. >> I'm here and you know, I'm here because I wanted to see how you're doing. Okay. And I'm here because I want to see what happened. Why are you at the hospital? You want another toy? Okay. >> Hello. >> How are you? >> Hi. >> You're on body wor. >> Um, >> we're just going to need some time. [music] >> You can just stand up. >> Just walk through here for us. >> Okay. Perfect. >> Okay. You have anything on you? I think >> no. >> Just pat her down a little bit. >> Okay. >> And all the arms out like your teeth. >> Can you just spread your legs for me? Spray. >> Okay. Sorry. Take it down. Just so I can take it down. >> Okay. >> All right. You can bring her. >> Just tell her you speak English or Spanish. >> Okay. You could just take a walk with Martinez. If you could just sit right over there. Okay. >> All right. >> Okay. So, I'm Detective Sahannis. I work here at the prosecutor's office. >> Um, right now you're being placed under arrest. Um, your charges are as follows. They're attempted um unlawful possession of a possession of a woman for unlawful purpose. endangered welfare of a child and ending an injured person. So, I'll be back in here um to speak with you um and go over your marin rights. >> Okay. Do you need water? Do you need milk? Anything? Okay. >> Okay. Any questions for now? Okay. >> All right. We'll be right back. >> In the end, the aunt was arrested and faced severe charges including firstdegree attempted murder, endangering the welfare of a child, illegal possession of a weapon, and abandonment of an injured person. From a knife strike in a family dispute, [music] a child's memory begins carrying pain that will last a lifetime. On August 14th, 2025, police responded to a call from an 18-year-old girl reporting a family conflict that had crossed the line. It started over taking care of her little brother. But the situation quickly flipped. Once everyone was separated and interviewed, the real pieces of the story began to show. >> You all right? Are you all right? >> Yeah. My mom just ran. She She drove away in her truck. I don't know where she >> Okay, let me pull over. I'll talk to you. >> Um me and my mom did an argument squad. >> You guys live together? >> Yeah. She has like borderline personality disorder. She's like mentally ill, so she gets physical sometimes. And um today we were arguing about my baby brother because I didn't want to I woke up and she made me take him to the bathroom and I didn't know what to do. So, I had a bit of an attitude and I kept I was standing my ground because she gets like angry and she keeps screaming at me and I just wouldn't stop. I just kept standing my ground and saying like like no, it's not right that you're screaming at me like this. Like, I don't care how mad you are. Like, don't do this. And then she started like grabbing my hair and shoving me, but she does that a lot. So, I was like, "Whatever." Until um until I don't know. I don't even remember what I said, but I guess it made her so mad that she like grabbed me by my neck and she grabbed my face and my neck and shoved me down onto my bed. I don't think there's any marks. She wasn't squeezing it really hard, but but she's never like started choking me before and she's threatened me, but she's never done anything to like actually do it. >> You got some redness. Like >> I'm going to have EMS check you out. Okay. >> Um, how old are you? >> I'm 18. And mom's had this issue for a very long time, I assume. >> And she's always been physical with us. And she's punched my brother before. >> How old's your brother? >> He's 16. And she's never gone physical with the baby. But every time it's something about him, she gets physical. >> How old is the baby? >> He's three. >> Do you have any March anywhere else? I don't think so. >> What are What are you looking to do here? >> Um, I don't know. I just I don't feel safe here. Um, and I don't I don't have anywhere else to go. Um, so I I didn't know. I tried to call my family, but none of them picked up. And so I just thought calling the cops was going to be better. >> Oh, no. Yeah, you did. >> According to the 18-year-old, hair pulling and being shoved wasn't one bad night. It was routine. When violence repeats long enough, the victim learns to normalize it just to survive. She also revealed her mother has borderline personality disorder, creating a love you/hate you home environment where emotions can turn on a dime. >> Ashley. >> Yes. >> Hi Ashley. It's Sergeant Forest from the Akran Police Department. How you doing? >> Not so great. >> All right. Can you tell me what's going on here today? Or do you mind coming back over here so we can talk in person? >> I don't want to come back over there cuz I know I'm about to get arrested. I'm not stupid. I know how assault works. >> I'm not an idiot. But that girl be antagonizing, bro. She talks hella crazy. She talks hell of [ __ ] And then she want to sit here and act like she's all comic [ __ ] but then want to talk [ __ ] under the side. Like, I'm not paying all your bills. Like, I'm not sitting here stressed, but I work over 40 hours a week, and I still got to raise a three-year-old baby. I got to deal with a drunk assing boyfriend all the time. She knows what the I'm dealing with. So, when I ask her to go get her brother to the bathroom, it shouldn't be a fight. Yeah, >> she knows. I Bro, I'm the only one that's handling everything. The bills, the kids, the cleaning, the dogs, the children. >> She knows. And for her to sit there and disrespect me and talk reckless to me, like I I and I try to tell her like I'm I've really been trying to work on my self-control, bro, for years. And she knows that. She knows my struggle. She's the only one, but she's the only one that knows how to say what she says to get under my skin. So when I tell you I'm going to snap the out of your mouth, bro. I'm going to snap the out of your mouth and take whatever. >> That's really all it was over is because she coped the attitude and then she started throwing accusations talking about you you following me around the house. She going to make it seem like I choked her and some [ __ ] I know what she does. She over dramatizing stuff and she admits it, but I really just gripped her face and pushed her back. Like >> that was it. But I know that's wrong and I know it's wrong. So, if I got to come back and deal with that, I will. But like, >> yeah, >> I can't be that parent that kicks a kid out on the street and then what what if something happens and she like she got a jaw, bro. You could look at her. She got a jaw. I grabbed her jaw. I did not grab her neck at all whatsoever. On my soul, I didn't. >> In the mother's mind, financial support becomes a license to explode whenever she feels disrespected. sacrifice gets weaponized as justification for losing control. She agrees to come back, but once they reach the apartment, another performance kicks off fast. This time involving her boyfriend. >> Uh, you wanted to get your brother? >> Yeah. My mom's boyfriend is up there yelling stuff down at me. >> I know. I heard. >> Want to let you know my doors are locked. She's welcome to get what she would like, but you guys are not welcome in my house, sir. >> Well, she lives here and I will be coming in to get the kids. >> My doors are locked. Well, you better unlock them. >> You're coming in to do what? >> To get the kids. >> To get my son. >> To get the kids. Yes. >> You're not taking my son. >> I am. Why? >> And then if you refuse, then I'm going to arrest you for obstruction. Send you as well. >> My son. My son has >> nothing to do with this. >> It does. There's procedures for it. >> What is it? >> Why don't you come on down? We'll talk manto man. >> I'm not letting my son. >> Then you're going to go to jail. >> Doors are locked. If you if you come into my house, >> it sounds like you're going to end up with a broken down door. >> You can come on down. >> You don't have a search warrant. my son. >> You're obstructing. >> I don't care, man. My son is a 2-year-old and he did nothing. He's a three-year-old. He did nothing to you, nor to her. >> If you come on down, we'll have a discussion. >> You're not trying to discuss. You just told me you're taking my son. >> I have to get CSP involved. >> My son doesn't need to be taken. I am his >> It doesn't It does not mean that he's not going to stay here. But CSP here, >> if you refuse to come down and talk, then I'm just going to arrest you for obstruction. >> Take him anyway. >> I'm arresting you for >> You don't have a search warrant from my house. You have rights to get her stuff out. You're not taking my son. >> You're not going to tell me how I'm going to do my job. >> I'm not taking my son. >> Then you're going to jail for obstruction. >> It's between HER AND HER DAUGHTER, NOT MY SON. BRO, >> so do this. >> Listen. Listen. Take some breaths and listen to me. Stop talking. If you come down and cooperate, CSB will possibly leave the child here. >> Mom, they're trying to take Deon. >> No. No, we're not. >> Take this. >> No. >> You need to leave work and come here now. Tell them you got to leave work and come here now. Trying to bust my door down and tell me they're going to come here. My son >> We're trying to get you where you want to be, man. >> I want you to get where you need to be. >> We're trying to get you >> to work helping me. >> Listen, I'm going to work. I'm going to work right now. >> Take my three-year-old son from stick because of her. >> Nope. You don't want to listen. My problem IN MY HOUSE, DUDE. YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. SHE shouldn't even be in my [ __ ] track. >> The mother and boyfriend share the same entitlement fantasy. What happens inside their four walls is beyond the law. When they use a child like a human shield to obstruct officers, the moral line is erased. A three-year-old ends up trapped in the middle of a pointless adult power struggle. >> Are you the mom of the child? >> No. >> No. >> No. I'm the aunt. >> You're aunt? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> So, >> I'm a grandma's on the way as well. >> Okay. >> Cuz baby should not be involved in any [ __ ] That's why we're >> So, because of the type of the of incident that happened, we have to have CSB involved. >> You're kidding. >> I'm not. Is that actually your mom? Yeah. Yeah. She's all >> Yeah. Ashley's Devon's mom. Everybody's mom. Where's Ashley? >> She left. >> Okay. >> So, >> Ashley, they're about to rescue. >> I know. I know. >> Place stuff on this. >> My mom and my dad's on their way, bro. >> Place your hands behind your back. >> This is crazy. >> Put your palms together. >> Can you grab my money and give it to him so he can pass? >> We'll deal with all that in a minute. Okay. >> You got to You got to come get this money. What I need you to do is I need you to tell him he needs to calm down. >> The money is in my pocket. My phone's in here. I don't want nothing. >> You need to do whatever they NEED TO DO, DEON. DO THE RIGHT THING WITH our baby, bro. >> Bro, you need to do the right thing with our baby, bro. >> Increasing likelihood children get removed from the home. >> Come on, Debon. Calm down. >> What's he yawning? >> He's not on anything. He acts like this all the time >> when we try to take away our kids. Bro, we're good parents. >> I'm not saying you're not. >> All right. So, look. >> Because of the situation, we have to have CSB involved. Okay. All he's doing is one, working himself into getting arrested and two, increasing the likelihood that CSB doesn't place the kids back here. >> So, can I just talk to him? You guys just got to let me talk him down. >> I can't. I have you in custody, dear. I cannot. >> She's clinging to >> You're his mom, correct? >> Yes. >> We have to have CSP involved. >> Okay. There's no if, and but about it. It's going to happen. >> Now, his behavior is going to dictate a lot whether or not the children get removed from the home and if he goes to jail cuz right now he's obstructing. >> Okay? >> So, all of that's going to play a part in this. So, if you're able to talk, if you're able to talk to Don't let me send you the >> And then if he starts making threats from this window, I am going to send him to jail. >> So I just I I just had enough of the slick [ __ ] for her mouth and that's why I grabbed the jaw and I just told her shut up. >> That's your son. >> Oh gosh. >> I don't want him to close. >> I got you. How close it >> How you doing, little man? >> He's a beautiful >> How you doing, little man? Hey, >> I don't care if kids in the car, but obviously the car can't pull off. >> I tried to call every single family. So, you go walk away and we go home. >> That's the thing. She kicked me out of the car. >> Let's not Let's not argue about this right now. Come on. Let's go. Let's go. >> Why am I the bad guy? I got choked by my own mom. >> I'm sorry. I don't give a >> Your mom wants to talk. >> Like, that's crazy. All right. And I don't care. Can you unlock real quick? >> I promise as soon as I'm out, I'll figure out my job situation. I'll figure this out. But Janette is not coming back. Okay. And I still love Janette and I'm still going to protect Janette and I'm going to still hold Janette down even though she calls the cops on me because I'm a better person. So don't you be angry and fighting with your sister. Okay. >> Nothing but scream and cry out that window. >> Of course. >> Like a manchild. Is he pissed at them or us? >> He hates cops. >> Well, y'all about to be called out when I get out. I'm about to smack the out of this dude, bro. >> In the end, the mother is taken to jail and faces domestic violence charges. The children are turned over to DCFS to keep them safe away from a toxic home where violence gets called discipline. Violence is never parenting, and I pay the bills is never an excuse to destroy a child's peace. So, what do you think? Does this mother need jail time or mandatory mental health treatment? Kids don't forget wounds adults leave behind, and some people still don't know where the line is. On July 22nd, 2025, police responded to the southwest gate area after reports of a woman lying on the airport floor. She refused to cooperate, repeatedly wouldn't get up, and kept escalating with staff. When officers stepped in, the scene went sideways fast. So, >> hi. Uh, so I was uh telling you >> I will tell you before they >> I've been um delayed for however many hours look. >> No, you don't need a dummy. >> Where are you going? I'm going to hang out with my fourmon old granddaughter or sorry no I'm not all that >> that's all right. >> So here's my New Zealand passport. >> Here's my passport. Here's my New Zealand driver license. They've traveled over 100 times >> and laid on the floor. >> Okay. >> I get No, no, sorry. I get that it's a a public risk, but look, my flight is not to arrive until >> Okay. >> Uh, in the afternoon or 9:36. So, sorry, I can't just hang out on the slope. >> This is the middle. This is the middle. >> Well, don't you see that? There's a gate right there, ma'am. >> No, no, no. Ma'am, >> the middle once. All right, let's calm down. >> All right, ma'am. Don't you think that gate right there right there in the middle people can trip over you >> and so you don't know how to walk around me? >> You have a weapon? >> So, you're telling me everyone's >> No, sorry. Are you Is that what you're saying? Because people can't watch me walk around them, so I can lay right here. >> She held up her passport like it was a get out of rules card. In her mind, she wasn't a drunk passenger. She was a world traveler who outranked the policies. When safety was brought up, she didn't listen. She snapped back with sarcasm, turning a warning into a status contest. >> Wait for my flight. It's been delayed for 3 hours. >> Well, I can smell a little bit alcohol and matter if you have gotten gas. I can't be >> I can't be drunk. >> Well, where where were you drinking? >> Just hanging out. We're just hanging out over there. >> Uh three, >> one drink. One drink. Do you have any drinks before you came in? >> No. One drink? >> Okay. >> The funny thing is I am literally more self-aware than you are. >> No matter how many drugs I am. >> Are you on any other drug? No. >> Well, you you know I don't know if you're just upset cuz >> No, I'm just upset with the fact that I'm enjoying myself. Where have been several times flying out of this country which I do not want to be cuz I'm Canadian. >> Are you Canadian? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm Italian >> and I'm great. So you don't want to be here? I like it here. I like >> here because you have to be here. >> Yeah. Yeah. I like it here. She wasn't in the morning. >> Okay. >> There's even a book right here. >> Physical and mental health. Oh, good. So, you study that stuff. >> Yeah. I literally am smarter than every person here. >> Okay. So, laying here. >> I got it. So, let me >> forget it's a safety risk if there are people here. >> Listen, listen. So, because they are a private business and they can deny anybody boarding. So, they actually Yeah, but the thing is is they came to me. >> I lay here. Watch. You want to watch me? Watch. Watch. Watch. And if that one comes up to me, you're not allowed to sit here. >> Well, look, I have literally >> Let's put your stuff together. >> No, look at this. >> Look. No, look. Look. I've literally flown to Thailand. I've flown to everywhere else in the goddamn world and I've never been in trouble since like >> So, just a little update, >> right? Your flight's been cancelled due to the way you've been acting. >> I don't care if they had >> She needed to be the smartest person in the room so she wouldn't have to face the truth. She was the one being treated as a suspect. The way she kept switching up her nationality sounded like identity whiplash, alcohol, pressure, and being denied boarding all colliding at once. And when the airline canceled the ticket, she dropped into full-blown denial. You get that figured out. >> It doesn't matter actually because on the plus side, my sister was going to pick me up. She has a 4month old baby because you guys think I'm whatever the I was going to watch my fourmonth old baby or uh sorry, sister's baby. Are they going to >> They can give you a refund. >> I will see if I have to. >> But I I need I need you to listen to me cuz the last thing I want to happen listen to me. The last thing I want to happen is you can send me to jail cuz I will turn around and say bad ass right here. Listen listen. We we don't want to do that. So they denied you boarding. At this point we have to escort you to the hospital. >> That's fine. If you can show me that train and take care of yourself, you can grab your >> ma'am. Grab your items. >> Ma'am, go ahead. >> I will literally recite this. >> I will speak Spanish, but I don't want to get you for this. Hello, ma'am. Welcome, >> ma'am. I don't want to get you for this order either, cuz right now we're watching your stuff. Now, I'm telling you to pick up your stuff. If you don't pick up your stuff and walk with us to the nonsecure side, I'm going to have to take you into custody. That's the last thing I want to do for it. >> Is that what you want? >> Go for it. >> For disorderly conduct and public intoxication because you're acting like you're showing signs of being intoxicated. >> So, I'm intoxicated yet I'm having a physical and mental conversation. >> Please pick up your stuff. I'm trying to help you out. Pick up your stuff. Let's walk >> for me laying here on my fat ass. You're cursing. You're being disorderly right now. I'm not going to tell you. >> You're literally sitting here. >> Ma'am, I'm not going to tell you. >> Once emotional control disappeared, pure defiance took over. Being told to gather her bags and leave triggered a narcissistic rage reaction, the kind that shows up when the ego doesn't get its way. Like a child getting a toy taken away, she wasn't angry about the loss. She was furious she wasn't being catered to anymore. >> Stuck together. Well, I I mean, I've been able to get on my stuff for a while, but uh >> Well, show me you can get your stuff together. >> I'm intoxicated and >> Well, at this point, it's it's disorderly. >> No, that's just me. >> Come on, man. Pick up pick up your items. >> We can walk and talk. Okay. >> All right. Well, you got to pick up your bags and keep walking. >> I get it. Do you think >> stop treating me like an adult? >> Treat me like an adult. >> No, they are. >> You know what? Use this microphone right so they don't get tight. get anyways because you guys work in an airport and I will never again. >> I don't care if you don't fly again or not. I don't care either. >> It's fine. It's just not >> relax. No, let me out of the airport. I would rather >> not. >> Stop resisting. >> I would RATHER BE OUT OF THE AIRPORT. >> STOP. Stop resisting. Do >> not put me behind doors for no reason. When all I wanted to do was go my >> only. >> Don't bite me. >> Then give me my phone. ME. YOU WERE SUPPOSED to give me my RIGHTS FROM FOREVER AGO. I'M NOT A KID AND I KNOW the right >> godamn why I have any rights. >> IT'S JUST GODDAMN WHY HAVE YOU NOT GIVEN IT TO ME? >> I got three. Do you ACTUALLY HEY. UH, she's inside. Go ahead and get this. We're going to walk you. I was calling this. >> Stop. >> When all she could talk about was my rights, she stopped seeing anyone else as human. 10 minutes was enough for the mass to hit the floor. Choosing to sprawl out on the airport ground wasn't some clever protest. It was a sign of emotions spiraling into something downright ridiculous with ego shouting louder than reason. Where is my boyfriend? NO. NO. >> NO. NO. Do >> you want my boyfriend? >> No. >> So now you're TREATING ME WITH SUCK, BUT YOU WILL CALL THAT BOYFRIEND. >> ALL RIGHT. Somebody go that side. Let me get my hand. You really think that's what you want TO DO? LET'S GO. AND LET ME IN. YOU WANT >> There you go. >> You want >> Hey, how about restraint? >> Let go because this hurts AND I DO NOTHING. >> I DON'T care and you hurt me this entire time. >> I respect your name. >> You are NOT NOTHING. I did nothing. >> Hey, your name is stuck. I'm not going to do anything. Let me hold my voice. We're going to take you right here. No. Right here. I want to call your seat belt off. Okay. >> No, I don't have seat belt. It's right here. You >> That's fine. >> Can you both shut up for one moment, please? >> What do you mean? >> Stop. I literally practice radical honesty. >> Okay. and everything in my life. I do not lie. I do not do anything. I do not whatever. The only reason I am fighting you is because I was not in the wrong. I literally just laid there. Someone said, "Hey, can you not lay there?" And I said, "Bro, I've literally laid here every single time I put you through this as fast as you can." >> Can you treat me with respect? >> So, can I get these off your feet so you can walk on your own? Okay. Can you please take this off or do something? >> Put your leg straight out. >> I will not fight you. >> Don't kick. >> She wanted to fly first class, but instead she landed in a cold holding cell. In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with public intoxication, felony assault on an officer, resisting, obstructing, and disorderly conduct. After conviction, she was permanently banned from flying Southwest Airlines and could face fines up to $5,000. And as the sky closed for her, someone else at the gate lit the next match, turning the tension into a racial flash point. On August 14th, 2025, police responded to Orlando International Airport after reports of a passenger causing a disturbance in the TSA area. The public accusations and loud arguing disrupted security operations. But once officers stepped in, the story started showing a lot more layers than what people first saw. keep swearing at us and being disruptive and accusing us of all kinds of discrimination and everything. >> Oh, sir, come over here. Let me tell you what's going on. Tell me that they want to be disrespectful and racist. >> Racist? >> Yeah, that's exactly what you did. >> Why? >> I called the police. >> My kids right here. They had other people go um around me. >> They told me to check everything out my bag. >> And that's racist. >> That's racist. You you actually let other people and other ethnicities go around me that had >> I never saw anything. I just >> I never saw you never saw anything. >> What happened with you? >> I just heard you swearing. >> You just heard me. >> 989, please. >> I don't have anybody here. >> No, he wasn't even here. >> Is that the Yeah, let's do that. >> She won't tell me what she's flying. >> Okay. >> Ma'am, we need to know where you're flying, dear. >> Can I find out what your name is? >> Ma'am, we'll give you all that information so I can find out. >> What airline are you flying? >> Does it matter? That's what he asked. That's what he think. >> I think I don't need an understanding of He needs >> I've asked you for something twice and you told me no. >> He just asked me where I'm flying. I asked >> what you're doing. Just so you know, you're digging yourself. But you're digging yourself a hole. I needed your ID and you told me no. >> You don't need nothing. I need your name. I need >> What's going on, >> man? I don't know. I'm trying to like this woman. They just did some crazy [ __ ] and I don't do anything because they were making me open all my eyes. They had other people going through. >> Well, and not Okay, I understand you got to do your due diligence and whatever it is that you got to do, but there was a man that came in. He's done. He has an iPad in his thing. He passed us. >> Why didn't you make him take his iPad out? Even though TSA staff reported cursing and abusive language, she insisted she did nothing wrong and even dared them to check the cameras. That confidence felt performative, like someone who truly believes talking loud enough can bend reality. When the officers didn't bite and wouldn't be emotionally steered, she pivoted, trying to pull sympathy from the crowd instead. >> No, if you're going to do what you're doing to me, I'm with two kids. I get it that people are smuggling kids, but like these are my kids who they have no kids. No, then you was like, "Oh, open everything. I I need you to open everything." I'm like, "You didn't really need to go that that you know what I mean? Like that deep." >> You sound like you're from New York. >> I am. >> I'm from New York. That's I could tell. I was like, you sound like you're from New York. >> Like it wasn't that nec that what she was doing was not necessary. >> So it was just the the fact that she was having open all the bags. Oh, they on the menu and she was there. People gone. >> Did they ask you for your ID by chance? >> No. >> They never asked you for your >> Nope. Till we checked in. That was it. And then they said that I have to open all my I need my That's why I said what you're doing is wrong. And that's why I told her. I was like, you fighting for all strength right now. >> Cuz they have cuz they do have a right to go through the back. But I get I get what you're saying in terms of it was just you're saying it was just you. >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. We got one more bag of hers over here still. >> Where? >> That one. >> Okay. >> I called Jeff Blue supervisor. >> This is clear. >> This is clear. >> Yeah. >> Let me give this back to her so she has it. >> All right. If you want to go ahead and put this in there for the kids. >> Yeah. PlayStation if you thought you were smoking. >> Yeah, >> they're not letting me find. >> They're calling rank. They're calling R. They're calling R. >> Oh, I think I >> They calling rank because they think cuz they try to discriminate against me and I said something about it. >> Yeah, this is what she racist. I heard >> Okay, I just want to make sure. >> Thank you. Okay. >> Um, she call her in. They call her in and they got the officers over here. white racist mother. They made me open. >> You playing GT? Hey, what you about? >> Have you played Deadpool yet? >> It doesn't matter. >> I'm going to I want everybody. >> The entitlement was so consistent that even her own sons basically admitted she's always like this. When your kids are already worn out by it, that's a red flag for a distorted ego. Where someone hides rude, contemptuous behavior behind principles and treats authority like it's optional. >> We're going to be talk about racism. I'm going to hold on cuz you lied and said something to me. Oh, but that I said that I swear on you. >> Get the recordings. I never said anything negative. >> Stop recording. Stop. Don't escalate. Just stop. >> I don't want it to get talk from here. talk from here. Have a civilized conversation. I don't care what you call me. Have a civilized conversation. I'm doing just like he said. >> It doesn't matter where I'm going. >> You're not going up the ramp. You're not getting >> I'm leaving. Are you not? Do you want to go? >> You need to leave the airport if you want to leave. >> Thank you, sir. I'm leaving. You racist. >> Are you freaking I don't care. Let me go. Why am I going to go up there so you guys can turn me around? Does that make sense? >> You're not allowed to go up there. And so that's what I'm >> Thank you. So let me exit the airport like you said. >> You want to exit? Come on. I got you. >> Thank you. Cuz I can't fly. You said I can't go. Right. >> We didn't say anything. >> You said I can listen you guys. He kept asking me listen. So that's what I'm trying to say. If you want >> if you want, we can go and talk to the chap supervisor. It's not a problem. You have a right to >> So I'm going to go over there and there's a possibility they're going to turn me down, right? I don't know that. I really don't. I'm not going to lie to you. >> So, if you want, I'll take you. >> They're telling me that they could walk me down to JetBlue and it's a possibility that they let me on the flight, but there's a possibility also. So, I'm like, why should I walk up to the flight to get turned down and then come back down the >> Let's go ahead and talk. My name is >> She's not flying. >> She's not flying with us. >> She's going to be a problem. I need your name. >> Okay. >> I need you. >> I need your name. >> You're going to be next to me >> now. You smell like alcohol while you were drinking alcohol. No, I was not. This is the excuse you guys used. >> I've been there, done that. I worked for the police department. >> The only excuses that I'm racist, >> you had racist employees. >> The moment the airline said no and told her to leave the airport, everything snapped into focus. She wasn't the center of the universe anymore. Instead of accepting it, she went passive aggressive, stalling, dragging it out, making it difficult on purpose. And by then, everyone could see it. Police patience isn't endless. >> You cannot take pictures of my >> No, you took pictures of me. >> No, I did not. >> You took pictures of me, huh? >> No, it's a freedom land. Okay. >> You're going to look at Ma'am. >> All right, let's go. >> Ma'am, you took pictures of my information. >> Ma'am, >> what's your name? >> Ma'am, let's go. >> I need your name. >> Let's go. You can get that at check. >> I need her name. I need her name. >> You can get that outside the You can get it outside the checklist. >> No, we're going over there. >> Stop. >> What? She just took information from me. >> Do you want to get trusted? >> She just took information from me. >> Stop. >> You just took information. Excuse me. You're a >> front of your kid. >> They got mad. He was a racist. >> Perfect. Perfect. >> Good. And he was the other racist. >> I'm trying to tell you to keep walking because you're going to get trespassed and you're not missing. >> I'm not trespassing. She just canled my ticket. Yes, she did because you're not listening and I don't know her. >> So, you don't know me. I >> You can go ahead and head on out. >> Okay. I have a great day. Just like you. >> Just like you. >> Just like you have rights. I have right now. >> What? From what? Because your officers felt some type of way and they got emotional. >> I tried. I tried. >> No, >> I tried. You can go ahead. We have Land Start coming. You can go ahead. >> You can go ahead. Come on. You cannot trespass in nothing. The hell out of here. I have a ticket. We're leaving. We've been set to leave. You held us against our will. >> Who held >> You held us against our >> All right, let's let's exit. Let's exit. >> Come on. >> I said, >> "Let's go. >> Just leave." >> Okay, I'm leaving. Please stop harassing me. >> Stop harassing me. Please >> stop harassing me with my kids. Please leave me alone. You're harassing me. He already got on my face. He already He's trying to make it seem like I'm trying to like hit him. They're harassing me. Four men get me. >> She wasn't scared of the uniform. She was scared of being pulled back into regular life where rules apply to her, too. Once the victim role stopped working, the imaginary power evaporated. The cuffs closed like a period at the end of a self-written story [music] where policy finally caught up to attitude. >> They want to trespass. I told you she NEEDS TO LEAVE. >> BACK UP FROM ME. >> OKAY. >> Back up for me. >> You're under arrest. >> No, you're under arrest. Nothing. Stop. >> I'm not under arrest. Get off of me. >> Get the wall. Get the wall. >> Stop. >> Grab this arm. Don't do that. [laughter] Don't do that. >> Don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that. >> Get it now. They're just in my kiss. You're not going to leave my kid. >> Hold your corn. >> Put your left hand behind your back. You stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> ARE YOU AM I RESISTING? >> I'm I'm under arrest for what? You were harassing me. >> Harassing me. And I was walking out. >> I was walking out. wrong. >> I was walking out. Get the hell out of here. Anthony. Anthony, get Kyle and call dad. >> Put on this. >> Oh, I'm so grabb my phone. ANTHONY, GET DOWN MY >> ANTHONY. Take my ankle. >> I'll give it to yourself. report right now. >> What's your mom's phone? >> Tell them. >> What do you need? Stop yelling. >> I'm not going to stop yelling. >> My kids are 10 and seven. >> Okay. >> Thank you very much. What I needed was to get out the [ __ ] airport. In fact, MY NO, I WAS. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? >> DON'T YELL AT ME. >> WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? I don't care. >> Somebody get a car. >> You guys sitting there. They're going to seat belt you in and stuff. Don't damage your truck cuz then you got to you may look at some other you may look at some other >> damn it's over. That's it. It's over. You're under arrest. That's it. It's over. It's over. That's it. >> I know. >> Enough. Okay. Enough. >> So that's it. No more profanities. The more obscenities. >> I'm not Who was saying profanity? Like I said, I hope you guys feel like a man. >> I don't feel like a man >> when their father beat me down to Paul. >> I didn't do anything. >> Everything. Yeah. I had black eyes. >> You've been You've been several times. >> Anyway, We gave you a lot. We gave you a long >> No, you guys are mad. >> We gave you a long week cuz I didn't know nothing. >> I said I was leaving. I was calling somebody. Okay, whatever. You guys did what you did. It's cool. >> The two children were kept with police until family arrived to pick them up. In the end, the woman was arrested and faced charges including trespassing and disorderly conduct. If convicted, she could be fined up to $2,000 plus around 6 months of probation. All because she chose escalation over cooperation. From a racial accusation at the gate, the screen cuts to the next meltdown, an abusive disabled person losing control. On August 4th, 2025, police were dispatched after reports of a serious domestic dispute. A woman was accused of being intoxicated, loud, and disorderly inside the home. But as each side began telling their story, the critical details slowly came into focus. >> Sheriff's office. >> Hello. >> Yes, there's someone here, right? >> Yeah, I know. >> What's going on, Pam? >> He will not leave me alone. >> He won't leave you alone. I'm going to move your chair. Okay, we're going to back up. And I'm trying to go back to sleep. All I did was get up to go potties and he's being an ass. >> You can open the door, sir. I'm here. >> Hi. What's going on? Is that from just now? >> That was from last night. I was holding the door now. She's getting ready to come in. >> Yeah, I seen that. I seen that. >> She's been drunk for days on end. She's a rott of beer and she's orary. She wants more beer. >> No, I am not. >> And you took it. >> Okay. So, what happened today? >> Started uh this is like an ongoing saga, but >> Mhm. >> started drinking about 3 days ago. And then I >> had more of this. >> So, she drank her she drinks about 15 pack a day. So she drank her thing and I was hoping she would just sleep, but she didn't. So she got mad at me cuz she wanted the other beer. >> So I took a few out and I gave her the rest of the case. But when that was gone, she wants what's left. I I can't do this. >> I paid for it. I bought it. >> I want her. I just like I starting to wreck my house. She's going to come after me. I know she won't. She's drunk like she flats out. >> Okay. Was that there was any physical altercation? >> You're getting physical again now? Yeah. >> The husband's exhaustion was the result of a neverending cycle. When alcohol drives behavior, conflict becomes inevitable. The woman, meanwhile, tried to separate herself from what she'd done with a short, flat denial, an attempt to preserve a victim image and avoid facing the truth. >> No one's going to be drinking anything else right now. >> It is 8:00 in the morning. >> Is some water. >> Well, then I think that's a great idea. You should drink some water. So, I I got divorce papers and I need some information for I am going to follow through with the thing. >> He said he filed for a divorce. >> I got the paperwork. >> There's a constant >> Anyway, um what what if it does she hit you, swing at you, kick you? >> She wants to kick and she gets close enough then she'll swing. >> Okay. Well, what happened within the last >> She kicked me a couple times, but I was moving pretty fast. >> Okay. I was dancing around to get back in my room >> that I was trapped out there. >> Your life. >> Okay. >> I can't see anymore. I haven't slept in days. >> I'm physically and mentally burnt. >> Okay. >> What is she Was she swearing at you? Was she >> nontop? >> Non-stop. What was she saying? >> Oh, she wants a beer. I'm an [ __ ] I'm a loser. You name it. And then it goes on for hours. >> Okay. And then the door poundage started the other night, but now last night she did that. >> This Okay. Do you want criminal damage to >> Yeah, I do. >> Okay. >> I I'm not playing this game with She did this to my last house when we lived together. She broke every door in the place now. >> Okay. Why is she in a wheelchair? >> She had Deion B in 2013, 2014. >> So she needs to be in the wheelchair. >> Most Yeah, pretty much all the time. She can stand for a while. But >> observations pointed to an extreme need for control paired with property destruction, a form of emotional purge where forces used to instill fear and compensate for deep helplessness. The home slowly turned into a psychological prison. The wheelchair didn't end the violence. It only changed how it showed up. >> It's okay. This gets paperwork. I'm going through with this cuz I can't take my >> I'm sorry. I know it's difficult to go through somebody that you love or have loved and been with for so long, but >> she's you got to make sure you >> take care of yourself. >> I have to right now. >> Mhm. >> I was in the hospital a few weeks ago. Whole time I was in there, she was drunk. You guys had to come here. She passed out on the floor. >> Oh god. >> I'm going to go grab my paperwork. Okay. >> All right. All right. >> What was that? >> 36. >> Okay. and he needs to shut up about it. >> She said she's not on any painkillers or anything. >> Still going to be in clearance. >> Yep. >> All I got to do is go back to bed. >> Well, that's not going to be happening, Pam. >> Why? What you call me back to jail? >> Actually, that's exactly what we're going to do. Yes. >> [ __ ] >> Pam, >> I ain't going there. I was here once before because of his lies. >> Okay. >> And it hurt me more with my back. >> Okay. >> Than anything. I couldn't have any of my meds. I couldn't have any anything. >> Okay. Well, Pamela, >> I ain't going. >> You are. You're going to be placed under arrest today. Bull >> for DC disorderly conduct, domestic enhancer, and criminal damage to property. >> I didn't do any damage to his property. >> You busted the door down. The door. There's a big hole in it. And when I was here, >> that doesn't mean I did it. >> Does that mean I did it? >> All right, Pamela, we're going to be placing you under arrest today. >> No, you're not. >> Yes, we are. Once she realized officers were completing arrest paperwork, she switched tactics and began weaponizing vulnerability, she believed being in a wheelchair would make police hesitate. The arrogance peaked when she started giving orders to the very officers enforcing the law. >> Last time they took me, they said, "We don't want her back here because we got to get her up to take her to the bathroom and everything." Well, because we'll have to figure that out. >> Refuse to take a wheelchair. >> All right, we're gonna be placing you under arrest. No, >> Pam. Don't resist, Pam. >> Resist us. >> Come on. >> This is going to add another charge and we don't want to have to do that. >> He is under arrest. You arrest him. >> I'm arresting you. >> Why, Pam? >> Because you said enough. >> Get your hand off of me. >> Nope. >> Now. >> No. Do it now. >> Do not put your hands down. >> Do it now. >> I'm going to put your hands behind your back if you can't stop. >> Okay, now you're getting a resistance charge. Yep. Okay. [groaning] >> Get off of me. >> You're hurting me. You >> got her arms. >> Yeah, I got her arms. >> You don't even have my meds. I don't even have my meds today. Stop. God hands off of me. >> Nope. >> Are you trying to bite me, Pam? >> Yes. >> No. >> Okay, now I get another charge. Pam, >> no. >> Let's go. >> No. No. >> Yep. >> Pam. All right. >> GET OFF of me. GET OFF. THIS MIGHT BE A LITTLE TRICKY. GOOD JOB, FELLOWS. There were last time took me see and he had my car. I want the keys to my car cuz she can't do that. >> Even while being taken into custody, the obsession with ownership clung on. She demanded the car keys despite not being allowed to drive. It was a final grab at the illusion of control. One can only hope the man involved gets to live out his remaining years in peace. >> I want my car keys >> because he is not driving it anywhere. >> His name is not even on the license. >> All right. >> How is making this? >> Come on. Stand up. >> Can I come on? Actually, I'm asking you a question. >> That's not a pulling out of chair. >> I'm asking a question. >> We're going to deal with this first. >> Come on. >> GET YOUR >> ALL RIGHT. I want my first order my >> 47 1095. >> Do that. >> I'll grab your arms. JUST SWING YOUR FEET. TRYING TO SET HER UP. >> YEP. >> And you're going to knock me right off my wheelchair. I'll be going to mile sound. >> Can you please I'm not I'm not going to my bluff. I'm going to need >> Can you please take these off so I can move? Okay, you're throwing me on the floor. Straight back. First and go straight back. >> All right. >> Okay. >> She's just going to have to lay out my bedroom. >> Okay. I >> I want my shoes out of my bedroom. >> All right. In the end, the woman was taken to jail and faced multiple charges, including assault on an officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property. Although several charges were later dropped, she still plead guilty to disorderly conduct with a domestic violence enhancement, the final sentence, 37 days in jail, court costs, and a permanent mark on her criminal record. One person realizes they don't hold the power. Another lets jealousy turn a holiday into violence. On July 4th, 2025 in New Jersey, officers were on post fireworks patrol when they heard loud arguing coming from a parking lot. As they approached, they found an intoxicated couple locked in a heated dispute. And this is what followed. >> Um, we had a confusion discussion about who lives in that house. >> No. No. >> Okay. He's been He's been my face. >> I tried to walk away. I I made a gesture at him and he got so offended. So that's >> and she cut me open right there. Goodbye. >> Hold on. >> Look at her and talk to her. >> All right. So, what's going on? >> What's going on? So, you guys got to >> Here's the deal. >> We've had some marriage issues. >> So, what's going on tonight? Uh, I don't want to get rich. >> I was looking over at that house tonight and I was looking at sparklers with my nephew. She is very hyper sensitive to thinking I'm looking at other women. >> All right. So, are you guys married or? >> Yeah, we're married. He spit in my face. He left me twice for 30 minutes. >> Okay. >> Um, >> she's like, "What are you looking at?" Like my 8-year-old, we're looking at sparkles. And then my brother was like, "Oh yeah, I know who lives in that house. Remember that girl from our grade? I went to private high school. I don't know who he's talking about." But I dumbly just agree with it. >> Whatever. I It doesn't matter. >> So So what was the what started the argument? >> It It really >> It does kind >> What started the argument? I asked him something and I I I can't I I I really >> Okay, hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> No, no, no. >> Christian, if you're going to do I I just rather go home. Let's go get our stuff and and go home. This is This is ridiculous. This is ridiculous. >> On your foot. >> So So >> I'm not I'm not doing this actually. Don't touch me. Megan, >> don't [ __ ] touch me. Megan, do not do this. >> Then then let this go. I don't want to be >> I'm just telling them what's going on. And then >> it's not their [ __ ] business. Yes, it is. >> No, it's actually not. It's It's not. And for you to do this, I'm Megan. So let's just go home, get my stuff, and I'm going to go home tonight. And I'm going to go maneuver whatever. This is not there. Stop. >> Her extreme sensitivity to her husband looking at someone else points to deep insecurity and a need for control. Jealousy becomes a punishment tool when he doesn't comply. At that moment, she wasn't asking the police to find the truth. She just wanted to keep the upper hand. >> Then let it go and let's go home cuz I No. Megan, >> you're speaking to me. I can't just walk away. Stop doing that. Stop. >> Okay. Nope. Let me get taken away in handcuffs. You're going through it. Please do not do that. Please. >> You did this. You did this. You did this. >> No. Then talk to us together. >> Megan, stop. >> I'm not doing this, Christian. >> You're going to get arrested. You're going to [laughter] get arrested. >> No, because I will go. >> Megan, stop it. Stop it. Just stop it. >> Jesus Christ. >> I can. >> Okay. For what? >> Okay. Well, you have >> Why are you going to arrest me on grounds of >> That's what we're figuring out. >> For what? That's what we're having these conversations for. >> No, no, no. What would you exactly arrest me for >> right now? >> Yeah. >> This is conduct for >> which is what? What? What did I do? >> Yelling. >> I didn't scream or yell. >> Oh, you did >> when? >> Right there. >> No, I didn't. I said I don't want to be detained, but uh there was absolutely nothing in which I screamed or yell. >> I didn't scream right now. >> A little bit. >> No, I didn't. And I'm not now. >> So, what do you Okay. Okay. So, what are you going to ask me for now? >> Nothing for I just I just needed the separation. I I just wanted I just wanted to have a conver with you to see what happened. That's all this is. >> That's all this is. >> You can go back to him. >> No, I'm good. >> I'm going to stay here. >> I'm going to get an Uber and I'm leaving. >> Not yet. >> Well, you're not going to keep me. >> I am. >> For what? >> You can't. Legally, you can't. I didn't do anything. I didn't have disorderly conduct. I'm leaving him. You guys can talk to him and if he wants to do something, go for it. But that has nothing to do with me and I'm allowed to get Uber. I'm allowed to leave. >> This is a clear display of entitlement. In her mind, the law applies to everyone else. She can't accept that someone educated like her could be arrested for assault. Personal freedom becomes a shield to ignore a lawful detention. What are we doing here? >> Why are you calling me? >> Huh? >> Why are you calling me? >> Because I told you you're not free to go. >> Uh, you have to tell me. Why? Because when the Uber comes, >> why you're not getting in it? >> For what? Uh because you're currently under investigation for possibly assaulting him. >> I didn't assault him. >> Well, his arm's bleeding. So, if you keep walking, you're going to be >> detained. Listen, I'm not following you down Ocean Avenue. You have to stay here. Okay. >> Yes. >> Do you want to be detained? >> I don't want to put you in handcuffs. >> I'm going to get an Uber. >> No. >> And I'm going to go home. You want to tell me? >> I'm not giving. I'll give you my information, but I'm leaving. I'm free to go. >> Nope. You are not. >> Stop. You have to stay here. >> Said do not push me. >> Then do not touch me. You're not allowed to touch me. >> [ __ ] you. >> That's all we're doing. Nope. All right, come here. You're under arrest. Don't resist. You sure you are? >> Don't Don't >> Are you ser What are you doing? >> You Because you're >> Why? >> Because >> Are you kidding me? >> What the now or no? Can I talk to him? >> What the [ __ ] >> Are youing serious? >> Every attempt by officers to calm things down is met with defiance. Here, the moral mask fully collapses. Aggression flips to panic. The fear of losing control over her public image outweighs even the fear of jail. A classic sign of an ego crisis. >> Put your hands on. >> What are you [ __ ] doing? >> Can you let me talk? What are the [ __ ] are you doing? >> Put your hands behind your >> No, the man [ __ ] spit in my [ __ ] face. What are you doing, Christian? >> What are you? >> Give me your hand. >> What are you doing? Okay, I'm going to get up. >> Give me your hand now. >> What are you doing? >> Give me your hand now. >> Can you let me up? >> Alex, I'm done. >> What are you doing? Jason, what are you doing? >> What are you doing? >> Can I find my mom, please? >> Let me get to the headquarters. Yeah. >> What are you doing, Christian? >> All right. If you're saying what happened, >> I told him I asked not to do this. >> Then what are you What did you tell him? You had a scratch on his >> Okay, Christian. They can't arrest me cuz you have aing scratch on your arm. >> Actually, we can >> Can you come with me then? >> No. >> Why can't my husband come with me? >> Cuz he can't. >> You can't. He You can't You can't arrest me if he's not involved in this. Gracious. Wait. Can you please Can you please have my husband come here? >> Stop. Please. >> Can I talk to my husband? >> Yeah. If you get in the car, we'll roll down the window. >> Get in. >> Can you please Let me talk to my husband first. You sit in the car. >> I have a car. >> Let me talk to my husband. >> While Megan continues screaming in the patrol car, her boyfriend finally gets room to breathe and to speak. In that moment, he admits the scars on his body aren't random, but marks from prior abuse that had been quietly ongoing. >> So then what happened? Um, I walked away because I was being basically accused of knowing who's living there, having some type of interest, some attraction. >> I don't know who the lives there. >> No clue. So, I don't have a clue. I walk away. >> Mhm. >> I walked for 20 minutes. I come back. I keep trying to talk to her again. Um, and I came back. She keep repeating the same story. I pulled the chair towards her. I probably shouldn't have done that. I was getting mad again. I was telling her like, "I don't know what's going on." She's like, "Oh, well, your mother knows who lives there. Your brother It's just stupid. It's dumb. It's been like this all day." >> And then I get mad. I I was like mouthing her. I must have spit in her face. >> And then I walk away again. And then I'm thinking to myself, what am I supposed to do here? There's no logic. There's no rhyme. I can't logically get through this. Come back again. I'm trying to talk to her again. Then I'm like finally like she's pissing me off again. I'm like I'ming out of here. She starts chasing after me. She grabs me. She cuts me open. >> And I I'll be honest. I have scars all over my body from stuff like this happening. I'm pushing her back. I'm saying get away from me. I push her against the fence. I keep and I think I don't know if you guys saw me, but I'm sitting here trying to move and it's just been I mean this has been going on for a while. >> We've we've had a lot of trouble marriage. Like the thing is, >> she's very determined and I'm freaked out that she's going to try to get herself arrested by telling you guys that you shouldn't be doing this. All I want to do is go one to my parents. Okay. I asked her three times to leave the beach since the firewall. >> This is driving me. I didn't expect this. Now my arm is killing me now. >> Yeah. >> Well, with signs of injury, she's probably going to be arrested. >> I don't want her to be. >> It's It's not our It's not up to you. >> Did he ask you to do this? He showed us his arm. There's signs of injury as you know. >> I'm just asking a simple question. Whatever he showed you. I'm asking if he asked you to do this. No. No. >> I told him. >> Did he ask you not to? >> He said he would prefer not to, but I told him it's not up to him. >> In the end, the woman is taken to jail and faces a simple assault charge. If convicted, she could face up to 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine. However, later court records show no final disposition, suggesting the charges may have been dismissed or lost due to a procedural or recordkeeping issue. On March 29th, 2025, cops got called out for a drunk woman accused of harassing and even attacking kids right in the middle of the neighborhood. Her loud, taunting mouth and wild behavior threw the whole block into chaos. So, what went down when the officers finally stepped up to her? Say hi. Go. What's going on? >> She was throwing us on the problem. >> Do not fight me. Put your hands. >> I'm not going to put my hands against I'm not going to fight. >> Do not fight me or I'm going to put you on the ground. Do you understand? Do you understand? >> No. You stop talking. >> Okay. Shut up. I get it. But look at me. These kids are not debuffing. Please. These kids are not the problem here. It's It's Wait, wait, wait. No. Stop. >> This is not This is not going to go well for you. YOU'RE GOING TO GO >> STOP RIGHT HERE, PLEASE. Are you serious? >> Why? All right. Do you hear that? They're laughing right now. >> I don't care. You're out here beating up little kids. Give me a break. >> Beating up little kids. >> Give me a break. GIVE ME A BREAK. >> I'M NOT beating up. Stop. I'm not being a little [ __ ] >> I'm not being a >> Look at this little backside. >> See, and this is this is what I'm saying. >> Look at Look at her. >> This is the Oh my god. >> I'll talk to you in a minute. >> Hold on, guys. Give me a second. Here's what we have to do. So that way we get everything straight. We're going to I've got more officers coming. We're going to talk to everybody one at a time. Okay. You guys cool with that? Yep. >> Put a hands up. >> Okay. Yeah. Let's all talk over here, guys. >> Hold on one second. >> You break out my window, you're getting a felony charge. Do you understand that? >> You're a real hot ass. Hear that? >> Do you understand? >> Yeah. You're what? 21? >> No. >> What? You're 22? >> NO, I'M 35. >> OH, HARD ASS. >> SO, you were just riding your bike and she just push you off willy-nilly. >> 36. If you could step it up. She's trying to break out my window. >> Give me just a second, guys. What do you THINK YOU'RE GETTING? >> NO. DON'T LET HIM GET ME A MINUTE. YOU NEED TO STOP. ACT LIKE AN LIKE A GROWN-UP. HOW OLD ARE YOU? >> I'M TRYING TO HOW OLD ARE YOU? >> How old are you? >> Your age. >> Okay, then you need TO START ACTING LIKE >> A MINUTE TO ACT like your age. >> Okay, then I'm telling you, sit in the back of this car, relax, and I WILL COME TALK TO YOU. >> YOU'RE GIVING ALL these children a minute. >> Correct. Because they're the ALLEGED VICTIM. SO, YOU KNOW, >> SHE WAS in full-blown meltdown mode, screaming, flailing, and flat out refusing to follow orders. This wasn't just a case of ignoring the cops. It was her own twisted defense mechanism, denying reality and blaming everybody else. Meanwhile, the officers stayed calm and kept working through each witness one by one. >> She put her hands around your neck. That's what T said she was so choking you. >> Did she choke you out? >> I think she >> So, she put her hands around your neck. Do you remember that or did she just like grab your chest or your arms >> like she put one of her hands around my neck >> on the front or the back? >> I think um on the side then she push >> and she pushed me off my bike. >> Okay. Then she >> and this what she was saying but she she was saying cuz my grandson he going to get his haircut but she was calling and she was calling by you state. >> No I understand. >> Absolutely. So what's going to happen is cuz we got a lot of witnesses that we got to interview. We'll get you guys some paperwork. We're going to be here for a little bit. Okay. But don't worry, just justice going to be served >> cuz I got to get to work myself. >> Okay. All right. Um I'm assuming you want to press charges. >> Of course you want to press charges. >> Might as well. >> Okay. All right. That's all I need to know. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. So, give us a few minutes. We got to get some paperwork. We'll get you guys all squared away and then we'll get that figured out. Okay. So, what happened today? What h what happened? Why Why are we here? >> They're they're terrorists. >> What do they do today? Well, today I mean listen, I pay money taxes and all the things. Like, trust me, I've gone to jail. You can look me up. I know that it's not a sh like you can look me up, Alexander. Like, you can look me up and call your county. Like, you can see like I've been to jail and call your county. Like, it's not a shame. I have But these kids, >> what do they do to your day or whatever? Today they just they just they just literally tonight we were we were it was uh it was like a >> Do you know these kids? >> I don't know these kids. >> You called? >> I'm the one that called. >> Okay, perfect. Let's talk over here real quick. >> So, we were we were all just chilling at home and then we seen this little >> Were you outside or inside? >> We were outside. [laughter] >> We were all like chilling outside and then we seen the kids running from the park. Okay. >> We could see her chasing them. Like we What I seen, what caught my eye was she was trying to get like a branch from a tree that's out here. >> Okay. >> She couldn't get it, so she continued chasing the kids. >> He ends up yelling at the kids to like go home. They're running. She's chasing them, and then they turn this corner, lost her for a bit, and then we see her walking back. >> They're being kids and following her, thinking it's fun. But the little girl was on her bike, not even bugging this girl. And she just comes up and pushes her off the bike. And then she's off the bike. She grabs the bike and then pushes the girl and everything. >> Witnesses backed up the story. She'd gotten physical with kids and thrown around racial slurs. While she tried to spin it like the kids were the problem. The cops just kept gathering statements, piecing together the truth. >> Okay. >> What else happened? >> Don't leave. >> But what physical? What did you see physical? cuz I'm going to talk. >> I seen a stick or something get thrown. >> She threw a stick at them. >> Something. >> Okay. Did you see who specifically she threw it at or was it just kind of the group as a whole? >> Hey. Hey. Which one of y'all she threw that stick at? >> She was throwing at the group. >> Okay. >> She was throwing it at all of them. >> At all of them. Okay. Okay. Clearly >> she racist. >> Well, clearly. >> Yeah. She We was running away >> and she was chasing after >> picking up items. It kept picking up items. She even threw leaves. >> All right. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. >> Sit on my porch. >> Okay. >> Seen her trying to throw sticks at the kids. I We yelled and told her to stop. I seen him come up. He said, "Did you guys see that?" I said, "Yes." I was like, "Ma'am, quit throwing the kicks at the stick." She's like, "Well, these kids are out of control. It doesn't matter. Stop throwing, you know, leave the kids alone. They'll leave you alone. Walk away." >> And when I seen her push the little girl, when my daughter seen her push the little girl, I ran over there to make sure the girl was all right. >> You saw her push the girl off the bike. >> I seen my daughter seen it. I leaned over. I seen her on the ground. So, I ran over there and then that's when she pushed her when I was going over there to stop her, but I didn't see I didn't see a lot of it. I was just >> So, we were going to back to my house and then the lady >> Mhm. >> had was chasing the little kids. >> Okay. >> So, I'm like wondering why. >> What was she saying? >> I don't know if she's drunk. >> Okay. Just screaming. >> So, usually when people are drunk, I don't mess with people that are drunk. >> Then we're we are laughing. Wait, >> but we're laughing at something else. >> Okay. >> She's like, "Oh, you think it's funny." And we're over here saying, >> "We're not laughing at you." And then out of nowhere, she sees her laughing and she pushes her to the gate. >> What game? >> This this exact gate. >> Soon as I got there and the gate opens, I can see him like I'm like, "What's going on?" So they told me what's going on. So I took my car and park. >> This is your car here? >> Yeah. I took it and park it. >> So I The fight was right here. No, she was up in the corner of that fence when I came up, but they was way away from the fence. Then they started telling me what's going on with her. So I stopped my car and got out cuz I got to step on. So then I'm telling them, so as I turn my back, she don't shove the hell out of me. You know what I'm saying? Not only me, the girl with the green. >> A male witness sealed the deal, confirming the violence and the racist remarks. She was clearly drunk or high, slurring her words and acting completely out of control. Shoving grown adults who tried to step in showed she was ready to use force on anyone who got in her way. >> So, I want you to listen to me. You were kicking this window earlier. If that happens again, we're going to >> break any windows. I won't >> We're going to get you out. We're going to check your Hank house cuz now you're calm and we can do this the right way. >> All I wanted to do is tell these kids that like >> Listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me. >> To know that like >> Are you listening to me? >> I'm this way. >> Okay. I'm going to have you step out. She We're going to help you. We're going to check the handcuffs. We're going to adjust them properly. Okay? That doesn't mean they're going to come off right now or that they're going to come off, but I need you to cooperate. Okay? Step out. >> I don't I don't want to I don't want to make problems for anybody, but these kids, >> can you put your chest against my trucker? >> Yeah. >> Thank you. I'm going to check your handcuffs. Okay. >> These kids, they don't they just don't know the problems that are like wrong in their community. >> It's so bad. >> There you go. Have you ever been with a black person? >> Okay. >> Have you ever been with a black person? >> I don't know how this relates to today. >> Have you been with a black person? >> I again I don't know how this relates to >> I just want to know. I want to know. >> You're white and I know this is the last this is the last reason that's like going to put me out on the street like but like look at them. Like just >> I see a bunch of kids. >> No, no, no. Put a peek over on the No, no, no. >> No. I >> listen. I would never hurt these kids. These kids like they deserve everything in the world. Like they deserve all of >> they deserve everything in this world. >> Alexander given to them. >> You said you didn't understand these rights, so I have to read them to you. Okay. >> No, it's so >> We're done here. Um, so here's here's what's happening. Okay. Go ahead and slide in a little bit for me. >> You have no kids. You have no >> slide in a little bit for me. Okay. I want to explain your charges to you. Okay. Just slide in for me. >> What are my charges? >> I'd like to explain it to you, but I need you to slide in a little bit. Okay. >> Dick. Yeah, that's fine. I just need you to slide in a little bit for me. Okay. >> Once she realized she was headed to jail, she screamed about being innocent and blamed the kids again. She even tried to kick out the cruiser's window, forcing officers to hold her down. She refused to get in the car until the cops spelled out the charges and warned they'd use force if she kept it up. >> But please help me. >> We are helping, >> you know. No, but he's pushing he's putting hands on me. >> I haven't touched him. >> Been resisting. So, you're going to go in. Relax. Just slide in. >> No, this is >> There you go. Perfect. >> Come towards me. >> There you go. Hold on. Easy. Easy. Easy. >> This is not This is This is not right. You know this isn't right. Exit. No way. >> No way. >> Ma'am, we're trying not to use any additional force on you. Okay. >> You do understand that if you keep this behavior up, we will have to put your feet in a pie. >> I would rather do it preventatively if we could. >> You just want to do it now? >> Okay. Sounds good. >> I'll >> I'll give you my feed. That's fine. >> But I've been right here. >> I will follow you. That's cool. >> These people have nothing to hold me. I have done nothing. >> Okay. >> Yeah, that's cool. >> 1940 if he has anything to do with this. No. 1940. Rape. >> No. >> No. You can you cannot bite my >> then you can you can trust another one. No. 1940. No. Get him out of here. I don't want >> Let's go. >> Do not 1940. You want to lose your job? >> Do you want another charge? >> Do I want another charge? >> Yeah. Assault Rio for trying to bite me. >> Go get another one. >> No. >> I'm right here. Alexandra, calm down. >> No. You >> wa >> Is THAT WHAT YOU WANT THAT WAY OR THIS WAY? >> YOU guys back that much. Do you want >> He's a rapist. He's a rapist. >> You don't even know him. >> I actually do. >> No. Do you? >> Yeah. I've been working with him. >> Did you? >> Let's go. >> Did you? >> No. Let's go. >> You want to go that way or this way? >> Yeah. >> Which way do you want to go? >> Come on. >> School. >> Here we go. >> Push me out. What's your val number? >> 1969. >> In the end, she was cuffed and booked on two counts of child abuse, disorderly intoxication, and resisting an officer. The child abuse charges are no joke. They can bring skyhigh bail and serious prison time. On May 4th, 2023 in Orlando, Florida, police spotted a gray Jeep suspected of running fake tags with an underage passenger inside not wearing a seat belt. What should have been a routine traffic stop quickly spun into a chain of unpredictable events. >> Can you roll your window down for me? I'm not eating. >> Uh, no ma'am. Can you roll your window down for me? >> No. >> Okay. I need to talk to you a little bit more. So, that's why I wanted it. And can you also turn your music down? >> Okay. >> Ma'am, I'll be asking the questions. Okay. >> I'm officer Lee with Orlando Police Department. The reason you're being pulled over >> 47245. >> I'm not I don't feel comfortable with y'all. This is like No, no, not open that car door. >> No, >> no. I am not getting out the car. I don't I'm not I'm not doing anything for me. >> I don't feel comfortable with y'all. I have No, >> I have my rights, >> but I do not feel comfortable with any of this. I lost all my dang on information just a few days ago. >> Well, ma'am, the first thing you don't you don't dictate us how we do a traffic stop. >> I Yes, I do. Cuz I don't feel comfortable. Yes, I do. I already went through this with somebody else. >> Understand that. No, I don't feel comfortable. >> Okay, my kids. No. >> Okay. >> No, I don't feel comfortable. >> Thank you. >> Ma'am, you you you really don't want to do this. >> So, y'all going to yank me out my car? >> Ma'am, we're telling you by law to get out of the vehicle. We are >> by law. >> By law, we're allowed to control the occupation of the vehicle. >> So, you're because you you don't have registration information for you. >> You won't turn off the vehicle like we don't. >> So, now we're asking you to step out of the vehicle. No. No, I'm calling my husband. >> Ma'am, >> I don't feel >> I've already told you why you've been pulled over. Okay. >> Okay. Give me the ticket. >> Okay. I can't even confirm who you are right now. >> I just told you I could be >> Things escalated fast from simple non-ooperation to flat out refusing a lawful order, giving officers grounds to use force. She kept throwing around my rights, but wasn't following basic instructions, showing she either misunderstood those rights or twisted them to suit her narrative. I need to see my name. >> Don't flip her hand. >> Stop it. Stop. Stop. >> Stop. >> Put your hands behind YOUR BACK. >> NO. >> PUT your hands behind your back. >> You don't make no goddamn sense. I'm screwing the [ __ ] out of y'all. You better put my dress up. >> Yes, ma'am. We have a female hood that'll be able to protect you. Okay. >> All right. Let's get her up. No, don't get me up cuz I'm fix. >> Do me a favor. Double lock those uh pool or something. It's just a cramp. >> All you need to do is >> I already went through all this [ __ ] with y'all before. That same damn concept. I told the other officer the same dress up. >> I told the officer, "Get my um Marine Corps um tag off of there." >> There you go. >> Come on up. >> There you go. >> Thank you. >> Do you have any identification in that car? >> I got a log tag. >> Okay. That's not an identification. >> It is. Y'all got five of y'all. >> One little bitty person. This would have went a whole different way if you just gave your ID. >> I didn't have no ID. >> Okay. You got to be able to provide an ID. If you don't have one, I said I had a common law and I still not answered. >> That's not be able to show us who you are. You can't just drive a vehicle and not know who you are. >> So now you're going to jail for something so simple >> cuz you don't want to listen. It's not because of us. It's because of you. >> It's not because of me. >> You could have been two lawsuits against y'all about this. >> Put that on my uh It's the same thing. >> Violate every constitutional right. That's fine. >> Promise you we're not violating. >> Yes, you are. My right to travel. My right to privacy. You yanked me out of my car. You reached your hand inside of my private vehicle. >> Even after being cuffed, the driver kept arguing, insisting the police had violated her rights. Once the confrontation ended, officers read her Miranda rights to keep the arrest airtight. Still, she was convinced she'd done nothing wrong and was already laying the groundwork for a possible lawsuit. >> All right, man. I'm going to read you something. Can you hear me? >> I can hear you. >> You got a right to remain silent. Do you understand? >> Mhm. >> Anything you say may be used in court. Do you understand? >> You have a right to talk to a lawyer before and during question. Do you understand? >> Mhm. >> If you cannot afford a lawyer or want one, one will be provided to you before question or without charge. Do you understand? Once he gets here, I'll let you talk to him. But do you want to talk about why you're in the back of my car in handcuffs? >> Nope. >> No. >> No. I do not want to talk about that. All right. Uh, to let you know, you are under arrest right now. Um, in the state of Florida, you must have the vehicle properly registered. I ran your tag that says it seems to have some type of characters that look like private. Um, that's not a tag that somebody is going to give you in the state of Florida. Um, also, when I'm asking for your driver's license, um, and I'm asking you to turn down the vehicle so I can hear your name and your date of birth a little properly instead of you having the music out loud. That's just so I can hear you a little bit better. Um, you have not been identified at that time. I still need to make sure I get a photograph of you. Um, just because you give me some information that says, um, >> I didn't give you any information. In fact, you didn't even ask me my name. You just kept asking to have my music turned down, which I told you no. >> Everything's on body camera. >> I know it's on body camera. So, we can talk about that when we go. >> I ask you for your name and ID. You know, I'd rather have your ID so I can get a picture. give you my name. I don't have any ID. I told you that I lost that. So, if you want to sit here and continue to make up little stuff and make your case better, then go ahead. >> Well, there's no case that I need to make. >> It is a case because it's going to be a big case to that's fine. >> But I gave you my name. >> Well, I'm just letting you know why you're in the back seat. Okay. When we tell you that you also need to cut the car off and that you need to come back to us, we're allowed to do that. >> I don't need to come out of my private automobile to >> But that's your opinion. But I'm telling you what the law is. >> That's not a pen. That's a no. Not by constitutional. >> She seemed uneasy about following constitutional procedures, constantly debating the legality of the stop as if trying to claw back control. Then her husband arrived, ready to give his side of the story. >> Not really good. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You there? >> Yes. >> You have I have my my my all my permits in my truck. >> I can fire them on my computer. He's registered to the the VIN. >> Yes. other vehicle. >> He's registered to the vehicle. >> Yes. Okay. Um but you don't have a I was talking about for the tag. Remember the takeway that other vehicles and I have a business and what was going on is that I had all that in the vehicle and I let my buddy keep the truck. >> Okay. >> And everything is in. >> You're supposed to have your registration in the vehicle. >> Okay. I know what I'm supposed to do, sir. >> I understand that. I understand what I'm supposed to do. >> Okay. But you said, one of you said that my wife resisted. >> Yes. That was >> You follow what I'm saying? We wouldn't even be here if she would have just gave the the officer identification >> uh and just complied with what he what we were requesting. >> You know, that's the thing. >> Are we done with the type of stuff? >> I am. >> I don't I don't want to reach around the vehicle. We done with it. >> Are you serious? >> Yes, sir. >> I'm a United States Marines. I did 27 years, dude. I'm not gonna do anything. >> Yeah. I got a family bunch of families been in the ring. Okay. >> So, we're done with the travel stuff. See, here's my card. Okay. >> All right. >> Okay. This is >> That's a universal ID card. >> Universal. What What agency issue that >> common law courts. >> Okay. I got you. Okay. >> All right. This is going to be a QR code. >> His appearance added personal context to the mess. [music] Yet even he admitted she was wrong for resisting. When he pulled out a so-called universal ID card, it revealed a belief that they were under some alternate legal system, a concept not recognized by any court and with zero legal standing. >> Thank you. All right, sir. Um, but the only thing is is that you can't drive this on the roadway. Okay. So, we don't want to be back in this position again. >> Okay. >> Thanks, buddy. >> Go ahead. Do you stand by you now? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Hey, man. That's some nice football you got on there, man. >> Oh, I appreciate it, buddy. >> All right, man. You want a couple drinks? >> Yes, please. >> Thank you. >> All right. Your husband's here. He's going to take your sons. Okay. >> Okay. Can I speak to him? >> I'll roll down the window real quick. I'll roll down the >> You want them to All right. >> Go ahead, ma'am. >> All right. >> And uh post the bail. >> I'm going to do that right now then, baby. That's what I'm going to do. I'm going to leave from here and I'm going to go post your bail. It's going to take like 3 4 hours just to let you know processing and [ __ ] >> Okay. And I'll get that straight away and and I'll come get you when they let you go. Okay. Babe, just just relax. >> I'm I I don't have my blood pressure medicine. So, >> you don't have your medicine? >> No, I don't have my inhaler. So, >> we'll address all that at the jail. I'm trying to go I will try to work with her on the bun, but we'll address that at the jail. In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with resisting an officer with violence and driving with a suspended or revoked license. These are no minor charges.
