STOP SNATCHING ME. WHY IS IT SNATCHING ME? CALM DOWN. >> Can I get a ticket for that and then still move on with my travels? >> I'M GOING TO FOLLOW YOU UP. >> This is dumb. Passengers deserve a lifetime flight ban. It all starts with a drunk woman turning an entire flight into chaos. Acting like consequences simply don't exist. >> I didn't do anything, babe. I didn't see you did. >> Like what? >> The United Airlines said you did. >> All right, we're going to >> Yeah, because you're going to make it worse. >> On August 28th, 2022 in Punta Gorda, Florida, police were already waiting at the aircraft door. Two intoxicated passengers had reportedly caused chaos throughout the flight. But the moment they stepped off the cabin, the situation started turning in a direction no one expected. I don't see any arguing >> arguing screaming at each other. >> You have your uh ID card or something like that for me. >> What was that? >> Somewhere out. >> You can Yeah, go ahead and find it for for me. Your ID. >> You can go ahead and find it for me. That'd be great. Can >> you put the luggage down? Where are you guys flying from right now? >> St. Louis. >> St. Louis. Do you have an idea? >> My parents live here. >> Uhhuh. You on vacation. I didn't know you. We're fine. We have one of us. I'm sorry for my wife's accents. >> That's it. >> What were your wife's? She's just pissed. I don't know what the hell's wrong. I don't know where it is. >> I still need your ID. >> Well, I don't know where it is, though. Like, I don't know what's going on. Like, like, what is going on? >> What happened up there on the flight? And don't sit there and tell me nothing because there's over 200 passengers on that flight. So, what ex what exactly happened between you and him? >> Nothing. I was arguing with my husband as every like Oh my god. Don't tell me to calm down. >> I'm telling you to calm down. Absolutely. on the island. You were on let my dogs. >> You were on a flight 35,000 ft in the air. Okay. With 200 passengers and you guys are sitting there arguing with one another. >> I went to the bathroom. Anthony. Anthony. >> Anthony tries to calm things down. Even apologizing on behalf of his wife. But for Ashley, being told to calm down feels more like a challenge than a solution. To her. This is just a normal argument. To the other 200 passengers on board. It's anything but. fine. We're not driving. We're not drinking. >> I mean, there's arguments happening. >> There was nothing. It's like the baby was crying and I yelled at my husband. Yeah, >> it happened. >> All right. >> I'm just like, >> you've been drinking though. >> And so, like, yes, I have. I was like, here's my uh my want to come to Florida. This it's my goal. We're not even driving. Like, what's the problem? What's the problem? I mean, >> well, you committed a disturbance on the flight and you're intoxicated. >> Yelled at me. >> Yeah, cuz you're yelling at me. >> Y most of my baby to sleep. That's what they were yelling about. I'm serious. I'm just being honest with you. >> Absolutely. I'm completely fine. I told everyone on the airplane that I apologize for my wife for being loud. I'm scared. Like, I'm sorry. >> Trying to have a good time. So, what exactly happened to her flight, >> baby? I don't know what you mean. >> To be honest, I do not know what you mean. >> You don't know what I mean? Nothing happened between >> No, >> nothing happened between you and the husband? >> No. Somebody like yelled at me and I was take my baby and change his diaper in the baby room. To be honest, >> that was it. >> I swear to God. >> Nothing was physical between y'all? >> No. My god, no. Oh my gosh. I promise you, no. I love my husband. No. Are you kidding me? >> She drank too much. I >> I can tell her that. I can tell her, bro. I get it. >> You know, I I respect you guys. I I didn't do anything wrong. I told >> Don't say you did. We just have to ask question. >> I'm just saying I told her not to drink. You're only Jack Daniels and I told them not to, but they gave him drink. I just >> see nothing was happening between my husband physically. >> We got that. The problem is you created a major disturbance on an airline in the air. >> I went to the bathroom. That's all I did. I didn't do anything. >> You're yelling at me now. >> Ashley continues insisting she did nothing wrong. Meanwhile, the pilot had already radioed ahead for police to be waiting on the ground. The flight nearly had to divert. All because of behavior she still believes was no big deal. Problem >> is you're intoxicated on a flight causing disturbance. Bad enough for the airline to call ahead and have us meet you. That's a problem. >> Can you tell me what I did right now? >> You're being disorderly and intoxicated. That's what you're doing. >> I didn't even get off of my seat. >> It's a hard work. >> E L E U T G H A R A. I just want to show the officers will do that. >> Do you want to get in trouble? >> No, ma'am. I I'm on your side. I I respect you. I >> never >> Did you guys just Did you guys come together or >> Yes, my husband and my baby. >> Okay. Did you come with anybody else or is it just >> Oh, my grandma Jan. >> Where is she at? >> I don't know. Grandma Jan was in the front of the plane. I promised you I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. >> My mom's picking us up. She just go with us and she's going to go to bed. I'm sorry for her actions. >> Does she have to get arrested? We can just get her away. Winston. No, there ain't no warning for that, buddy. >> I apologize for her actions. >> I'm sorry. I just I'm so sorry. I >> She's an adult. You don't have to apologize. >> Yeah, but I got to pay for this [ __ ] >> Suck. Barry, I'm sorry. Like, >> I got you. >> Is this your stroller? >> Yes, sir. >> Go secure your baby, man. >> Yeah. You want go ahead and put your baby in there? >> Yeah. That way. Yeah. >> Yeah. I think you >> Well, I know you had to have it to get on the flight, so >> you just had I just gave you both your driver's license, but >> and like What state is it from? >> Misery. >> Look, give me the information. >> Wednesday. >> Give me the information. >> I'm never going to >> No, I literally have Can you look for it? My ID. I have it. >> Here, I'll take a look for you. All right. >> What is wrong with you people? >> Ashley seems convinced that being on vacation somehow comes with a little extra privilege. To her, the arrival of police is just an inconvenience, not a consequence. Ironically, Anthony was the one who kept ordering drinks for her. And things only get worse once she realizes they won't be leaving together. >> Get this and then Perfect. >> I didn't do anything, babe. >> I didn't say you did. >> Like, what? >> The whole United Airlines said you did. >> All right, we're going to >> Yeah, because you're going to make it worse. Let's be quiet. >> I'm going on right now. >> It's not in here. You didn't put it in your backpack. It's not in here. You need to put it in your backpack. >> Sorry. >> Sorry. >> I'm so sorry. >> How long have you been? >> We've been married for 4 years. >> A long time. >> 435. >> I can barely get back a week. >> I'm so sorry for my wife's action. I really I mean I don't know how far it goes. >> It's out of your control. So >> I'm so sorry. >> It's okay. Wait until I get in-laws to hand me even more. I didn't do anything here. It's literally in here. >> Did you have it? Just put it in your pocket. >> Check your pocket. Check your pockets. >> It's not in the pocket. >> Any of your pockets. >> I am trying like what? >> I didn't do anything in the plane. >> God damn. I knew I had my van. How am I supposed to get home now? stupid. >> I didn't do anything. >> You have my ID. >> No, he gave it back to you and now you can't find it. >> No, I can't. You look >> I already know. Put your wallet down. Chance money back. Find you back. Place under arrest for this intoxication. Just get your arrest. Say goodbye. All right. Yeah. Well, >> tell the judge cuz you're going to go to jail tonight. >> Really? >> Yeah. Because you're being drunk and disorderly. >> I know. >> You're kidding, right? >> Can you touch my husband? >> I didn't do anything. >> Let's go. >> You going to search her real quick so we can get her out of here? >> I didn't do anything. >> I got one. Well, you can't be on an airline acting this way. >> I didn't do anything. That early confidence quickly fades, replaced by uncontrolled shouting. Meanwhile, officers continue gathering statements from the flight attendants, confirming that the couple's aggressive outburst had frightened several passengers nearby. >> Informationational under oath. Perjury is a crime in the state of Florida. You understand why I explained to you about perjury? >> Yes. >> Prioritating this sworn statement. I'm going to place you under oath. Please raise your right hand. You swear affirm the statement you're about to give. Will be the truth and truth and nothing but the truth. Can you tell me what happened today on the flight? Um, we were beginning our descent and I was league flight attendant, so I was up front. There were two flight attendants in the back. The flight attendants in the back called up and let me know of a passenger in 30 A and C. Those are the two in question in regards to them being verbally aggressive to each other. I could clearly tell like they were not 100% sober. >> Why did you guys decide to call the sheriff's office? >> The flight attendant in the back called me in the forward and requested that we have Leos to meet the aircraft. >> Did it get to the point where the argument was disturbing the piece? So, the other >> there were two passengers across the aisle that said something to the flight attendants, which made the flight attendants want to actually report this. When I conducted the walkthrough, I had one passenger look over at me and then look at them. So, that's what I assume that she wanted me to pay attention to. >> All right, so they basically I'm going to go run through it real quick. The two flight attendants are in the back. They hear that there is a disturbance going on in the plane. They determine that it was the passengers on 30 A and C. They get a hold of you and tell you to contact law enforcement because it gets to the point to where it's concerning to them and they believe it's about to become physical. They're they're causing a disturbance on the plane. So, you call us so that we could be here by the time that the plane lands in the Punagora airport. Correct. CORRECT. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> SERIOUSLY, I didn't do anything. >> I'm so sorry. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. You're making it worse. >> Yes, she is. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Can I talk to her for a second? >> No. I'll let Put her in the car and I'll let you talk. Stop. You're going to make it worse. >> Formula. Stop. Stop. >> Stop. I got it. Stop. Stop. Stop. Please. I love you. Stop. You're making it way worse. >> I got it. Stop. >> They gave me. >> Just stay back for a minute. I'm sorry. >> You're all right. You're good. You're good. >> I didn't do anything. >> Don't run out. >> Just be quiet. >> I didn't do anything. >> Can you let up, please? >> No, I'm not letting up nothing. Let's go. >> Oh my god. Really? >> Really? >> In the end, the woman was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated. If convicted, she could face a fine of up to $1,000, a short jail stay, and possibly being placed on the airlines no fly list. After the footage went viral online, let's take a look at what the internet had to say about the whole incident. Poor husband having to take care of two humans on a 4-hour flight. And the baby was the most well- behaved of the two. Besides being drunk, the reason she thinks she did nothing wrong is probably because for her, it's normal behavior. The fact that the husband told his wife not to drink shows he knew what her behavior would be like. What do you think about this woman? Go ahead and drop your thoughts in the comments below. So, what happens when a passenger brings that same kind of chaos from the plane straight into the airport? On May 5th, 2024, police were called after a group of female passengers caused a disturbance and used profanity at the departure gate when the airline refused to board them. They refused to leave. From that point on, the situation quickly spiraled out of control. >> A bunch of young ladies on the side here. They're born in pre-board and I told him you can't take them down. She's using obscene language. She's still cursing back and forth and know she going to write an email. She take pictures. So you need to talk to the one the the one >> are they flying? >> Yeah. >> Are they still flying? >> The the one in the gray shirt. >> Okay. Why is she still flying if she's getting >> Exactly. So I want I want her off. >> Okay. >> Okay. You understand you're not flying, right? Who? >> She didn't say. >> Okay. Yeah, she's telling you right now. >> What? >> She's removing you from the flight. >> You removing me from the flight. >> I asked her name because she jumped over here in my conversation. She jumped over. Wait, hold on. But you're like you're like jumping up all >> I'mma tell you something. She'll probably take you off too if you jump in. There you go. Somebody over her because I never say anything to her. >> I'mma tell I'mma tell you right now. I never say anything to her. I never say anything to her. So I can put off saying something to her. I never said I said nothing to her. I said nothing to her. I was over in my phone with my can already on the plane with my mom. Yeah, she talks to me and I never say to her, "Go get another supervisor." >> Go get another supervisor. She made her. What did I say wrong to her? Cuz all I told her that she was on the phone was on the phone. She said you go ask for her name. Yes, I want her name. >> No, no, no. >> I'll give you the name. Come on, let's go, guys. Guys. >> Guys, excuse me. We got to walk out of this right now. >> That don't make sense. I'm not I'm not security police officer. I understand it. But we didn't say nothing to her. >> But I don't want to have >> play THE CAMERA BACK CUZ NOBODY SAID NOTHING. >> If I bring somebody, you're going to jail. >> Okay. Well, my kids >> is that okay with you? Is that okay with you? >> Because it doesn't make sense. Can you play the camera back? Nobody said nothing wrong. >> Okay. But I'm telling you that you're going to fly. >> Take a flight because of what? >> Cuz she said no. >> You have to give me a reason. You have to give me a reason. >> Not something you're going to have to take. Even after the airline denied them service, they still believed they were in the right. In their minds, there had to be another explanation. Instead of taking the chance to walk away peacefully, the group stayed trapped in the same familiar loop of arguing. >> I just want you to know that I'm not saying it again. And when somebody else gets here, you're going to jail. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> 511. >> Can you send me an additional unit, please? [laughter] They're refusing to leave and about to get arrested for trespassing. Get arrested for >> Oh, no. You are. For what? No, you are. You are. You are. >> You are. See, cuz see, cuz I'm not I'm not getting up to your level, but I am I I already because I didn't do nothing. >> But I already told you I'm upset cuz I didn't do nothing. >> But you're telling me it's okay. And I'm telling you, you're going to go to jail. Let's go. We're going to the counter. Start walking >> cuz I'm waiting for you to turn around and go. Let's go. Cuz I'm not having you walk behind me. We're going up to the counter. Okay. Let's go, sweetie. >> Let's go. >> I got to wait on my phone. >> Huh? >> I'm going wait on my phone. I already got my people on the goddamn plane with my stuff. >> It don't make sense. I ain't say nothing but that girl won't talk to you. They don't like >> I'mma let you I'mma let you act up and everything like that, but you're going to end up going to jail. >> It's crazy. >> It's crazy. >> So, it's up to you. Turn around and let's walk. >> Okay. Let me just stand right here for a second cuz it's crazy. I swear. >> No, you're not. We're not standing. We're not standing here for a second. >> Sweetie, let's go. And I'm trying to be as nice as I can be. >> We're ready to go. >> B3. That should be on this side. >> She's going. >> Don't give her like 20. Like too many. Come on. >> Give your friend your bag. Come on. can't ride. Don't worry about >> because she said something to her. >> But that's the same thing with customer service. Once I tell you you got to go, you got to go. >> But she never said nothing to me. So that's why I'm not understanding you. >> I told you plenty of times over there that you're not flying and saying that. But you never said why. >> Why are we still here? >> Because you never said why. Why nobody disturbance? And she said you're not flying. >> But nobody said why. She never said let's go. >> Exactly. Start out. Why? Because I never said before. She can't fly because >> you're being disrespectful. I told him to calm down. >> Okay. Well, he's going to find out why. Because she never sent it to me. >> When she said you don't care. That's your point. That's your problem. >> No, but that's something that you can take care of over there at the >> I told him we need to calm down so we can get everything under control before they keep going on and on with an obscene language. The person says that's not the way to go. >> We need to calm down. So, I climbed up. >> Once police asked them to leave, the issue was no longer about the airline. It had become a lawful order, but they continued to believe they were being treated unfairly. One woman grew increasingly agitated as officers physically escorted her away. >> Let's go. >> Come on. Y'all got to leave the way. We don't know where we're going. >> That's the exit right there. Stop walking. >> VIP services right now. stupid. >> Go left. >> Left me. >> Nobody talking. Sir, this [ __ ] is stupid as my mother. >> Not there. >> Not there. >> Over here. >> HOLD ON. MY KIDS. STOP snatching me. Why are you snatching me? Calm down. >> Let it go. No. No. No. Back up. Okay. >> OKAY. CALM DOWN. Calm down. I know. Calm down. Calm down. >> We going to be okay. They can't do nothing. >> Listen to your friend. I got you. Right here together. That's it. WE KNOW WE INDIAN. I DON'T WANT YOU TO TOUCH ME. PLEASE LET ME GO. PLEASE. YOU BEEN slapping me. Step. Please don't touch me. Calm down. Don't touch her cuz you don't touch me. You keep snatching on me. >> You don't care. They don't understand. They don't touch me. >> She got to go. >> Step out. >> She's getting arrested. Come on. >> Why is she getting arrested? >> Cuz I already told her that. >> No, you did not, man. >> Come here. >> Excuse me. Turn around. Put your hand behind your back. I'm not telling you again. >> No, you're not. You're going to jail. I already told you. >> WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? >> I ALREADY TOLD YOU. YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. I told you. >> Calm down. >> Let go. Let go. I'm >> told you leave. >> Stop. I'm not resisting. Stop. That confidence quickly turned into panic the moment the handcuffs came out. Reality suddenly started to set in. Even her closest friend seemed to realize the situation had gone far beyond their control. >> You just said you're going to get more charges. >> All right. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Please don't. Please don't. >> Just stop resisting. >> Please don't arrest me. >> Just stop resisting. >> I'm not You just let me exit out there. I was going out the exit door. It's okay. Stop. >> It's not okay. >> It's not okay. >> We'll explain to you why you're >> not it in your hand. That's the one I have. >> You're out. >> You just said and I was going. >> I'm not going nowhere. >> I don't know. >> I'm not going nowhere. >> All right. Give this to me. >> Okay. I'm not going nowhere. You just said and I was going to Essie. Y'all just made me get up in Essie. That was after that was after just calm them doors. >> I did not get him coming out coming out them doors. >> Ma'am, she's she's being arrested. >> I know, but I have the purse. >> She's being arrested. This is her purse. I have a right to search it for her identification. Show me the >> m ID right there, ma'am. >> Your identification in here? It's in here? >> Yes. >> Okay, let's find it. I got it. Show your ID. >> Closing your purse back up. See, everything's right here. >> Her name is No. No. Castillia. >> Is your friend taking your stuff? >> I need to call my I need to call somebody. >> You can't call nobody. >> Yes, I can. Why? >> I need to call somebody. I don't have anybody number. >> Are you taking her stuff? >> I need to call someone. >> I need to call someone. Okay. >> Just making it worse. Stop doing that. >> Yes. It hurts. >> Making it worse. Stop. >> It hurt. I'm pulling up. It hurts. >> You're going to take her personal items. >> Where's your phone? >> I got it. I can't even tell her. >> She's got her ID and her phone. They got her ID and they got her phone craz. >> Oh, which that's for you. This way. >> Elevator. >> They don't even give a damn no more. All they want to do is arrest somebody. Her ass. Don't want to do nothing. Even after being cuffed, she still insisted that someone else was to blame. It's a familiar moment in the psychology of entitlement when reality begins pushing back against the story someone has convinced themselves is true. >> Okay. WELL, YOU DON'T WANT HER TO TOUCH ME. I DON'T WANT HER. >> SHE'S TAKING you to jail. >> You have to touch me. Can you get your hand off cuz you choke me and everything and you was holding me tight not touch me. Yes, you did. Don't touch me. >> Did not touch me. >> Can you please >> No, because she me. >> Come on. >> Calm down cuz you got to get patted down. Stay >> right here. >> No. Stop. You're coming. >> Stop swinging around. You're making things worse >> for me. >> I got to pack it down. Make sure you don't got nothing on it. >> I'll pull it away. >> Man, this [ __ ] stupid. This [ __ ] ain't had nothing to do with me. I lit my friend talking to her. This [ __ ] ain't even have nothing to do with me. Nothing to do with me. I didn't even talk to this show have nothing to do with >> at all. Nothing. >> I know. >> That's why this [ __ ] stupid as you lock you up. I'm happy. I only lock you up cuz I want to express my country and ask why. >> No, that was you. NEVER ASKED WHY. YOU NEVER ASKED WHY. >> I TOLD you cuz they say you flying. That's all you needed for me. >> Why though? I didn't do [ __ ] >> They don't HAVE TO. >> BUT I DIDN'T do [ __ ] MY FRIEND WAS TALKING ON HER PHONE. SHE SAID SOMETHING TO MY FRIEND. ALL >> I UNDERSTAND. BUT THEY DON'T HAVE TO TELL US WHY. >> I just HAD TO SAY [ __ ] TO HER. That's my whole point to her. It's the point cuz I was with her. That's what >> they don't have to tell us nothing. It's not that once I once I told you you got to go, you got to go. >> And I told you how many times you're going to go to jail. >> 131. In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with trespassing, resisting an officer without violence, and disorderly conduct. If convicted, she could face fines of up to $2,500 and 6 months of probation. So, why do you think that when people are clearly facing the risk of arrest, many still choose to protect their ego and stubborn pride instead of simply walking away from the scene? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below. And if the last passenger caused chaos on the plane, the next one managed to cause over $1,000 in damages. On June 21st, 2025 in Tampa International Airport, a canceled flight sparked trouble inside the terminal. After a few strong drinks, one passenger lost control and the situation quickly escalated. Within minutes, police were forced to step in. >> Listen to me. >> Yes, sir. Thank you. >> I I don't know why I got kicked off the plane. I got a drink off this man. I was having a good conversation with my person sitting next to me. Okay. >> Um my my fiance was sitting next to me on the other side and then all of a sudden they're kicking me off the plane. >> I got a little upset that they're kicking me off the plane, but then I said, "Okay, I don't want to cause problems." I came over to this guy here. Yep. >> Because he's been nice to me. Okay. >> He's the one who served me the drinks. >> Okay. >> He felt like I wasn't too drunk. >> He served me the drinks. >> Okay. >> Um >> I'm just I'm just trying to bring up home. >> I would like to go on the plane and and I'm not trying to cause trouble. I was just talking to the to the kid next to me. >> Just talking to him next to me. >> Coming off the aircraft. He was opening up all the bins >> and started screaming on the aircraft. >> Once he got off, he was still screaming. >> Was this a inbound? >> No, he's going he was going out. >> Oh, yeah. He uh >> Yeah, he ripped the railing off the wall and it looked like he was going to throw it at her and I. So, I said to her I said to her, "Let's go." And we kind of just like >> So, you seen him rip that off? >> Oh, he like Yeah, he he was charging. That's why >> we were like >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can I see your side of bed? Yeah. And your >> So, it does appear that he damaged airport property. And uh we got maintenance coming out. Take a look at it. See how much damage actually occurred cuz he ripped the handrail off. >> Nobody knows. >> There was a hand that he snatched off the side. So, but if you want to have a seat right there, ma'am, I'm going to go over there on top of him. Right here, man. Just have a seat right there. >> The man still confidently describes himself as a polite, well-mannered person. But according to witnesses, he had been shouting and even ripped a railing off the wall. Even after admitting it, Shawn still believes the whole thing might end with nothing more than a simple ticket. >> So, it's going to be at least criminal mischief and disorderly. >> Okay. >> So, >> wait, how what was criminal mischief? How much? >> Oh, it's going to I guarantee it's going to be over a thousand. >> Wait, wait, wait. >> Yeah, you rip the handrail. Hang on. Let him finish talking just so you can hear. >> You rip you rip the handrails off your ID on you? >> Yes. >> Okay, let me get your ID. Figure go down there talking to him. Um, let me go ahead and get contact number for him. What's your phone number for you? Well, being the guys are out of state and I'm still waiting on the maintenance to come and do a property damage estimate, it's going to be fairly expensive to replace that handrail. So, he's going to and he's intoxicated. So, he's going to go to jail. >> True. >> And he'll have to get bonded out or he'll get issued to bond at the jail. However, the jail is going to handle it. We may be able to bond him out tonight, maybe tomorrow. >> I don't know how any of that works. Uh, well, it's downtown Tampa is where he's going to go. >> Okay. So, how do I I >> His fiance watches from a distance. And that makes the moment even clearer. A vacation that was supposed to be relaxing now risks ending with a criminal record. >> You know, he stretched. >> Once once he goes down there, >> give him some time. He'll be able to call you. >> So, when he calls you, then you can he'll tell you where to go and what to do. >> Okay. What is it? >> I'm going right here. Right here. What do you What does it mean? >> I just want to >> So, um, you you already explained to her how it's going to happen. >> Yeah. What's going on? I was I was explain to her how to, you know, get a hold of them after. >> Okay. >> So, it'll be quick and painless. We'll get them over there, get processed, and come right back down. Okay. >> Come back. >> Well, you'll get processed, come back out, and then we have to fight another flight to go back to Buffalo. So you can ask you to meet >> two days for that. >> I can meet you down >> down at the jail. >> Yeah, it can take a while sometimes. Depends on how heavy they booked they are. If they got a lot of activity at the jail where >> he's going to give you the address. >> Can Can she follow us? >> I I have >> to a point to a Can she follow us to a point? >> You don't have a car here, right? >> So he'll give you the address. You can Uber over there. >> Help me out at all. >> We're going to do this as quick as possible. No, no, not not quick as possible, but the least ticket as possible because I never >> I never hurt nobody. I never front nobody. >> Listen, this is part of what's going to happen to you. You're going to go down, get processed. You're going to get a return date. Once the rec return date comes, they're going to issue you an attorney. The attorney is going to call the state attorney's office. You're probably going to make an arrangement to pay for whatever damages you make. In his mind, he's the victim of a broken travel system. >> A very This is the perfect scenario. You have nothing pending. You're going to go down there, you're going to get bonded out, you're going bond out, and then from there on in, you're going to get a court date to either come back, go make a phone call, you get an attorney, you make arrangements, you pay, and you probably down to see Tamber again. If convicted, she could face fines of up to $5,000 and possibly a permanent ban from flying with United Airlines. After the footage went viral online, let's take a look at what the internet had to say about the incident. At least they didn't waste 25 minutes trying to talk to her like they usually do. Don't wear your kids clothes to the airport. When you are over two bills, tries to enter the plane with a drink in hand and her gut hanging out. Zero shame whatsoever. So, what do you think about this woman? Go ahead and share your thoughts in the comments below. And just as the police finished dealing with one problem, another Karen suddenly decided to start attacking. >> Stop. >> Don't touch me. >> I'm Don't touch. >> You're being detained. On March 4th, 2025 in Florida, police were called to Fort Lauderdale Airport after reports [music] of an assault on a flight. A female passenger was accused of throwing a water bottle at travelers who were speaking Spanish. And the story behind it made the situation even more tense. >> So then she ended up to escalate on her own. She threw water on the passenger that was in the exit road. They turned around to a bottle out of hulk. talking these two gentlemen there having a conversation >> was this >> so she would not cooperate so now assuming y'all are going to come out and talk to you they want to press charges against her so do you I don't know her name or nothing so when she comes up here do I just have her to step aside >> she's scared one sec just hang out one second >> I got two more coming I'm I'm on camera so you know day is coming Yeah, >> it was up in the air. >> All right, let me call Max. >> Yeah, >> all right. Good stuff. >> You breathe my hand. >> So, so far in the air, I'm on in the air, a woman, for whatever reason threw water on several passengers, several of whom want to press charges. Now, I adise the air marshals here that that's what's up with the ethics fed unless we get any more information I don't know about. There are two alleged victims. Are these one right here waiting to talk to us? That's what we got. And the female, come on. >> Are they related? >> Are they involved? >> Okay. >> Did they tell you to leave the the D plane? >> Okay. Perfect. >> And uh take the little >> Once the victims decided to press charges, the situation instantly moved beyond a simple argument. It became a criminal case right at the aircraft door. And her irritated attitude was already clear from the moment she appeared. >> Hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up. >> Don't touch me, sir. What's wrong with you? >> Stop. >> Don't touch me. I'm not. Don't touch me. >> You're being detained. Stop. >> I'm not being detained. Stop. You are. No, I'm not. >> I just got off a plane. What the are you even for? >> Why are you grabbing me like this? >> I got this. I'm not even moving. >> I'm not even >> Stop resisting. >> Stop, man. I'm not even moving. >> Handcuffs. >> I'm not moving. I'm literally not moving. Why are you pulling my arm so hard? >> What state you from? >> What the is your problem? >> I said stop several times, ma'am. You're not compliant. We need to comply. >> Back up. >> Get back here. You go too. >> That has nothing to do with me. >> You grabbing me like stupid ass crack. What the You grabbing me like that. But I'm not even moving. You had me a handcuff. Why are you still holding you tight on my arm? My shoes. Yeah, because you tricked me. >> I Because you tricked me. >> I tripped you. You're literally standing on my clothes and you're telling me I tripped you. You're throwing me into you. >> Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. You're doing all of this telling me I tripped you. >> Sit down. >> How am I going to trip you? >> He's slinging me into the wall. It looked like a final attempt to regain control of the situation, but by then the legal narrative was already taking shape. While she kept arguing, the officers simply continued their work, piecing together every detail of what had happened. >> Come on over. >> Come back here. >> Why did he just do that? >> So, what happened? So basically we were having a conversation with the flight and um she turned around and said uh you bothering us with your conversation. >> We were speaking Spanish. >> Okay. >> Um >> which may not do with it. But you know um she got really aggressive >> to the point where she turned around and threw a water coke bottle in my face. >> She threw a bottle >> liquid or the bottle itself? >> The bottle. >> An empty bottle. >> An empty bottle. do more damage. I got to get that. >> Okay. But did did it hit you? >> Yeah. Right in my face. >> Right in your face. Right in my face. >> Like a plastic bottle or aluminum or >> As soon as plastic bottle. As soon as I hit my face, he said like, "Let it go, you know, just let it go." And but I can't. So I got up and I went to the left and then and I told her what happened and she offered to um maybe change her of seats or change us of seats depending on you know her convenience. >> Okay. >> And so we changed seats. >> Okay. >> And that's basically it. But she to my face >> and because she didn't like our conversation. >> Okay. >> That was basically it. >> Yeah. >> All right. Did you Yeah. Did you get hit with any of that? >> I did not. Okay. >> And was this up in the air or was this on the ground? In the air. Was there any further altercation on the ground? >> No. >> No. >> No. No. >> Just having a chat and she said, "Shut up." >> So, so we're business partners. So, we're talking about business. >> Okay. >> And as she just turned around, threw a word bottle. It flew into my face. As soon as that happened, I >> The actual bottle or just a liquid? >> The actual bottle face. As soon as that happened, I got up and and talked to the tourists and and told her what happened and I asked to either >> I'll give it to you. >> I'll give it to you. You'll get it. >> Even after the victims moved seats to avoid trouble, the tension didn't stop. For her, simply hearing Spanish had become unacceptable. A reaction that revealed how personal ego had overtaken even the most basic level of respect. >> Yeah. >> 7573. >> Which one of y'all need? I got it. Okay. All right. >> He might be downstairs. His car might be downstairs. >> Dave, let me check. >> I don't even do anything. >> Um This is hurting my arm. I didn't do anything. >> You want to fix them? >> I'm trying to make you as comfortable as possible, but you got to relax. Okay. You're getting yourself amped up. >> No, listen. Bend forward. Bend forward. Bend forward. >> Relax. Okay, >> folks. Folks, folks, no. Somewhere else, please. Somewhere else, please. Okay. >> Somewhere else, please. Thank you. Okay. >> All right. She's She's under arrest. Yeah. >> Her turn. >> Well, yeah. So, stuff that happened up in the air is one thing, but then she obstructed. She resisted on the ground. So, >> his victims, they want to press charges. >> Are they over there? >> They are over there. >> Okay. You me here? Got to reach out. >> No, we're good here. We're just bringing the keys. He's bringing the keys. >> Yeah. >> Meanwhile, a friend tried to retell the story in a way that would help her case, but the explanation only exposed its own bias. unintentionally reinforcing the assault allegation even while describing the incident as harmless. >> Trying to find some way to solve it. Where >> you sitting from? >> They're right behind me. >> Okay. They Okay. When you say they, who's they? >> Both of the guys. Both those two guys. Okay. >> Right behind me. And guess what? They speak English. I didn't even know that. You know what they telling me in English? They talk among each other to poke me for me to turn around and say something. They was like, "Oh, shut up or you'll be quiet." And speaking Spanish louder. And you know how Spanish sound. Imagine how Spanish sound. I'm not knocking. I love Spanish. I was >> saying I'm South Florida. >> Look, I go mito. I know Spanish a little bit, but that get And we on a plane. You're not even being mindful. Like I said, as we in the plane, it's already blocking my ears. >> All right. >> I got to hear you. Like I said, I'm not saying to shut up and beat me. >> All right. >> Cuz everybody else on the plane talking, but you didn't hear them. >> So he didn't they didn't put their hands on nobody. You didn't put your hands on >> nobody. Nobody threw anything. It wasn't water getting splashed around or anything stupid like that. >> I just know I got I had a ball in my hands. I probably just threw it in the air. I don't know. I just got aggravated. I didn't hit nobody. >> Okay. >> I didn't know. >> I was just like, "Oh, so can I just like be like, you know what I'm saying? Like they like can I just like whatever." >> So, everybody's getting loud a little >> because I talked to them first. They didn't I reported it. They didn't do nothing about it. And they came back to their seat and got louder and poking me. I'm trying to tell you. They blocking that part where they did. They came back to the seat. Okay. >> And start talking louder. And this is where they said, "Oh, you be quiet." They said it in English. >> That part right there. You be quiet in English. And then they start speaking more in Spanish and stuff. Exactly. That specifically >> and my she was trying to sleep >> before she got involved. She was trying to sleep and there was another girl the one that walked away. She's real quiet. He said she's quiet but she can tell you herself, >> right? >> They was being rude and he's playing victim right now. I'm not knocking y'all playing victim, right? >> But stop playing victim. You started the whole thing. Like I'm not understanding that >> you on a plane. Y'all pay for your legs to get space. I pay for a a a peaceful plane trip. In the end, the woman was taken to jail and faced a charge of resisting an officer without violence. While the initial report also documented battery allegations related to the incident. The lesson here is simple. An airplane seat isn't a throne. And a plane ticket doesn't come with the power to control what language other passengers speak. And after that chaotic Karen meltdown, another passenger is about to start a whole new scene. This time over baggage fees. >> Get off the concourse. >> Don't touch me. Go to jail or >> stop. Don't touch me. I have not. >> Do not touch me. >> You're going to end up going to jail. I'm sitting here wasting time. >> On July 20th, 2025 in Palm Beach International Airport, what should have been a routine baggage check suddenly escalated. Passenger Dan Ferrell reacted aggressively to the airlines policy [music] and within minutes, the situation began drawing the attention of airport security. >> Pop it off. Carson powering on. >> And now, of course, he wants to see it on the flight. We're not that long. You know what? >> We're not letting him fly. So, he's going to get squatted out. We're done with >> Is he um going to be rebooked or >> I gave him the option to be rebooked in the morning, but he didn't, you know, didn't give me an answer. So, >> okay, we can go up to the ticket counter >> or you can uh call the 1-800 number for JetBlue. >> I'm not sure why I can't why I can't display this flight here. >> He said something about your o oversized bag. >> Um so, they can check it then. No, it's too late. We're way beyond that. So, >> all right. >> Um I >> Well, they're refusing you service. So, we're gonna have to go off the concourse. Your ticket's no longer valid. >> I I'm not accepting that. >> Well, it's just like a restaurant. Restaurants have the right to refuse service. They're refusing your service. >> So, they're going to refuse your service, right? >> Hey, it's either you go to jail or you get off the concourse. >> Don't touch me. >> You go to jail or you >> like don't touch me. I have not. >> Do not touch me. >> You're going to end up going to jail. Okay. Get off of the concourse now. That is a direct order. No, you can get it get it upstairs. Get it upstairs. >> I got to take him off the floor. >> What is your name? >> Is Is there a um person that's not not uh >> I'm going to get my bag seat that's not taken. >> Did they not uh What's your What's your name? >> What's his last name? >> What's your last name? >> Farah. Farrell. >> Is that on there? All right, listen. We go upstairs now. You got no big issue. >> What's that? >> We'll go upstairs. No big issue. >> It happens. >> Trust me, it happens. >> Well, I got it. >> What? We're going upstairs. >> I uploaded him already. >> I I don't need to rebook. Like, if I can't get there tonight, it doesn't matter. Like, my dad's sick. I got to be there. >> Guess they're rebuking your human. Instead of looking for a simple solution like calling customer service, he chose to stand his ground in a restricted area. Even after the rules were explained, he kept offering new justifications, revealing an ego struggling to regain control while digging himself deeper into trouble. >> Miami waiting. >> You going to New York, sir? >> Okay. So if you go up to Miami for water, they have a lot more flight. >> This is outrageous. Like I I I sat on my badge to put it in a fit and they said they wouldn't do it. Like this is outrageous. >> This I don't need your help. I live I live here. I can I can get in the cab and go wherever I want. But >> give him one more order and then I'll I'll arrest him. So tell him he needs to leave or I'm arrest. >> What are you going to arrest me for? What do you arrest him if I would like to know what you're arresting for? I'm not trespassing. I have a thing. >> Yeah, cuz he's sitting here wasting time. >> Kentucky right now. >> We gave you money. >> Is it worth it? Is it worth it? >> I got the sauce. >> I got it. >> Got him. Getting a free arrest. >> I told you what you're being arrested for. We're not asking you any questions. >> What are my Miranda rights? >> Keep quiet. >> I want my Miranda. >> Listen. I want my Miranda rights. >> Listen, you are detaining me. I want my right. >> You're going to get down on the ground. >> I want my Miranda rights. >> Everyone. Who has a >> No one has here has my Miranda right. >> I want my Miranda rights. >> I want my Miranda rights. >> You have the right to remain silent. >> There you go. Uh, anything you say like that's not the whole thing. Anything you say, hold on, hold on. >> I want my random rights. >> For everyone here, I want my Miranda rightites. I want my random rights. >> Everyone here, I want my Miranda rights. >> Remember when we started when I said you have a right to remain silent? >> All I'm saying is I want my Miranda rightites and you haven't read them to me. He began shouting that he wanted his rights read to him, even though officers hadn't questioned him at all. It's a familiar sign of half understood legal knowledge. Often picked up from movies, used as a last attempt to reclaim control of the moment. >> Just everyone, I just wanted to let you know I'm getting arrested and I have not been read my Miranda rightites. I just All I want is my Miranda rightites. They cannot tell me about Miranda rightites. I think there's a little more to form the rights to remain silent. >> I want everyone to know that. >> Hey, everyone. >> Hey. >> Hey. I can say whatever I want. >> You need to stop resisting. I'm not resisting. >> Yes, you are. I'm talking. I'm talking. I'm talking. >> You need to stop resisting. >> I'm talking. >> I'm not resisting. I'm talking. >> You said you were going to see your father, right? my father's sake. That's why I was going. >> Where are my bags for God's sakes? Are they there? They're behind it. They're coming. >> Paul, can you spell your last name? >> K I N G S T O N. >> Okay. Can you tell us what transpired prior to our arrival with uh Mr. Dan Ferrell? >> Yes. He approached the uh gate podium to um to board and he was asked to check his bag because it was oversized. >> He refused, became verbally abusive. Um he then asked to speak to a supervisor. I approached him. Uh told him that he wouldn't be flying with us today. He refused to leave the area. Then he left, returned again with more language and more abuse. And um then I called the sheriffs and you guys came and he was also non-ooperative with you as well. >> Was he obscene at the gate and um yelling >> yelling profanities? Yeah. Cursing at us and >> whatot in front of um in front of other customers and and other patrons. >> Correct. Okay. Yep. >> Um then then we arrived and then um we have our video cameras from what what occurred there. >> Okay. >> So, do you swear everything's the truth? >> A conversation with the supervisor helped clarify the situation. Dan hadn't just refused the bag check, he had also used insulting language in front of multiple passengers. When his wife arrived, another side of the story started to surface. >> It would we would have to take all this stuff into evidence and it's it might take you a while to get his stuff back. So, we're thankful that you're here to take it. >> Okay. Can Can you take a picture of him, please? Cuz I that's my phone. So, what exactly happened? >> He was He's intoxicated. >> Okay. >> I got there after the fact, but apparently he got into this discussion disturbance verbally with the agent and he wouldn't calm down. Deputies arrived. They told him back off. They told him you're not going to fly anymore. And then he can call you cuz we're going to let him keep his phone in his driver's license. >> Bravo 241. Get it. Talk to the wife. that was just going to go get his belt. So, it's right on Gun Club, but just we're going to let we're going to charge his phone up for him. Uh, turn it off so it can have the battery life and when he get out, he can call you because he called me to say that they weren't letting him on the flight. He couldn't get on a flight till later, so he's in state. And I said, "You have to just get there because your sister's there. His father's very ill." Personal circumstances can make a situation more emotional. But in a public space, emotion doesn't replace responsibility. If that trip truly mattered, the right attitude should have been the first thing packed. >> He was okay. He seemed okay when I dropped. I mean, he wasn't great, but he seemed okay, and he wasn't confrontational. And then he called me and said they wouldn't let me put my bag on the flight. And I said just check it and move on. >> And so then I just came back because he said my phone's dead and they're not letting me on the flight. So then I decided to come [music] like if he's not getting on the flight and I know his phone's dead, how's he going to get home? If you want to talk to him now like this here, you're talking. >> In the end, the man was taken to jail and face charges of disorderly conduct. Shortly afterward, officers moved in to make the arrest. >> I'm call seated. Stay seated. Is there something going on? >> We'll figure it all out here in a minute. >> Your man's going to have to grab you. Next time you say put your hands behind you, you ain't got to yoke me up and all that [ __ ] You know what I'm saying? All this is ridiculous. Cheating. I'm sure y'all can understand. Like, of course I'm a [ __ ] out of. Of course I am. >> And that's that's the person. Can you That's the person to put the their hands on you. How did what did they do? How did she do it? >> She grabbed like crap. >> Did she lose consciousness or anything? >> No. >> Her behavior reflected a familiar pattern of entitlement. She seemed to believe that personal emotional pain could justify violent behavior, placing her feelings above the boundaries set by the law. >> Like, what? What stopped that set of events? >> I grabbed her hand to her. >> You grabbed her hand. >> I just closed my eyes. She >> started started crying. >> So, she pushed you. So, she pushed you down, choked you, and then >> I grabbed her hand. >> Your friend grabbed her. Your friend grabbed her hands and that's how she got off of you. >> I didn't see.
