publishing this. I hope that you're recording this. How the system here in the United States is still some people may be adults by age, yet emotionally they still react like a child being told no. >> Get off the bike. >> No, we can't get off. >> Are you going to shoot me? >> Calm down. >> Get off me. Get the off me, bro. 2900. >> When alcohol, ego, and a lack of respect combined, the situation can spiral into chaos without warning. These are the moments where spoiled behavior leads people to unravel their own lives, captured clearly on camera. On August 10th, 2024, Orlando police were dispatched to an apartment complex for a disturbance. On scene, they found an intoxicated woman pounding on glass and screaming at the top of her lungs. Allegations of heavy drinking and aggressive behavior quickly turned the call into a tense situation. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Relax. >> What's going on? >> Hey, I'm down. >> I'm trying to make it seem like he's a good guy. You got to get >> Why don't you go talk to him? Go talk to him. I'll talk to you. Go talk to him. >> Come over here. Come over here. What's going on? What's going on? >> What is going on? >> Okay. Can you up a little bit? >> No. No, I can't. >> Yes, you need to. Okay. Yes. Yes. because I've been going through a lot of this guy, >> okay, >> for months. A lot of emotional abuse, like all cops, people were going to come and think you're crazy. I'm not crazy. >> Get off. >> Get off the bike. >> No, I can't. What are you going to do? >> Are you going to shoot me? >> Calm down. How about that? >> No. >> Calm down. Look at me right the camera. >> And what happened is tonight she drank alcohol. I didn't want her to drink alcohol. I told her that ahead of time. You see how she acts on alcohol. I'm talking to her father. Her last name is bad. If you look her up in your police system, you'll see that. Okay. >> And she's acting crazy. And her friend was here. Her friend literally got mad at just how she was acting. Obviously acting crazy. Look at that. >> Look at that. She's Yeah. She's She's telling the police she they're going to shoot her. >> That's crazy. She's telling the police she figure this out. >> She does not live here. So can she have a friend? Does she have a friend come pick her up or something? >> No. No. Her friend literally she was talking crazy to her friend. So her friend left to >> While she kept playing the victim, her boyfriend's statement painted a very different picture. After drinking a lot, she spiraled, getting physical with friends and causing a scene in public. What stood out was how quickly she dodged questions and went straight into defensive mode whenever anyone brought up the conflict. >> Do you want the fire department? >> What's your name? Officer Bailing. >> Officer Bailing is telling me to restrain for my own. >> Okay. So, what's going on? Can you tell me what's going on? >> Privileges and I don't give a [ __ ] how many times I will take him down because as a security guard, you should make sure. >> Okay. So, do you need the fire department? >> I would take any [ __ ] body. But what is you need to tell me what's going on today? >> I would have problems with him >> drinking or not drinking. >> It would just be problems back and forth. And then today around what 76, I told him that my friend was going to come over to the pool. >> There's a rooftop pool. >> Okay. It's sickening me to me the fact that he was like, "Oh, all right. Anyways, all right. You your friend can come anyway." And then he he started to make it a problem. My friend just left. And that is just what he does every time. He calls my parents and he makes me seem like I'm bad. >> But what's the issue that happened today? >> Nothing. >> So nothing happened today >> to be honest. The fact that he just didn't agree with the fact that my friend thought about, oh, I'm single, so let me just guys cuz I'm single. That's just an example. It's a ridiculous kid. Who? >> Who does me and doesn't think like that, bro? Come on, bro. And I have people. >> That's just embarrassing. >> Maria, is there a reason to get an attitude? >> No, because I don't know what the he told you. >> She brushed off every attempt her boyfriend had made to help her over the past 10 months, insisting he was only making her look bad in front of her parents. With a personality like this, image and control always come before the truth. And the frustration kept building the moment she realized the officers weren't buying the tears or her storyline. >> And I know nine times out of 10, cuz you're a guy, you're just going to go after what he said to you, right? Oh, women are this, woman that, right? >> I'm coming over to you to get your side of the story. >> Get the away from me. >> She said nothing happened. >> That's how it is. You're drunk. I'mma let your parents >> Are you publishing this? I hope that you're recording this. How the system here in the United States is failing even to our women nowadays. It does not matter if we're getting if we're getting whatever we going through. It's all right because our parents are going to deal with it. It's all right because our parents are going to deal with it, [ __ ] >> Hey, Guys, I got to deal with. >> All right, that's it. That's it. That's it. That's it. That's it. She just punched me in the chest. So, >> okay. Where's her phone and her ID? >> Upstairs. >> Okay. Grab her phone and her ID. >> Your phone or No, >> it's probably my pockets. >> Check your pockets, please. >> Not you. >> I'm going to check your pockets for your phone and your ID. >> This is against the law, but whatever. >> It's not against the law. You just You just punch it. You know what else is? You know what's Relax. >> Don't punch me. I'm not going to sit down. >> You're going to sit down. >> No, I'm not. >> You're going to sit down. >> Sit down. Enough. Enough. >> I'm not good. >> I know you're good, but >> Hey, what? >> Cut your camera. >> That's how you're acting. >> You're an adult. You're an adult. >> You're an adult and this is how you're acting. >> Punch a police officer. The arrogance was still boiling, coming from a bruised ego trying to claw back power in the messiest way possible. But reality and the law stepped in hard, shutting down that I'm untouchable fantasy. In that moment, the line between what she believed and what was actually happening became crystal clear. >> 23. She's an adult and she This is how she acts. 54. >> Hey, do me a favor. I She's already trouble. No, no, I know. But don't Where's your phone? >> She's She's already amped up. >> Let me ask you about buy her stuff. What do you want me to do about that? >> So, her her stuff right now. All I need is her phone and her ID. If you want to communicate with her dad and get give him her stuff, >> you can do that. You can leave it in your apartment. however you want to do it, but likely her stuff's not going to go where it's just her ID and her phone. >> Thing I seen, there was a big scandal right up the stairs kind of thing. It was another woman involved and there was a big they were like fighting and separating each other and it led this way and then she started grabbing me and telling her to help her. >> I don't I don't know help her and what I didn't see him put his hand. >> Yeah. No, it's >> so I don't I don't know. >> It sounds like she just had too much to drink and she's >> But like I said, it went from the staircase up there all the way down this way. All right, that's all I can tell you guys. >> Okay, I appreciate it. >> Nobody put hand. >> What do we want? Tell me. >> People watching at you, right? >> Okay. You put on a whole show for >> You don't even know who you're messing with, but it's all right. Trust me. >> Trust me. And you No, I'm just being quiet. Trust me. I'm not going to say anything. >> Then do that. Stay quiet. Stay quiet. Thank you, >> ma'am. Do you have anything on your >> If you introduce anything into the jail, just take me. >> If you introduce anything into the jail, you'll catch another charge. >> Okay. I know. I know. Check me. Check me. Check me and check me. >> Come on. >> No, even then. Check me. >> Sit down. >> Check in. Check me before you even get in. >> Do you have Do you have anything? >> No, but just check me just in case. Just so there's no misunderstandings. Exactly. Exactly. Exactly. >> She's drunk. >> Exactly. >> So, she put her hands put her hands on it. >> My My hands are open wide. >> Cool. >> Yeah. Cool. tag me >> cuz I know what the [ __ ] to say after. Trust me. So, just tag me. Tag me. >> Then came the desperate push to take back control. She didn't show real remorse for what she'd done. She was simply furious that the system wasn't working her way. The irony, someone who'd just gone toe-to-toe with police suddenly tried to lecture them on the law. The turning point hit when her boyfriend revealed a scar from a prior incident. >> This is your son. Wait, let me ask you. Yeah. >> Um, so she's going to 33rd. >> Yep. >> She just has to worry about the bond, let's say, right? >> Yeah. She's there. She's going to get a bond. >> Okay. So, she can get bonded out as early as what time? Cuz I got to talk to her dad. So, I'm just asking these questions so I know. >> She can cuz it's weekend. >> Maybe tomorrow. Maybe Monday. >> The ear. >> You can try tomorrow. >> If they do it tomorrow, the earliest I think is 9:00 a.m. cuz that's the first time. >> But it is the weekend like I'm saying. So, >> all right. >> We just need her information so you can figure that out. >> I got you. >> Here. I'll trade you. >> Yeah, I got you. One second. >> I almost forgot she kept on >> here, bro. >> This is the other, >> friend, I believe. >> Yeah, I got it. I got it. >> Look, the phone's right here. This is perfect. >> Just a bunch of clothes, right? >> Yeah, bro. Am I able to get Listen, I would have been here months ago if Listen, let me tell you though, you can see like I can control myself. I called her in. Come on, man. >> She's a little erratic right now. >> Her whole family knows, but they love me for a reason. >> But you know, you told your dad what's going on. >> Yes. Yes. I'm going to call him again after y'all leave. >> So, he's going to go down 30 third or charge his battery. Battery charges battery. >> Bail. Okay. No, I'm just asking cuz I'm going to turn her down straight up, bro. I'm not sure [ __ ] I don't give a [ __ ] >> Listen, bro. I got Listen, I got a scar on my chest, bro. From literally dealing with her. Like, my whole life I have a scar right here, bro. Like, >> I got to get >> Yeah. So, in here is just clothes and her phone. Um, so it can probably go to the jail. >> Mind if I say one last? >> In the end, the 23-year-old was taken to the Orange County Jail on a charge of battery on a law enforcement officer. This arrest wasn't just about one punch or one night of drinking. It was about the collapse of a personality built on being enabled. What do you think? Does family upbringing share some responsibility in creating a young violent Karen like this? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. Just when she thought she was untouchable, she got pinned down. Somewhere else, a young woman chose to run instead of talk. On April 26th, 2025, while on patrol, officers spotted a driver speeding. When she was told to pull over, she didn't cooperate. Instead, she left the stop and went straight into her home. What should have been a simple traffic violation quickly turned into something much more complicated. >> Okay, here's a traffic stop. I had a traffic stop uh 9300 block of Richmond. Eddie Tom5177. The female driver is going into her house right now. >> Passenger football when you get a chance. >> I saw the alley. Hi. Where's Emily? >> Just one second. >> Okay. Cuz I I conducted What's that? >> Did something happen? >> I conducted a traffic stop >> and as I was conducting the traffic stop, she disobeyed my orders and she walked into the house. So, I'm trying to talk to her to if we can make this into a ticket instead of me towing her vehicle. We end up getting an arrest warrant and that whole nine yards. Okay. So, if you could have her come talk to me. >> Is she in the house right now? >> Yeah. >> You mind if I come in and talk to her? Um I Yes. Come in. >> Emily. Emily. Emily. Come on. The cops are here. What's wrong with you? Open this door. What? Right here. Come and talk to Let's go. Come here. We're not >> What are you doing? >> Nothing. >> Why? Why are you not You see my lights? You know it's a traffic stop. 65. They made contact here at the front door if you just want to keep an eye on the back still. >> Okay, I got you. But we're conducting a traffic stop and I got to do my business. Okay. Cuz you almost made this a thousand times worse than it is. >> Okay. So, where's your license at so I can make sure it's that I'm talking to. >> Hey guys, there's a 32 from passenger seat. >> Where's your boyfriend at? >> I don't have >> Where's he at? >> Boyfriend? >> Where's he at? At 19, Emily was running on my house, my rules, convinced her private space was off limits. But the moment the officer entered with lawful permission, her mindset flipped fast. The silence disappeared, replaced by a strategy of polite, only if it benefits me, trying to regain control of the situation. >> There's nobody in my house. for the 9900 reference 2900. >> She's under arrest. being his location. >> Don't resist any further. >> You stop. >> Why are you being aggressive? >> You tell me what's happening here. >> I didn't do anything. >> I'll explain. They're going to the station. Okay. >> 7-Eleven. >> Where are you? Listen to me. >> You're going to go to police station. >> Stop for what? right now fleeing to stop. Okay. >> Quiet. >> Okay. Get her out. >> What is wrong with you? >> Red sandals. Red sandals. >> Red sandals over there. >> Can I get my sandals? >> I don't want to disrespect you guys. All right. >> Okay, that's fine. I don't have >> If you If you didn't want to disrespect us, you should have just stayed in the car to the traffic stop. >> Uh you guys were young, right? >> Say it again. >> Well, you guys were young, right? >> Young >> young like being badasses where >> I don't got nothing, man. >> Okay, I got to check. >> I love you guys, man. You guys You guys are respectful. You guys are my >> I appreciate it. >> I appreciate having >> these shoes. I don't have your shoes. You guys are disaffecting me uh in the way. >> You're you're hiding on the floor. Don't give me that [ __ ] You're hiding on the floor >> because you guys were young, right? You guys were young ones, right? >> That's not an excuse. >> That's not an excuse. >> Open up your leg. Open up your leg. >> Go >> lift it up. Go. >> I'm from the Lucas family. >> Okay. No. From the Lucas family? >> No. >> Lucas family? Colbo family? >> No. >> Colbo. When police pulled a grown man out from under the daughter's bed, the mother's shock was impossible to hide. It exposed a hard truth. She had no real control over what was happening in her own home. Meanwhile, the boyfriend tried to throw around imaginary status to pressure everyone, hoping it would earn him special treatment. >> Is in there? >> Yeah, sure. Probably been drinking. >> There's a gun. >> Is there? >> Yeah. We're adding between the seat and the center console. >> Hey guys, there's a 32 front passenger seat. >> Between the seat and the center console. >> It's right here. It's right in the front pass. >> I can see it. It's tucked underneath like a sweater. Can you rollard his location, please? Just do me a favor. Get in the car. We're going to talk about it at the station. Okay. If you if you continue to resist, you're just going to add additional charges right now. Okay. >> What are my charges? I didn't do anything. >> He initiated a traffic stop. You guys disobeyed and you guys walked into a house. When he lights you up and it's a traffic stop, you guys are supposed Everything's on camera. You're supposed to stay in the car. You can't walk away from a car and go inside the house. It's a lawful stop. You're supposed to wait. All right. Everyone knows that. >> All right. So, get inside the vehicle. We're going to go to the station and we're going to figure everything out. Okay. >> Do me a favor. Just have a seat. >> I don't want to have to drag you in the car. Okay. What's your name? >> Emily. >> Emily. Emily. Make this easier for yourself. Okay. >> Make this easier for yourself. Just get inside the car. Just have a seat. >> Don't resist. Okay. If you resist, you're going to get additional charges. Okay. >> What are my charges >> right now? Right now, it's fleeing. Fleeing and looting. Okay. >> I didn't do anything. >> You fled from the police when he initiated a traffic stop. >> Did Did you stay in the Did you stay in the car? >> You walked away, right? So, that's where you're being charged with initially. Okay. So, do me a favor. Have a seat. >> I'm asking a question. Where's the Where's the other person going? >> The other guys going to the station, too? >> At the same place. >> Yeah. negotiable. >> Then things got worse. A gun was found in Emily's car, tucked under her jacket. From that moment on, the facts weren't negotiable. Both of them were taken in for questioning. The boyfriend came off like an outsider. Awkward, ungrounded, and clearly part of a relationship that felt temporary at best. >> Did we pat her down? Just make sure check her. >> So, let's start um just kind of right at the beginning. Obviously, you were driving the vehicle, right? Where were you guys coming from tonight? >> Were you guys down downtown by like Lakes Shore Drive area? >> And then did you come drove drive straight home from directly there? Did you guys stop anywhere in between that or No, >> you came back from Lakeshore back home on Richmond. Okay. So, no stops in between then. All right. Um, and that's Anthony. Who's Anthony to you? Is he your boyfriend? Somebody you're seeing? >> Not my boyfriend. >> Not your boyfriend. >> Met him at work. >> Okay. So, it's like a friend or a situationship. >> This is the first time I hung out with him. >> Okay. First time you hung out with him. All right. I got you. You met him at work. Out. Like, why are we leaving? >> Because I just want to deal with the police. I just want to go home. >> You didn't want to deal with the police. You just wanted to go home. Okay. Did it have anything to do with the fact that there's a firearm located in the passenger seat in the co? >> I don't know what he has. >> You don't know what he has going on? Okay. >> You know, did you see him with that firearm tonight? >> No, he just came into my car. >> He just came into your car? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you never saw him with a firearm. So, >> I've never seen anything that he just came into my car. That's all. >> Okay. So, you don't know the firearm's not yours is what you're saying. >> I don't have a firearm. >> You don't have a firearm? >> No. >> Okay. But that black coat that I was in, was that his coat? Do you remember? Or is Do you know whose coat that was? >> No, I don't own a coat. >> You don't own a coat? >> Okay. >> That's mine right there. >> Okay. That's your coat. All right. Even though she was the one driving, the one speeding, and the gun was found in her vehicle, Emily still refused to take responsibility, dumping it all on a boyfriend she'd only recently met, she tried to separate reckless driving from the presence of a firearm like those two realities had nothing to do with each other. >> Why in that time frame of me making contact, coming up to the door, coming into the house, why are we trying to hide him here right now? >> Because I don't know. You don't know >> because to me it kind of seems like you knew that he had a firearm and we were trying to say oh >> he had >> you didn't know anything. >> Okay. >> We just wanted to go home and we just didn't want to deal with anything. >> Just didn't want to deal with the police. >> No. >> Anything you'd like to add? >> So like why is this my fault? >> Why is this your fault? Oh, this one. Um, well, I'll just break it down to you real quick. Uh, your vehicle broke my radar. You're going 46 to 30. Turn around to initiate a traffic stop. At that point, we start driving pretty evasively, right? We're making a lot of rights. >> Okay. >> Trying to get away from me. >> Went to my house, >> right? But that doesn't make the traffic stop void, right? It's still a traffic stop. There's no homebased rule. That's not a thing. >> And then did you hear me when when I said stop, get back in your vehicle? Did you hear me say that? >> I did hear you, but I just want to go home because this has nothing to do with me. Like if he has stuff on him, that's >> Well, you were driving the vehicle. Do we agree on that? >> I understand. I was driving the vehicle, but >> And you broke a traffic law. >> Yeah. I was like 10 10 speed above >> 16 miles per hour over the speed limit. So, we admit to that. Okay. So, then it is about you, too, because you're driving the vehicle and then you're ignoring my commands, which are lawful. I >> whatever he has going on with his own life that has nothing to do with me. >> Okay. I I get I get that portion of it, but the portion that it it doesn't make >> I don't even know him. >> I just met him today. >> I got you. Emily ended her fun night facing two serious charges, fleeing, eluding, and resisting an officer. She hit a wall once she realized she couldn't bend reality to fit her story anymore. If convicted, she could be looking at fines up to $2,000, plus a record that can follow her for years. One impulsive decision is bad enough, but that cocky attitude can cost you even more. On December 22nd, 2023, Florida police were faced with a dangerous situation after a vehicle was clocked speeding and swerving out of control when the driver refused to comply with commands to stop. What began as a traffic violation quickly escalated into a far more serious confrontation. >> My lights behind you. >> I was pulling No, I put on my car. >> No, you don't do that. Step out of the car. >> Step out of the car. >> What? >> Step out of the car. I'm stepping out for >> No, you stay inside the car. You step out. >> Oh, copy. >> Because you clearly fleeing. >> No, I would not flee. >> You I literally you up like on orange. >> Let's go. Come on. I'm done with you. >> I'm not going to jail. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> Call my mama, bro. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Come on. >> No, bro. Call my car. Get the off me, bro. Step out, >> bro. I the at your ass. I don't even know, bro. >> Face the car. >> Get off me, bro. No, I'm not going to [ __ ] off me. Get the off me, bro. Face the car. >> Turn around with your ass, >> bro. Stop me. I'm not going to fall on the phone. Shut the up now. I ain't do [ __ ] bro. >> Call my mom. >> Stop. >> You're going to get tased. >> Stop. Back up. Back up. >> At such a young age, her ego collided headon with authority. The car became her last fortress of control. Once that barrier could no longer protect her sense of dominance, instinct took over, pushing the situation from psychological tension into open defiance. Bro, bro, >> bro, I'mma blind out, bro. I got money. >> All right, >> bro. What the [ __ ] Get on the gas. Watch. Call my mama, bro. Pick the police. Good job. Call my mama, bro. Who's got >> Bro, I'mma get out, bro. I don't care about none of this [ __ ] And I'mma beat back out. >> Shackle her and then put her in there. >> Watch it. >> You can't bring her to >> No, we cannot L. She just kicked one of us, >> bro. I She missed this one. Ripped it. Bro, what the what is that on my feet? >> You're not going to be able to kick us anymore. >> Bro, >> all right. >> This jail [ __ ] on me and [ __ ] [ __ ] But I've been to jail before. I don't sit in jail [ __ ] Money good. I'mma b out and be back out on that on this road again. >> I'mma show y'all, bro. >> Uhhuh. >> I'mma show you better as I can tell you. >> Na, call my mama, bro. We got a wagon coming. >> Yeah. After, you know, issues. >> To her, the law seemed like something that could be negotiated with money. Financial comfort and a supportive family fed the illusion of being untouchable. When consequences finally hit, judgment collapsed. Instead of showing remorse, she flaunted her wealth to diminish authority, as if money could replace accountability. I don't know how to set up for nobody. Hey, you are you related to her? >> No, I'm just her best friend. >> Did she Did she take something tonight? >> Did she take something tonight? That's she acting like that. >> She 31 134 135 136. >> Bro, this [ __ ] hurt. >> You had $136 on the floor. Okay. >> Put the back in my purse. >> Apparently, >> she's >> she flicked off me. Uh she Mon flicked his leg. >> She flicked him off and then Mon turned off his legs and she kept going. She gave you the finger and took off. >> Y'all always dropping. >> Bro, this [ __ ] is hurt. It don't take all of y'all to hold me like >> kick the police. Yes, >> bro. I don't owe y'all no loyalty. I don't owe y'all [ __ ] >> [ __ ] I don't even got to respect you. The >> It's cuz you got a bad work for them. [ __ ] I don't owe you [ __ ] >> Okay. >> The I don't owe you none of y'all nothing. I can drive how I want to drive. Do I want one of them [ __ ] my life. I don't all y'all [ __ ] >> Nothing. >> No, I'm telling you. She went like 70 miles an hour when I'm talking to you guys. >> Yeah. >> She already going, but I didn't have my lights. But before she turned to put my lights on, bro, she hit 70 over here and zigzag whatever. >> Stop. Nonsense, bro. >> All this for what? >> I told her to set up or something. >> No, you're good. >> They're they're with her now. I mean, she's already there now. >> Yeah. You don't want to, >> bro. If y'all going to take me to jail, why the am I not there yet? >> Cuz we're going to put you in a wagon instead of the car. >> I was Bro, I hurt my arm. Why the hurting me, sir? >> Pulling away. >> You hurting my arm. Why the is wrong with you? Let me go. >> One line back. >> Yeah, you going to go with us. Appreciate being >> I'm not taking my tents off. Not doing none of that. I don't know what y'all going to ever do. >> Any car I get, my kids are going to be just like that. So, I don't know what y'all going to want me to do. Ask my ticket, I'm going have this pain. What the? Simply, that's just what it is. >> A close friend later confirmed a bitter truth. She wasn't under the influence of drugs. This was simply who she was. That statement stripped the situation down to its core. This wasn't a one-off mistake, but a warped personality shaped by indulgence, where ego mattered more than her own safety or that of the public. >> She talked to her to try to calm her down a little. >> We've tried that with other people already. She's all >> she wanted to try to talk to her so she'll calm down. >> You know how who >> who want to talk to? >> The one standing up with her. They just want her to calm down. >> Come on. >> He say come on. >> We'll try it. But if it doesn't work, just be willing to back away cuz >> Where's Na? >> Thank you. >> You know her, right? >> Luca and Na. Where's Na? The other >> the passenger. She walked up. We told her just wait in front of that car. She's probably over there. >> Yeah, she's in front of that car. >> Who you talking? >> Baby shot. Oh god. That baby, you making it worse. Stop this [ __ ] bro. >> Moving and it won't hurt. >> This [ __ ] hurt. Who is that? Take this [ __ ] off. This [ __ ] hurt my wrist, bro. >> Bro, >> you got to calm down, right? >> My wrist, bro. Y'all don't give a This shit's not on you, bro. This shit's on me. This [ __ ] hurt. Ow! SP is off my wrist, bro. >> Her anger didn't come from realizing the danger, only from losing control. As emotions unraveled, calls to family revealed desperation setting in. The fact that money made no difference in how officers handled the case underscored a hard reality. The law isn't negotiable, and consequences exist for a reason. >> Over here, >> bro. No, bro. No. Get the off me, bro. >> You only got the worst. >> Come on. Come on. >> These hurt my These are my mother, bro. >> No. My feet, bro. Get off me, bro. >> Are you going to step up on your own or we going to have to push in there? Stand up and walk up there. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Let me get up. Walk up there. Tell Tell her we'll adjust the wrist once you get up there. >> Walk up there. >> We'll adjust the wrist when you get up there. >> Calm down. >> Where's my mama at? >> Walk up there. We're going to put you in. >> Listen. Walk in there. We got to put you in there. Give my shoes, bro. Where >> shoes at? Oh, they they won't get my shoes. >> Get the shoes. Maybe. All right. >> Calm down. >> Give her shoes. >> Okay. But it's all the time. It's a second a with me, bro. Bro, yucking with me, bro. Bro, you got to hear me, bro. Child, [ __ ] [ __ ] >> They don't respect me. I don't got to respect them. Thank you. >> In the end, the young woman was taken to jail facing a long list of charges, including fleeing law enforcement, two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, one count of resisting arrest with violence, two counts of threatening a public official, and aggravated battery causing injury to an officer. Bail was set at $15,000. If convicted, she could face up to 18 months in jail, two years of probation, and the long-term suspension or revocation of her driver's license. One young adult walked herself straight into a criminal record. Elsewhere, regret echoed only after the phone call ended. On November 22nd, 2025 in Florida, police responded to a restaurant after receiving a call from the two female patrons themselves. They'd been arguing with staff over a missing golf cart key and were refused service due to intoxication. When officers arrived, the story quickly took a different turn. >> And I did witness spit on the avocado. >> You did? >> You have a Where's your car? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Oh, definitely. We've been >> spinning spinning your your camera show that you touch it right now. I'm jail. I want to go to jail. Walk away. Is your [ __ ] a little wet? Don't touch me. >> That's one more. >> Andrea, >> Andrea, stop it. >> I just want to grab her. I just want to grab her. >> Are you going to walk away? >> I'm not walking away. >> Excuse me. I'm not walking away. Hands behind your back. >> Excuse me. Excuse me. >> Excuse me. I'm not doing this. >> So, you're going to jail for I'm sorry that your coworker is a [ __ ] >> We haven't. >> That's literally what I'm getting arrested because he's >> You understand that, right? >> I just want you to know that I'm getting arrested cuz you the police in the US is a bully. >> You ready? I'm going to lift you up. Just watch. >> Yes, please do. I I can't get on because I'm getting arrested. >> Are you ready? >> Yeah. Go ahead. Cena gets here for me. >> Your coworker is a I want you to know that. >> He's still right there for me. >> He got mad because I emasculated him. >> I want you to know that like >> I'm going to get you up. >> Okay. I appreciate you, but like he was like he's intense. >> Just have a seat on the chair. >> Have a seat on the chair. >> I just myself. >> Instead of recognizing their condition, frustration exploded. She tried to turn the police into a personal enforcement tool to punish the restaurant rather than confront her own behavior. And the moment the handcuffs clicked, the script flipped. An all too familiar reflex when accountability becomes unavoidable. >> Look at me. >> What the is >> Who is he? >> I'm talking to my friend right now. >> Okay. I need you to look at >> Don't worry about it. Andrea has some like emasculating like issue. >> You know that, right? >> I don't know, but I don't know what's going on. >> He does though. He needs help. >> Help. >> I don't know what happened. >> No, but like your your coworker needs help. >> Someone bring the car. >> Hi. >> Excuse me. >> Is that your car right there? >> Is that your car? >> Yeah. So we're over 35 actually. >> Okay. So stay over 35. So, we'll stay right here. >> I I don't know if you're over 30. >> No, I'm over 35. I do construction. This is way over. >> So, you're an expert in measurement? >> Yo, absolutely. >> Okay. >> I'm actually in management. >> So, if you want to measure me, you get a tape measure. >> So, so this is how I measure 25 ft. 2 and 1/2 patrol the length of two and a half patrol cars. >> So, if you don't back up, >> what's your ID? Listen, >> we're not playing that game. >> What's your ID? >> You're going to move back to that. Where you from? >> Doesn't matter. >> Okay. It does. In Florida, we have a halo law. If you don't get back 25, we will arrest you. Okay. >> Sidewalk. >> You're taking our our attention off of that and onto >> No, no, no. I got you guys. >> Then do it. We have an investigation going on. >> You're being a smartass. >> What's law? >> Where's the 35T law? >> There's no 35. >> Take this one seriously. >> Oh god. We need to move. >> Get back. I'm telling you. >> How far? How far? >> 25 ft. >> It's right here. >> Sidewalk to sidewalk. >> Oh, so >> so go on that side then. The loud interference didn't come from understanding, but from an illusion of control. Legal jargon was worn like a costume of credibility masking obstruction. Like Andrea, he believed the law was a word game. That if you talked long enough, reality would eventually give in. >> I'm so sorry. I did not spit on his face. >> Do you have your ID on you? >> I did not spit on his face, though. >> Ma'am, thank you. >> What's your name? >> Andrea. Nice to meet you. >> You have your ID on you? >> Well, no, I don't. It's in my golf cart, right? >> No. They said the wallets were in the golf cart, but there's nothing in the golf cart. >> No, our wallets are not in the box. >> Where they at? >> Where's your wallet? In the >> There's nothing in there. >> Um, can I go get it? >> There's nothing in there. I just walk over. >> What's your first name? >> Spell it for me. >> No. >> Like I call you guys. >> Okay. Stand up. >> I give you lawful orders. Stand up. >> I have I can't understand. >> Are you going to stand up or not? >> You need to understand why. Why are you shooting me like sir? >> I'm not like you. >> Yes, you are. >> I'm not one. >> Yes, you are. >> Why are you hugging me? >> I'm not hurting at all. I'm not like at all. Why are you hugging me? >> You're arguing over there. So now I'm following you over here. >> I didn't ask you. What? Move your feet apart. Okay. Do you have anything on? Anything that's going to poke me, stick me, hurt me? Anything illegal? >> Nothing illegal. No drugs, no. >> What began as a routine dispute crossed the line into a real legal matter. She was the one who called the police, yet now faced consequences she wasn't ready to accept. Her reaction was like slamming her head into a wall and then blaming the wall for being hard. Somewhere along the way, she forgot who started it. We're going to sit you in the back of the car. >> All right, ma'am. Just We're done, right? We're done with the fighting. We're done with arguing. Ma'am, I know that you called me, but doesn't mean that that you can spit in my face. All right. >> I did not spit on your face. >> I think I didn't though. >> Yes, you did. >> I did not I did not spit on your face. >> All right. >> Why are we being arrested for? >> I don't understand why car, man. >> Why? I don't know. I don't understand. Why are we being arrested? >> Why are we being arrested? >> Why are we being arrested, man? >> You spit at the comp. I didn't though. >> You spit at his feet. >> I spit at the floor. >> Yes, I understand that. But to them, that's what it is. >> In the mind of a brat, calling 911 feels like a magic shield. She believed she was the center of the universe and the law existed to protect her. Small acts like spitting were brushed off as nothing until the line was crossed. When freedom disappeared, the realization hit. The law doesn't run on feelings. It runs on consequences. Okay. Please. >> I just don't think it's fair. >> I understand that. >> He's doing their best. >> It's under his name. >> I just don't think he's >> irresponsible. >> Why are they arrested? >> Why are they arresting you? Why are we getting arrested? >> I don't get it, babe. >> I understand. >> Listen to me. >> The only thing I can think about like why we get arrested cuz he's a little [ __ ] >> I'm serious. But we're like, why are we here? >> Why are you here? >> You ain't doing nothing. >> I don't understand. >> I'm noted up so high. >> Andrew, I'm going to have you step out so I can just take pictures of you. Okay. Do you have any injuries on you? >> What? >> Do you have any injuries on you? >> Injuries? >> Yeah. No. Okay. All right. I'm just going to take pictures of you real quick. Okay. It's just our protocol. I have to do that. Go ahead and step out for me. Okay. >> This camera like like feeling his ball sack like for what? >> Look at me. >> Look at me. Yeah, I know. >> Look at him. It's like embarrassing. >> Look at me. Look at me. The arrogant performance ended with a long list of charges. The younger sister faced counts including battery on a law enforcement officer, cocaine possession, introducing contraband into a jail, and resisting an officer, Bond said at $76,000. The older sister faced a nonviolent resisting arrest charge with a $5,000 bond. A moment of regret that came too late and the harsh lights laid bare the real cost of alcohol. On December 23rd, 2024, police responded to a report of a young woman who appeared intoxicated in an airport terminal. Her refusal to cooperate and disruptive behavior drew plenty of attention. Once officers stepped in, it became clear this was about more than a typical incident. >> Is this you? >> That's not you. That's not your name. What's your name? >> Siara. >> Hey, tell me what this says. >> We're really here >> at the top. >> Is that you? >> What do you mean? >> Is that Is that your name? >> What do you mean? I'm just trying to figure out who I'm talking to. You just hate your heck. You just bang your head off the ground. >> Just trying to make sure you're okay. >> Can you just just stay still? I know you can't go on the train. >> You can't go on a train right now. >> What's your date of birth? >> Okay. >> Do you have an ID out of New Mexico? >> My passport. >> Huh? >> Passport. Do you have a driver's license or an ID? >> No, I don't live there. >> Where do you live at? >> I live in New York. >> New York. >> Do you have a New York driver's license? >> It's down there with >> I I get that. But is it from Is >> your driver's license out of New Mexico? >> Okay. Ask her where she was. This wasn't just alcohol-fueled confusion. It looked like a defensive tactic to stall identity verification. She tried to keep up the image of a highclass citizen, but repeatedly slamming her head on the ground showed serious emotional dysregulation, an instinctive move meant to trigger sympathy or muddy the investigation. >> I know you said I know you said you had one drink on the plane. >> You said you was on a plane, right? >> You and Serena, right? from my ma. >> Ma'am, may you please just talk to my partner and answer his question, please. >> All right. I get >> We'll have somebody We have somebody check, but you got to sit. >> Well, somebody's going to Somebody's going to check whenever whenever the train comes back just to make sure. And did you stop anywhere on the way up here? >> No, from here to the gate. >> So, you you came off the plane and then you came straight here. >> I came Yeah, I came off a plane. Train. >> You came off a train? >> Yeah. >> Do you know where you were coming from? You know, we got you find out. >> She was drunk and fixated on a phone she claimed she'd lost on the train. Instead of answering basic questions, she kept ordering officers to go find it. That mindset revealed how she viewed them, not as law enforcement, but as personal help. The non-stop phone talk read like an alcohol-driven obsession, an easy escape hatch from the fact that she was being questioned. 380. >> 37E. That's That's why you came into >> Yes. >> So, why? >> And then I left with her. >> Yeah. But you said you said you left it on the train, right? >> No, my phone. >> Yeah. Grab her arm. >> What? >> Grab her arm. Let go. >> What? >> Just let go. >> You're going to jail. You're under arrest. >> What? >> You drank too much. >> This was the moment her arrogance collided with reality. She wasn't a VIP customer anymore. She was a disruptive, intoxicated suspect. Losing control was intolerable to her. At that point, the bag became more than property. It turned into her last fortress of power. The one thing she could still cling to. >> Let go. >> Let go of the bag. >> Let go of the bag. >> Don't start kicking. Do not kick. >> Calm down. >> Relax. Relax. >> I'm taking feet out underneath her. Lay her down slowly. Lay her down slowly. Just lay her down again. >> All right, man. I'm I'mma pick you up. All right. We're going to pick you up. All right. Do not fight. >> It's not worth it right now. Okay. >> Put you in the chair. Let's get you out here. Okay. >> Okay. Are you ready? >> You ready to stand up? >> All right. On three. I just want to lose it. >> We have everything else. Want me to take whatever is in your pocket that you think is going to fall out? >> No. >> No. It's fine. >> Okay. >> Thanks, guys. The irony sharpened when she worried about items falling out of the bag and started talking about Tik Tok. Someone who'd just gone after an officer was still obsessing over her online image. Classic cognitive disconnect. And then the punchline, the missing phone was found right there in her bag, exposing how pointless and self-made the chaos really was. >> Huh? I need your boyfriend. Say again. >> Is it unlock? >> Yeah, it's unlocked. >> Pills, narcotics, or any knife needles. We got all your stuff. We got all your stuff. Your phone? >> You have my phone? >> I do have your phone. We do have your phone. >> We found it. Somebody >> We found it. Somebody found it. >> You see it? It's in the bag. >> Can I see it? >> In the end, she was taken to jail and faced charges including public intoxication and resisting an officer. If convicted, she could be fined up to $1,000 and ordered to complete up to 50 hours of community service. Don't let airport drinking write your destiny because somewhere else a 24year-old woman got handled with ice cold consequences. On August 10th, 2025, police were called to a bar after reports of a disturbance. The suspect was accused of deliberately pouring alcohol on another patron. The incident prompted the victim to file an official report, and it also revealed tensions that had been simmering for weeks. >> Gorgeous. >> Do you guys like cater to girls at the office? >> Huh? >> Do you guys like cater to these girls? >> We uh are >> Why are we doing any of this? Because they called us saying that there was a disturbance here. >> There were this was like an hour ago, but like they started it. >> What happened? >> Okay. >> What do you mean they started? >> If you saw it, I literally called his dad owns the bar. >> Okay. >> And I was like, "This is how it started." Like, >> okay. I don't >> He was yelling at me. >> I don't What happened? The guy in black was yelling at me, attacking me, and then so was what? >> What do you mean attacking? Like verbally. >> The guy in black was yelling at me. So was the girl. >> Okay. >> You said I'm insane. Okay. They were both yelling at me. Whatever. Like there was nothing went unprovoked. They said that I bumped into them. That didn't happen. And then like I tipped a drink. Oh no. >> What do you mean you tipped a drink? Like you bumped into a drink >> or you knocked your drink over? >> Tipped a drink? >> Because I'm being yelled at and like it wasn't like I tipped the drink out of nowhere, right? >> Preferably walk away. >> Preferably. But when like >> that'd be like the smart thing to do, right? >> That would be smart. But like I was angry. like they're attacking me the whole night. Like they're coming after me. Like I didn't really understand why. >> All right. So they're not they just want you guys banned uh from coming back? They don't want you guys coming back. >> Um >> do they have like jurisdiction over that? She works Yeah, she works there. So >> yeah, but I also know the owner of the bar. >> Then the owner can unban >> Yeah, you'll have to talk with the owner then. Uh but for night they they just want you guys. She claimed she knew the bar owner, as if that alone should make everything disappear. That kind of thinking shows she believed the rules didn't apply to her. But the officers didn't stop there. Once they heard the victim's side, the picture got a lot clearer. This wasn't a one-time misunderstanding. It was a pattern of repeated harassment. >> Who had the drink board on him? >> Me. >> Okay. Do you want to press charges? >> I kind of do. Yeah, because I mean like it's it's ridiculous. I mean, like, she's been harassing me for weeks now, and I've >> How do you know her? >> I don't I really don't know her. I mean, this is like >> We should tell. >> We've been a thing. And so, it's all on camera. Um, actually, I'm so sorry. Um, it's all on camera. She had I hadn't said anything to her. I was standing there. She had grabbed the drink and there was multiple witnesses as well. She had grabbed a drink and poured it all over me. >> I'm asking you to step out of the car for us. >> It's a lawful order. So, you're going to or I'm going to make you. You understand? >> You can't touch me. >> I can't >> get a female palette. >> Okay. Stop. Get out of the car. >> It doesn't matter. >> Dude, Jesus. >> It doesn't matter. Roll over. Pull over. >> What am I doing? I'm literally talking to my dad on the >> What are you doing? >> What did I >> Give me your arm. >> Let go of me. Let go. Yeah. >> Let go of me, dude. >> Listen next time. >> What do you mean? Like, you're literally like assaulting me. >> Jesus Christ. Like, >> what did I do? >> Stand up. Get up. >> Cuz you didn't listen. What are you talking about? Battery of food. People are going to go >> and get this cuff off. >> Yeah. >> Did you not just assault me? >> I just don't understand the law. That's your problem. Don't say >> Oh, so you're above the law. >> I didn't say that. >> Are you or are you not? Are you enforcing the law by literally like tackling me on the ground >> and you don't put a pair of handcuffs? >> Well, it's because you resist. The moment she wasn't being indulged, the mask slipped. She acted like a kid who just had their toy taken away. Instead of owning her part, she blamed the police and leaned hard on the idea that the camera would prove she was right. It's a familiar move. Less guilt, more image management. >> Yeah. >> Both feet. Thank you. It's not anymore. >> I didn't like the egg bat. She just kicked me like my forearm. >> Okay, I'm trying to like pull it over. Want me to take a picture of that real quick and pull? >> You got a good rug mark? >> Yeah. You want to get out of the car? You need to be seen by an ambulance or anything? Are you hurt? >> I mean, I feel like I have marks all over me. >> Okay. Stay in the car. Stay in the car. Are you >> No. Stay in the car. This is not a you get to dictate [ __ ] >> Understood. >> Are you going to act right? >> I'm offering you medical assistance if you want it. >> Yeah. I would like medical assistance. >> What? >> What is hurt? >> I have marks all over me. >> That's what happens when you when you fight us. >> Okay. Can you please offer me assistance? >> Yep. I'll get one out here to check out. Now you're being charged with battery resisting bat to appeal because you kicked the officer over there. I don't know how much you drank tonight, but it was apparently too much. >> I mean, the [ __ ] Like, you guys literally assaulted me and my friend has it on video. >> Literally tackled me. >> What can they treat you for? >> My friend has it on video. >> They don't care about that. What can they medically treat you for? >> I mean, the marks on me. Like, I don't know. What do you mean? Like, >> is this a question of like >> Yeah. What can they medically treat me for? Always want to make sure you're my dad. >> What did I tell you about getting out of my car? Put your foot back in >> unless I tell you to get out. I do not want to have to throw you back in this car. >> Understood? >> Even in the back of the cruiser, she kept trying to tell the officer what to do, showing how hard it was for her to accept that her power was gone. By demanding to go to the hospital, she was hoping to delay jail and change the setting from a police car to an ambulance, where she believed she'd be treated more gently. You have a little scratch on your elbow. No, they tackled me to the ground. Like, for what? >> I don't even understand why. I didn't even get to ask. >> She's got a very Turn turn this way. >> She's got a very small scratch there. >> You got You got a little scrump on her elbow. >> You don't see like the grab marks that I have over here? Like, I don't even understand like why anyone would have to do that. >> Yeah, we're not really sure why everything happened either to be honest. We'll just >> I don't either. >> We're just >> The only thing I see is the your elbow, but it would be nothing. I don't think you'd want to go to the hospital for you. I just want to make sure your legs aren't either. >> Well, I want paramedic. So, what's going on? She gets her stretcher ready. We'll take her hospital. If they want to go to hospital, I got to take them. >> I know. >> Okay. >> What are we going to the hospital for again? >> Said she's hurt. So, >> okay, that's fine. All right, >> I'll follow you and as soon as they put a band-aid on like I do not feel safe going like they have been literally mocking me this whole time. Put your foot back in. They threw me to the ground. Like I really do not feel safe going with them. >> All right. Well, we'll take you hospital. >> Thank you. >> Can we walk her over? Can we walk over? >> Sure. >> You have a cuff or no? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I did officer. >> All right with you. Yeah, >> I don't need to go on I don't need to go on a I got I got to take if I take gas. >> I really don't feel safe going with them. >> I got to take you on here. Okay, >> that's fine. Any sis? >> Yes. >> Hold on one second. We got to get >> That's my fault. I told you to. >> That's the core contradiction. craving special treatment while attacking authority at the hospital. When the princess didn't get VIP perks, her ego collapsed. That power vacuum quickly turned into a psychological tail spin. Feelings took the wheel and her behavior stopped following any clear logic. >> Dad, monster. >> Can I please watch? I'm I'm not going to prevent I'm not then. Okay. I'm just trying to make sure that we just have a back. >> Okay. >> Put this back on. You okay? >> No. >> I'm not going with you guys. >> You are going. >> No, I'm not. >> Just Okay. No, no, no. Put your foot up >> for what? >> Put your foot up. >> For what? >> For battery on the lady at the bar. I didn't hit >> for resisting. >> I didn't hit it. >> For how I'm about to appeal because you kicked an officer. Put your foot in the car. >> You literally tackled me to the foot in the car. >> I'm not getting in the car with you guys. >> Jesus. >> Stitch. >> You guys have literally beat each other. >> You don't listen. >> Now she gets two cy. I hate dealing with drunk people, man. >> I know. >> I know you don't like me or any of the other officers, okay? But I would listen to what the jailers tell you to do. They play a lot less. >> In the end, she turned a night out into a serious criminal case, mostly because of her attitude. She was hit with multiple charges, including battery, resisting an officer, and assaulting an officer. What do you think about her behavior here? Was the officer's firm response necessary, or did it go too far? On February 5th, 2025, police were called to Meyer after reports of a couple who walked off with an entire cart full of merchandise without paying. They were quickly located at a nearby gas station where the story began to reveal unexpected twists. And this is what happened next. >> So, you guys saw him? >> I watched them >> on the camera. >> Yeah. I saw him walking through the store, grabbing a bunch of stuff. >> All right. The door. >> All right. You want to be in touch with me? Hey, man. Let me talk to you real quick. Well, listen. >> He's from theft protection. He's telling me. >> Okay. Did you Did you >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Listen. >> Did you catch me at Meyer? >> Listen. Did you Can you answer my question? Did you catch me at Where's your supervisor? I don't want to speak with you. Where's my supervisor? >> Didn't I just ask your supervisor? I have nothing else to see say to you unless you have your supervisor come. >> Listen, man. I just I just want to straighten things out. I'm not speaking with you no more. >> I just want to straighten things out and figure out what's going on. >> Well, I'm not speaking with you no more. I asked for a supervisor. >> The man repeatedly demanded to see a supervisor, suggesting that he either had some knowledge of his rights or was simply trying to make things difficult for the officers. He used that as a shield to dodge questions while also projecting a sense of entitlement in challenging their authority. >> You guys are asking me about somewhere I'm not even at. I'm at a gas station getting gas. >> Yeah. So, I'm talking about where you came before this. >> And like I said, you >> we need your ID. >> Can I have a supervisor? >> No, you don't need one right now. >> You if I ask for a supervisor, you have to provide. So, no, >> we need your ID. >> Provide a super. I will call my lawyer. I mean, if we're going to make this a whole situation, >> hey, stay in the car. >> Right here, man. >> Stay in the car. >> You just get in the car. Just >> stay in the car. >> They're not getting no ID from me. They're not getting nothing. >> I told them I'm done talking to them until supervisor comes. That is not my problem. >> All right, man. Come on. >> You got your ID? >> We're asking for a supervisor. No, I currently don't have a [ __ ] ID. >> All right. What's your name and date of birth? >> What's your ID? Where's your ID? >> I asked for a supervisor. >> I'm asking for your ID. Come on, man. Just make Do you understand that you guys do work for me, right? Like you guys you guys work for for the city, which I pay taxes, right? Okay. So, you guys >> pay taxes in homework? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Let me see your ID, man. I told you. Just help me figure out what's going on. We can get you on your way. We can get you on your way, man. >> My supervisor. I'm not. >> What's your What's your last name? >> Please not supervisor. >> We don't need one right now. I need your >> I feel like I need a supervisor. I feel like I'm being targeted for >> You're being detained. >> Why am I being detained >> for retail? >> Hey, ma'am. Do you not have an ID? Do you not have a driver's license? >> I don't answer any questions. >> This could just be a ticket. >> Yeah. Let me just I'm just No, I don't have my ID. I have a picture. I have to turn my recording off. Yeah. >> All it is You guys did steal something? >> Yeah, it's the bag in the trunk right there. I mean, >> it's just a ticket. >> Yeah, it's this right here. >> It's just an ordinance ticket. I was going to say I'll take the [ __ ] ticket. He didn't do anything. >> Nobody's getting arrested. You're just getting a ticket. >> Yeah, he didn't do anything. That's why I hopped out the car. I don't need anything happening with him. >> Okay. >> All right, man. Let's put the phone away. >> I don't understand why we're not providing supervisor. >> You have your ID with you, man? Come on. >> Okay. I understand what you're saying, but I don't >> Yeah, if you understand, just take out the ID then. >> I just don't understand why I'm providing >> because I told you they're telling me that they saw you walk out with merchandise from the store. >> Okay. >> And we're trying to figure out what's going on. >> Yeah, I understand that. And I'm not trying to cause you no problem. I'm just saying. But it's the same. It's the same instance though as if I say that he did that he stole something out of my car. I mean I can I can give a description. I can I can do all that. You guys are telling me I need >> He seemed to believe that his social standing as a taxpayer was enough to help him avoid consequences. This was a textbook example of arrogance. When someone thinks they deserve special treatment. His smuggness became even more obvious when he leaned on moral arguments to sidestep responsibility. >> I'm trying to solve this as easy as possible. It is a simple retail theft where I give you a court date. That is it. Because this guy's got you on video. >> Okay. I mean, but I >> Well, I'm not just harassing you for no reason. >> And I'm not saying that. I I totally understand that. But I asked him for a supervisor. I don't like the way he spoke with me. >> We don't need We don't need a supervisor. >> But if I request all it is, it's a local ordinance ticket. >> But it's my right. If I request the supervisor and I want one on scene, it's my right to >> 35 minutes. >> I I mean I would like the supervisor. Okay. But I would like the supervisor here for me to file the complaint. >> You can file it online. >> You got to do it. You got to do >> it's online. Everyone can access that way. >> So do I. So I'm going to give you my ID, but do I got to call the police to have the supervisor come? Like I'm >> If you call the police, we're going to arrest you for misuse of 911. >> We're going to go to court and you're going to make yourself look very terrible. I'm trying to save you guys some time. >> How are you saving this time? >> Good. We're going to we're going to >> cuz we asked you three times about it three times video. >> So plain and simple. >> Pulled out my wallet and said here I'm going to give him my ID, >> baby. Okay. Can I talk? No. No. You can walk with me. Let me just talk. >> Hey man, just listen to your listen to what your girl's telling you real quick. >> Please, please, just give them your ID. >> I was giving >> You're not at home. This has nothing to do with you. Like I even told them this is >> I did some dumb [ __ ] You was confused as to why they even walked up to you. Okay, just give them your ID. This one got nothing to do with you. They just need to identify you cuz you were with me. You gave him my ID. I just told him that, but I have it on video. Her just saying that I'm getting arrested for obstruction. So now I do want the supervisor to come. I really do. I'm not going to ask. >> I didn't know that she was saying he was getting arrested. >> I asked him three times to provide his ID. He then refused. So if you're going to continue to refuse, then it's going to be obstruction. >> So all right, we're fine now. But if you continue to do that, then yes, it's >> I need a supervisor here. This is >> We don't You're not getting arrested. You comply. I still leave that extra. I'm trying to go home. >> I'm trying to go home. >> Go over there. Just go over there. >> I'm trying to tell him off. >> If I called my supervisor and he and he asked why >> we don't need him. >> Officers lowered their tone to deescalate and encourage cooperation, but the man shifted his focus from rights to claiming he was being disrespected. Clearly, just another tactic to stall. At this point, his girlfriend tried to calm things down, hoping to keep him from being arrested for obstructing. >> Should we tell? Okay, that's fine. >> So, is all that stuff in those bags? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I told you all. >> All right. Can we grab that? We'll just have you guys sit in the car and then we'll give you guys ordinance ticket. Okay, that's it. You ain't got no warrants, man. >> No, but I want to speak to the supervisor still. I don't care what she says. He was the supervisor. So if I So if I do call my supervisor, what am I going to tell you? >> That I would like I would like to speak with me more than that. >> For what though? For what? We're leaving with a ticket. So for what? Why are you calling him? It's what she said. It doesn't matter what she said. Clearly, right? It don't matter. So you calling the supervisor keeping us here another 30, 40 minutes when we trying to go home? Why are you trying to do all of this? >> If I want that, then I get that. I'm a grown ass man. I make my own decisions, man. So stop, please. I'm not arguing with you right now. I'm not doing >> cuz you sat here. >> Hey. >> Okay. I would like to make a formal complaint >> about >> I I don't I don't I mean I don't have to tell you exactly why I would like to make a formal I would like to speak with supervisor. >> You want him coming up here? >> You guys don't have to. It's all >> the supervisor because she told you you were under arrest because we're still standing here. >> I'm going to walk away if you >> I don't give a at this point. You're not listening. You're not listening. >> You are trying to cause a scene. You are dead ass trying to cause a scene. >> Give me the keys. >> You understand? We had every right to do what we did, right? That's what I'm saying. >> I do understand. >> Cuz you're involved actually in a crime and you have to ID yourself cuz you're lawfully detained. >> Yeah. And if I But if I ask for a supervisor, you have to provide super. >> That's not That's not how that works. >> Okay. >> We We have to have a reason why I'm going to make my sergeant drive 45 minutes for some [ __ ] >> I mean, I have a lawyer. I'm >> You don't need a lawyer. You're not getting anything out of this. Oh, I'm I'm Yeah, she's taking heat for >> After finally agreeing to cooperate, the man still insisted on speaking to a supervisor as his last attempt to be heard. However, once police confirmed the value of the stolen merchandise and explained the legal consequences, the charge was reduced from a felony to a citation and his attitude noticeably softened. >> Can we check real quick? >> I mean, no, I don't. >> They're saying they're they're saying that there's more stuff. I don't want to I don't want to charge you with more than >> They're saying it's milk. >> They're saying that it's milk like water and some white box like a mattress topper or something. What is it? >> That doesn't make sense. >> Do you have anything in the in the trunk? No, >> I know you've been honest with us. You know, you mind just showing me real quick? >> I'm [ __ ] in here cuz mine I don't give a what they say. >> So, this bag is from Meer, too. >> That's from Meer. This >> Uh-huh. >> And they said Gatorade. That's mine. That's mine. >> Okay. But the milk and so these stuff. Yeah. They said that it was like a another bag like some They didn't know if it was like water or like the Gatorades. >> Yeah, that's why I said >> Okay. So, the Gatorades and then another bag of stuff. >> No, we don't have another bag. >> No, no, this bag. This bag right here. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Okay. And I appreciate you being honest. I know it's >> I was saying more food and then I just didn't want that. And we ain't got [ __ ] on right now. >> Should if that if you're being honest with me and that that's everything, then that should be it. >> Do you know what number they're at now? >> I have no idea. I know my partner took the uh other bags and was at >> I have no idea. >> Quantity would have me arrested. >> I we we'll figure out. We'll let you know. Okay, Shy. I I appreciate you being honest with us. All right, Shy. So, listen. The total amount came out to $300. >> That was it. $352.77 in state of Illinois over 300 is a felony and right now if Meyer had wanted to press charges both of you both of you would have gotten arrested and your car would have been towed but they just said they just want the ordinance violation. You're not going to pursue any criminal complaint. You guys are formally trespass both of you. Okay. So you guys are both getting an ordinance ticket. The uh hearing is March 25th at 5 p.m. Both of you are getting an ordinance ticket. They're not charging. No, it's an ordinance ticket. Wait, there's still a hearing. Okay. Would >> this be a violation? No. >> In the end, the couple was not taken into custody, but still faced retail theft charges, which could have been a felony since the goods were worth more than $350. However, Meyer chose not to pursue criminal charges. Instead, they received a local ordinance citation and were permanently banned from the store. On December 5th, 2021, at an airport security checkpoint, police were called after a passenger reported a missing wallet. Inside were cash and important documents. But as the investigation began, things weren't so simple. >> You saw me sitting at the terminal followed me. All right. So, they want us to open up. >> What's your name? >> I have driver's license. >> Hold on. >> One's a Visa debit. >> Visa debit. >> Visa credit card. Both >> silver platinum MX credit card. >> Hold on. >> $7 cash. You know the denominations. >> You know the denominations. >> Five to 20. >> You know how many of each? >> I had three 20s >> and I had two fives. >> Um, can the plane hold wait for me? >> When when is it supposed to leave? >> 12:20. It leaves at 12:20. >> Okay, you got time. Yes, that's it. My ID. >> Listen, man. >> Relax. >> If this is yours, I'mma give you the claim. For the hype on this, it can't happen around me. >> I'm not that hyper. Okay. Looking for a white female, white fur coat, burgundy roller bag with a white face mask. She's the one that dropped the wallet off over there in front of a different another female and just left. >> So they took all my cash. >> So that's what they told that white female white. Police immediately collected the victim's statement, noting details of the missing property and the context of the incident. The wallet was found, but all the cash had been taken before it was left behind. Thinking she had gotten away with it and no one would notice, the suspect felt triumphant, but officers quickly tracked her down. >> I should walk away. Hey guys, >> lady. >> She just said she just saw somebody. >> Somebody said she just saw her walk through the door. >> Which door? >> That we need a call for >> leaving? >> Yeah. >> Is she flying? >> Who Who's the person? >> What about this? >> You want to go call the passenger again? >> What about that right there? >> That mean? >> Yes. It look like her. >> Her jacket. That's >> Yeah, >> that's Is it her? You just flew in here? >> Yeah. >> Could you um could you come with us for a second? Let me >> I'm sorry. >> Could you come with us for a second? >> Can you have Can you have a seat over here for us, please? >> Right here. >> Let me get a lady, >> please. Do you have any identification? >> I don't know. >> I'm sorry. >> Yes, I >> can I see you, please? >> Yes, of course. Just want to get out of here. >> Where did you just fly in from? >> In California. >> Okay. >> I'm coming I'm coming back to California. >> You're going back to California? >> Yeah. >> From where? >> From here for Atlanta. >> Okay. But you just you just got here from California >> a week ago. >> A week ago. And you're flying out to California. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Miss Weiss. >> Yes. >> Did you drop a wallet? >> Yes, I did. >> You You dropp What? What? What? What? Where? What wallet did you drop? >> This one? >> No. Did you drop a brown wallet? >> No, I didn't. >> You didn't? >> No. >> Okay. Well, why is somebody telling us that you did? >> No. I don't know. Why? >> Why is somebody telling us that you dropped a wallet? I don't know. This is the wallet that I dropped. >> Police asked the suspect if she had dropped the wallet. At first, she denied it, insisting it was her own. However, under pressure, she admitted to picking up the victim's brown wallet and then dropping it again, but firmly denied taking the money. She even challenged officers to search her to prove her innocence. >> A witness saw you drop some other lady's wallet. >> I found the wallet and I dropped it. >> Okay. Where's the cash out of it? I don't know. >> What do you mean you don't know? >> I don't know. You can try. Search me. Search me. >> Where's that? What's this? >> I don't know. Search me. >> Where's Where's Hold on. Hold on. >> It's your money. You don't know that it's your money. >> I know that it's my money. >> How do you know that it's your money? >> Because it's my money. >> Because it's my money. >> Let me Let me go see Let me go talk to the victim. See if she wants to press charges. You have to you have to you have to sign affidavits and everything. I mean, Delta might be able to get you on the next flight. >> You want me to ask? >> It's going to be too late. >> No, >> I won't make it. >> All right. >> And I can't sign them. I'll be back this week. >> I'm sorry. >> I'll be back this week before. I can't sign them then. >> The the problem is is it's a it's a time thing. We can't I mean to to to put her in custody, we we have we have to have affidavit signed by the victim, the witness. >> You guys have a cash. >> Well, she's got cash on her, but how do we know that it's yours versus hers? Um, but we we've got we we've got a we've got somebody that witnessed her dropping the wallet. >> When do when do you come back home? >> Friday. >> This Friday. What time? >> I'll be here by 3:00 p.m. >> And I'll be flying. Do you need the flight number? >> Do you have it? >> I do. >> That's beyond my decision. >> I know it's not that much, but they can't do anything with that. >> Well, the the the deal is she took the $1,200 wallet, too. >> Yeah, >> that that's part of it. >> Yeah. >> So, I mean, you if if if somebody didn't see her drop it, you would have been out that. >> So, all right. But, uh a detective will be contacting you. Officers knew they couldn't hold her without the victim's cooperation and the necessary paperwork, showing strict adherence to legal procedure. But when they returned and told her she couldn't leave because she had been identified as the one who stole the wallet, the suspect immediately fell into panic. >> So, did you did you find something? Can can you can you give me my passport? >> No, not yet. Not yet. >> Not yet. You're not free to go. >> Why Why am I not free to go? because you have been identified as stealing somebody's wallet. >> I've not been identified as steal somebody's wallet. >> I I just And you admitted to me that you picked up the wallet and then dropped it. >> Yes. >> Okay. You shouldn't have taken the wallet. >> I I shouldn't do do something good. >> I don't I shouldn't have to do something good. >> Three bravo 20 29 and check for California then. >> But uh he's he's calling he's calling the duty detective. >> Have a seat, ma'am. Let me go. I need to I need to catch the flight. If I catch the flight, it's 700. >> Miss, the flight is tomorrow. >> Cut the crap today. >> Cut the drama. >> The flight is today. >> You told me it's tomorrow morning. >> The flight is today. >> So, it's tonight. Morning. >> 7:00 in the morning. Okay. That's tomorrow. And you got plenty of time to worry about that. >> Yes, you do. You got plenty of time to worry about. >> Her panic and uncooperative attitude became more and more obvious. Constantly changing her story about her flight time showed she was trying anything to escape. But when she heard detectives would be reviewing surveillance footage, she realized there was no way out. Slowly gave in and eventually confessed. >> Okay, that's that's not what we've been told. We've been told otherwise. So, you're not free to go. >> So, you innocent until you proven guilty. >> Sorry. >> Aren't you innocent until you proven guilty? >> That's right. That's right. >> Can I have my best? No. No, you can't. >> You can't have a seat. TSA officer. >> Please let me go home. >> Please let me go home. >> Please let me go home. You have to stay right here on this bench. >> Okay. >> You can't go anywhere yet where there's things that we have to do. There's things that we have to check. And then depending on that, you'll either make your flight tomorrow or you won't. >> Okay. Yeah. Okay. But in the meantime, >> can you can you can you talk to your detective? >> The detective is coming is be he'll be here in just a few minutes, but he's got to go to the office. Okay. He's going to check the video. And then, like I said, depending on what he finds, we'll go from there. Okay. But in the meantime, you have to stay calm and you have to stay seated. >> Can Can I Can I please have a margarita? >> No, you can't have a margarita. No, you can't have a margarita right now. >> When we're done when we're done here, if if you're free to go, then you can go have a margarita then. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with thirdderee grand theft due to the value of the stolen property. I'm pregnant. >> Police pursued and quickly restrained a female suspect. She immediately resisted, denying she had fled while also claiming she was pregnant. Even after being ordered to put her hands behind her back, she refused and struggled. Even once handcuffed, she kept complaining and refused to sit down. >> There you go. Okay. Can you walk me right here? I don't want to be back here with you. Can we walk up here? Just walk me up here. I'm good. I'm not going to run from you. >> Be adjusting. I'm with one right now in the parking lot. >> Come here. >> I'm not going to run from you. >> Just sit on the curb. All right. No. >> I'm not saying it was you. I'm just saying this vehicle. >> Do you have any type of ID on you? >> No. >> She insisted her pregnancy meant she couldn't sit. Yet, she had just been caught running from police. Constantly denying she had fled. She used her pregnancy as a reason to demand officers let her go. However, police explained they had to keep her detained while checking the vehicle where they found piles of new clothing still with tags. >> But I'm I'm saying that's okay. >> So, just so you understand, you're just being detained right now. You're not under arrest. You're just being detained. >> All right. Till we figure out what's going on. >> Stay over here. >> I don't know what, sir. You got me handled. >> You keep walking around. I really should have sat on the seat. >> Okay. Do you want to sit in the squad car like I do? You're not under arrest or anything right now. You're just being detained. Just higher up. Leave the door open. >> Okay. >> Okay. I just don't want you digging around. Not saying that you're going to. I just don't want anybody digging around in the car. >> You know, cuz we don't know what's in there. >> Not. >> So, what are we waiting on? >> Well, we're still trying to find your other friends. >> I'm assuming. What was that? >> What about me? Well, you're just being detained right now until once everything is settled down, you know, we'll read everybody their rights and whatnot and figure out what's going on. You have any uh ID on you? >> Um no, she took it. >> Okay. Is that a valid ID? >> Yeah. >> That's who you are. Current address, everything like that. >> Even though she tried to act innocent, her nervousness only raised more suspicion in the eyes of the officers. The tension grew as they and the bank employees checked the information. In the end, the staff confirmed that the ID she presented did not match the account holder's photo. >> Arrest. >> Are you kidding me? >> Yes, I'm not kidding you. >> Hold it. Can I put my >> You can put it down. >> Yes. >> Why are you being sold? >> I'm not being aggressive, ma'am. Okay. You're going to be You're under arrest right now. You have the right to remain silent and you say canon will be against you in the court of law given the right to an attorney to have him or her with you before and or during any questioning. If you want to give up that right and you want to talk to him about what's going on, that's all good. But what I'm telling you is is you just told me you found you just presented this ID which is not you and then you said you found the wallet outside with a cash check with a check made out to that person. That's not who you are. Then they hear me out. Then they showed me a picture of who the actual bank holder is. This is not you. Is that Is that car over there with you? >> What car? You don't have to at this point. I'll see you inside. When faced with undeniable evidence, the mismatch between the ID and the account holder, the suspect's mindset quickly shifted from denial to despair and resistance. Knowing she was exposed, she lost her initial composure, revealing anger, frustration, and clear anxiety. >> There's something wrong. He's like, "I'm not finding you in our system." No food fetishes. >> You sure? >> I mean, >> Ryan. >> Yes. >> I was just going to make something up, but I just I couldn't. >> This exchange highlighted the officer's experience in handling fraud cases. They understood how organized crime operations worked, where suspects were often just pawns. At the same time, the situation underscored the importance of vigilance and close cooperation between banks and law enforcement in stopping large-scale financial crimes. >> All those big hitters now are doing what what are measly crimes, but the profit is very high. >> You hear me? But she's part of something bigger. >> That's all she is. She's she's just part of something bigger. Hi, guys. Have a blessed one. Keep Man, I just want I just want to say this real quick. Make sure you're honest when I ask you who you are and it'll make things easier for you. Other than that, like it's just going to be harder and harder and harder. So, that's up to you. I already see all the Pennsylvania licenses, social security. You you you know what's going on, right? This is what you do. I mean, you cash I mean, I see I I'm familiar with this. You're not I didn't just start an hour ago. You know what I mean? Instead of continuing to question her, the officer presented undeniable evidence, completely breaking down the suspect's resistance. In the end, she was forced to reveal her real name, proof of how effective this strategy was. The case closed with a series of charges against her, including forgery, identity theft, and obstruction of law enforcement. I'm just saying this is just what I do. So, what I'm trying to do is I don't believe in treating people horribly, right? I don't believe in making my life or your life any difficult. The fact of the matter is some days I don't catch the bad guy. Some days you get caught, some days I win, some days you win. Right? So, when I have five or six different IDs on here with different names, would that lead me to believe you're not being truthful? >> Yes. >> I want my lawyer. I want a lawyer. >> Listen, you can have a lawyer. Listen to me. Here's the story. You can have a lawyer all you want, but what you're not entitled to lawyer is identifying who you are. So, we can charge you with obstruction administration of law if you fail to provide your information. Well, I also know that it's the law because this happened to me before because I didn't have a home and that I don't have to say a word because it's my right until I get a lawyer. >> Amanda, listen to me. >> And it seems how you keep playing this. Amanda, I understand you're caught up. I get it. >> Caught up. You do. You don't get it. >> Okay. How old are you? >> I'm 46. About to be 47. >> Okay. And your last known address was Fort Myers, Florida. >> Yes, sir. >> Ultimately, the woman was charged with multiple serious offenses, including forgery, possession of a fraudulent credit card, identity theft, and falsifying government documents. Her repeated lies about her identity also led to an added charge of obstructing law enforcement. With these charges, she could face prison time, fines, and probation depending on state law. On July 30th, 2025, police were called to an Ace Hardware store after a report of an unusual theft. A woman suspected of stealing a house plant. Shortly after, she was detained for questioning, and surveillance footage revealed the truth behind the scene. And this is what happened next. Have a seat in here. >> So, give me one second. So then I can get >> I just don't want anybody else listening to your business. Okay, >> I'm going to read your Miranda rightites. Have you had your Miranda rights read to you before? >> Wait, so now I'm going to jail. >> I'm not saying that by any means. Do you have any prior history of retail theft? >> No. >> Okay, I'm going to watch the video. >> Okay, before I do anything, just to confirm what he's saying, but let me read your Miranda before I talk to you any further. Okay. >> All right. >> Can Okay, hold on. >> Remind you to talk to me about what happened today? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. So, I haven't watched the video yet, but he said you've been removing >> on multiple occasions other than today. >> Have you been here previously? >> I I I've been here many times. Yes, I've come here for plants. >> Love some plants every time. You know, grab right in here and everything. >> I've been here multiple times where the ladies were cuz they usually get a tray, you know, usually get like five, six plus plants. and she said, "You know, if you have multiple, you can take the tag off or if they're bigger than like um a pint or quart, you can take the label off and bring it in." I said, "Thank you so much. Greatly appreciate it." Um >> in time before last, I did have a >> I did look through their um morning jasmine and everything. I did remove the tag and everything like a owner or not, sorry, not an owner, an employee said that I could previously do. I put them out. I just put them in front of my car and everything. I went inside. >> I was talking to the older lady with glasses that is currently still working in there and has checked me out multiple times before and everything. I thought I paid for everything. >> The woman's body language showed a mix of confusion and anxiety, though she remained cooperative. Her explanation for removing the price tag might have seemed believable to someone unfamiliar with store procedures. However, the claim of accidentally forgetting to pay was clearly an attempt to justify and downplay her actions. >> I would not take steal in any way and then coming back and try to steal or take again. I said, you know, I apologize. I'm more than happy to pay for anything. He goes, nope, we're calling the cops. You're going to jail. And I said, I I don't feel like that is necessary, but I am happy. >> I'm not saying you're going to a jail by any means. Even if even if it rises that level, I can give you a notice to appear if you're cooperative. I just want just make sure cuz he's saying that what you're doing is you're taking the tags off cheaper items, going and paying for those, and then taking the more expensive items is the way he's explained it to me. I'm going to go watch the video. Okay. >> And I did remove tags again today because it was raining and everything, and they were bigger ones. I was told from previous times if it is a bigger one, I can put it out in front of my car and bring the tags in and everything. And I was looking at the big ones and everything. I assumed I took off um tags and everything of the appropriate ones and everything. I I brought them inside. >> I'm going to run her real quick, too, and just see if she's got any prior. >> Sure, that works. So, basically what she's doing the last time she took she got a tray of flowers. >> She goes in and she um took the tags off a couple plants >> and um she paid for the tray and then hid the the tags in a barrel below the cash register. So, I'm good there for sure. today. She took the tags off two plants and put them underneath the plants and then she basically paid for the right amount of plants, but she paid for the cheaper >> of the two. She would basically swip switch. >> Oh, they're 50% off. >> I know. >> She has >> Oh, she does. >> County. Oh, okay. Oh, perfect. I appreciate that. >> Um, thank She admitted she had removed the price tag that day because of the rain. However, police reminded her of the store employees accusation that she had switched tags, paying for the cheaper item while taking the more expensive one. When they returned, they informed her that she also had an active warrant out of Canton related to a DUI, which she claimed she hadn't even known about. >> Thank you. So, you've got a warrant? I don't know if you knew that. >> I have a warrant? >> Yeah, for a DUI. >> Well, I did all I did all my stuff for that. So sometimes what can happen is like um mi miss a pay. Do you did you move or anything >> from Canton? >> Okay. To here. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Um I sent I thought >> Yeah. Something must have got missed or missed a court date or something. >> Um let me finish with this real quick. Okay. So on the 25th you came in and I watched the video. All right. And they've actually put out videos of this incident asking for the public's help in identifying. Hey, you paid for you took the tags off, hit them underneath a plant. I watched you on video do it and then you paid for the cheaper of the two plants and loaded up the more expensive ones. Okay. I'm only going to charge you with a misdemeanor today. Although it technically happened on two occasion, I could charge you with the felony. You're already in enough trouble. I don't want to do that. Okay. Is that what happened pretty much accurately? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. Well, thank you for being honest. And because you were honest, I'm only going to charge you with the misdemeanor. All right. But I got I was going to give you an NTA, but you got the warrant. So, I have to send you for the warrant. So, I'm going to have to send you for this, but I'll do the misdemeanor. I'll do it under. Okay. >> So, when you say like going booking for the for the warrant, yes, you have to see a warrant. Okay. For today, for >> No, for the warrant. For the DUI warrant. >> Correct. But I I have to go in front of a judge today talking and all that. And then >> it might be early enough where you still get in front of a judge today. >> Can I can I get my purse and stuff? >> Yeah, we'll get your We'll get your impound Well, no. We'll I'll talk with them and make sure we can leave this since you were cooperative versus Can you have somebody come pick it up? >> I was going to say, can I call someone? >> Go ahead. Absolutely. >> Yeah. In fact, I would do that right now. See if you can get them to come. >> Victoria, yeah, we're definitely willing to work with you. Okay. So, we don't want to do that to your car and what >> police then showed the surveillance footage. Undeniable evidence that forced Victoria to confess her actions. The decision to downgrade the charge reflected leniency for someone who cooperated. However, the active warrant required police to carry out the arrest according to procedure. >> Uh, you're being cooperative with us. Just don't go to the driver's side. Just stay on the passenger side. Okay. Come on. >> Again, if you truly don't maybe understand >> Well, actually, hang tight. I'm gonna have him come out and show me which plants you're supposed to have and we'll switch them >> up with him here. So, yeah. Okay. >> But yeah, if you truly maybe are not sure you did everything you're supposed to do with the DUI stuff, >> um, explain that. You know what I mean? But unfortunately, either whether it's today or another time you get pulled over or something like we're just Yeah. >> Is that Is that your only prior is >> Yeah. >> And you've never been in any other trouble. He I'll let you talk to him about that if you want to get out. And uh uh he said you are going to be banned from the property. Okay. >> Understood. Yeah, go ahead. Just do it from the passenger side here for me. Thank you. >> You all good with me? >> Um, do you want to just tell her she's banned? I told her, but >> you're banned. >> Understandable. Do can I have someone come and get the car? It will be a little bit for afterwards or is there >> How how long are you talking? >> Um I mean he said it might be like 2 hours. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> It was like someone stealing from you and then pretending to help you look for it. From anxiety, the woman gradually shifted to accepting reality. She calmly faced the fact she was going to jail, started arranging personal matters like her car, and stopped making excuses for her actions. >> So, as silly as it sounds, cuz I don't I don't know this process. I'm sure. So, I'm going to count >> you'll go out to the county jail, you'll get booked in. And then for warrants, now you got to see a judge. >> And so then, as silly as that sounds, is that like they start seeing people on three? >> Uh, it's up to the It's up to the county >> and like I >> Yeah, it's up to the county. Um, this whole process is new to all of us. So, it's up to the judge and the county like when you get to see like I not to the county, it's up to the judge. So, is it if you get out there early enough, which you might still you it's possible you could see one today. >> Come now. Come on. >> Let's see. Chocolate being cooperative. I don't know. Go get her information. Write her noticed up here. Call it a day. If if it wasn't the warrant >> out of your pockets except for money in this bag. >> She was being very cooperative though. >> In the end, the woman was arrested and taken to jail on theft charges. Initially, she could have faced harsher charges, but her cooperation led police to reduce them. However, the DUI related warrant still meant she had to be held at the county jail.
