Get my chew bag over there. Get my chew bag over there. That's right. STOP SQUEEZING MY ARM. GET OUT OF THE CAR. WHAT? GET OUT OF THE CAR RIGHT NOW. SOME WOMEN DON'T NEED A SCRIPT. They write their own, fueled by entitlement and disorder. Tell me. There is [ __ ] on top of [ __ ] tonight. Get out of the car. Get on the ground. All right. Get on the ground right now. All right. What looks like a joke today, even to the police, becomes a moral collapse tomorrow that leaves a chill in the room. Cuz people are smoking so much. Stay with us. You're about to see a Karen unravel the instant the law finally says, "Enough." On July 17th, 2025 in Florida, a patrol officer spotted a white Cadillac SUV rolling with no license plate. The initial goal was simple, check registration and a valid driver's license, but the driver's reaction is what sent everything sideways. I don't have tags, registration, any of that. Okay. You know that. Okay. Do you have a license? Yes, I do. Can I get a police report for assistance? The card also said, "American state citizen, the United States of America unincorporated." >> And I just want you to know I'm traveling in my private vehicle. I am not operating in commerce. Okay. And that's why I do not need a tag or registration. I don't even have to have a driver's license, but as soon as I just got that, so I haven't had a chance to address my other identification. But this is the new identification. It covers passport, driver's license, all of that. And it has all the documents in there. Private vehicle. Okay. And I'm traveling. I am not operating in commerce. Okay. I know I don't I don't want to I know you're doing your job. I did give it, but a lot of that is going to be changing. Okay. So, you said it's going to be changing. It's not changed yet. It was as of right now. As of January the 1st, no one else is going to ever have to have a driver's license, registration, or Just January 1st of what? Next year, 20 Okay. We're still in 2025. >> doesn't matter. I'm not a US citizen. I'm an American state national. Okay. I am an American citizen. But it says United States of America. What reason would you give me any kind of driver's license? I said, "Okay." Yeah. >> Whatever registration. I said, "I at least need to check the VIN." She goes, "No, I don't." All right. I think we get her out of the car. Huh? I think we get her out of Right out of the gate, she hands over a homemade card to keep the upper hand. No real facts, just her personal made-up reading of the law, like one day the rules will magically change. The core motive is total control, shown in that sovereign citizen fantasy that if you don't consent, you somehow create a legal force field. I'm not getting out of my car. >> Ma'am, step out of the car. >> No. I'm not you. You're not for what reason? Because Pennsylvania v. Mimms says I can order you out of the vehicle. They're saying that Pennsylvania v. Mimms is ordering me out of the car. Ma'am, I need you to step out of the car. I have not committed any crimes. Step out of the vehicle. Right now, you are committing a crime. You're resisting. He's saying that I'm not getting out of my car. He's saying that I'm being resisting. What is the one out? It's signal 14. She's refusing to get out of the car. No. No, you need to step out. You need to step out right now. All right. So, it's a signal 14. I'm about to bust her window. I'm pepper blasting. Yeah, it's up against the curb. Like she's in the parking stall. She's up against the curb in a large median area. Can you please ask your supervisor to come here? Get out of the car, ma'am. Why? I'm about to pepper Why are you making me get out of my car? GET OUT OF THE CAR. WHAT? GET OUT OF THE CAR RIGHT NOW. >> I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. GET OUT OF THE GET OUT OF THE CAR OR YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. >> All right. I brought I brought like me I don't know. Let me see if she gets out. I I didn't DO ANYTHING. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? OH. >> What are you doing? What? What are you >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. You've been resisting this whole time, ma'am. >> You were just telling me to get out of my Watch her. With an ego that big, following orders feels like humiliation. But reality punches straight through the delusion when the window shatters. The screaming isn't just about physical pain. It's the sound of a collapsing self-image, the moment she realizes she isn't special at all. So, right now, your handcuffs are not double locked? Get her out. Tell me what crime I've committed. Right now, it's resisting, ma'am. I haven't resisted. >> It's new. I asked you for my I haven't committed a crime. Okay. I gave it to you. I gave you my identification. It's not a driver's license. I asked you to give me my driver's license. Well, what's the point? I already asked you for it. You asked me for my ID. >> No, I asked for your driver's And I gave it to her as a passport. >> And I didn't ask for anything. I told you to get out and you didn't. I know, but you had didn't even identify yourself. And what was going on? Okay, come here. Okay. Can you give them the card? I want Please get your supervisor here. American state national. I am not a US citizen. It says United States of America on this card. Yes, United States of America, not US citizen. Not the incorporated. Not incorporated under the Constitution. Get her out. No. No, I don't want to. She said how she's running it now. 26, she has a VIN block. I'm just trying to get to it. Okay, I'm searching you to make sure you don't have any weapons, any contraband that is not allowed. I don't have any. >> You're taking me to jail? >> Yes. For what? >> Obstruction and resisting. I didn't do any of that, ma'am. Probable cause for Probable cause. Yeah, it's right here. He's going to do his thing. He's going to sit in my car when he's ready to talk to you. If you That's when she cooperated. After I punched it several times and then it finally like broke through, then she was willing to open the door and then um I didn't I didn't I didn't like blast Okay, good. >> or anything cuz she was like at that point she opened the door. She wasn't getting out, but we were able to get her out without like using that escalating that force. Yeah. Get out of the vehicle. He will come over and talk to you. Um I'm I'm allergic to air fresheners. Okay. Okay. So, can I keep my head out? I I'm really allergic to air fresheners. >> the window down. Okay, thank you. But it's really strong in here. I will have an asthma attack. I'll put the window down. The irony? The same person who was denying constitutional authority starts yelling "Constitutional rights violation" the second she's in handcuffs. It's the classic privilege delusion contradiction. The law only matters when it benefits her. Once she's restrained, she quickly flips into the oppressed victim role. All right. What's up? I did not resist arrest. She >> You did not? No, sir. So, why was the window broken? Because he just walked up to me, didn't announce who he was, didn't tell me what was going on. He just said, "Get out of your car." And I said, "Well, I'm I'm So, you you were dealing with a police officer already. And he didn't announce himself. I didn't He never announced himself. Okay, he doesn't have to. There's a You were already dealing with an officer, so another officer was there. Okay. Okay, he didn't? No, sir. Well, then we should just release you. Yes, you should. Right. I have not broken any laws. Here's >> broken any crimes. >> Here's the facts. You thought that you were going to be able to do whatever you wanted to do and that we weren't going to yank you out of your car. Actually, No, I didn't think that at >> They got you out of the car pretty nice compared to maybe how I would have handled it. Because I probably would have put an axe pick through that thing, shoveled out the entire glass, and dragged you out that window. If you are told to exit the vehicle, you exit the vehicle. It's that simple. >> me. I didn't know who he was or what he was doing. >> of all, it got to the point you weren't listening to the initial officer. Who who who by the way >> She asked for >> is a very nice officer. >> Yes, and I gave it to her. She never asked for anything else. And then you were told several times to exit the vehicle. Yes or no? But I asked if I committed a crime and didn't tell me I You don't No, no, no, no, no. Stop. This is where you make the mistake. Were you ordered out of the vehicle? Yes or no? It's a yes or no. Were you ordered out of the vehicle? You guys have violated my constitutional rights. >> have to talk to me. You're the one who asked me to talk. >> No, he's not coming here. I am the superior. I am the watch commander. I am the watch commander. I want I am the watch commander. I am the watch commander. That yes or no moment exposes how empty the script really is. She starts to grasp that sovereign citizen doesn't hold up against real-world authority, but she keeps repeating it anyway, like clinging to a last life raft. Holding onto a fictional identity is easier than admitting the basic truth. She's just breaking traffic laws. How many times do I have to say it? What other language do you speak so I can help? >> Sir, I am an American state national. And I gave her what she asked me for. She asked me for my ID, I gave it to her. She did not come back and ask for something else. And then she did. She came back and asked for my ID and I said, "You know what? I am traveling as a private citizen in my private vehicle. And you GUYS DO NOT HAVE permission to be in my car." But we are because you're under arrest and we're towing it. Please tell me why I'm under arrest. >> the very least, resisting. I didn't resist. Unregistered motor vehicle in the state of Florida. >> have to have registration and tags. I'm an American citizen. I am not a US citizen. >> an American citizen. I am an American state national. I am not a US citizen. Look, whoever filled your head up with this stuff, I'm sorry. It's not real. So, that's on you. Um, you know, you're free to travel. You don't have to abide by traffic laws like everyone else does and all this yadda yadda yadda. Look, it just it gets tiring. It gets tiring of this. Um, It is about being honorable and not doing any harm. Sure. Um, you said you wanted to plead the fifth. You got You got your chance to plead the fifth. You don't have to say anything incriminating, okay? No, ma'am, that's too late now. We already broke the window. Once we break a window, nah, you're going. So, okay. That's the the new thing now, I guess. Um, so the sovereign citizens say say they're American state citizens. I am not a sovereign citizen. >> Yeah, cuz she's like, "I'm an American state citizen. I don't go under the Constitution." It's the same thing as a sovereign. In the end, she's arrested and faces a non-violent resisting charge. But the most shocking part isn't the arrest, it's her refusal to learn. Just 1 week later, she repeats the exact same mistake. That's what an entitlement-driven behavioral pattern looks like. 7 days in jail isn't a wake-up call. It's just a price she's willing to pay to keep feeding the fantasy. Even 2 months later, she's still driving with expired registration. At this point, it's not just crime, it's a directionless rebellion against basic social order. The message is clear. Mistakes can be forgiven, but stubbornness in the face of reality will always pull you toward the cliff. A person who challenges the law with my rights, then immediately pivots to blaming everyone else. So over the top, it has the whole patrol squad laughing. On May 2nd, 2025 in Florida, officers approached a woman after she got into a scuffle with a stranger at a Dollar Tree. This wasn't just a one-off incident. It was a portrait of a moral mask worn over a bruised ego. And here's what really went down. Hello. Hi, how are you? Good. Good. All right, what's going on? I don't know. I was shopping or whatever and this girl wanted to walk by, but she I saw her do something to her child and I smacked her because I'm not with people children and I was trying to get out of the store and she was kind of in my way. And then she had people following me around or whatever and I'm not with that. But the thing about her was that I saw her touch the baby's like whatever the jock or whatever, wherever the baby's private area was and then she wanted to be upset because I smacked her in the face. All right. Do you Can you do me a favor? Could you just have a seat at the table here? All right. Perfect. All right. Janette, do you want to explain me kind of again what happened? The girl, I was coming out and I was trying to get out of the store and the girl was Yeah, the Dollar Tree. She was kind of in my way, but I saw her touch her child or whatever and I was like, "I'm not with that." and I smacked her. But the reason is because I've had people tell me things about that and she was like she thought she was going to get in my way that way, but she thought she was going to get in my way. BUT SHE ALSO MADE A COMMENT OR OR SMILED AT ME LIKE she She said I can't explain to you how like she smiled or she sneered or something and I was I was going to JUST WALK BY HER, BUT SHE PISSED me off and I hit her. But the reason I hit her is because I saw her touch the child's whatever private area or whatever the pants or whatever. Maybe she just zipped the pants, but whatever it was when she sneered at me when when I when she got up and I was going to get out of her way, she sneered at me like she she smiled like like real evil and I was like, "I'm not trying I'm not trying to be with you, but I'm not trying to From the first seconds, Karen doesn't defend herself in the usual way. She goes on offense with a moral storyline, slapping a serious label on the other person so she can hand herself permission to get physical. The goal is simple. Make the officer see her as the one upholding justice, not the one causing the scene. was in the way and then I was trying to pass her as she touched her child or she had zipped up to whatever and then she got up and I hit her because I was trying I hit her because she sneered at me, but she was trying to like insinuate that I had something to do with her touching the child. That's all I'm trying to say. Why would she I don't know. It's just the LOOK THAT SHE GAVE ME. YOU HAVE TO like If anybody ever looked at you to try to insinuate something, that's all. And I was just really tired of like that I was trying to get that I was trying to get to to go somewhere to help myself to get something to eat or to do something like that. She gave you a sneer look and that's when you hit It's not that she gave me It's like All right, I'll I'll look at you if if you don't mind. Like like smile at you like like that like a real evil smile. Like just something really not It was something rude and that's why I hit her. She just made a look like But the thing was that she had touched her child or whatever. And how'd you hit her? I hit her in the face just like that. Like I slapped her in the face. But I've had people try to say that I've done things like that and I don't do children. And I've had children taken from me for nothing because I didn't have any money. Did she say something about being a No, she didn't. It's just that she touched her child in my face and I think that's wrong and that's why I hit her. And how'd she touch her child? I don't know. She zipped up her zipper something. I don't know. I caught the tail end of that and I was trying to get out of her way and I I slapped her. Well, I don't know. If If there's [laughter] any way you could see outside and see that she was doing her zipper or touching whatever, his or her, whoever the child was, that she just walked up, but when she got up, she smiled in my face. That's all I'm trying to say. That she wanted to smile and insinuate that I don't know that I was condoning that or that I don't She isn't focused on what happened. She's focused on how she feels about being looked at and judged. When she brings up losing custody before because she didn't have money, you can see old pain spilling onto a total stranger. That slap wasn't about protecting anyone, it was her way of taking her anger out on the world. know what she was doing. You didn't see it. So, she was zipping her zipper on her pants? Well, say she was zipping the zipper in her pants and she got up and smiled in my face. Okay, did you know what she was doing? I don't know. I don't care. I I smacked her because I didn't know what she was doing. All right. So, you didn't know what she was doing and you hit her. Yes. I just She looked like she was touching her So, you don't know Okay. if there's any negative wrongdoing Look, I smacked her and she was in my way and she was touching her child. That's why I I think it was very negative. So, the fact that she was in your way Was there any way that you could walk around her? I was trying to go this way and there was two people in front of me and then going around them, I had to go around her and I smacked her. That's why. Cuz the two people ahead of her, I was trying to go this way. They were going that way to get in my way. So, you smacked cuz she people were in your way. I smacked her cuz she was touching her kid. That's why. Okay. But when I see that for me, I don't care for any of that for anybody else. I'm not there to justify or be any part of that. Any time Any time you bring that up, you can kiss my ass, man. But then people want to be like, "Fuck you." AND "KISS MY ASS." AND ALL THIS [ __ ] I HAVE NOTHING to do with that. I have absolutely nothing to do with that and that's why I That's all sorry. It's just I'm tired of people and their their stereotypical [ __ ] over a song I like. That's all. Over a song you Yes, I never mind. Just strike that. Forget it. Like people think they're going to The lady you hit, did you know her? No, I don't know her. She just doesn't need to be touching people and rolling her eyes or looking at me and trying to smile in my face. Nothing. She was in my way. That's all. And there was two people previously in my way, too. Once her logic gets challenged, she does what this type often does. She swerves into personal attacks and drags in unrelated details like they're supposed to make her argument land. When non-violent control stops working, she escalates into hard resistance. Less self-defense, more self-sabotage. So, the other two people, what happened with that? Nothing. She wanted to continue to follow me around and irritate me and film me or whatever. And then like Monday I stole some some uh uh uh Taco Bell and this guy wanted to follow me around because I was hungry and I had no money or whatever. Okay, so the two that were in your way earlier today, you just passed them or what? What is it? The two that No, I They were they were in this way and so I couldn't go that way, so I went this way. I went his way and then she was in my way and I smacked her. I don't know what to say. Do you understand why that's an issue? Yeah, I understand it's an issue. Ask people not to get in my way when I'm trying to get out of the store or whatever or harass me like that because she was harassing me like that. There's a lot of Look, you can But wait, wait, they you want let me speak is one, and the other thing is you are not with me 24/7, but you can check my record and you can also say I'm not in your record, and then you want to go and say I'm not in Florida's record, and then you want to be like, "You're the nuisance." You want to make it look like I'm the problem when somebody sent her there to harass me. But, if somebody sent me some money If somebody sent me some money via you, or I had a airmail, or I had something with my ID on it, or my food stamp card was found, YOU WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME, but you most definitely want TO JUMP DOWN MY throat for her coming to me. That's all I'm trying to tell you. What again? Whatever the STATE OF THE WHATEVER, SHE CAME TO WITH ME, and you want to side with her. It's like you and Florida are I-4. So, how did she That's all. How did she come IN I DON'T KNOW. SHE GOT IN MY WAY ALREADY, AND I SMACKED HER IN THE god damn face. And you're claiming that she's COME TO YES, SHE DID COME TO ME CUZ TWO PEOPLE CAME, and I was going to go this way, so I turned her way. So, I turned her way THIS WAY AND SMACKED HER IN THE GOD damn This isn't accidental trouble anymore. It's a choice to put personal emotion above legal consequences. She keeps repeating that she slapped someone like it's no big deal, and from here on out, brace yourself. The camera moves in close. There. We've read over it like 10, 20 times now. Okay, but your story makes no sense. Yeah, it makes no sense people coming to cuz you wrote a song. Okay? Again, the song, I don't know, but either way, you're going to get arrested All right, cool. That's wonderful. Yeah, I got it. HERE. DON'T TOUCH ME. Here's my [ __ ] Don't There you go. That's my Don't squeeze. There's my other bag. Get my other bag, and that's cool. hole. [ __ ] You get night hole. Want to suck your either hole. Make sure you check out a back of burger bread. 500 million and 500 million. Get my two bags over there. Get my two bags over there. That's right. Stop squeezing my arm. You mind transferring her? GET MY TWO BAGS OVER THERE, [ __ ] THAT'S RIGHT. THEY GO OVER 500 hoes. Hold up. Hang on. Let's go. [ __ ] let's go. $500. Let's go. Come on. You got that? Come on. You want to be a [ __ ] let's go. Stop. There you go. Open the door. Open the door. Don't be kicking doors and Don't be people at night. That's right. Get my bag. You'll be regretting it later trying to the ho ho ho. [ __ ] You good? You good, stupid You good, stupid [ __ ] huh? What are you doing? YOU DUMB [ __ ] DUMB. That's right, [ __ ] Open the door then. YEAH, I-4, [ __ ] GO. LET GO OF MY ARM. IN the end, she's charged with battery and resisting an officer. In Florida, a battery charge can bring up to 90 days in jail, fines up to $5,000, and up to 12 months of probation. What do you think about her reasoning? Does she need a sentence or a serious mental health plan? Drop your take in the comments below. When one call ends with laughter, another starts with behavior police can't ignore. On March 14th, 2025, police were dispatched to a pediatric clinic after reports of disorderly behavior outside the building. Patients were visibly shaken, forcing officers to step in. But, what followed quickly veered far off the usual script. I'm in the bathroom. I'm going to be sick in my stomach. What was that? I'm going to be sick in my stomach. For what? I don't know. I don't I've been sick for days. I don't know if it's the food or eating or what. Are you using the bathroom out here in public or I did earlier cuz people are pissing me off in the in the in the in the stalls. The kids are making all this racket at night. They're making me [ __ ] myself in my diaper. They're doing it on purpose. It's a It's It's an ongoing thing. Okay. Well, you can't be using the bathroom out here in the middle of the parking lot. People are complaining. Well, they always complain. I know, but that's not >> about everything. It's not that. It's about me. They say "stupid bitch." They say "stupid girl." It's It's not about the bathroom. It's about me, my smell, my car, my music. It's about everything, officer. Can't you understand anything? And if it's not that >> No, I'm not going to calm down. You know why? Because they're using my debit card now. The sheriff from the from the [ __ ] from the your [ __ ] place is using my debit card. She I'm Tonight, I'm going to use Amy's debit card. Okay, I know nothing about that. I'm just here about something else. >> $642. I have it right >> the hospital to talk to someone or Perfect. Let's go to a hospital. I still have meds. Okay, I'm just just Perfect. Let's go to a hospital, officer. Would you like to go to a hospital? Hell, no. Okay. >> What the hell would you go to a hospital? >> Cuz you said you you haven't talked to somebody in a couple months, so I'm just offering that service to you. >> to Sahario. Okay. I'm just offering you a service. You No, I would tell you to go to a hospital. You What they do? They send me back. Oh, we go to We go to St. Mary's. Do you know what they do? They send me to Port They send me to What's that place called up Point St. What's it called? Up Listen, she's using it, and she's using She's using the dollar store out this way. She's using the wall a whole bunch of five Walmarts in a day. I had to rip up my card a couple days ago. I HAVE HAD IT. OKAY, YOU DON'T NEED TO YELL. I HAVEN'T RAISED MY VOICE >> YELLING. I am angry. Okay. I've had She used $642. $42. Okay. So, I don't know if people complain about a [ __ ] a little [ __ ] in the parking lot. I never did that. Well, it's very indecent. That's why people are complaining about it. >> was behind my door. I do that at night time. Oh, we got to complain about that, too? Oh, I'm sorry. What am I supposed to do? Hold on. Am I supposed to [ __ ] in here? Oh, I got >> tons of other places besides the middle of a parking lot. >> There's no place to go in the middle of the night time. >> of other places. You're doing it in the middle of the day. When sympathy dried up, Karen's defense mechanisms kicked in hard. She accused the police of stealing her debit card, inventing a new villain to shift blame. In moments of losing control, people often reach for accusations to preserve a sense of power, even as reality slips further out of reach. I'm eating all that. Do you realize that? I'm diabetic. Do you know I've been throwing up at night in here cuz people are smoking so much? And there's prostitution going on down here. Do you know that [ __ ] around here? Oh, I'm sure there is. Oh, no. The Joe Blow is always going back there from Publix. Do you know the [ __ ] that goes on around There's A COP COP. >> NO, OFFICER. They're real. Publix is illegal. I do not want to arrest you, okay? I'm telling you this right now. So, please, don't let them don't about peeing or changing your shirt. >> Doesn't matter. You're defecating in public. That is illegal. Peeing, pooping, doesn't matter what it is. What about changing a shirt? Changing a shirt? Yeah. They complain about that, too? I haven't had any complaints, but if somebody sees you, that's indecent exposure. Oh, my god. So, everything's illegal. Yeah, so just try to not do it in the middle of my meds or brushing our teeth, that's illegal, too? No, not at all. Okay. >> So, just Try not to do anything illegal in public. >> cleaning your armpits? Is that illegal, too? No, not as long as somebody doesn't see you indecently exposed. Do me a Do me a I understand you're going through a lot right now. >> I've tried to offer you certain resources. You're declining them. Um there's not much more I can do for you, but like I said, And your officer, I told some guy tried to offend me off earlier, and I told one of your officers, "Go away. We don't want to help you." It was a Mexican guy. This little [ __ ] head, he pissed me off. He was "Go the [ __ ] away." Honestly, what the [ __ ] is wrong with you, officer? >> Okay, do me a favor. Clean up your mess, and then go somewhere else cuz I don't want you here, okay? >> They don't want me here. Why not? Because you're making a mess everywhere, ma'am. There's only so much I can do for you. You're going to have to figure out your own life. I can't tell you how to live your life and where to go and everything else. >> ushering me out of the parking lot? >> This is the first time I've ever met you, ma'am. So, I'm not Okay. Well, because you keep leaving messes in these parking lots, and they don't want you here. That's why. So, if you stop leaving messes in here, then they might not kick you out of the parking lots. Are you sure it's that, or you sure it's cuz I've been here so long? It's probably a combination of multiple things, but I'm sure the the main part that they called us is because you're defecating in their parking lot. Which is It doesn't matter who called. So, if they have customers showing up to their store, and they see a lady pooping and peeing in the parking lot, that's going to affect their business. The officer genuinely didn't want to arrest her and went out of his way to avoid physical contact. Karen, meanwhile, treated her vehicle as an untouchable private bubble. Afraid of being arrested, she refused to identify herself and gave herself permission to behave crudely in public, a familiar move for someone trying to legitimize personal authority when they feel threatened. Where to go, but just not here, okay? >> I don't have a phone to contact to say which way to go. I don't know anything. There's no place for like a Publix or Okay. Like I told you, I can't tell you where to go, but you have to leave here. >> I don't know what to tell you. I don't know what to do. Okay. Make sure to clean up your mess, please. I don't know what to say cuz I don't know. Amy. Amy. Hey. over there, and then her diaper, and then she used wipes to try to wash it down. All right, let's watch her. But, defecating in public is not a crime. It's when you actually show your genitals, which nobody reported that. But, you still have Is Publix You have Do you have uh uh Not even that, just the air. That's what I'm saying. That's why I was saying. Yeah. Yeah, she's going to take care of herself. She said she hasn't take She hasn't seen a doctor in like 3 or 4 months. >> What did she say to you? Did she say anything? She started yelling at me as soon as I walked up. I was super calm the whole time. She started [ __ ] yelling at me, going off. When an exit ramp finally opened, Karen slammed it shut. Instead, she leaned on the car horn non-stop for 5 straight minutes, creating pure sensory chaos. Sitting in the car with headphones on, like a hard disconnect from reality, and a pair of scissors placed near her head signaled a dangerous slide, forcing officers to consider the use of force scenario. Hey, she does have a pair of scissors right by her head. Do you see it? Where? Right by her head, back left. Yeah. Who knows what else is in this bag. I don't even want to know. I don't. That's what I'm saying, pretty much all I got is this one. Try to drive and break the window. No, okay, she's just trying to sleep. What does she want to do? Pepper ball her out first? I don't know. I nice and I told her I said, "Listen, clean up your mess and just leave. They don't want you here anymore." Didn't she say Did you not see her for 3 hours? I was like, "Clean up your mess and just leave. They don't want you here anymore." And she started screaming and all this other stuff, so I went back to the car to try to run her cuz she refused to give me her ID. And then when I She closed her window and then when I came up and knocked, she started screaming and then just blared the horn. I'm knocking on the window. Okay. So we haven't made an announcement yet. I don't want to pass on the she's in the driver. I want him to be in position cuz I don't want her to be able to drop this pepper ball and go. But I'm saying when it When we come to it, are we going to do the passenger cuz she's on the driver side? No, because we're not going to We're going to put the pepper ball Yeah, yeah, run up on it so she has no room to wiggle out of there. All right, I'll move up a little bit. Amy. Amy. This is the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. Step out of your car with your hands up. She's out. Just make sure there's people covering just in case. Uh Lisa, you can start getting those out. AMY. PALM BEACH COUNTY Sheriff's Office. Step out of your car with your hands up. She's not figuring it out. Watch yourself, guys. COME OUT OF THE CAR. PUT YOUR HANDS UP AND COME OUT. AMY. YEAH, YOU GO. COME OUT OF THE car or we will force you out of the car. Come out now before something gets burned. Her total disregard for repeated loudspeaker commands showed the resistance had crossed a critical line. After multiple failed attempts to gain compliance, officers were left with no choice but to deploy foam baton rounds and pepper spray to extract her from the vehicle because cooperation clearly was never on the table. Amy, this is the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. Step out of your car now. The pepper ball is deployed. Put your hands up. She's saying no. Come on. I can't hear you. Put your window down. ROLL YOUR WINDOW DOWN. I CAN'T HEAR YOU. AMY. HEY. GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE GET OUT of the car. GET ON THE GROUND. OPEN YOUR CAR. GET ON THE GROUND. GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET ON THE GROUND. ALL RIGHT. GET ON THE GROUND. DO IT NOW. I GOT IT. WHY ARE YOU BEING so aggressive to Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Stop stop [ __ ] baby. Stand up. Oh. Why did you have to do it at 3:00 in the morning? We gave you plenty of options not to do that to you. We did not want to do that to you. You forced us to do that to you. I'm having my shoes. >> [clears throat] >> What could have been a minor public disturbance spiraled into a jail booking, driven by an oversized ego and a complete lack of emotional self-regulation. The woman was formally charged with violent resisting arrest and aggravated assault. If convicted, she could face fines up to $5,000, up to 12 months of probation, community service, or mandatory mental health treatment. As one person's ugly behavior forces police to go hands-on, the camera immediately shifts, this time to someone else lost in alcohol and bad decisions. On April 12th, 2023 in Pepper Pike, Ohio, police intervened after spotting a vehicle driving the wrong way, looping around a roundabout multiple times, ignoring sirens and clear stop signals. The driver, Angela, failed to grasp that her choices were creating a serious PUBLIC SAFETY RISK. OKAY, SHE CAME TO A STOP. OKAY, she stopped. Driver, let me see your hands. Both hands. Contact. I got contact. Okay. Put your hands out the window, ma'am. Okay. Everything's okay, right? Okay, right? Is your car in park? Is she parked? Okay, they read you going the wrong way in the circle. Okay. You're not familiar with the area? No. Okay. You're going the wrong way. You're going against traffic. Is everything okay in here? >> Yes. Okay, do you have any weapons in here? No. Okay. Where's your license at? Ma'am, it's in your purse? Yes. You from around here? Yes. Where are you from? Um from Richmond Heights. >> Okay. This officer's going to continue the questioning. >> Okay. You readjust my car. What are you doing in Cleveland Heights? Ma'am. What are you doing in Cleveland Heights? Ma'am. Ma'am. Can you hear me? You called it out. Ma'am. What's going on tonight? Can you hear me? Ma'am. Can you look at me, please? What's going on tonight? When asked why she was in Cleveland Heights, she kept repeating the question to stall for time as if writing a script in her head. Alcohol narrowed everything into tunnel vision. She genuinely didn't realize how many times she'd gone around even as officers repeatedly tried to stop her. The inconsistencies showed when she claimed to live nearby yet didn't know the roads. Huh? No, where were you coming from? Ma'am. Ma'am, can you look at me real quick? Where Where were you coming from in Cleveland Heights? What were you doing in Cleveland Heights? Huh? Huh? How much have you had to drink tonight? I don't You don't know how much you had to drink? No. If you If you had to estimate. I don't know. You're not sure how much you had to drink? What What kind of drinks did you have tonight? Cosmos. Cosmos? What's that? Like a mixed drink? Mhm. All right, how many of those So, there's a couple tasks I want you to to perform for me, okay? Just to make sure that you're safe to drive, okay? Okay. Just repeat after Or Or So, I'm going to show you first. So, pick either hand that you want. Watch my hand right here. See my Are you looking at my hand? Mhm. And you I want you to go like this. 1 2 3 4 4 3 2 1. Do you understand that? I don't want to do that. You understand that? You don't want to do that one? You don't want to do that one? He's out there. I just I don't want to do it. Okay. Why why don't you want to drive? I just want to call my family is driving. Why why do you think that that is? You think maybe you had a little bit too much to drink? Maybe. Maybe. Okay, but you don't want to do that finger test for me? I don't want to do it. Okay. So, then what I want you to do is count backwards from 84 down to 69. So, start at 84 and then count down to 69 for me, okay? All right, go ahead and do that. 84 83 80 84 83 80 Wait a minute. Okay, wait a minute. 84 Mhm. 83 80 two 81 80 >> [bell] >> Karen clearly failed basic cognitive tests. She couldn't count backward from 84 to 69 getting stuck at 80. Asked to recite the alphabet from D to T, she started at A instead. Still, her ego insisted, "I passed." Completely at odds with the obvious breakdown in sequential thinking. 84 Okay, 84. I work in health care. I'm a nurse. You just want to skip that one? I want to skip I want to skip >> Okay, so starting at the letter D as in dog go to the letter T as in Tom. So, go from D to T without singing it. >> [bell] >> Okay? Okay. So D Okay, can you say it again? Go from the letter D as in dog until the letter T as in Tom. Go from D to T without singing. So, we're starting at the letter D. Yes. And we're going to letter T. >> Yes. So >> [bell] >> Okay. So Take your time. Okay. Stand up behind your car. We're going to walk this way. Okay. Over here, behind your car. Stand right here where my flashlight is. You looking at my finger? Look at my finger. Don't get ahead of it. Track the finger. Go over here. You're not looking at my finger. The fingertip, there you go. The contrast was striking between her claim of being a medical professional and the alcohol-dulled cognition on display. She insisted she was safe and couldn't fall, yet turned her entire head to follow the officer's finger instead of tracking it with her eyes. She wasn't defending innocence, she was defending herself image. Are you looking at my finger right here? Mhm. There you go, you're looking at it now. Are you having trouble with tracking my finger? No. Okay, we'll move on to the next test. Mhm. All right. I'm a nurse. We'll work it out. Let me hold those. This is I'll hold those. Please, please don't. >> Go ahead. Let me ask you to do a couple more things. Feet together, hands at your side. Stay in that position until I tell you to otherwise, okay? Feet together, please. Can you put your feet together, ma'am? I'll do that. Yeah. So, when I tell you to, you're going to take nine heel-to-toe steps. Pretend like there's an imaginary line. When I tell you to, nine heel-to-toe steps, turn back take nine heel-to-toe steps. Actually put your left foot in front of your right foot like this. Yeah. And stand like this. Your right foot, just put it in front of your left foot. Heel-to-toe like this. Yeah, I don't know. It's just going to be Do you feel not safe doing it? Yeah, I don't know. It's just going to be I don't know. If you It's going to be what? >> This is a lot. I don't know. Just your right foot in front No, no, no. I never told you to start. Just keep your right foot in front of your left foot like this. I don't know. Look at my feet. Right foot in front of my left feet, just like this. Heel-to-toe touching. See? This is all I want you to do, just stand like this. No, I don't know. Just give me a ticket. I don't know. Just put your feet like this and stand like this. That's all you have to do. Is there any other prescription drugs that you've been >> I'm on prescription drugs. >> Yeah, I understand. Have you taken any other drugs outside of the prescriptions that you've been given? >> No, I'm on prescription drugs. So, just alcohol then tonight? >> No, I'm on prescription drugs. What Right, right, so you haven't taken any drugs, you just drank alcohol tonight? >> No, I'm on prescription drugs. Okay. When professional status and name-dropping stopped working, she shifted to pleading for sympathy, but her body told the truth. She leaned on the car just to stay upright, even after being told to stand on her own. Her motor control clearly wasn't keeping up with her claims. Here's what we're going to do. We're going to place you under arrest, but let's let's do this first. You got this nice watch. I'm going to take that off, okay? And I'll put it in your purse. Okay. And then we'll take that bracelet off, we'll put that in your purse. Okay. And then we'll put handcuffs on you, okay? Cuz you'll be under arrest for operating a vehicle under the influence. I know you don't want to be, but I'm okay. Just take it off, yeah, right here. Right here. Just sit down in the car. Yeah. I'll put it in the car with your other stuff. Okay. Sir, go ahead. Perfect. Listen. Listen. Ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am, right here. Turn Turn around for me. Turn around for me. Listen, listen. I'm going to do you a favor and cuff you in the front, okay? But you need to put your wrists together for me, okay? Can you do that for me? >> These are going in your purse up front here. Ma'am. Put your Put your wrists down, please. >> Do it now. Ma'am. Ma'am, please. I don't want to have to Thank you. Slippers, shoes, or anything you can pull on to help you out? Ma'am? Yes or no? Okay, let's go. All right, we're going to walk this way, okay? I'm just going to I'm just going to help I'm just I got to go in there. Yeah, just just to where to get to where we got to go, okay? Come with me, please. Yes. Oh, the thing is, my door is locked. I got to go in that hole as Listen, like you like my sergeant was telling you, this is going to be a paint It's not going to be a long process. We're going to go to We're going to go get you booked in and you're going to have a chance to to blow. Here, step into the grass. Step into the grass. There you go. Just let me read this real quick. Then I answer any questions that you have. >> like really bad anxiety. It's like really bad. Like really bad. >> to try my hardest to try to help you out with your anxiety. I promise. But listen to me, okay? You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Ma'am? All of that. Okay, we're getting that all Just turn your feet in for me, okay? Here here here. All of this is so bad. Okay, can you turn your feet in for me, please? When does this come off? >> As soon as we get to where we got to go, but I I need you to cooperate. Can you just put your feet in there for me, please? >> cooperate. Okay, just put your feet in for me, please. Can you do that for me? This is like I Ma'am. My anxiety is So, the quicker that you cooperate, the quicker we can get moving on, okay? You Can you please turn your feet in for me? In the end, she was taken to jail and faced charges for operating a vehicle impaired, OVI. In Ohio, a first OVI offense can carry penalties including at least 3 days in jail, a minimum fine of $375, and a driver's license suspension of 1 to 3 years. Refusing field sobriety tests and a chemical breath or blood [music] test, if applicable, also triggers an automatic license suspension. One mistake behind the wheel is serious enough, but the next case exposes something far darker. On December 16th, 2024, police responded to Orlando International Airport after reports of an incident involving a dog inside a restroom. 3 months later, following forensic findings and investigative results, officers went to the suspect's home to serve an arrest warrant for animal cruelty. Are you the supervisor? I'm a operations supervisor. I'm on cleaning. Oh, cleaning supervisor. Uh where is she? Uh she's going to come and do a statement for you guys, right? Yes. Um She's talking Never mind, she's talking to her. Okay, thank you. Then somebody else called me to clean another Okay. restroom, but before I left, I saw this black lady coming out from that restroom. >> Okay. And she described that she's skinny, middle, like more than taller than me. Okay. And then that she was carrying a a bag and a purse, and she was wearing black pants, a long black pants. But she never wrote that she >> Okay. saw Yes, and then she picked up the bag. I've heard I've heard right about that she saw like the dog food on the floor, and then when she looked at the bag, she saw the dog inside of the bag. Okay. Okay. So, if I had key, I could get >> be right back with you guys, okay? Yeah, I can see inside the whole house. Yeah. Tywin? Hi. Um Allison Lawrence? Yes. >> Hey, it's it's Mike Fields uh from Orlando Police. Um my GPS says I'm about 3 and 1/2 minutes away. Is that okay still? >> Yes, that's still okay. Okay. All right. I'll see you in 4 5 minutes. Thank you. >> All right. Take care. Bye-bye. Sarge, telephone contact made, confirmed ID, and she says she's at the house. I hope I'm at the right house. I'm ringing the doorbell and no one's answering. Oh yeah, I'm sorry. What is your address? Your driver's license has a different address of a 4 a 4 3. Oh, you're down the street. What is it? Yeah, sure. Walk walk walk down here. From the very first minute she was calculating. She gave airport authorities a fake phone number so no one could reach her. That wasn't a mistake. It was a deliberate cut off from consequences. In criminal psychology, this is a familiar form of denial. If no one can contact you, then in your mind, nothing really happened. You don't didn't have that intel. >> Well, at least it's a nice day for for a walk, huh? I just had to verify the last four your social security number. Okay. Oh, I didn't know that you were actually there. This is This is the address that's that's on on your your your driver's license and your sister's Yeah. Right. Okay. Yeah. Yeah yeah yeah yeah. Let's let's let's get this going. You step right over here for me. And this is uh All right. I'm Sergeant Pettigrass with Lake County Sheriff's Office. Okay. You're under arrest. I'm going to check your cell phone. We're going to set it over there. Put your hands together like you're praying. Just like you're praying? Okay. And yes. I I I'm actually here to actually explain that. I I am Michael Fields. I'm with the Orlando Police Police Department. But before I So, because you're in handcuffs, I have to make sure that you understand your rights, okay? >> Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you. Do you understand those? Mhm. Okay. We're here to talk to you about what happened to Tywin. My dog? Yes. My dog >> [snorts] >> at the airport and I had to leave her there cuz my bag was already checked and I had a flight. How did your dog She had a heart condition. >> It wasn't that that bad of a heart condition. Yes. Well, I don't know what happened. How did she end up in the toilet? >> She was not in the toilet. I put her in the bin. She No, you put her in the bin, but but but before that she was in the toilet. There was water everywhere. >> not. Because you cleaned up the toilet. Because she pooped on me when she then I was trying to wash everything off. I washed her off. Oh my god, I would never hurt my dog. So, let me ask you this. Do you know what a necropsy is? Yes. What What is it? >> It's a an animal autopsy. Do you know what the what the animal autopsy showed? No. Fluid in the lungs. Because I was trying to revive her. >> With what? >> Water. I put her in this thing. I was putting water on her. I was washing her with water. How did the water get inside of her lungs? I don't know. She believed everything had been neatly erased. If you don't admit it, then it doesn't exist. That's classic narcissistic logic. But science doesn't negotiate. In her Karen worldview, personal convenience comes first. And an act that takes a life gets twisted into a so-called necessary sacrifice for the trip. >> Thanks. So, you have the lungs. Not only do you have the lungs, but you have these little sacs called alveoli. Water gets inside of those only when you're substantially submerged in in the water. I did not hurt my dog. >> only that, but also there's a frothy sputum like a a pinkish frothy thing, let's let's just call it, that develops in the airway. There's only two ways that that happens. Opioid over overdose. So, either you gave your dog heroin or the dog drowned. There's only two ways that that happened. How did the water get inside your dog's lungs? I tried to revive my dog because I was sitting What did they tell you at the gate at the counter when you said that you were taking your dog to uh Colombia? What did they tell you? That you need medical paperwork? I had all of that. >> didn't. You had rabies. We spoke to to Dr. your vet veterinarian at Banfield at Banfield. You didn't have the paperwork. I did. You did not. Let me show you. This is this is the Where where where we Where do we need to go besides here? Yeah. We're just waiting. So, in order for you So, you flew out on the plane. You went up to to the front counter. They told you that you needed paperwork. In order to travel with a dog to Colombia, you need a certification. I was not going to Colombia. I don't [snorts] Where did you fly to? I went to Ecuador. Okay. To Ecuador. Okay. So, I don't know who you spoke to at what counter, but I did not hurt my dog. >> Who is that? That's me. >> That's you sitting there like nothing ever happened right after Tywin was This is you going This is you going to to to the counter. This is you speaking to the to the lady with Tywin there. This is you up up at the counter where they tell you that you need a medical form. This is you leaving. This is you going to the bathroom. And that's you coming out of the bathroom. You came out of the bathroom and you looped around trying to make a trying to make your trail a little less obvious. You cannot tell me what was in my mind or what was going on. You're [snorts] making assumptions and you were not there. I did not Okay. hurt my dog and that's all I have to say. Okay. When that fell apart, she built a new story. She only splashed water. But even on its face, it didn't add up because the evidence showed those conditions occur only with prolonged submersion. Still, she clung to the idea that she'd done nothing wrong. A last-ditch attempt to save face as logic collapsed. entitled to it. So, you will have that that day. But it's it's just it's a shame cuz there were other options that you could have done. Many many other options. You You could have done almost anything. I would change anything to have my dog back. My dog had a heart attack. Okay. How do you know it had a heart attack? Because she had heart problems >> murmur. No, she did not. Do you know what grade murmur? Yeah, I have all the medical records. Every one of them. You can die of a heart attack right now and you may not have heart problems. That is how the body is made. We cannot predict what happens. Okay. What do you think should have happened? What do you think that that you should have done? >> She would not have had a heart attack. Okay. What would you have done differently? If you could go back in time, what would you have done differently? >> I would not have booked the trip to Ecuador knowing that she would have had a heart attack. Okay. So, your only explanation for water inside the lungs is you were trying to revive her? Yes. How were you trying to revive her? Just putting water on her. Opening her mouth and putting water in her so she could if she was thirsty. Okay. Was she responding? No. Was she doing anything? No. She was limp. >> She was limp. So, the lungs are like a balloon. In order to get water inside there, >> [snorts] >> they have to suck it in. How would Tywin have sucked in that? >> professional. Well, you you just indicated that that you know a lot about dogs and heart attacks. I'm just trying to figure it out. >> not say that. >> Okay. All right. So, do you have any explanation how the water how the water got inside of the under lungs? No. Do you have any explanation how the frothy sputum end up in the in the airway? No. What made you think the dog was having a heart attack? Because the I know she has heart problems and the vet had just recently put her on medication because she said it was getting worse. >> Okay. What did the dog do that made you think that She was breathing really heavy like she was struggling to breathe. >> did that start? >> That started a few days before that. We walked around here every day. That started a few days. Backed into a corner, she reached for a version of reality completely detached from facts, believing confidence alone could bury the truth. It couldn't. When the death of a pet is reduced to a travel mishap, the moral line becomes painfully clear and any claim to guardianship ends right there. But looking at the video, the dog looks like it's in pretty good shape. Didn't have any problems breathing at the airport. Did she have any problems breathing at the airport? >> She did. At what point? Cuz I'm I'm looking at all the video and I I'm not seeing that. She started having trouble just panting a lot on the drive to the airport. >> Okay. Then once you got to the airport, did she have the trouble then? Breathing? >> I wasn't really paying attention. She was panting. I just figured it was excitement. Okay. So, you're walking around and you went to the counter. Why did you go to the counter? Um to check in, I guess. You didn't have your plane ticket on your on your phone? I don't remember. I think it's one of those things. It's an international thing. Yes. So, you spent 20 minutes at the counter. What were you talking to the counter people about then? Um my return flight. >> You didn't have a return flight at that point though. No, I had to book one. Did you book it then? Yes. That's why it took so long. Okay. And you flew to Ecuador first? >> I flew to Ecuador. And then did you end up going to Colombia? >> I never went to Colombia. Okay. I'm just I'm just telling you what they told me. Hang on. So, did Did you talk to the people at the counter about anything else other than your your return flight? No. Did they tell you what the rules were for for getting the dog over Oh yeah, they did. They had my paperwork. What did they tell you? They said I had a just her tag and they said I needed the rest of the paperwork and I told them I needed to get that from the vet. >> And what paperwork did they say that you needed in addition? I don't remember. Okay. So, so you didn't have all the paperwork right right then and there. No, I had it electronically. They needed paper paperwork. What kind of paperwork paperwork? >> Um I don't remember. Is this my ride? I'm not sure. So, you don't know what other paperwork How are you going to get that paperwork? >> I don't You know, I I don't I don't remember exactly what she said. Okay. Is this [snorts] Can we Are we ready to go? Yeah. Yeah, sure. Okay. Yeah. All right. Scene secure. In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with a serious felony related to animal torture. Her bond was set at $5,000. Justice may have taken 3 months to arrive, but it knew exactly where to knock. Do you think 2 years in prison is enough for something like this? From shocking cruelty in an airport restroom, the lens slides to the next story. Violence first, [music] victimhood after. On August 10th, 2024, law enforcement was dispatched to a disturbance along US1. The suspect, a 37-year-old woman, believed she was doing the right thing. What followed showed just how thin the line can be between justice and complete loss of control. What are you guys doing? I NEED SHE STOLE MY KEYS. I'm trying to get my keys from her. Where are my keys, Madison? WHO ARE YOU? >> HAVE YOUR KEYS. I NEED MY GLASSES. >> YOU DO HAVE THEM. YOU JUST HAD THEM IN YOUR HAND. PUT THEM IN MY HAND. >> I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING. >> MADISON, where are my keys? I need my glasses. Give me my keys, Madison. You just broke my my chain. >> He's cheating on me. I'm sorry. Your girlfriend? >> Yeah. Okay. What am I to you? All right. By accusing the other person of cheating, she granted herself the right to be aggressive. In Karen logic, feeling betrayed becomes a free pass for destructive behavior. Ripping off a necklace, damaging a ring, as if emotional pain can excuse every boundary crossed. some woman's keys Stay over there. Why do you have some water? >> Madison, stop. Stay over there and stop talking to him. She threw a key at the floor right there. Right there by your foot. I was giving you the key because it's locked to whoever you're cheating on me with. Oh my god, Madison. She's my daughter's keys. You're so cruel. Well, then why couldn't you just tell me? >> How many times I got to tell you stop talking to him and just stay there with the officer. So, you guys, he was cheating on you. You guys are actually fighting for why? We're arguing. We're not fighting. Okay. And I I was trying to figure out whose keys they were. So, you were just arguing. Yeah. So, when I pulled up and you guys were on each other, it's arguing. I was trying to get the keys away from him. He wouldn't tell me whose they were. He was cheating. He was instigating on purpose. And if they're only his daughter's Cuz we're conducting an investigation, a criminal investigation, that's why. For what? What do you think for? As the pressure builds, she flips the script and blames the victim, casting herself as the one being pushed. But the victim's body tells a different story. Visible injuries that can't be talked away. In that moment, the 50-year-old man realizes silence would only help the lie survive. I I know you may have already explained to one of them, but can you explain to me what the relationship is between you guys? She's like really good friend of mine. The victim's admission, "This isn't the first time," reveals a long-running ecosystem of violence. This isn't a one-time outburst from a heartbroken woman. It's a pattern. She uses violence as a tool to maintain control in a blurry, on-again, off-again friends with benefits relationship. Yeah, I mean, we both did. But he's trying to put the slide back on and she grabbed his leg. I'm like, "What are you doing?" Then she got Then she said he bit she bit him. All right, okay. All right. I'm not lying, bro. They don't accept medication at the jail. They did last time. >> They don't do now, trust me. I'm going to lie to you cuz I You can't do it. in this shoe Take your She bit me two or three times. Yeah, she said that. You weren't in that much pain or when I first got here. Well, bro, it It takes time for it to The moment the cuffs go on, her script flips. The aggressor turns panicked, childlike, clinging to medical excuses to stall the inevitable. But karma doesn't come from the police. It comes from the cold truth laid out by the victim. Just let your other [clears throat and snorts] arm Let [laughter] go. Let me see. Oh, yeah. Oh. You do have a You need to go to the hospital. Cuz you do have a bulge there. Anything else? Oh, what else? She bit me in my arm. Can you show me that? All right, she's going to jail? Um has she ever committed domestic violence against you? Yeah. In the past? Yeah? All the time? Have you ever been a police report on it? Nobody was even cheating on her. It's my daughter. What? You can go back to the hotel, meet you there. I got little paperwork to fill out, and I need to take photos of that chair. So, if you want to go back that way >> How long am I going to be in jail for? Um you'll have to wait until first appearance on Monday. OH NO, [screaming] NO. HEY, STOP. I HATE YOU. >> [crying] >> You can't do this to me. I need my medication. They'll give you medication. They'll give you medication. >> No, they won't. In the end, the woman is taken to jail and charged with battery. One day later, she pleads guilty and receives a sentence of 1 year of probation. What makes it worse, at the time of her arrest, she was already on probation for a petty theft committed less than a month earlier. On January 16th, 2024, in Florida, a desperate mother dialed 911 begging officers to remove her 22-year-old son from her home. But the shock, he'd already been banned from the property 9 months earlier. When police arrived, the truth unraveled and the tension only got heavier with every minute. bedroom over there and he was already in there. Okay. So, since he's already in, I'm like, "Move the shelf on him." Yeah. >> Comes back outside and sits down. Uh so, he was inside of the home? >> inside the home. >> Okay. We didn't let him in. Okay. Isaac let me in. My brother. Isaac let you in? Yep. Okay. >> In the door? Yep. Okay. >> in and unlocked the door for me. Okay. Isaac's going out, too. Okay. Yeah, if somebody's letting them in the home, Yeah. >> I technically can't uh trespass. Yeah, he's already trespassed, but if another party that's living in the home is allowing him in, when did he let you in? This morning. Yeah? Yeah, around about 8:00 14, 8:00 15. When did he let you in? What time was that at? Okay. Around about 8:00. Around about 8:00. Around about 8:00. Yes, sir. But I didn't know I wasn't supposed to be here. No, I'm not trespassing. You were trespassing. Yeah. Yes, you were. They told you to stay away from here. No, I was never trespassing. With him. Cameron? Yes, sir. How do you spell it? C A M E R O N. First name is Jacari. C A M I'm just saying like >> R E O N. What's your name? Your legal name is Cameron. They asked me if my name was Cameron. >> That's not his name. It's Jacari. Okay. So, See there? You see why I want him gone? Say that's That's my house. And I'm going TO THROW HIS BROTHER OUT. OKAY. SO, YOU MAY BE BACK HERE AGAIN. YEAH, he he used to sleep in there. He lived here until he was like 20 years old. He has been bumming from living in a car over there. He's 22. Okay, 22 years old. But he can't find a place to stay because of his mouth. All right, yeah. He cusses people out and people don't want you in their house. >> What's your date of birth? 1999. So, when was the last time like he was here? When I had him There's a There's an active warrant on there. There is an active trespassing on there. There's an active trespassing. They confirmed it. Cuz I don't want Cameron here. And And I don't want to be cussed out. The young man refused to cooperate, cutting off his mother mid-conversation, and even barking at her to shut up. That flash of verbal violence showed just how controlling he was and how deeply the respect between them had collapsed. At first, he shrugged off the idea of being arrested, but that arrogance was exactly what pushed the situation to the breaking point. Why not? I'm going to I'm going to go look at that. She never told me I was trespassing. None of y'all never told me. I never told him he I'm going to go double-check. Somebody said Isaac came in here because he was in here with his girlfriend over there and they done lost their room. What are we doing? Huh? What are we doing now? What are we what? What are we doing? What? Come on. He was stepping on my foot. Put Put your hands together. >> I didn't even know I was trespassing. I'm literally just like He was stepping ON MY FOOT. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. I told you somebody TO STAND UP. HUH? YEAH, Y'ALL WERE LIKE STEPPING ON MY FOOT and I was You were stepping on my foot like Please don't forget about me. And he was stepping on my foot and I almost fell on the [ __ ] face. And you told me to stand up. You tell me to stand up, I stand up. I'm about to turn around. And my foot was on top of mine. I was like So kindly. I want to run from y'all. That close. If I wanted to run, I would have been did that. We're going to charge you with resisting without count two. That's not what I wanted to learn. That's the charge and the trespass after warning. Stand up. All right. And you stepped all over my foot. I can't even move. Hey Carl, you can't get the paperwork though. Hell, never mind, bro. I see you. But I ain't going to lie to you, Carl. You were stepping on my foot. That's why I almost tumbled. Why don't you say something? Now you talk. Now you talk right. I mean, how Whoa, how did I try to grab your jacket? I'm about to fall. I know y'all I can't grab on y'all to catch me because I'm trying to Yeah, you Imagine a mother so tense she doesn't even want her own son near her. He wanted to stay under her roof, but every word and action screamed disrespect. Even in handcuffs, he argued with police claiming he hadn't resisted, just lost balance when an officer stepped on his foot. Nobody said anything yet. No, I was asking cuz the I don't even think that's what I should have asked. Yeah, it's just weird. It's not I thought he was back home. One of them got it. Can he get out and have my cousin get my phone though? Yeah, go. No, I was saying with you. That's why I'm going with you. Yeah. Okay, I was just That's what I was asking. I can't like I could have been over there cuz we were like You were pulling me trying to get my phone. >> your feet, man. Chill out, bro. Don't make this into something So, they weren't trying to grab my jacket, Carl. I'm just trying to help him. Like what, bro? Don't call Nossie, man. They holding up yet. No, the bullets ain't even hit me yet. >> extra I got juice for us on Yeah, I got you. I see you. The charger's inside of his pants. I feel it. Under the shorts. I feel it. You got any time to swing? Please don't try to swing [ __ ] I don't want you reaching at me. You get me? It's tight under there. Please don't try to swing [ __ ] Please. But it I don't It's tight I don't want him to reach. Chill out, man. Like what, bro? Look, Carl, but look, he's trying to go on my jacket. I'm trying to help him out. He Don't move. Please don't lose it, man. I'm not. Oh my god. Oh. Excuse me. All right, man. Take this uh this slipper off. Take the slipper off. Just slide your foot out. >> How can I do that if you got your foot >> can slide your foot out that way. I can't MOVE IT. I GOT TO BE ABLE TO LIFT IT'S SLIDE YOUR FOOT OUT THE SLIDE, BRO. Chill out. And that's what I got TO DO. YOUR PARTNER GOT THE jail is there. I'm already know I've done been here. Y'all done been here all these years. So, I'm going to tell you this right now. I searched you, all right? >> Yeah. So, whenever we get to the jail, if you have anything else on you that I didn't search, >> look. That means you can't see [ __ ] I'm telling you I know. I know. Yeah, I'm already know. If you get If I get in there and they find something, that's actually all that does. It's going to be a felony. But is it going to be on him, too? No, it's on you cuz at this point we've searched you and there's nothing on your person. I'm telling you What What am I going to be able to hide if I'm in cuffs? I'm just saying I can't do any kind of other search besides what I just did. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I understand. I don't know, Carl. I think y'all going to bring my phone with me. Can you please put my pencil almost down, sir? I don't know. I don't even know. What am I getting charged with? Resisting without uh I don't know. Resisting, I guess, cuz this [ __ ] All the way through, Jacari kept debating, twisting words to justify his behavior. Officers stayed calm, breaking down the search rules and legal consequences, making sure he understood the reality. When he complained about being searched, it echoed his mother's own feelings of violated privacy, two people locked in the same cycle of denial. I'm hard being searched. Being searched. Oh, that's That would be quick and accessible. Not doing this one. I was in a small I was in one of them small cars last time. I just live small, though. Oh, man, I didn't want to do all this, bro. I just wanted to have a talk with you and be like, "Hey, man, you can't come back here." I ain't trying to I ain't trying to ruin people's day, bro. Felony. Oh, y'all said I tried to run. If I tried to run, you think I'm from Mount Dora, Florida. You know You know Dominique? I think yeah, I think I met him. Oh, come on, man. That's my dad. You think I don't There's good people in my family. You think I wouldn't have been ran? You know how to deal with y'all. I threw you down. I grabbed you on the backside just so I could get you down on the ground. I didn't say move. No no You moved and I didn't I didn't lie on you. You see him grabbing my throat. Y'all told me I'm not Cuz I understand, man. Your safety is my safety. Yeah. I don't want to let y'all know I was in Well, this person here Tell me to give you this at the jail. You're going to take it, so. A lighter? Yeah, they won't take the lighter. >> the jail? Yeah. No, I have not. I ain't got anything. Cuz I came up we were still out there. They must have it in CAD already. I'm going to uh All right. Let's try and see if you got it. He's officially trespassed, all right? He's been trespassed since last year. Okay. Inside the patrol car, the blame game began. He swore nobody ever told him about the trespass order, insisting his mother had let him in plenty of times. Instead of owning up, he leaned on contradictions and half-truths to excuse his choices. Well, not a year. I'm sorry. It's been there since April. April? January, February, March, April. Sorry, I got to count on my fingers. Yeah, April. April of 2023. So, it's coming up on most of a year. Yeah. Yeah. So, uh like I said, man, just from this point forward you just got to deal with what what I talked about. If you want that If you want to be able to go back there, you got to tell her that she has to rescind the trespass warning. That's the only way you'll be able to go back there. Yeah. I mean, I don't I wasn't there who let you in, but she said she did not let you in the home. Uh and she provided us a statement saying she didn't let you in the home. Yeah. So, as of right now you Like I said, I keep saying it because I want I want you to understand. Yeah. I want Bro, I don't I want the best for you, okay? I don't want you That was just business. That shit's over with between you and I, okay? This is just business, nothing personal. I want the best for you, bro. I don't want you to keep going back over there and getting in trouble for nothing. Because obviously there's some conflicting stories. Um and I don't want you to keep getting in the same position that you're in right now. So, if you could just do me a favor, even though you don't know me from Adam, just don't go back there. Unless you can talk her into taking that trespass away, just stay away from there. That's the easiest thing I could tell you to do. And you seem like you're cool people, man. I just don't, you know, I don't know what happened out there a minute ago. In the end, Jakari was booked into jail, charged with resisting an officer without violence and trespassing after warning. Conviction could mean up to 60 days in jail or a $500 fine. But the bigger question is, after this night of chaos, can a son ever win back his mother's trust? On May 15th, 2023 in Ohio, a red Pontiac sat crooked, blocking a fire hydrant. Witnesses believed the driver had ditched it while drunk. Police were called in [music] to investigate, but what started as a simple parking violation quickly spiraled into something much darker. What's going on with you today? Let me see what's in your pockets, all right? There's a stick in your pocket. Don't cut me. No. You're getting in the I'm going to put your phone on top of the car. I'll let you walk back to it. Don't keep your hands on. Just stay still. Come. Who's he? Who's Travis? Travis, who's Travis? Is that his car? Put it in the front seat. How much have you had to drink today? Okay, so be honest with me cuz I can't do anything for you if you're going to lie. There's an open container on the floor of the car and you're swaying and it's in the passenger seat of the car. Right. So, I just got called about you getting into an incident with somebody on the road. You're parked at a 45° angle to the curb. You're slurring your speech and having difficulty walking. So, you can be honest with me or you can not talk, that's fine. But don't lie to me, okay? All right? Okay. I'll be right back. Who's car is this? It's yours? Okay. It used to be my mom's. She died. She tried to keep her cool, but her clumsy movements inside the car and vague answers told a different story. Backed into a corner, she shifted to stalling tactics and awkward lies, like denying the empty bottle sitting in plain sight. So, why didn't you make it there? Why couldn't you make it? Do what? I can't hear you. Why were you incapacitated? What were you in the hospital for? What? When she admitted she just gotten out of rehab for alcohol abuse, it was a half confession. On one hand, it explained her condition. On the other, it was a plea for sympathy. Classic damage control to soften the blow of her choices. Hi, Miss Natalie. Okay. Do me a favor, keep your hands on your pants for me, okay? All right, Samantha. I'm going to ask you for a blood sample. Are you willing to do that for me? All right, so I can't negotiate with you. It's a yes or no. Huh? So, I just need Samantha. I know you have to call them. >> All right. Let's Let's start over. All I need is a yes or a no right now for the blood sample, okay? We We can make phone calls for you. Okay. All right. >> [crying] >> Okay, so then you can go go pick it up. But I can't I can't leave it here sitting out in front of the street in front of the fire hydrant like that. Okay? And I can't let you drive it. Huh? Oh, that's where it is. Not spray. The first hints of intoxication showed through her bizarre clothing. But when police asked for a blood test, she drew the line, flat-out refusing, bargaining, anything to avoid the truth. She knew the results would betray her, so she fought to stall, only making the standoff worse. Samantha, go ahead and turn that way for me. Put your hands behind your back. Oh, please. Just stop it, sir. Please. Put your hands like your palms together. Stop. Stop. I didn't do nothing, guys. We out here. Ouch. Just stop. I didn't do nothing like that. No. You get that one there? Was that a no? It's a no. Or are you not sure? I'm not sure. I Okay, I heard you. All right. I just want to make sure you don't Well, please. Huh? Okay. Here's the situation. [snorts] >> No. Is there like pockets on it? No. It's like a swimsuit, I think. No pockets. You got No pockets on it. I think it's a suit. No, it has nothing in it. I promise. She just changed all her in here. She No, just in the the pants. Pants. But it's that It's a swimsuit. I need you to get up. >> One minute. Your slip is out. Hello. What's going on, girl? Nothing here. You're not helping. Oh. I think I got most of it. You have anything else over here? I felt something else. >> There's nothing in this. There's nothing in it. Okay. I promise you. It's just change. Okay. I can't hold it. Please. You have anything else other than change in here? Help me up. I know. It's falling down again. Stop moving. Stop moving. Stop moving, okay? Can you hold me up, please? Sam, stand up, please. I am. Sir, I was trying to help her. You're not helping her. I'm holding you up, and you keep leaning back into me. >> Well, please don't push me into the boobs. I'm sorry. You're good. I'm sorry. Okay. That's all I was trying to do, honey. You can put it back in. During the search, she tried one last desperate move, stuffing loose change into her underwear. But when caught, she gave up instantly. It was a foolish, hopeless attempt to hide anything at all. Proof she was out of options and out of control. I'm taking it. Huh? Please. It's going to go to Sandy. No. It ain't the plan. Hey. The plan has been ruined in my life for [ __ ] 18 years. Yeah. Not you. Not you. Not you. Not you, guys. How much have you had to drink? I drank uh last of a pint. What? Like a 3/4 of a pint. This? Yeah, but that was pulled it or poured into a uh uh uh So, this Sprite bottle? So, you poured the vodka out of the vodka bottle and into the Sprite bottle? How full was the Sprite bottle when you started drinking out of it? Uh that is all that was left uh last of it. Like to here? To here? Down there? So, that was when you started drinking or is that when you poured it into this bottle? It's when I poured it into the bottle. How full was the vodka bottle when you started drinking? Full. Huh? Full. Full? So, brand new? Okay. >> [snorts] >> Do you know what time it is now? It's in the afternoon. It's in the afternoon? Yeah, probably about 3:00 or 4:00. What time did you start drinking? When I got the hospital. [snorts] When was that? I left there 11:00. I went to like your store at 11:00. 11:00. I left right around 11:00, 11:30, 12:00. I have no idea when I got out of the hospital or Halloween. No, that's the thing right there. I'm sorry. It's not before 12:00. What were you in the hospital for earlier? Hey, Sam. Oh, [ __ ] What were you in the hospital before? What do you think for a seizure, honey? I I don't know. That's why I'm asking. In the end, 37-year-old Samantha was arrested and charged with OVI, operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her blood alcohol level was 0.169, more than twice the legal limit. Bail was set at $5,000, and her sentence could include fines, jail time, or the loss of her license. On September 22nd, 2024, officers watched as a car suddenly swerved from the right lane clear across to the left, forcing other drivers to slam their brakes to avoid a wreck. They pulled the vehicle over right away, ready to handle a dangerous traffic stop. But the moment they reached the driver, the story [music] took a turn no one was ready for. Market and Delano. Hey, Deputy Lancaster with the Sheriff's Office. How you doing? So, the reason I stopped you is because you cut across the traffic in front of that car back there on Fairfield. There's a stop and stop sign. I could cross. Well, there's no yield sign. I could cross. Be good to go. Okay. I got you. It was right in front of the car without your turn signal. There's no stop sign. Do you have your driver's license with I know I stopped because I had to look and make sure traffic was going in both ways. No, I didn't. And I promise we're going to argue this in court. Any [snorts] more? Do you have your driver's license? That's what I gave you. Does that say driver's license on it? It's educated by license. Where? >> It's educated by license in the system cuz I don't have to give you a copy. I'm driver's license. I do. Okay. Where is it? Put it in the system. Where is it? That pen and pad on your show. Mhm. Can I get out? Mhm? Come on. No, stay right there. Let me get out. You ain't got no warrant. So, let me stop. Okay. Why are you acting like >> Let ME GET OUT. CUZ I KNOW MY LAWS. I KNOW MY LAWS CUZ I STOPPED. I STOPPED. I KNOW I STOPPED BEFORE I CROSSED OVER THE TRAFFIC. I stopped. >> Why are you making this more difficult than >> Because I'm not making this difficult. I'm telling you my laws. I gave you my ID. I can tell you my number, and I can show you the picture on my license, and you got to accept it cuz the Florida law says you have to. Oh, okay. You're You're saying you got a driver's license. >> arrest? >> Are you going to answer my question? >> I promise I'm going to get out the car, please. >> Okay. Am I under arrest? You are right now. Why are you doing this? The woman believed she was completely in the right and saw no reason to cooperate. Refusing to hand over her ID was the first red flag that this wasn't going to be a simple stop. She didn't even fear being arrested. In fact, she dared the officers to do it. Challenging their authority and pushing the situation straight into chaos. And she going to be dropped before I get out. There's no reason why you have to detain me. And if the the car is No, nothing wrong with the car. >> here. Come over here. There's nothing wrong. I did nothing wrong. I stopped at the red light. I didn't do nothing wrong. With children caught in the storm, officers had no choice but to place them in a patrol car to keep warm while they dug deeper. >> [crying] >> That's okay, love. That's my kids in there. The man swore he'd been attacked and rammed with a car while Bianca insisted she was the true victim. But under the heat of interrogation, her story cracked. At last she admitted she'd been drinking, a confession that flipped the entire case on its head. Have you had anything to drink today? Yes, I have. I was drinking. So do you think there's a possibility you could be injured and not not really uh I mean kind of in my lip. He hit me for the first time in forever. Okay. Backed into a corner by evidence she couldn't deny, Bianca confessed she had run down her boyfriend in a fit of rage. Yet even then, it wasn't remorse. It was a reluctant admission forced only by the fact that lies could no longer save her. If you could just walk me through what happened afterwards cuz I know you said you dropped them off here. What happened from there? Well, he was telling me to stop drinking and he was telling me that I was going to go get some mad before him and he started hitting me because I told him it wasn't true. But instead of owning up, Bianca deflected, lashed out, and tried to turn the spotlight on the cops. When the criminal charges landed, the shock was clear, especially for someone used to manipulating her way out of accountability. All right. You're the grandma, right? Yes. Okay. All right, just give us a second. We're going to um hopefully give you the kids here in a few. We just got to do a few do a couple of things, okay? Okay.
