I got to go to the casino. Just want you s baby. Yeah. >> There are moments when someone doesn't just lose their freedom. They lose their selfrespect, too. >> Arrest me. I don't give a Can I please have a cigarette? I don't care. You want to take my kids away? They take my kids. >> GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. YOU JUST GET OUT OF HERE. >> Karen crosses every line. Responsibility, rules, direct orders, like nobody would dare lay a finger on her until justice does the simplest thing reminds her that everyone's the same in the end. On January 6th, 2021, in Marian County, Florida, deputies were called to a school after reports of a woman passed out in the pickup line. What looked like a simple medical call quickly raised a whole lot of questions. And it didn't stop there. >> The window. >> Hey, what's going on? >> Nothing. I'm waiting for the car. >> Okay, but you ran over my cone. >> No, I didn't. >> Yes, ma'am. You did. >> Do you have your DRIVER'S LICENSE ON YOU? YES. CAN I HAVE IT, PLEASE? YES. OKAY. This is um a food stamp card. >> X-ray 52.99. Man, >> I was trying to jump on my kids. >> What's up, Miss >> What's going on today? Talk to me. Something's wrong. What happened to your vehicle in the back? Talk to me. What's up? Why are we crying? 972. >> What's going on? >> Stop. Please stop. >> I'm not stop. Oh, I'm not saying anything. Stop. What? I need to I need you to talk to me, babe. Clearly, we're not in a shape to drive a vehicle. Correct. Correct. Right. I can smell it on you. Right. >> Listen. >> Okay. >> I'm so sad. >> Okay. So, what's going on? Me and my husband are getting divorced. Okay. >> My kids had to go to school. I have to take them. Just please let me go home. >> Okay. >> How much did you get to drink today? >> 180. 1086. >> Nothing. >> From the very first moment, something felt off. She handed over a benefits card instead of her driver's license, then immediately broke down crying and launched into her divorce story. That pattern isn't unusual. When responsibility starts to feel uncomfortable, emotions often get used to soften the moment and steer the conversation somewhere else. >> Your children, please just go home. >> No, ma'am. I can't let you drive this vehicle. You know why, right? I'm trying to wait till our parking lot clears out here a little bit, right? Cuz you have children that go here, right? Yes. Do you know what happened to the back of your vehicle, Miss? >> Did you take anything? Do we need to have a medic unit check you out? >> No. Please go home. >> No, ma'am. I can't let you drive this vehicle. And you know why, right? >> Please park my car. >> We're going to wait until all these vehicles get out of here. Okay. Just leave it right here. Nope. Leave it right here. You're in park right now. You're fine. No, >> you're safe. You're not going to hit anything else, right? Hey, I haven't hit anything. >> Can I please park my car? >> You're parked right No, me. I'm right here. >> Don't leave. Do not leave, miss. >> I'm not kidding. Put it in park right now. Put it in park. Turn the car off. >> No. >> Miss Mike, >> listen. Listen. We're at school here. Do you want to do this in front of the children? >> You're I understand. You can't leave, hun. >> You're intoxicated right now. No, I am not. >> Can you please turn the vehicle off for your safety and safety of everyone else's? Please. >> I will park my car and I will walk home. >> I Well, I'm not going to let you walk home yet, >> but I need you to turn the car off. >> No. >> And we'll park it after what? >> I will park my car. M >> I'm not I'm not debating with you. >> There's nothing intoxicated about me. >> Okay. Do you want to do some spryy test for me? >> Go ahead. >> Okay. Do you want to do it right now or can we wait till these vehicles leaves for the safe? Listen, listen. I'm gonna tell you though. Listen. >> No. >> This Okay. Listen. Listen. But we have vehicles here. Okay. Okay. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. >> Go ahead. >> Come on. Do a soriety test. >> Okay. >> Now that I know you're a liar, get the away from me. >> Well, tell me what I lied about and we'll I'll talk to you about it. >> There is nothing wrong with me. I'm going through a hor time and do the best I can for my kids. >> Okay. Listen >> and you want to be a light and on me and I'm not getting off. >> No, I'm not dealing with >> Instead of owning up to drinking way too much right there at a school, she turned it around on the deputies. She rewrote the story, cast them as the bad guys, and painted herself as the one being bullied. In the familiar Karen mindset, I'm exhausted today is supposed to earn her a free pass. >> Go ahead, you can switch one. >> Go ahead. call your unit because there's nothing wrong with me. >> Okay. >> Okay. Good. Instead of helping somebody, you want to prosecute them. And you know what? >> Say that >> you completely honestly you >> I'm sorry you feel that way. >> Yeah, I'm sure you are. But just as I told you, I have a job to do, right? >> I don't give a about your stupid ass job. >> I understand you don't. >> Because instead of changing somebody's life and helping them, you want to ruin them. >> How can I help you? >> Are homeschooled and I did everything I could to protect them and you want to I just can't You think I want to protect your children ever yet? >> You think I want to take them to school? No, I wouldn't have to take the bus. >> Okay. >> And there's no transportation and I can't have a missing grades. I just can't deal with you right now. >> There's so much other important thing. your whole entire self. I don't care about you and your feelings. I care about my marriage and what's happening. >> And I can't help you fix that right now, babe. I I can't help you fix that. >> I just leave me alone. You want to arrest me? Arrest me. I don't give a Can I please have a cigarette? I don't care. >> The peak entitlement hit when she demanded a cigarette on school grounds. Even though the no smoking rules were clear as day, that immediate nicotine fix mattered more to her than any boundary. The kids got used like a shield while her version of protecting them was driving drunk, so impaired she could barely stay on her feet. >> You want to take my kids away? >> Take my kids away. I >> understand that. But I listen, I can't let you have a cigarette cuz you can't smoke on school, Mr. Don't touch me. >> Come on. We're not getting back in the vehicle. Do you want to sit down on the curb? If you want to sit down, you can sit down on the curb. >> You're not getting back in that vehicle. >> Don't touch me. I'm telling you right now, don't touch me. >> You're lucky I'm a patient, nice person. >> You know why? >> You're very lucky that I'm very patient and I'm a nice person. And I I don't know what you're going through with your divorce, but I know you're having a hard time right now. Please have a seat. >> Listen, listen. I'm going to tell you right now. I listen. You have though. You have to listen to me talk first. I just told you that I'm a pretty patient person and I'm willing to help out in anything I can, but I cannot let you school smoke on school grounds. That I cannot do. If we were anywhere else besides a school ground, I'm going to tell you that I would help you out. But you I cannot sit here and let you smoke on school grounds, right? You know that as well as anybody else that has children. There's no smoking on school grounds, so I cannot let you have a cigarette right now. And I'm trying to work with you. Sit down. >> No. >> Where you going? Sit down. >> No. Don't sit down. >> Stop. Stop touching me. >> We're going to say sit down. >> Stop touching me. Please stop touching me. Please stop touching me. >> M >> touching me. >> Why are you touching me? >> We're going to stop right now. >> Why are you touching me? >> Because you're trying to get up and I asked you to sit down. >> I only asked to get up. >> I didn't. Nope. I What is the problem with making up, >> M? >> No. What is the problem with getting up? You're gonna Okay. Okay. Okay. I'm done. >> Okay. Okay. I will stay. >> Here we go. Please stop cuz now you won't listen to me. >> I am. >> You're being mean >> and you're not listening to me. So, we're going to sit here till it gets here. Okay. Listen, Mr. So, my other deputies here, Mr. or Deputy Osborne, shut the up. >> Okay. >> A lot of good choices. >> Are you willing to stand up and try these soiety exercises for me? >> A lot of good choices that you didn't give me, you son of a >> Once her body gave out, she switched tactics. Suddenly, there was a learning disability, and the stutter became her last line of defense. It was a gamble for sympathy, making herself small to avoid consequences. In that moment, the arrogance disappeared, replaced by raw fear she couldn't hide. >> All right, we're going to stand you up to do the test. >> Godamn it. I don't need up to stand. No, you're in handcuffs. You're going to need help. >> I listen. I can stand up on my god self right now. >> Get the off of me. If you work, >> get the off of me. I can stand up by my godself and show you I'ming perfectly fine. You stupid. The reason we don't want you to stand up by yourself is if you fall, we're reliable cuz you're >> not reliable. >> Turn away from me. >> Going to be all spitty and snotty. You can turn away from me. Okay. >> Listen, I can stand up by my god. >> Remember, we're on school grounds and your kids. >> You remember what you told? >> Do you do you give Do you give a about everything? No, you don't. In there. >> I told you I was already fine and you want to be a stupid ass. Okay. Are you going to do these exercises willingly and cooperative? >> Do it willingly and cooperatively. Whatever the you want. I don't speak right because I have a disability. You dumbass. >> I didn't. >> Not going to go back to it. Do it. >> We'll go back to it. We're moving on. >> My kid is looking at me and it's not your kid. It's not your kid. >> Focus. Shut the up. >> Listen to Deputy Osborne. He's going to read the instructions. >> Going to read the instructions for the next exercise. All right. Listen. Please stand with your feet together, with your arms by your side, just like this. Okay? If you need to, you can look at me for the reference. >> What? >> Feet together, hands at your side. Okay? Do you see how I'm instructing it? >> All right. Well, I haven't told you to start yet. >> It doesn't matter what you want. What do you want? >> Do you want to do these exercises or not? >> No, I'm not. >> All right. >> Yes, I am. Okay, fine. Yes, I am. Yes, I am. >> Yes, I am. Yes, I am. behind your back. >> Come on. Please >> don't don't spit in my face either. Please. >> Please >> don't spit in my face. >> I'm not >> I know you don't mean it, but I'm just asking you to turn sideways. >> I will. I will do what you want. Please. I'm so sorry. >> We're This is done. M Did you just not on my coat? >> We already did the test. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. >> Come on. >> Do it to me again. >> Let's go, Bab. I know. One foot up >> and the other Watch your head. You ready? to do this to me again. >> I didn't do this to you. >> You just let me do let me do the test again. I swear to God. >> Listen, I didn't want to listen, but I will. >> In the end, she was arrested and taken to jail for a breath test, which came back 0.15 BAC. With children in the vehicle, she was charged with DUI with kids in the car. The most painful fallout wasn't just fines. It was that her two children were placed under child protective services care. When a mother chooses alcohol over responsibility, she doesn't just lose her freedom, she loses the right to be her child's safe place. And a charge like this can seriously hurt her in a custody fight. And before that lesson on the school run even had time to sink in, another story was already kicking off. Fast and brutal. On August 4th, 2025 at Rivers Casino in Illinois, police were called in after a disturbance involving a drunk gambler. Even after being offered help to leave safely, the woman refused hard. So, the situation escalated fast. >> No, my ID is not to the >> It doesn't match apparently. Whatever her address is how >> 35 11 South Hall Avenue. It's a cross. Can >> I see your ID, please? >> My ID? No. >> It's okay. Yes. Can I just see your ID? Why are you yelling? There's no need to be yelling. I'm not yelling. >> I'm not yelling. >> Was it this one? >> Good. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> What is it? >> Hor is like, >> oh, H O Y N E. >> No, no, no. H O M O R E. >> Hanor. Oh yeah. >> Thank Thank you. >> That's it. No. >> No. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. >> I'm not new here. >> I'm not taking me. Go. >> Why are we going to take you? >> We're not going to take you. >> Why you so bad? >> Yeah. Don't be yelling. You be nice. >> So everyone's okay. >> We're just here to help you out. >> I want to make sure you get home safely. No problems. Okay. That's my goal for tonight. All right. So, how about that? We get in the taxi. $65. No problem. >> Okay. Find that time. >> We're not going to be doing this though, man. We got to get you off. I want >> You have to go. >> You're emotional. I want you off this property because >> Yeah. You had too many kids. So, you got to go. Okay. >> So, you got money on you cuz we get you. We can help you to the cab. Okay. >> Yeah. We'll help you. Come on. >> Come on. Let's go. >> Credit card. >> Come on. The door's right here. We don't want We don't want to arrest you. >> No. Come on. Let's go. >> No. See, you don't want that. You're a nice lady. Come on. Maybe you I don't know what happened. >> She flat out couldn't accept that she was the intoxicated one causing the scene. Meanwhile, security and officers showed rare patience. No manhandling, no rush to force, just a calm, humane exit plan. But with a Karen style entitlement mindset, any grace gets read as weakness. Something to negotiate with. that we'll walk so you relax. Okay. >> Otherwise, you're going to go to the station. >> We don't want to do that. >> Cost you more money. >> It's more than $65 for that. >> You'll be You'll be in jail. You'll be in a bars. >> We don't want to do that. >> You Why I go to the jail? That's not very nice. >> [ __ ] you. >> All right. Well, want to do the citation and then >> Yeah, I get the citation ready. >> All right. We're going to have to citate you now. >> Otherwise, you can go to the cab. But once we do the citation, we got to decide as a container, right? >> Oh, that's all right. If you go >> It's nice little stuffed animal. It seems like you're very pe We're not being peaceful. >> Not too much. >> You drank too much. Yeah, it happens. >> Not too much. >> Drink too much. >> Die too much. >> Too much. >> Drink too much, man. >> You see, I I don't think you act like this normally. >> I don't want to say with you. >> Then how you going to get home then? If you can find another way home, >> you just take me go to everywhere. We don't want to take you. It's just easy to get in the taxi and go, right? No problem. >> But why? This is like $60ome. >> It's cheaper than a $250 ticket. And we're going to $60ome. >> I can smell the booze from here. So, just >> try to think straight for a second and go to this cab. Okay. Nons. >> Can Can you please take the taxi? >> You want me to give you $20 to help for the taxi? >> Sure. With $20 on my wallet just >> Do you need $20? >> Yeah. More. You mean more? I can't give you more than that, man. Sorry. >> You're going to get a $250 ticket. Do you really want that? >> No. Somebody say my mom. >> Call your mom then. >> You call your mom. Yeah. Call your mom. >> My mom. >> Call. >> Call your mom. Come on. >> She's so big. She say I can't go to class. >> She kept calling mom like a child reaching for backup power to dodge accountability. And the contradiction said everything. She bragged she had a lot of money yet claimed she couldn't pay a $65 cab. That's entitlement in its purest form. She'd rather swallow a $250 ticket than follow a simple instruction and go home. >> Why don't you want to take the taxi? Is there a reason why you don't want to take it? But if you don't take it, you're going to have to pay more than like $250. You I wouldn't want to do that. >> Oh, a lot of money. >> Okay, then 65 is nothing for you if you have a lot of money. Just take the taxis. >> Can you just take the taxis? >> I can't pay. I can't pay. I'm so sorry. >> Why can't you pay? >> Yeah, because >> Well, you have a lot of money. >> Yeah. >> How can you pay if you have a lot of money? I got one >> $250, right? >> In a ticket or you go. >> You're going to have to pay then if you go 250. Otherwise, you just leave and it's a 60. >> NO, I DO WANT. >> SO, I do want to pay. >> All right. Well, now you got to pay 250. All right. Well, >> I want >> Yeah, that's the whole way home. That's the way home right there. You going to go in there? >> No. >> You almost did it. Couple more steps and you're good. >> The taxi. Just a couple more. Come on. We'll help you. Come out. You >> You're too nice to be doing >> ticket for me. >> No. >> Refused. >> I'm still gonna get the ticket. >> Ticket. >> Oh yeah. >> Yeah. You're going. You got your ticket. You got >> you. >> Yeah. Now tell her next option. >> No. >> The next step. >> You guys >> you're no me. >> Come on, ma'am. What are you doing? So if now if you don't get in a taxi you're going to get arrested for trespass. >> You go to jail. You go to jail. >> We don't want to do that either. This is all your all the >> via court baits >> and then you have to pay court fees. >> Court fees. Lots of court fees. Lot of money. >> You have to get a lawyer. >> I want to say if you want to me. >> You're being too stubborn right now. You got to listen. You could give your mom a call cuz I don't think your mom's going to want you to be arrested. So, I have to pick you up at the station and we're trying to tell you to walk into this cab so that does not happen. >> I give you one more warning. I'm gonna talk to you like a child now. >> Otherwise, you're going in handcuffs. >> When alcohol and ego take over, judgment disappears. She refused to sign the paperwork, treating it like one last power move. In her mind, the police weren't the law anymore, just an obstacle. This is the instinctive resistance right before the illusion of control finally shatters. >> I'm going to take that as a no. Is that a no? You're not going to leave. >> You are. You are. >> I am not a car. >> You are with me. >> Oh, you calling me a Oh, sorry about that. >> No, I have no Okay. >> Audrey. >> Where? >> Why are you being under arrest? We're trying. Okay. >> Stand still. Go. >> Relax. >> We tried. We tried. We tried everything. >> We tried to be nice, right? >> Maybe your phone right here. >> Just It's okay. Okay, we'll give you a ride to the station. >> Now you get a ride. Okay. >> Come to the range. >> Okay. My baby right home. You are the >> You're wrong. You shouldn't be at the casino, right? >> You don't want to go. >> I got to go to the casino just baby. Yeah. >> You told me I went >> I did not. I couldn't. She was screaming my radio. One day if you show one in custody female search >> he's coming with you the >> my stop. Look that way >> look that way. >> Don't do that. >> From the waves from the legs from the legs. >> Should we get the wrap? >> Why yours? Where you why you like that? Like my body. My boy. My boy. My son, you know, everybody know my son. >> Once she couldn't keep the confident front, she switched roles. Suddenly, she was the poor, worried mom. The child got pulled into it again, used as leverage. But let's be real, it's hard to sell concerned mother while you're at a casino drinking late and arguing with police. The absurdity exposes the truth. The child becomes a get out of consequences card. >> You shouldn't be at Rivers. Your baby's 18 months. >> MY SON, MY SON'S 18 MONTHS, BUT MY SON MOUSE. My son. >> You told him to arrest you. >> Yeah. >> You told him to to do that. >> Yeah. Come. I told him. >> Yeah. My son. That's my son. >> My son. I just YOU'RE YOU'RE >> like what's happened? OKAY. WHAT'S HAPPENED? WHAT'S HAPPENED? WHAT'S HAPPENED? >> COME ON. >> Hold on. No kicking. Okay. >> Put the car. >> Yeah. Let's put it on. >> Yeah. I got it. >> No kicking. Okay. It's okay. We're going to work with you. Okay. You just need to calm down. JUST BREATHE. OKAY. >> JUST BREATHE. OKAY. Let me let me get in here. I got her leg. I got her legs. One second. >> Hey, relax. Okay. >> Let me let me pull you back a little bit cuz I I can't do her phone. >> All right. Just Just calm down. Okay. >> My son ran home. I see myself. >> Okay, relax. >> Anybody else on that? >> What's happening with me? >> Going to the police station and then we'll call your >> Why y'all go to police station? >> Why? >> Anybody got a problem? >> I have one. >> Why? >> All right. >> We're going to come over here or should we go in mine? Put in your >> Yeah, let me put her in mine. All right, we're coming this way. Okay, I'm going towards you now. This way. Okay, everything's going to be okay. Just >> In the end, she was taken to jail and faced charges, including battery and criminal trespass. A $65 cab ride could have ended the night quietly. But for Audrey, her ego cost more than her freedom. She traded dignity for a criminal record. So, what do you think about Audrey's mom card routine? Real fear or pure manipulation? Drop your take in the comments because over here we just lay out the truth. One woman loses her freedom over a bad night at the tables. The next one loses hers thinking shoplifting can still turn into a full-blown meltdown. On September 10th, 2024, police were searching for a woman suspected of shoplifting at a Walgreens. But this wasn't just another routine retail call. What followed turned the encounter into a psychological case study in arrogance and self-justification. I'm not a cop. Do not put your hands on me. >> Do not put your hands on me. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Don't put your hands on me. Let go. >> Let me go. Let me go. >> Stop. >> Let me go. Let me go. >> Stop. >> Let me go. >> I will let you go. >> Let me go. Listen and comply. >> Before I make a big deal, I let me go. Let me go because you're not a cop. Okay. >> You're not a real cop. So, let me go. Who's have my ID already? >> I do not have stolen it already. >> You have >> Let me go because my hand is already hurt. Stop the needle in my vein. >> Stop. >> Let me go then. Stop. Let me go. >> I'm not because you continue to walk away from it. >> Let me go. >> Stop. >> You're putting your hands on me for >> I am putting you on your hands. My I am putting my hands on your back. >> You know what? Your bag. >> I'm going to call a lawyer for this. >> That's fine. We should have beg >> for what? >> Because you were in Walgreens steak and stuff. So, >> it's none of your business. >> It is our business. >> No, it's not. And I'm not on Walgreens property right now. >> You cannot touch me right now. You have to do you know how many people are watching you? I don't care. >> You know how many cameras are watching you? Are >> you serious? >> You're not a real cop. >> Okay. >> You're not a real cop. >> Listen, you're going to go from probably just giving them their stuff back to going to jail. I'm proud to say that you're not a cop. >> Okay. >> Can we see the bank? >> Let me go because this is the biggest mistake you're going to make of your life. The timing is on, guys. Timing is on. >> You know what? >> She turned a carton of milk into her excuse, asking why police would make such a big deal over a basic necessity. It's a familiar move, shrinking the wrongdoing to make herself look like the victim of an uncaring system. What stood out was this. She never apologized. Instead, she expected everyone else to feel guilty for her. >> Let me go. Let me go. Let me go because you're >> Let go of this. >> Let me go. Get your hands off of me right now. You're the biggest mistake you're going to make of your life. That's timing is done. >> Get your hands off the table. >> Get your hands off of me. Get your hands off of me. >> All right. Now, relax. Relax. >> You're being recorded. >> Okay. You are being recorded by us as well. Okay. >> You're not a real cop. Are youing kidding me? You're aing joke. You know that. >> Relax. >> You're not a real cop. >> This is your test. This is your last chance. Let me go. >> No, you have you. >> Then take it because I'm just going to go somewhere else and get the same thing. >> Okay. Well, don't do it in no time. What's going to happen? >> Well, you should have paid for. >> Oh, because you took the money out of my lane card. That's why I have to steal. Because you took the money out of my lane card. You know why? Because you me everying time I go to the store and get something and buy something. You take the money out of my link because you can. You know why? Because you killed everybody in the store that owns it. You know why? Because you think you want to own the store. >> She's got a hospital bed. >> Yes, I do. And everybody knows where I'm at and what I'm doing. And everybody is watching right now. The wholeing world is watching me. Did you see your own ancestor? >> She was crossing. >> Okay. Cuz I I I drove by and I was about to turn in and I saw your light. >> So you know, right? >> I saw Yeah, I saw your lights. You have no turn around and I saw I'm like, "Okay, >> I'm not on this property anymore." You >> in Karen's world, simply crossing the store threshold wipes the slate clean. She doesn't follow the rules. She rewrites them. When there was no way out, she attacked the system itself, reframing theft as a moral stance. That's the moment the ego swells when she sees herself as the main character on a global stage. You >> cannot touch me. You don't have a right to put your hands on me for any reason because I'm being watched right now and this is a test for you guys. >> Real cops are watching me right now. >> I'm going get my car out of time. You know why? Okay. >> Milk. >> You want to arrest me? The other stuff that's in there. >> Milk. Are you serious? >> We're not. >> You want to Jesus Christ. Please record this. You want to You're going to arrest me because I'm stealing milk. You know why? Because you took the money out of my link card because you guys me every time I go to the store. Food. Food is not a reason to arrest somebody. because I have a reason. >> Yeah, I drink them obviously. >> Um, >> yeah, I'll bring this stuff. >> I can I can I can drink that from anywhere else. It doesn't matter. I just If you think that this is not because I can get it from anywhere else or I can drink water from a ho from anywhere else. >> Okay. Okay. Well, then your mom will go to court and dismiss the charges. Okay. >> Oh, she would. But you guys everybody in the court system, remember? >> Oh, your hand is shaking. So, you're guilty. >> I'm not shaking. Your >> hand is shaking. And I'm shaking because you guys are >> You take medication for anything? >> No, I don't. I don't need to. >> Sure. >> You guys do. That's why you guys want to be in my stomach so bad because you enjoy my hide. because you guys enjoy you guys enjoy listening to my thoughts every day because I make you change your mind. So once again, this is your last chance. I'm about to say so many things in my head that's going to bring that's going to put you in so much pain if you don't let me go. >> By now, the moral cover was gone. She began threatening officers with things in her mind, vague, unsettling, and hard to pin down. With all control slipping away, she reached for almost supernatural sounding threats. A lastditch attempt to feel powerful again. >> But you know what? My link card right now is empty. You know why? On August 23rd, 2025 in Ohio, police stopped a woman for multiple dangerous traffic violations. What should have been a quick routine stop took a hard turn when the driver chose confrontation, pushing the situation far beyond the scope of a normal traffic stop. >> My bad. Hello. >> Take that flashlight off of me. >> No. >> My name is Officer Smith, a police department. Reason for the stop. One, you were flying down Vernon ODM. You had a marked lanes violation at Vernon ODM and Malison. And then you made an improper turn when you turned on the roads here. You turned to the middle lane. You didn't turn to the inside lane. >> Man, get my license. Here, give my ticket cuz you not about to get on my nerves. Give me my ticket, please. The loud music wasn't for enjoyment. It became a psychological barrier, a way to deny the authority in front of her and delay facing reality. >> This message is brought to you. >> Since y'all wasn't even on, so kiss my ass. Y'all just turned off. Yad out of here again. >> I get this cake thrown out too cuz my life is valid. I don't quit. The turning point came when officers informed her the vehicle would be towed due to expired plates. Rather than follow procedure, she chose the most reckless response possible, pushing the situation out of control. >> You got to get out of the vehicle. >> Give me my license. >> I will once you >> No, I don't have to. Now, she's under arrest. She is not being cooperative. So, no one's talking to her. You guys can sit in your truck and wait. If she calms down, I'll let you talk to her. But right now, nobody's talking to her. >> Why is the camera? >> Anytime we get in a use of force with somebody, the ambulance comes out. >> Why did I go back to the car? >> Because it's getting towed. >> It's getting towed. >> That's why she ran from the traffic stop. The plates were expired. >> Getting towed? >> Because the plates were expired and then she ran from us. We got into a chase with her and then she came back here. >> If a hard plate is, like I said, if she calms down, I'll let you guys talk to her. So, I kicked I think that's my footprint right here. I like kicked it to pop the lock open. >> Okay. And then it finally popped cuz it was locked at first. So she was sitting here. >> Yeah. We landed on this couch thing right here. >> 2330. >> Although the actual arrest isn't shown on video, the police report documents everything clearly. As the suspect shouted and refused to cooperate, the officers didn't argue or escalate verbally. They stayed focused, finishing the toe and the paperwork to close out the situation by the book. >> Sergeant Smith, I'm the on duty sergeant tonight. >> Can you listen to these? >> Yeah, I can check him real quick. >> Who are them cops right here? >> What? What? >> Because first of all, he told me, >> "Ma'am, I'm here to get your side of the story. I'm not here for anything but the uh traffic stop. I'm going to jail." >> Yes, ma'am. You are. >> Okay. So, why don't you need my side of the story first? >> Cuz I like to get your side of the story. Sergeant, usually believe you're police before you believe a citizen. >> I have to do an investigation and I get I like to get your side of the story cuz your side counts. >> Really? >> It does. >> I don't think so. >> First of all, you say that I was swerving down Viota where technically I wasn't because I just came down Viota right there on Superior. So I don't know when it shows cancelled over here. >> But my license is valid. >> Yeah. Okay. >> And he said he was toring my car. No, they're not. Because my license is valid. He said get out your car is being towed. >> Okay. >> For what? >> You want me to answer that? >> Yeah. >> Well, your license plates expired. So that's a reason we can tow it. >> Additionally, they'd have to ver additionally they have to verify your license through Georgia. We'd have to run that through the radio. But my understanding is we didn't even get that opportunity cuz >> because they never did. They already came and said they was toying my car. >> Okay. So what happened? >> So they never did. What happened after they said they were What happened after that? >> I pulled off. >> So, you just left the traffic stop? >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you feel that you were free to leave? >> No, because what you towing my car for? That's >> what began as a minor traffic violation turned into serious criminal charges, including resisting arrest and fleeing and eluding. If convicted, she could face fines of up to $3,000, probation for up to 18 months, and a driver's license suspension of up to one year. This story ends at a red light, but another one begins. Fueled by alcohol and the illusion of power. On April 14th, 2023 in Highland Park, Illinois, police stopped a vehicle for a suspicious reverse maneuver. But within minutes, the encounter escalated as the driver's behavior became increasingly hard to explain, sending the situation in a direction no one expected. >> The side of the road, >> right? Okay. Now, I'm moving. >> What are you slurs? You have slur speeds right now. Okay. Obviously while you're driving >> really cuz I on the side of the road like >> that that creates slur speeds. I want you nowhere near me. >> Nowhere near me. >> Well, ma'am, you can't. >> I feel like you are harassing me. >> I will let you go if you pass the test. >> What's the test that I have to pass? >> So, you're willing to take them, aren't they? No, I'm not willing to take I want you away from me. >> Well, unfortunately, I can't do that right now. >> I pissed on the side of the road. Now you're asking me if I want to take his house for you. >> No, I stopped you because of you reversing. >> No, you didn't. You didn't do >> that was all audio video recording. >> That's why you were this that was your >> nothing but this but pissing on the side of the road. That's not why you and your buddy. >> All right. So, you mind if I take a look at your eyes? >> Yeah, sure. Hey, girlfriend. >> All right. >> Cuz I'm going to jail anyway. >> Why would you say that? >> It started with an odd backing move. Minutes later, the driver's strange choices pushed things off course. When questioned about relieving herself on the roadside, Karen revealed a familiar belief. The rules exist to serve her, not to restrain her. Well, I'm going to jail because I'm on the side of the road with two gas cops right now that don't know what they're doing. >> Currently at the Shell gas station right now at the Shell gas station that I pissed at because I had to get off the highway because I didn't want to be on the highway anymore. >> Do you use that bathroom over there? There's a bathroom right there. >> I didn't ask them. >> Okay. >> I just pissed right here. >> Oh, in the Oh, right over here. >> Yeah, right over there. I pissed. Yes, sure did. >> In the parking lot. So that's probably why they grow. Yeah. >> Okay. >> It's probably not the most decent thing. >> Probably not. >> No. No. I should have You're right. I don't even know my >> Stop. >> Are you looking at me? Look at my feet. You have your left foot down and you're going to place your right foot right there. Don't move. Don't move. Just put your right foot right there, right? Okay. I can't see the Hold on. Let me try that. >> Hold on. Hold up. I want you to push your right foot in front. Right there. Keep it there. Keep your hands down. Don't walk. I need you to I need you to listen to my instructions. That's what I'm going to tell you. I need you to listen to my instructions. I need you to just simply do this. That's all you got to do. Stand still. >> Put your hands to your side. >> So hard. >> Just put your hands to your side. >> The field sobriety tests weren't difficult because they were demanding. They were difficult because she'd had too much to drink. Coordination faded fast. Yet Karen clung to every outside excuse she could find. It's the classic denial playbook. Minimize alcohol's impact and act normal for a few more precious minutes. >> You're doing it with all >> I got 35 lbs of crap on you right now. >> If you're doing it, >> put your left Put your right hand on your left. >> All right. >> No, I didn't say walk. I just need you to stand still. I need you to put your hand. >> Stay right there. Just try it again. >> All right, let's try it again. Why are you backing all the way up? >> All right. Ready? >> Let him show you what to do. >> Show me. Show me. >> Okay. Hands to your side. Right there. Don't move. I need you to put your right foot in front of your left. Right there. Just hold it. Nope. Don't walk. Just take this foot. Put it right here in front. >> Stay just like that. >> Just like that. Just as you walk. Come on. Just go into it as long. >> There you go. >> There we go. Thank you. >> 213. >> Yeah. All right. >> All right. Place you in a custody trans. You're almost three times over. You're almost three times over the legal limit. >> Can we get in the car for you? You know. >> What do you want to know? What do you want? >> I don't want one or two legs. >> I don't give a tight. You really >> can I get my D out the car? >> No, we'll deal with the vape in a minute, but you need to stop tightening up your phone. >> I have no reason I have >> I know. Well, when you get released, >> GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME. >> THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. >> YOU'RE A GROWN MAN, RIGHT? >> YES. >> Get your arms. I lose sick. >> Okay. >> As the legal trouble piled up, the thing she worried about most was the vape in her car. The stubborn insistence to get it back looked like a child throwing a fit over a taken toy. It was avoidance. Anything to dodge the real fear of losing her freedom. And it only made matters worse. >> No, I will. >> Thank you. >> I don't want I don't want >> He's got I'm going to buckle you in. I'm going to b >> No, you're Give me my vape. You're not touching. >> He's got to reach around you to get 100%. I'm going to get your vape. You're going to see me with the vape. All you need to do is turn and we just keep >> We're not doing that. >> Yes, we are. Yes, we argue. >> Yes, we argue this. Yes. Yes. Add everything you got to add. >> So, I have to add resistance. >> Add all of it. >> Oh, yeah. You're so Don't kick me. Don't kick us in the face. You in the face. You're lying. >> You relax a little bit. >> You're lying. >> Why don't you >> I locked on my legs. >> Try this one more time. >> I locked on my legs and now I kicked you in your face. You >> Is that what you're telling your girlfriend after you hit her? Oh, she deserved it. She deserved it, huh? >> Get in the car. >> Yeah, you you hit your Oh, that's a felony. Yeah. Tell your girlfriend that, too. After after she >> the car will get. >> No, I will not. >> I will not. Yeah, I want my vape, but your girlfriend. At least I'm standing after your girlfriend. >> I'm going to get your vape 100%. >> Get it. >> I CAN'T STAND IT LIKE YOU. I CAN'T STAND. >> EVEN WHILE BEING physically aggressive, she loudly accused the police of hurting her. It's the familiar flip of reality. Strike first, then cry foul. Her speech about protecting the officer's girlfriend sounded noble, but in truth, it was a lastditch effort to feel like she still had the upper hand. >> You got to get in THE CAR. >> GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> Got to get in the car. >> Yeah. You wish I would You wish I You wish I would. You >> got to get in the car. >> I'm not trying to. >> We got to get you in the car. Okay. >> Thank you. Can we relax, please? You do this to us. In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with DUI and obstructing an officer. The DUI charge was later dismissed, but she was convicted of nonviolent obstruction of justice. She stands as a textbook example of how people don't always become criminals out of greed, but out of unchecked arrogance. When the ego grows larger than the law, the ending is always the same. Humiliation permanently recorded on the internet. When entitlement collapses under the haze of alcohol, the story rolls straight into another scene. One where stubbornness meets its lesson right on the spot. On December 1st, 2024 in Florida, police spotted a white Mercedes Benz making an illegal U-turn. What should have been a simple traffic stop quickly turned into something far more revealing as the driver's reaction exposed more than just a routine violation. Patricia, >> hey, how you doing? I am officer. Okay. >> Yeah, I'm fine. I was following my navigation. I missed the car and it said make a U-turn. So >> Oh, okay. Did you Were you able to find your insurance for my partner? >> Well, it's hard for me to see. I'm from California. >> No worries. I'll give you a light to help you out. >> So, is this the This is >> That's Yeah, that's the registration. We're looking for the vehicle insurance. >> Um I have it in my phone. >> In your phone? >> Yes, I do. I have it in my phone. >> Which uh which uh >> it's AAA? >> Yes. Yes. Do >> you have like a mobile app or anything like that? >> Well, that's what I'm I I know. I put it everything in my notes, so I just don't know what it ends under. So, I put in AAA. >> I got you. >> Oh, here's AAA card. >> Perfect. Let me see it. >> Wait, hold on. Wait. Trip Oh, here it is. Insurance documents. >> Can Can you zoom in on it? So, it it it shows like your policy number and which vehicle to sign to and everything. >> I just don't know what it looks like here. Everything's covered. So, >> no worries. >> Total sold auto insurance. There's a number Patricia Desma Carnett. There's my premium. >> Yeah. No, but it doesn't show the the policy or anything like that. >> Let me look again. Let me just go back. I don't know where it's >> Okay. >> TripleA, Florida, 8:16 23. >> Patricia, where are we coming from tonight? >> My sister-in-law's >> Okay. Is she Does this >> Sorry. >> Does she live in the area? >> Yes, >> she does. Okay. And where are you heading to? I was going home. >> Okay. Where where do you live? >> I live in PJ. >> Oh, okay. What? PJ National? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. How How much alcohol have you drank tonight? >> I don't have anything. >> Nothing at all. I'm a cancer patient right now. >> You You're what? >> I'm a cancer patient. I'm standard. >> Are you Are you taking medication right now? >> No, I'm doing treatment. >> No, I'm I'm doing treatment. I'm doing radiation therapy. >> You're doing radiation right now? By bringing up a serious illness, cancer, she subtly positioned herself as above suspicion, creating a psychological barrier meant to make the officer hesitate. But once the smell of alcohol was noticed and questions about the cup came up, that protective shell began to crack, exposing the entitlement underneath. >> What were you drinking in your cup right there? >> In my cup? >> Mhm. >> My cup? This is my wormwood and blackwood wallet. >> Do you do you mind if I see it? >> Well, no. That I understand that's a unreasonable search and seizure. That's an unreasonable search. >> There's nothing in my cup. It's empty. There's nothing in there. >> I can I can literally hear something rolling around in there. I just want to see what liquid you have in there. You're not >> There's no liquid in it. There's nothing in there but ice. I have warm wood and black walnut oil. >> Okay. >> So, >> all right. Do Do you take any chemical control substances, narcotics, anything like that? >> No. >> That might impair you. No. Do you take any medication? >> I'm not I'm not I'm not impaired. I was following my navigation. I'm new to Florida. I just came from California. Okay. Do you take >> It said make a U-turn. >> I understand. All right. But you still need to follow the law and road signs and everything. >> Of course. Do you do you take any uh medications you shouldn't be taking while operating heavy machinery? >> No, not at all. >> Okay. >> No, I haven't done anything wrong. I was following my my navigation and make a U-turn. I made a U-turn and you all pulled me over. That was it. >> Okay. >> That was absolutely it. So >> Okay. So why So why am I smelling an al the odor of alcohol coming off of you? >> You can say that, but you're not. >> I'm not. Oh, okay. So you weren't drinking at all? >> No, I haven't had anything to drink at all. I'm I'm in radiation therapy. You have a license. >> Here's a >> Okay. Here's a renewal letter. >> Do you have a Florida license? >> I do. >> Can you see your eyes, please? Can you take your glasses off for me? She seemed convinced that her words could bend reality. Even as officers were observing the facts firsthand, the signs of impairment couldn't stay hidden forever. When she realized a field sobriety test was unavoidable, Karen shifted into her final tactic, a reflexive defense against the truth about to surface. >> Haven't ran. She doesn't have one on her. >> I do have a picture of my Florida license. >> You don't have your actual license on you, man. That's what I'm saying. >> Well, Can I see Can Let me see your license, ma'am. The picture that you have. >> I have I have my Florida one. It will come up. I just don't know what it's saved exactly under. So, I'm typing in driver's license and California. This is the This is my California license. I will find you my Florida one. Stand like 3 ft away. I still smell it. A lot of people >> just to be safe, you know. >> Is that what you say? >> So just to be safe to see if you can give me your license first. >> See if you can give me the license first. >> I already ran. >> Oh, you did? >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. >> I got off the tide. >> All right, Patricia, listen. Hey, you can time out with that. Listen, I'm a little concerned that you might be driving while while impaired. All right. You're telling me you're not drinking. All right. But what I'm smelling and seeing is a little different. All right. I just want to make sure that's not the case. All right. So, I want you just do a few standardized exercises for me just to make sure that's not the case. You're not >> That's a violation of my first. >> It's not a violation of your first amendment at all. I'll make you understand the constitution. Okay. So, here's So, here's what's going to happen. Time out. All right. Cuz right now, you refusing to do the exercises, right? >> You don't have a reasonable articulation that I've committed any kind of crime. Wait a second. Do you have your camera on? >> It's absolutely recording everything that's happening. I made a U-turn based on my camera in my car that said make a U-turn. >> Okay, >> I missed a turn out. Listen, I'm going to advise you right now what's called your Taylor warnings. You need to listen because it's three parts. Number one, by you refusing to comply with the exercise that I'm requesting that you do, you're not going to be able to dispel my concern that you're operating motor vehicle tonight while I'm paired by an alcoholic beverage and or chemical under control substance. Number two, you going to force me to make an arrest based on the totality of the circumstances. Do you understand what that means? pretend I was married to a police officer. So, I understand. >> She acted as if the law didn't quite apply to her, trusting that some invisible privilege would step in and shield her. That arrogance shut down any reasonable exit. By refusing sobriety tests, she gambled on her former status. But the moment officers took action, the illusion of power collapsed for good. >> Keeping that warning in mind, will you do these exercises to my concern? >> No, because I know exactly what you can see when you pull someone out of your car. Unless you get a warrant. Pull me out of my car by a judge. You can't do it. >> You may not. On May 27th, 2025, cops got called out to break up a family dispute that was anything but ordinary. A man said the woman he met online flat out refused to leave his house no matter how many times he asked. What looked like a simple call turned into one wild ride. >> Hello. >> Hi. How are you doing? >> Good. What's going on? >> Well, hi sir. I'm Jo. >> Pleasure. >> Hi. How are you, sir? There's a gentleman named over here trying to find my friend to come pick me up. And so he, you know, I just, he was asking me, you know, when I first got here, is everything okay? I said, yes. You know, you invited me to come over here. How's everything going >> and welcoming here, you know, as a guest in his home? >> And you know, he kept asking me that. I said, "Yeah, I'm okay. How are you doing? The woman tried spinning the story to her advantage, playing the poor me card. She claimed the guy had pushed her out, repeating lines like, "I didn't do anything, and I just want to grab my stuff and go." Classic move to look innocent when the heat's on. >> And I said, "Yes." And he he asked me that about 5 to 10 to 15 more times. Are you okay? Are you okay? I said, "Yes." I said, "Are you okay?" You know, is everything okay with you? And then I was like, you know, this is not a place for me to be. >> So, I'm actively trying to find someone to stay with. What was so did something specific happen? >> No, I just went in there. I knocked on the door. >> He let me in >> cuz there there was an argument on the phone call like yelling and stuff like that. >> Um I don't recall any yelling at all, but I don't recall any yelling or anything, but um >> Okay. >> I heard the the young lady say, "Are there any firearms?" He's like, "Let's just go our separate ways. We're done." >> Both admitted they were done with the relationship. The man just wanted her gone. She stayed polite but defensive, clearly knowing how serious this could get. Officers told her she could hang around until 5:00 p.m. for a ride, trying to keep things calm. >> Let me ask him if it's okay if you hang out here until you get a ride. >> Okay. >> It is his property. So, if he says, "Hey, get off the property." You have to. >> I completely understand. >> But I completely understand. >> You want to say half hour or so? So, basically, I just walk away with my pocketbook then because >> if you want, it's your discretion. >> All right. Sounds good. Thank you. So, >> but obviously if we do have to come back, he is requesting us that you will be >> Can you go ask him to bring me down a a big thing of ice just of ice? >> I don't think he wants any contact right now. >> That's probably a good idea. >> Right now, in my opinion, you're kind of getting lucky right now cuz he could be like, "Go stand in the sun." >> You know what? In the end, she was hauled off to jail and slapped with charges for indecent exposure. Depending on local laws, she could be looking at a short jail stint, a fat fine, or even the nightmare of ending up on the sex offender registry. On November 18th, 2024, police got a call about a woman named Kayana who was reportedly aggressive, trying to break into her ex-boyfriend's house and damaging the front door. What looked like a domestic disturbance quickly unraveled into something far more intense. >> I see you in there. Open the goddamn door and give me my kid. Open the door, and give me my kid. I know where you live. You You You had to sit there and ignore my text and calls. Give me my kid. Give me my goddamn kid. Is my kid here? Yes or no? Is my kid here? IS MY KID HERE? DON'T MAKE ME THROW A ROCK through your goddamn window, ho. Is my kid here? Is my kid here or not? You skinny ass Give me my key. >> Your [ __ ] UP REAL QUICK, HUH? >> ALL RIGHT. Can we talk to you here real quick and tell what's going on? >> So, essentially speaking, we're we don't have anything written. We don't have like custody paperwork. None of that stuff's finalized or done. All right. Um, so she was coming down for her sister's thing with what was supposed to be your mom, but I guess with him and she was going to let me have >> her sister's thing. >> Her sister had some kind of engagement party. >> Were you and her ever married? >> Yes. Yes. Technically still or separated, but technically still. >> So you guys are not divorced? >> Not fully. No, I don't know if that's true. >> You guys are still married, so you guys both have equal custody of the child. >> Okay. So, um, and I was like, I'm not trying to be messy. I'm not trying to argue. Just send me the address or I'll see you for concealing information of where my kids at. I was like, "You can't even get yourself together." I was like, "I'm not concealing anything." And she says, "I she has videos of me with a gun." And she said, "This is my kid." I was like, "You can have an adult conversation with me. Send me your address or it will get messy." And I asked her, "So, you can take her?" Cuz I just want to know. I want to be clear. Are we taking her back to Tennessee or are we, you know, and she was like, "So I can get her from the Cole's house?" I was like, "Are you going to let me have her back?" Yep. >> The ex-boyfriend kept his cool, laying out the backstory clearly. previous agreements, why he'd asked a friend to help watch his child, and what led to the confrontation. His calm, rational tone stood in sharp contrast to Kayana's obsessive and overconfident behavior. >> Hi. >> Hello. What's your name? >> I'm Deputy Dorsy. >> Deputy Can. >> Um, so I'm about to leave tomorrow morning. I want to see my kid. she was going to stay down here with him for like up until like December 5th, but he's over here dropping her off and concealing where she is. I texted him since 10:00 this morning. It took till 12:30 of me blowing up his phone while he's at work to tell me where my kid is. And he still wouldn't tell me who she's with. I figure it out. I find her address. So, I pull up to where my kid is at. I look in the door. She's shooting my kid into a room. I'm like, "Is my kid here? Is Rehea here?" Knock knock knock. Is my child here? I'm looking in the window. I'm hearing my kid and I'm like, "Is my daughter here?" I see my kid walk out to come get me. She her back in the room. So, at that point, I'm kicking her as she opens it up from the inside and as soon as that door is opening, I'm going in there and I grab my kid and I I didn't even step like a foot into the door. She has a Ring doorbell that I was ringing. So, it should be capturing the freaking video evidence of it. I asked nicely and nicely and nicely at first for my child. And after like 10 times of asking where my child was. And if my kid was in that room, she's holding my kid hostage. I did anything I could do to get into I was trying to find something to bust through the door. I in between me and her at that point as I'm grabbing Rhea from her and I put her on my right hip and he's like shoving me and I shove him and he slams me out the door. My slide gets stuck in the door and my arm gets like pinched in the door and I pull Ray out. I can't say anything to you. I don't know. I don't know. And so >> at honestly, it was >> okay. >> Such so fast. I really don't know. >> So then they slide the door and hits your arm and then what happens? >> Yeah. So he slams it. My slide's in there. I have my daughter in my hand. I leave the slide. I walk to the car and I tell him, "All right, go." >> Kayana exaggerated her version of events, but her own words ended up lining up with the evidence against her. Instead of taking responsibility, she shifted blame, hiding behind the excuse of mother's instinct as if it justified her actions. >> The father, are you guys married? >> Legally, yeah. We've been separated for 2 years though and we're going through a divorce. >> You guys are like legally married >> legally. Yeah. >> Okay. Um when you came down here, >> but I have on like um court documents that we're separated my EBT. >> That part is fine. I'm just finding out whether now you guys >> stating that we've >> we're currently either way you guys at some point were legally married. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, how did you actually find out like where the kid was? Like how did that >> I was texting one of my friends the whole time. I'm like I don't know where my kid's at. And now and I said now she's with now she's with Nicole. She said okay I'll find her address. So she did her little FBI work that she does. She found her address and sent it to me. And I was already in the L section circling looking for the house that I remember is theirs. >> How did you find out she was with Nicole? I think after I called Tyrell after like the 15th time, he finally told me that he was that she was with Nicole. But we also had an agreement that who was going to be watching my child would be discussed between us. Not my kid when I'm here. He had he said he had no other option on where she could go. I'm here. I could have been an option. He did not communicate with me at all. So, when you were gathering all this information that you believe that in your words that she was kidnapped and information is being withheld, why don't you contact the police? >> Oh, I told him I was going to, but where am I going to send the police to? >> The address is located. >> As soon as I got that address, I was already in the L section and I pulled up to her house to get my child as civily as possible. >> There is no kidnapping right now because at this time he has a legal right to a child just as much as you do. He also has a right to have babysitter. >> She wasn't with him. She was with When you're in Tennessee, if if you and your boyfriend are working and someone needs to watch the kid, do you have to call him and say, "Hey, is it okay if >> Ray is with so and so, you call you call him every single time, hey? I let him know all the time where she's at if he even cares to call." >> So, every day babysitter months without checking up on her. I have to beg him for $100 every week for her food. >> Acting like father of the year and [ __ ] That's crazy. Obviously, >> you guys don't like each other. Probably made you pretty upset when you found with Nicole. Cuz you're not. >> No, I was upset. I was upset before I even knew it was Nicole. I was upset because he would not tell me who my child was with and where she was. >> All he said was a sitter. A sitter. A sitter. Even over the phone, he would not tell me. He said, "She's with a sitter." >> When confronted with doorbell camera footage, panic set in. She tried desperately to downplay her aggressive entry, but the footage didn't lie. Her mindset became a tugofwar between denial and the fear of being exposed. >> I'm just confused. Like I >> I'm trying to get all information to understand the steps he took and why so we can make a reasonable assumption. >> Yeah. >> And then once he >> So you said once he arrived he walked up to you. >> Yes. But >> I walked away from the door and he walked up. >> So you met in the middle. He didn't walk up to you. You walked away from the door. He was walking up to the door and you met in the middle. >> I came away from the door on scene and he went to go to his house and you walked away from the door. >> You said he approached you, but if he's walked to his door and you approach him >> Mhm. And you it looked to me like you got in his face. You were yelling at him. >> Mhm. >> And then >> he's one of the ones that would not tell me where my kid was at. >> He's telling you to calm down and to relax for a second. His uh presumably his wife opens the door and then you are then seen rushing the door and >> charge me to the house. I don't care. >> All the while he's telling her when I ask you what he said. >> Every time I've asked you anything, you've been to remember everything except when I ask you what did he say when you were in the house and that is the only thing you can't remember. What he's saying to you is get out of my house. Okay. >> Which means you do not have allow. >> Give me my kid. >> And then he's saying, "Get out of my house." >> I said, "Give me my kid." >> Okay. Um, >> do you have kids? >> I don't. >> You don't? Okay. >> I do. >> But you're not you're not a mother. You don't understand that mother instinct. >> Okay. Um, is >> have your wife in the house with you? Your kids's mother. >> Is there anything else you want to add to the statement about what occurred today? >> Yeah. I would like to press charges against him for kidnapping him, him, and his wife. Well, there is no kidnapping. >> Yes, there was. Holding my child hostage. I would like to press charges on it. >> Okay. Well, a hostage is someone taken for ransom or in the commission of another felony. >> Um, your child wasn't taking it for any felony offense or for ransom. They're being babysat by a family friend of the >> No, it's not babysitting. It's holding hostage against the mother's will. So, I would like to press charges. Fine. Go ahead. Press charges on that then. Whatever you want to do. Let's get this [ __ ] Officers gave her multiple chances to set the record straight, but she clung to baseless accusations. In the process, she even admitted to actions that undercut her defense. By this point, the case was sealed. There was no walking it back. >> That occurred that you didn't occur. >> I would like to press charges. >> Okay. For what? >> For holding my child hostage. >> Okay. I sign right back for me. >> Arresting me. >> You're arresting me. >> For what? Are you dead ass? >> Uh, you're at this time you're being placed under arrest for burglary with a battery times two and a criminal mischief. >> Yeah, that's crazy. >> We'll get that in a minute. >> Really, Tyrell? This is [ __ ] you want to do. >> Ma'am, please don't scream at our witnesses. And at that point, you're incriminating or intimidating a witness and a victim in a felony crime. That's another felony. >> THAT'S MY CHILD. >> MA'AM, >> THEY HELD MY CHILD from me. Put me in cuffs. >> This is the initial arrest that you'll have a chance to battle in court, but you're going to catch additional charges if you keep yelling at them. >> Thank you, Tyrell. Thank you. Can you let go of my arm? >> No, I cannot let go of you. Watch your back. >> Thank you, Tyrell, for taking your kid's mother away from her. >> Man, if you do that again, you're going to get another felony charge. They told you three times already not to yell at the witnesses and the victim. >> Such an [ __ ] bro. You really get paid for being an [ __ ] You think your dick bigger than that? Because you want to be [ __ ] >> huh? >> Face that way when you talk. >> You too. What's your name? >> Deputy Dorsy. ID number is 107. No, it's not a she's a criminal. >> You y'all literally use your judgment to sit there and arrest me. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yeah. Leaving my kid with some dude house and DEAL WITH MY KIDS FOR JULIA. She not comfortable with him locked up. >> You're ridiculous, bro. You're ridiculous. I work at a trauma-free facility. >> I put the seat belt on. I'll screw the out of you. You specifically, bro. >> You got to pull across like a normal seat belt. >> IS IT FUNNY TO YOU? >> I'm not even talking right now. >> You're smiling though. You're such an [ __ ] >> You're This is why people hate cops right now, man. >> Because you hate being very nice. You have [ __ ] [ __ ] ass face. Don't you know that? >> I've been told that before. >> Yeah, cuz it's true. >> It's funny, right? Can't even unlock a damn seat belt. Feels so smart. Huh? >> Now you're talking to her, not me. >> I'm talking to you cuz your hand is on it. I don't have nothing against her. >> All right, ma'am. Just watch your uh show >> ugly. >> She being charged for >> burglary. Okay. >> Kayana was arrested and charged with burglary with battery and criminal mischief for illegally entering and damaging the property. What started as a heated argument between a man and a woman escalated so fast that staff had no choice but to dial 911. By the time officers showed up, it was clear this wasn't just some minor lover's spat. >> Are you okay? >> No, I'm not. I'm late. >> Okay. Somebody called us in a fight with or something like that and wanted us to come check up on you. >> No, I'm okay. >> Are you in a fight with your that left you here? >> No, I'm okay. And now look at him arresting me. >> And you're now putting your sexual male parts on me. It's >> Caitlyn parts off of me. >> Kaitlyn and your middle. >> A woman is supposed to arrest me. Get your male parts off your >> Get your parts off of me. >> So don't flatter yourself. Disgusting. Don't flatter yourself. >> I am nowhere near you. >> Yeah, we know. Look at your head. >> I called for help and now I'm getting arrested. Poor Charlie. >> That's so funny. >> All right, let's change it to >> It's men like you. It's men like you that put women in this situation. You're scumbag. >> 10 12 time is arrest time. >> You're disgusting. God knows everything and truth everything. >> We'll be right back. Please >> have a seat. >> Can you stop holding my wrist so tightly? >> No, ma'am. Have a seat. Caitlyn, why'd you lie to me? >> Listen, my nickname is Renee. >> No. Why did you lie to me? >> Scared? Cuz I was just domestically abused. >> So now you're going to say that when I specifically asked you >> because you're rude and offensive. I'm scared of you guys. >> Which part was rude and offensive when I asked you if you need help? >> The way you came up to me. >> I'm not going to sit here when you're screaming. >> My nickname is Renee. >> Okay. Well, Rene Well, Miss Renee/ Caitlyn, you're going to jail today for providing false information. I appreciate it after a bad woman. Thank you. Bring me to jail for lying about a nickname. Thank you. I'm going to jail for giving a police. >> In the US, lying to cops is no joke. It's a criminal offense. Caitlyn was forced to admit her real name, but tried brushing it off, saying Renee was just a nickname. That excuse didn't fly. When the cuffs came out, fear turned to rage. She lashed out, mouththing off and getting aggressive. the one that called? >> I don't know cuz she keeps lying to me so I have no idea. Gave me a bad name and and started walking away. The other lady's like, "No, that's who was calling you." Specifically walked up to her. She's on the phone. She's upset crying. Do you need our help? >> I just I just got punched in the face. I'm sorry. >> Her name is >> Okay. Okay. Well, that's not who the RP is. The RP was K. So, I was like, "All right, well, whatever." >> Let's arrest him. You have the wrong person under arrest. I called you guys for help. >> That's really weird. And I asked if he needed any help. >> You guys just arrested me >> and I need help. >> Okay. Well, I'll get you to HELP YOU >> PUTTING YOUR PRIVATE PARTS on me and forcefully arresting you >> again. Don't flatter yourself. >> Disgusting. >> Yeah, you're not flattering. >> Yeah. I wish you had a body cam on you. >> I do. >> Lauchia County, I understand. >> I do. The entire thing's recorded. >> I'm I'm glad there's a lady officer here now. >> Things calmed a little when a female officer arrived. Caitlyn finally admitted she lied because she was scared, claiming she was a domestic violence victim who'd been beaten by her boyfriend. But her explanation came way too late. She'd already resisted, fought back, and burned through any sympathy the officers might have had. >> Were you saying what were you saying? I'm an hour away. And then those friendly people over there, they seen me and I asked them. I said, "Can you give me a towel so I can wipe my nose?" And they did and they're really nice. What was the argument about? >> Oh, nothing. I My friend is visiting from out of state and I asked him, "Miss why don't we go visit?" She was 15 minutes up the way and he got mad. He took my phone and he threw it. Why did he get mad about that? >> I don't know cuz he didn't want me to go to What's his name? What is it? Um, what kind of car is he driving? When he threw your phone, they called you. Um, not that I recall. I mean, he asked in the past, but we had just literally left the beach. We did like a drive in the beach thing. And I told him like, "Oh, my friend, like I really want to go see her." And then he took my phone and my nose started bleeding and then I said my nose was bleeding and my phone was across the way. So, I had gone out the car to get my phone case. I seen my phone case, but my phone wasn't in it. And then I saw my phone. He had drove off. And that's when I walked over to the closest residence, which was this hotel. I came here. I went upstairs. I tried to look for a lobby. There was no lobby. And that's when I found the people in the first floor. And I asked him, I'm I'm not in like deep harm, but could you help me, please? I had I told them I just called the police and I need to clean my place. And I'm not gonna lie, as I waited here, I got kind of scared it out and I because I didn't want him to get in trouble. So when he came up to me, he said, "Hey, ma'am, what is your name?" And I said, "It's Renee." Yes, that's my nickname. It's not my government ID. But when he came up to me and said, "Get in front of the hood." He said, "What is your name?" And I said, "It's Caitlyn." And then he put me under arrest. And then he said, "Don't flatter yourself." Like, that's just so ignorant as a man. Like, okay, I'm not Beyonce, but we don't be ignorant. Don't flatter yourself either, sir. I wish a woman cop was here. >> That's why I don't like dealing with men. >> Hang tight for me for just a second. Okay. >> Her statement hinted at a more complicated backstory, but legally it didn't matter. Resistance, false info, and aggression were enough for the arrest to stick. The boyfriend's role was left hanging, unverified and unresolved. >> Grab the phone. >> So, this is what she says. I still don't know that she's not the suspect. >> Well, he left. >> Okay. hotel. >> I would too if somebody was anything. >> Well, she said that he has been by law in the past. Um they drove over here, so they're not staying in hotel, so he's like probably on the back from um she says they've been drinking. He got mad. Um and snatched her phone and throw it in punch. Something wrong. I called you guys for help. >> Okay. Well, and then I showed up to help you >> not to be in cost in your back seat. >> Then I showed up to help you. >> My uncle's a police officer. My uncle is a police officer. My grandfather is a veteran on Fourth of July. >> I'm not sure what that has to do with this incident. >> Because we serve the country and we're in peace. We're good law abiding citizens. That's what >> except for today when you lie to the police. >> Lie. That is my nickname. >> That's not your name. That's not what I >> Luckily, it's right here. Wow. So convenient. >> How much is my bail? Do you know yet or will they tell me at booking? >> A,000. >> Oh, a,000. Perfect. Thank you. Do they take um American Express? >> $1,000 for what? Next time I won't call the police. Even if I see one in harm, cuz you guys do not help. If anything, you guys make things worse. And this is a pure example. And this is why America is the way it is, cuz you guys do not help. Black lives matter. Do I? Absolutely not. But I'm sure if I was white with blonde hair, I would not be under arrest, sir. >> God bless America, the land that I love. In the end, Caitlyn was hauled off to jail facing multiple charges, resisting arrest, battery on a law enforcement officer, public intoxication, and giving false information to police. Her bail was set at $1,000. On June 9th, 2025 in Ohio, police responded after a woman claimed a man in a gray SUV was drunk driving and harassing her. She insisted he was a repeat offender, but from the jump, her story didn't line up with independent witnesses. What started as a report quickly spiraled into something much bigger. >> Uhhuh. >> Has been harassing me. >> Which ma what man? >> He he comes out he's wasted. >> Okay. >> And he's driving drunk. >> Where is he now? >> He went that way. >> Okay. >> So, he's probably going to go to Fox's or Gilbert's next. So Fox's is right next to the police station in Gilbert's is Caddy Corner and I'm frustrated with him because he keeps harassing me, violating me every time I'm out in public. >> I was at this establishment earlier. I left, hung out with a friend. >> Mhm. >> I'm not driving. >> And he was here. >> Yes. >> When you left. >> And he keeps doing this. >> So it's when you're up here. >> Yeah. And right over there, his mom's establishment. >> Which one? >> And he used to harass me. Maguiers. >> Okay. >> And he used to harass me. I'm saying tonight when I'm at this establishment, the people I grew up with >> Mhm. >> he's yelling at me, screaming at me, and I was minding my own business. I am sick and tired of him getting away with driving around drunk in this community. Why don't you um talk to this officer for a second? I'm going to go inside the bar. >> Yeah. >> How's it going? Good. >> The girl outside just a little crazy. >> What happened? She's She was sitting here all night. There was just like four people down there. They were being loud and she just kept making comments like, "Oh, they're so obnoxious. People are so loud." Like we were at a bar. >> Yeah. >> So, she said something. I don't even remember what she said. And one of the guys was just like, "Okay, we're getting out of here." And she's like, "Good. Leave." You know, so they were just kind of >> But she kind of initiated that. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> A little uh little off. I'll just say that. >> And >> but I know she got mad, you know, she got mad when he was storming out, but then kept still trying to >> edge him on. He's like, "I'm just I'm just trying to leave." >> Yeah. And did she walk out after them? >> She stayed for a second and then, you know, I didn't want there to be problems out in the parking lot. Not that there would be, but I was like I waited till I know I knew they they were gone and then I told her I was closing up. >> Okay. >> But she locks. I think she >> Yeah. It wasn't anybody that she said she knew or anything. >> No, but they people >> just being around the scene. >> Yeah. People go to the same spots. >> Megan accused the man of driving drunk. Yet a neutral witness contradicted her version. Officers carefully sought independent confirmation. Instead of cooperating, Megan grew more agitated, focused on stirring trouble rather than helping, raising even more suspicion. >> So, Megan, where's your Uber at? Do you know? Did you look? >> Oh, they were 3 minutes away. I had >> I had to cancel it because of him. >> So, did you call another one? >> Yeah, I will. But I want to make sure he's not driving around. Well, let's deal with you first and let's get you out of the >> Yeah, I'm going to go home, but I want to make sure he's not driving up. >> Okay. >> To say foxes or scalpers >> that has Okay. >> So, I'm saying this man is driving drunk >> up the road right now, ma'am. And this dis >> this man is getting away with drunk driving right now when he was in this establishment. >> Okay, let's order you an Uber. >> Over. You want to do a courtesy ride? I know the law and I know courtesy ride is granted and I will show you that that person is driving drunk by chance. But she is Clean Heights Police and she'll tell you that we don't let people drive drunk. Call Clean Heights Police right now. >> Do not call them. >> No, I will. >> Don't call them. >> Okay. Well, I'll get my courtesy ride. I will call South Police right now. >> Do not call. >> Yeah, I'm calling Sier Please. I'm getting a ride up there. >> Nobody's going to give you a ride. >> They're drunk driving. Stop. You need to order your Uber and get off the phone before I place you in hand. >> When she refused to follow directions, officers gave clear warnings. She kept calling, yelling, and pushing back against authority, dragging the incident out. Her behavior crossed the line from concern into deliberate obstruction. >> Ma'am, ma'am, >> ma'am, I need you. You need to get off the phone. You need to get to get off the phone. >> Get off the phone. >> Enough. Enough of me. >> Enough. >> I am listening to them. They're touching me. I phone. >> No. You're stupid. Get away. No. No. >> All you had to do was order your ear. >> I did. It's not on the phone. So it >> No way. >> No. >> Absolutely not. You're not going to cut me off. >> Let go of my hand. >> I have PTSD. Stop touching your knees. Come with PTSD. Get off of me. I have PTSD. Get the off of me. You're stupid. You're so stupid. Get off of me. No. I always told her, "Get the off of me. I don't want to try to listen to Listen to anybody. >> Get off of me now. >> You can't do that because you're not listening. If you start listening to me, he can let go of you and it can be me and you. >> Put your foot down. Put your foot down. >> Get off of me. >> Oh, I need my blanket. Get off of me. I need my bags. I don't have them. >> Knock it off. >> Back. >> We will get your bag. >> I'm not it off for you. >> I WANT MY BAG. >> We'll get your bags. >> You good? >> You good? >> Yeah. >> I was like recording it and like what the hell was it? I guess. >> You guys all good though? >> You guys aren't. You guys are good. >> Yeah. Oh yeah. >> It was just more of a like >> No, I didn't even get that far. >> All I kept hearing was talking on the radio. I'm like, >> I'm somehow called the patrolman's area. >> So, she's like, I'm going to call. Did she get out of her cuffs? >> Though she claimed to suffer from PTSD, Megan's yelling, resistance, and refusal to comply amounted to resisting an officer. This wasn't just defiance. It was a desperate grab for control. Even in the patrol car, she clung to a false victim narrative. >> You are the one that's making this worse. Stop talking and listen. >> I have your blanket, but right now you are the problem. >> My blanket is not a crime. That man is drunk. You don't care about that man. >> Oh, you care about someone getting drunk. >> No, I want my blanket. Stop touching me. Add chargers. YOU WANT YOUR I'm not. So, you got to get up. And we got to get you out of the car so we can move to the next step. >> I want to hear that ambulance is here. >> No, I'm going to the hospital. >> Yeah, you guys offer that every time. No, I'm going to >> At the station, Megan doubled down, screaming, accusing cops, and demanding a hospital visit. She wouldn't even answer basic medical questions, digging herself into a deeper hole. Her refusal to cooperate only escalated the consequences. >> I need >> Oh, they said go to hospital. >> Get the off of me. >> Get the off of me. >> Oh, somebody's going to bring it up here. >> I'm not calling you. I'm going to hospital right now. I'm going to the hospital. Call me Montro. >> Not right now. >> Yes, I am. You are against the law to refuse my medication. What medication? If convicted, she could face fines, probation, or even jail time. But skipping her court date made things worse, opening the door for harsher charges and penalties. On June 25th, 2022, police were dispatched after reports of a massive brawl. Their mission, restore order, separate the fighters, and figure out who lit the match. But once they stepped in, chaos exploded even further. >> What's up, SHE ATTACKED ME. It just obviously looks like she used her. >> Officers managed to pull people apart and load some into patrol cars, creating a safer space to work. With tensions cooling, they began interviews. But the conflicting stories only made things messier. This is what happened. It was at Quest Quick. Everybody was that gas quick at first. >> Okay. >> So, I'm backing up. They behind me, but I ain't seen them. I see. I said, "Oh shit." They started beeping her. She like ass. So, I'm like, "They don't even know me." >> Okay. It's never over that, baby. >> Hey, let let me tell you something. You're going to step out of the car and you're not going to say nothing. All right, ma'am. Go step. >> All right, come this way. From Palm Bay High. >> The dude locked. Okay. The dude at the gas station locked the door and he wouldn't let us go inside. >> The gas station. >> The consistent witness testimony helped pinpoint the instigator. Raven reading her Miranda rights officially became a suspect. She insisted the other group had followed her from a gas station and the fight broke out afterward. >> From there to here is at least 10 minutes. >> Okay. >> So we get here, I go inside, I get a lighter. That's what we went there for to get a lighter. >> Okay. >> Okay. I go get the lighter, come back, she's dancing outside of the car, and the car pulls up. So I got up the car and I said, "Why are we fighting? We're not going to fight." >> Gotcha. >> Then her and her friend are like putting up their fist like, "What's up?" So then they just start swinging and we start fighting and then I'm on the ground, they're on the ground, we're fighting and then y'all come up, whoever comes up who were trying to separate and then that was that. The girl with a shaved head punch her first right here first. She first >> evidence at the scene paired with the witness accounts led police to charge Raven and her friend Desiree as the aggressors. Both resisted arrest. Raven continuing to push back until the very end. >> Park here as she parked right here next to her. Okay. >> So then how did she get over to the other side? That's what I asked her. I did I asked her battery disorderly conduct and I resisted and I be and a simple battery and a simple battery. >> So she's going to have four charges in the front or something. >> No, that can't happen. Is this yours? >> Yes. Can I please? >> No, you're not making any phone calls. >> Can I please? >> Get your foot in there. Are you getting a charge? Go step out. Go and have a seat. Get your foot up. Desiree faced an extra charge for assaulting an officer. These cases all point to one truth. Karen moments aren't accidents. They're choices.
